I am having a prepaid aircel connection for 6 past years and I am often getting advertisement calls and SMS which is very disturbing. I would like you to stop advertisement calls and sms on my Phone Nos.
[protected] and [protected]. While working office advertsement calls received in another mobile nos and while spoken to another call advertsement call will disturbing....

Dear Sir,
I have given request for deactivation of my aircel post paid, mobile no [protected], another number [protected] in the month of march 2009. when i have paid the last bill that time i requested the person to deactivate my number that time he told me that number will be deactivated but still i am receiving the bill which i have not used .now they are saying that u have to clear all the bills then only the number will be deactivate....

As I am using the Aircel Mobile connection for the past 4 years I am facing problems like excess bill voice fading now days. I have taken the connection as prepaid and converted to postpaid connection after converting the connection for the first one year I don’t face any problem but now day the bill's are been charge heavy. Aircel office customer service is very worst in Coimbatore, because yesterday[protected] I went to buy 2 new aircel prepaid simcards in nokia shop at sowripalayam pirivu, Trichy road, Coimbatore. I have been calling customer care n complaining about my problem with receiving messages from Malaysia to my new aircel number.
i have called more than 10 times and i always get the answer that " there's no problem exist in my profile" but i do changed my handphones and checked all the necessary settings incl service num ...reply via same centre ...everyth is rite but i cant able to figure out...

I have been using aircel network for more than 3 years... i was complainig about various problems that i have faced very often to aircel customer care, but they are not providing me the remedy or proper solution.

I am a customer of Aircel last 4 years. Now they have introduced new scheme for add-on (club 5). I have given request for the same, they also deducted the rant for the same. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHY UR COMPANY IS NOT TAKING A POWER CONNECTION FROM STATE ELECTRICITY BOARD TO RUN THE MOBILE TOWER AT GUMLA - 2 LOCATION.

I have been using aircel for almost 6 years from my college days in 2003 to my present 2009 employment years.. The network of aircel is miserable u will get frustrated by using it. One can seldom make calls to any Airtel or Vodafone network it take 20 to 30 times in peak hours to call any network apart from Aircel. I get frustrated when ever i need to call any other network. Signal quality is at the worst voice clarity...

Hi.i am using [protected] this aircel number for 3 months am using this number from 11th nov, 2008.i have activated the dialer tune service on nov, 2008.but i did not want to continue this service. so i decided to deactivate the servive.i called customer care. They tell me the process called a number Rs5/min and i deactivate it. But still the service was active. Then i again called customer care. They told me that, the service is still active...

I have sent a message for start DND on 1909 on 20/05/2008. After that I received a call from the customer care for confirmation and they assured that the Do Not Call & SMS willbe activated in two days.
But after that also I am receiving the messages from Aircel for Dialer Tunes and Make friends with Catrina e.t.c. Although the frequency of the messages was 2 to 3 per day and now it is 1 message daily but still it has not completely...
