I am not an Aircel Customer.But, after knowing about their exciting offers I wanted to take a connection...
But I came to know that it does not have range in my college and my home.
My college is situated at Kuttikkattoor, Calicut, Kerala and my home is at Vellimadukunnu, Calicut Kerala
So I am Hoping for a positive change

I brought an AIRCEL sim before a week.But Iam very unlucky, because it does not have range in my home.A large hospital named as EMS MEMMORIAL is situated near my home.The hospital is largest in my district MALAPPURAM.My home is situated in VALAMKULAM.Which is near the sity PERINTHALMANNA.

So I hopping for your kind attention in my case.

I am a retailer for Airtel, Idea, Vodafone, Relaince, BSNL and presently Aircel. Of all the above I am not receiving any signal for Aircel at my place Palarivattom, Ernakulam. As a retailer I also received many complaints from new subscribers as well around Palarivattom regarding the same problem.

From my observation I found that I receive signal only from Mamangalam and Pottakuzhi, but not Palarivattom. They have not yet started a point from Palarivattom till now.

I strongly advice to start a point at Palarivattom also since it is also a public centered place due to the functioning of Varkey's, KR Bakes, Nokia Priority Dealer, Mobile Store, Police Station, SL Plaza etc...

Please consider my complaint which I have already registered 1/70500529 and reply and do the necessary for the same.

I am a Aircel customer. But the service wht they provide is very very very poor. Dont go with Aircel connection and dont feel later like me.

    Incoming call details can be provided if it’s a legal case or a police case and the requests comes from the concerned authorities.
    For outgoing calls, you have to walk to nearest Aircel Center and provide id proof, address proof and post cross verification of the details, If the details provided by the customer matches with the documents available with us, outgoing call details can be given to customer for last 3 months.

      Sir,

      My mobile number has been given to so many advertising agency without my permission. Thereby, when i was driving car or involved in important work or discussion, often i get ring or sms. I am unable to attend or simply ignore, neglect, because sometimes it may be important also.

      Mobile phones are possessed to get immediate contacts. whereas, these are being misused by the service provider. If this is not stopped, i may have to approach leagal help.

        AIRCEL COMPANY HAS CHARGED ME WITHOUT MY APPROVAL
        FOR - LOVE TIPS AND MISSED CALL REMINDERS.

        my mobile no. is [protected] ...aircel activated of hockey alerts service without my permision within 30 min interval date on 8 march till today 5 times activated this service i have complant custmer care but no one taking action .....and 1 caller tune activated to my no. without my permission......plz refill my amount balance

        i have lost 65 rs till now plz help ......
        Hockey alerts is an automated service and there should be an authorisation from the customer. The promotional calls and messages can be the reason for that when responded, in order to avoid such in future get your DND service activated

          I am having a prepaid aircel connection for 6 past years and I am often getting advertisement calls and SMS which is very disturbing. I would like you to stop advertisement calls and sms on my Phone Nos.

            I have given request for deactivation of my aircel post paid, mobile no [protected], another number [protected] in the month of march 2009. when i have paid the last bill that time i requested the person to deactivate my number that time he told me that number will be deactivated but still i am receiving the bill which i have not used .now they are saying that u have to clear all the bills then only the number will be deactivate.

            I am Magesh kumar .My aircel no [protected]. 22.05.10 12 noon my connection deactivated without information to me. Also i am unable to call even customer care. The aircel people having no common sense regarding how a customer can call customer care ,If they blocked his connection.I informed the problem to customer care . Due to my official work I went to Qatar on March 30th 2016 so before my trip I went to aircel office (located in kilpauk) ask to deactivate my postpaid number they told me its take more than 3 days. unfortunately I don't have that much time in the critical situation they suggested the Idea of fake custody. me to agreed for that.             Aircel service and network is very poor I have went to aircel gallery to disconnect my postpaid connection but the gallery people is not ready to close.
            In place of closing the connection they are telling that they can't disconnect within 3 mnth off connection then I told that to disconnect the tariff atlist they are not ready to disconnect the tariff also.
            In place of disconnecting the connection they are forcing that I have to pay the tarrif plan .
            I told that till today date I am ready to pay and disconnect the plan

              They informed that there will be no charges for calls between the mentioned three phone numbers.

              But after receiving my first phone bill, I saw all calls are charged between the three numbers.

              I need to deduct from all of our accounts for the call charges already charged between the three numbers as early as possible.

                As I am using the Aircel Mobile connection for the past 4 years I am facing problems like excess bill voice fading now days. I have taken the connection as prepaid and converted to postpaid connection after converting the connection for the first one year I don’t face any problem but now day the bill's are been charge heavy. They say free minutes but it is not calculated properly. I have activited Mobile TV in month of Sep 2008 and deactivated on the month of Oct 2008. But still date they are charging of that for which I have deactivated. If call the customer care there is no proper response.
                I am unhappy to have a connection like this. So I requested the agent to convert my connection again as a prepaid they are not doing.

                  The Worst customer care is Aircel, , , , , dont even think of buying any connection from them, , , they can only be limited to villages not in metros, , , , pathetic, , , , , , worst of worst service, , , i bought the prepaid number on dated 03/04/2009 and today is 16/04/2009 the number is not activated, , , although i have submitted all my papers the same day and their customer care assured me that the number will be activated the same day i.e. 03/04/2009, , , but the same has not activated even after 15 days.

                  So many times i spoke to their so called customer care i think at least 50 times but failed, , i have not seen such pooor service from any mobile industries, , , not even this, , , on 13/04/2009 right after 10 days of purchasing of that sim, , , i spoken to ''AMIT CHOPRA'' told to be a FLOOR MANAGER, of so called their office, , , he assured that the activation will be done within 3 hrs, , , , but the same has not been done till yet, , , and today again (16/04/2009) i spoke to their call centre, , , , and when i asked for the ''AMIT CHOPRA'', Mr. CHOPRA, , , hide his face with guilt and left massage to his collegue that he is busy in a meeting, , , , of course meeting is more important that their pathetic services, , , and when i asked for some other manager or Supervisor, , , that call center guy named ''RANBIR'' told that every one is busy in meeting, , , (must be disscussing in their meeting how to provide more pathetic services in the market).

                  I don't know whether they are aware of International Consumer Rights Protection Council ( ICRPC ) if not kindly visit this site "www.icrpc.org/ " and shortly you will receive the notice from them.

                  Aircel CBE — Non Delivery and poor response

                  Dear Sir,
                  Of late professional couriers have become tottally irresponsible and negligent . On 5-6-09 Aircel CBE have sent me a important document vide Consignment No[protected], and today being the 10th of June and since there was no sign of the letter being deliverd I went to the courier office and enquired about my letter, they searched all the dates from 6th to 10th and told me that there is no such letter received by them. The same kind of document from Aircel has been deliverd to my neighbour on 6-6-09, so I insisted them to search again and after nearly half an hour the packet was lying idle on a nearby table and not even entered in the books. This is not the first time it has happened, on numerous occasions these staff of this courier are very rude and non courtious and when we tell them that we will lodge a complaint with the higher officials, their answer is we are not bothered about your complaints and do what ever you want.
                  While I am submitting this complaint on line I do not know how far I am going to get any relief, any way It is my duty to lodge a complaint and I have done it,
                  You should take your case to the Nodal officers in your area. Why don’t you simply walk into one of their stores and take the matter up directly over there as I am sure they are not keen on losing any of their valued customers.

                  from that day till yet i make complaint in company custmer care that sir i'm unable to use internet on my pc so plz support me, executive(narenedra, Nayamat, ruchi, etc, ) told me difienetly we'll support u tell ur mobile model no after this these guy tell me ok sir i 'm trasfer ur complaint in our technical department they will make u call till tomorrow but this tomarrow never come. once time a executive trasfer my call to his senior mr. narendra he also give me same respone ok our technical will call u.
                  so from that day i'm so tensed and worried about company attitude towards thier customer. company make cometment to provide alot of service but after when we toke tht plan company doest'nt responding properly.

                  GSM prepaid sim card — Customer care service is very worst

                  Sir I purchased a GSM sim on 22nd of july09. In order to complete the formalities i have submitted the required Data on the same day. But due to the negligency of your costumer care members of Malegaon, they lost my documents. Again after 5 days i submitted the same, Like this way i submit my documents 3 times. But due to there care less ness and irresponsibilities as a result my number is out of service since last 3 days. Mr Faiz, who is the head of the costomer care at malegaon, is such a worst fellow that daily he is committing me 5 times to solve my problem. And daily i am going yo him 3 times since i have purchased this card.If i will count then it will be minimum 25 tines that i have gone to there to activate my card. Really i am astonished by observing such a poor service from reliance. And it is not only my case, i have observed a nos of desatisfied reliance costomers in our resion due to your poor costomer service. And i have decided not to use any reliance product in future.

                  This is Vikas Nair from Spectrum Technologies.Iam using four mobile connections and now i reduced the same to two, one airtel and vodafone.I stopped BSNL and Relaince because of their pathetic customer service.i got to know that aircel introduced second billing and i searched your website not found any information regarding the same.I called up to your customer care arround 11pm on 21-09-09 for some clarifications on second pulse.i got connected with three guys and unfortunately my call got disconnected in between again i called up i spoke to Mr.Ranjith and we had conversation on the same.i scolded him because of the call disconnection happened first from the others.I must say he was so good on the call and he gave me exact details what i expected.

                  I spoke to several executives in other mobile companys but the first time i was totaly satisfied with the conversation.Great job Aircel because you people giving values to your customers.Convey my sorry to Ranjith for scolding him .He was very polite on the call and very much oriented to helping me.I have asked several questions as iam new to aircel, he patiently answered me and appologised.These are the things a customer expect from a customer care executive.Iam into BPO profession for past 8years we are running a medical transcription company in trivandrum technopark.Iam training people for past two years and now leading a training team.

                  Very low speed (0.1kb to 2.0kb). Poor edge(gprs) connection. Some times i need to try 3 to 4 times to connect to internet. Account balance alert always disturb me each time i open any website even after connected to internet. They disturb even after activation of DND. Poorest custmr care respose.
                  Hi friend I can really understand your plight. I would suggest you to refresh the GPRS settings on your set, the Customer care will definitely help you with this, moreover DND is a Govt regulated service so no one can manipulate this. You must have received some activation code when DND was activated just carry that and visit their nearest Aircel store, there will be a definite and assured solution to your issue. Good luck
                  I need Aircel Sim for Replace my old Aircel Prepaid No. i asked to customer care and they told me, just u pay 25 rupees in near aircel office and u ll get the sim. i went aircel offfice and ask sim. they told me u pay 102 ruppes and get the sim.
                  Outgoing call facility(complaint no [protected]) on my cell was barred on 2nd feb 2010 without any reason, when I called customer care I was told that it was Aircel technical problem and it would be restored back in 2 hrs. after 5 hours and 3 calls it was restored with an assurance that it would never happen again.

                  Over next 5 days it happened 6 times and cycle was repeated, every time I have to call customer care 3-4 times and get it activated. Every time I am told its Aircel’s technical fault and will not happen again. After 6 instances I insisted on speaking to higher authority but even after on hold for more than 15 mins many times I was not allowed to speak to anybody and my outgoing facility is not activated (only after 3 calls activated to be again deactivated after certain time). I was also told that I ‘ll be getting call backs and of course nobody at aircel called back. I am sure no body at AIRCEL cares about customer and customer care dept is dummy with nothing to do except giving false assureance.

                  Need less to mention that my bill is still not generated, neither have I exceeded my credit limit. Discontinued outgoing has affected my business and I have faced many losses due to same.

                  Not sure what is solution now and why Aircel is unable to rectify problem.

                  I escaled problem and nodal officer and other levels and as expected I did not get any response to my calls/mail and I’ll be surprised if any action at all be taken to increase customer care at AIRCEL.

I lodge many complaint regarding this issue, but yet my complaint is not resolved. After n no of complaint's the customer care executive told me that due to some problem we unable to transfer bill at ur billing address, and requested me submit my email id for an softcopy of bill. I belived blindly and submitted my email id, but no use of submiting email id bcoz i didnt recived any mail form aircel. I m not understanding what is my bill plan, what are cal charges etc.. Though ever month i paid my bill's, but now i lost my temper and i think dat aircel service is cheating it's customer appling wrong charges and that's is reason why they are not posting d bill to my bill address...

                  Hi Anil,

                  As per our conversation, please change my bill plan to one that I had earlier. i.e: Mumbai/ROM Corporate & SM (This one was for Sutherland Employees. Mumbai)

                  Unfortunately, the kind of services and response provided to my complaint is not at all satisfactory. As you are aware of this case and same has been followed upon by Nodal Officers: Disha and Pooja for little over a month now. Am really too tired of following upon this. If required, please contact Pooja and Disha to get a brief of the situation.

                  As per Disha’s request, I’ve been to your Mindscape gallery on 29th Jan. I spent about 2 hrs to get things straightened out because yr people were pretty confused about what needs to be done about my case and what documents were required to re-activate my connections. Aircel deactivated it without my consent even when this was under a dispute.

                  At the gallery, it was promised that the connections will be activated in 3 working days and a re-verification will be done as per TRAI rules. No one turned up at my place nor did I receive any call. When I called up nodal officer Disha on Thu (4th Feb), she promised a callback ASAP. There was no response from Aircel on Friday.

                  On Saturday (6th Feb), one girl called me up from Goregaon and requested me to collect my New SIM cards from goregaon. I stay in Malad and mindscape gallery is the nearest one to my place then why was I asked to visit Goregaon? Goregaon is about 11 kms from my place whereas Malad is 3.5 kms. My problems don’t end up here.

                  On visiting goregaon I realized that my verification is still incomplete and even I was pushed into another bill plan. I had made it clear with Disha, Pooja, employees at Mindscape gallery and even you that I need the same plan and services I had earlier, still why was there a big goo[censored]p? Mr. Prashant at Goregaon gallery was too defensive whilst talking rather than being helpful. He was literally arguing and not ready to take any steps to resolve it. Infact, it was quite he doubted me thinking I was bluffing. He insisted on proof. On reaching when I informed him about the plan I had earlier he refused change of plan saying he can’t do it and to contact Nodal Officer. Whilst leaving gallery I was informed that he will change my plan once I get the previous plan proof. I spent about 1 hr 15 mins at Goregaon.

                  Ideally, when I got this to Nodal Officer’s notice, they should have made this process much easier. Now am left on my own now. Correct me if am having any out of the box or higher expectations. At least it works the same with other providers. Am not sure about Aircel.

                  This is my last mail to you guys. I would appreciate if my previous plan is re-instated with all promised services like Free Itemized Billing, National Roaming and would need ISD calling as well on 9768-xxxxxx.

                  I’ve been through a lot and I guess you’ll have taken advantage of my patience. If I don’t get any satisfactory response, I won’t run after Aircel anymore. But yes, would never recommend to anyone. I can be reached at 970-22-xxxxx.

                  Aircel is the worst service provider i had. I am owning mobile since last 10years and had numerous numbers change during this time due to some or other reason but never because o[censored]nsatisfied with service provider. Aircel is a corrupt service provider which without any our need or initiation or request activate any of so called value added service (caller tone, internet activation, or any other....) After activation they just start deducting money from your balance. Their customer executive is hard to reach as you would end up your call in frustration after entering in numerous options to talk to a executive. This is the third time our account is activated wioth some unknown service and they start deducting Rs 7/- per week while i still dont know which service i am charged for........
                  For any new connection buyer i would recommend never go for Aircel.

So Pls update the correct price of the Simcard in to your website its more helpful to the customer.
                  I know it can be frustrating but there is a solution to it as well. Get the DND service registered which will block all the telemarketing calls and messages as when you respond to these calls and messages certain automated services can get activated. Good luck.

                  Firstly, their sales people misguide me and then after the connection got activated they said sir we are sorry ..still this is also a good plan.

                  Secondly, For past 2 months I am facing network problem.
                  Maximum time I get "PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER YOU DIALED " even if I am dialing from my phone book and ater sometime its works fine.

                  Other time " Network Is busy " though from other phone you can instantly coonnect.

                  Call get disconnected midway.

                  And now the best part for past 2 months I am not getting any resolution.

                  There reasons provide are more hilarious :

                  One reason give : There was a problem with are fiber optics hence for 2 days service was disrupted. Truth : Problem I was facing for past 2 months and still facing.

                  Other Reason : You will get problem during 6 -9 as thts peak hour time . Hence we cant do anything . Please try to dail after 9 . You will not get Network Busy message.

                  The customer support will never revert back and maximum time there some kind o[censored]pdate happening at the technical center.
                  They keep on insisting on we will for sure resolve the problem but infact just to save there records they will close the complain at there end and again you have to log a new complain and it takes 10-15 to reach to there customer support excutive and again he/she will log a complaint.

                  I suffered with then for almost 2 months and today finally took a call to disconnect the numbrer.

                  I would advice to everyone to avoid getting trapped in there sales promotions. The best part I did was that I didnt disconnected my old number hence still my old number works.
                  Cant be worst service provider than aircel... This company is doomed one or the other day.. Customer service of Aircel is worst at the least.. I have been calling on customer care complaint number 198, 121 so on but no response at all, infact the calls get disconnected by itself after 85 seconds. I havent heard from customer care executive yet and its 4 hour of tiresome calling.. Am really raged with anger and would switch to some other service provider as soon as possible thanks to MNP schemes.. Lemme tell you your official music SUCKS big time and am not at all interested in your offers so keep your crap aside when we make call to customer care centers.. Instead of spending millions on brand ambassador to the likes of DHONI and SURYA spend on human resource and get more customer care executive on board if you really wanna survive in this competitive industry, respond to the calls we make directly instead of circumlocuting our way to customer care executive through music- am tired of hearing the crap.. Leave the of pressing 1 2 3 4 for tom dick and harry service and jus keep one number which would connect us to directly customer care executive.. For heaven sake improve your dismal customer service

                  On 29-12-15 the balance was in my mobile no: [protected] Rs 43/-. On 30-12-15 again check in the morning the balance was Rs 1.28/- i am shocked. I am calling for customer care for the reason, the customer care says u will use the data that's why main a/c balance was cut. I did'n use data i am using always my office wifi. The aircel customer care was not responding / resolved the reason. Please add Rs 42/- as a talk time in my mobile no [protected]. I am write a letter to PM's tribunal also. The aircel co says the customer's fault. Please send me a details of Rs 42/- cutting money.

                  I have been a long user of aircel l have been using aircel since 5 years. It is d worst kind if service. Dere was some problm with d verificasn of my sim. A nw sim was given to me. But i had an issue i didnt get my previous balance. I had 1 gb data free wid around q mnth of validity left.. I could not get any info about my data bal. I called 198 and askd bout it. I got to knw i had 1 gb data valid upto 1 aug but due to sm problm i couldnt find it using d usad code. So i used internet. Nxt day on 7th july i found my 370 rs was charged due to internet usage. I complaind against it but dey said sorry sir but we can't help as u used d internet withoud enough data. I paid d price. Dey didnt do anything. It is prety sad i didnt have ne fault but i had to pay.
                  Yesterday also i Recharged 194 rs but i couldnt knw its was a std pack. 195 was a local pack. I askd dem as i cannot use d std minutes plz help either to refund or just alter d to d local pack. But dey couldnt help. I will give an xmpl.                       I have been using aircel network for more than 3 years... i was complainig about various problems that i have faced very often to aircel customer care, but they are not providing me the remedy or proper solution.
                      complaint number 1)Recently i have lost 30 Rs talk value for dialer tunes because of the wrong guidance of customer care people to whom i spoken on 16.2.2009 at around 6.30 p.m. i was charged Rs.30 for Dialer tunes on 18.2.2009, but dialer tune is deactivated on that evening itself..
                      I have another complaint too. 2)when i try to call a particular kerala number, most of the time i hear another cross talk and i have been losing balance manytimes. i have informed and complaint about this to customer care, but i am not satisfied. For the sake of other peoples who may be awarenessless, or illeterate please take action... my complaint not only representing myself but also many unkown people.                           Hi this is tarun kanti das from Kolkata. My Aircel No is [protected]. [protected] and [protected]. After a 03 months continous trying at last I register my no i.e. [protected] for NDND facility on[protected] which have a Registration No: V[protected]. The customer care executive assure me that within 48 hours al promotional calls and messages from the AIRCEL company will be stoped and within 45 days I will be registered for NDND, then no unwanted call will be received. But after 4 or 5 days I again start receiving calls and sms from the company continiously. Then I lodge a complaine which no is 1-[protected].
                          But there is no soluation. I am receiving the calls & sms from the company continiously.
                          Today when I tried to contact the customer care executive about the matter they didnot help me at all and they cut off the line.
                          IS the company following the Rules & Regulation of TRAI.
                          For the other two nos i.e. [protected] and [protected] I till can't register my no for DND Service even after send mesage as START DND to 1909, calling 1909 and calling the Customer care Executive.
                          I have faced several problems with this AIRCEL service provider. I have registered do not distrub on 31.12.09 by their outlet person and as per norms that should be stop within 45 days. But it is not so smooth. I am being distrubbed regularly and again called their customer service on 19.02.10 and got a no. and the person told the calling and sms will stop within 48 hours. But still i am getting the pain. Another problem they are activating dialer tone with their own interest and not against my request and taking my balance. Its a shame for this company and I found no justice against my complain several times. I will go to another service provider and this sim i will kept for incoming calls only. They are the big cheater and beaware of them.

                            I am a customer of Aircel last 4 years. Now they have introduced new scheme for add-on (club 5). I have given request for the same, they also deducted the rant for the same. But with out any prior information they deactivated add-on facility. I was made compliant on 05.02.2009, they assured with in 48hr the problem will be solved. But till date they have not taken any step to solve my problem and there is no proper response from them. Kindly advice as a consumer how we can make them to understand our problem and solve problem with in time. At present their services are very poor, no proper response, ask them to wait customers long time in toll free line.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I have given request for deactivation of my aircel post paid, mobile no [protected], another number [protected] in the month of march 2009. when i have paid the last bill that time i requested the person to deactivate my number that time he told me that number will be deactivated but still i am receiving the bill which i have not used .now they are saying that u have to clear all the bills then only the number will be deactivate.

                              sir my name is sulthan i am using aircel sim my mobile number [protected] i have activated before four months but i have cancelled dialer tune at 15.01.2009 but monthly rental has been taken from my account on 03.02.2009 i have complaint to customer care center but they are not resposing properly they tould the caller tune will activiate again with 48 hours but caller tune has been not activiated till now please response my problem

Aircel s not providing good service to me... if i ask costumer care executive to give dailer code for perticular song that people give wrng code and wn i askd abt ds they r giving negligence answer to me.. and network is totally poor in my city.. and problem in sending messages...

                                PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHY UR COMPANY IS NOT TAKING A POWER CONNECTION FROM STATE ELECTRICITY BOARD TO RUN THE MOBILE TOWER AT GUMLA - 2 LOCATION.
                                THE MOBILE TOWER AT GUMLA-2 LOCATION IS CURRENTLY RUN BY GENERATOR WHICH IS CREATING A SOUND POLLUTION THROUGHOUT THE DAY. THE SITUATION BECOMES UNBEARABLE SPECIALLY DURING NIGHTS. IT CREATES MUCH PROBLEMS FOR ALL O[censored]S RESIDING IN THE COLONY.
                                I[censored] TAKE A POWER CONNECTION FROM JHARKHAND STATE ELECTRICITY BOARD, THE NEED TO RUN THE GENERATOR WILL BE ONLY DURING THE POWER CUTS AND NOT THROUGHOUT THE DAY. IT WILL NOT ONLY RELIEVE US FROM THE CURRENT AGONY, BUT ALSO SAVE UR REVENUE.

                                  Dear Team,

                                  This is regarding a request of deactivation of one of my number.I have made a request with corporatecare on 19.01.2009 for deactivations of number from my friends mail ID but they have rejected stating that the mail should come from the connection holder, So i have sent from the above mail ID on 29.01.2009, but still no revert from them.Today i have called the customer care for asking the status but they are telling that we have not received any request for this.

                                  Pls do the needfull thing on urgent basis.

                                      I had recharged my Aircel mobile with a SMS rate cutter on 4th JAN but after few days it wasnt working and messages were charged from my main balance. I talked to the customer care executive and the proolem got corrected within 72 hours as promised by the company.But after few days the same problem happened again and I complained to the customer care ([protected]) at complaint no.-P[protected] on 20-01-09. i was promised that the problem will be looked upon in 72 hours but even after that nothing was done. I complained again on 23-01-09, my complaint no. being P[protected]. Now 72 hours have passed after my last complaint and nothing has been done yet.
                                      I would be highly obliged if you could look into the matter and ensure that my sms voucher is activated and i get a fair compensation.

                                      It is a negligence of the customer care services because they are making promises and not keeping. This happened to me a few months back when balance was deducted from my Original account though I had SMS balance and when I called Customer Care they said that it would be adjusted but without any response after that

                                      Aircel — Customer care poor service

                                      My phone is not working. Incoming and outgoings are not working. I am tried to contact customer care. 3 hours no response in customer care.
                                      For a particular reason I wanted to contact Customer care Dept of Aircel. My Aircel No is [protected]. But never I could contact with that concernned dept. Round the clock through out the week it is saying that customer care executives are busy...is it possible? I think they are not at all careful about their customer care department. I have thought that ultimately I have to write to the highest level authority of Aircel for this kind of poorest activity. I will request to the customer care dept to contact me to resolve my problem. Hope they will cooperate with me in this regard.

                                        hi all,

                                        I have been using aircel for almost 6 years from my college days in 2003 to my present 2009 employment years.. The network of aircel is miserable u will get frustrated by using it. One can seldom make calls to any Airtel or Vodafone network it take 20 to 30 times in peak hours to call any network apart from Aircel. I get frustrated when ever i need to call any other network. Signal quality is at the worst voice clarity is pathetic and other features like caller tune, GPRS is also woeful. GPRS connection is very slow most of the time it gets timed out.. I have also been to interior parts of tamil nadu where aircel claims to have good network connection one faces the same problem even in interiors .I went to yelgiri hill station in tamil nadu for 3 days and to my surprise aircel has no network in that place. For 3 days i had a bad time with no incoming and outgoing.Another example of worst customer satisfaction my friend took a aircel connection with STD and roaming he was asked for a deposite of 2500/- since he needed a postpaid connection with roaming n STD.My friend disconnected the connection after one year and till now is he struggling to get the refund amount after several request and threat they posted the cheque but to wrong address .Please dont be agree to make any deposit at the time of conncetion u wil never get it back.

                                        These problem are common among all other aircel customers i have verified from several of my friends. Call between Aircel network are easily connected but for other network calls one surely needs to struggle. One might wonder why i am having the same old connection for 6 years its because i cannot change my mobile number for business reasons but I am also having alternate airtel number. I have seen aircel growing from good to better and now worst, deplorable, distressing and worthless in these 6 years . I seriously feel if aircel wants business they should take care of network problem else its hard to find customers hope management takes this issue seriously.
