My mobile number is [protected] i like to know june 1st to still date how much amount i want to pay just now i had pay last month bill is Rs.74/- the total amount is Rs.135/- Balance is Rs. 60/- from this month amount how much i want to pay with Adjustment.i[censored] send the details i get full satisfaction from ur service.
There is very Poor network coverage around Hyundai SIPCOT and thandalam, Irungatukottai places near to Sriperumbudur and Quees Land Amusement Park, ]
Nearly 35000 people working around that area and 10000 business men daily vsit that place .
So large number of people dislike your network and change to Airtel, Vodafone
I like my Aircel . So please Take Further steps to recover this problem .

Aircel — Aircel - Repeated Bills After Closing the Account

Aircel Executive promised for Lowest Monthly rental for postpaid connection, but the promise was not kept and was getting some huge amount, so decided to close the account and for closing the connection they charged me 1800 and even after I payed the said amount they again sent the bill and being tortured.

I want call history for my aircel number

I need to verify my call history for my aircei number [protected] for a month from 01-05-14 to 23-06-14.

my balance has been deducted

i had deducted rs 8 for night pack of internet today, but rs 18 has been deducted from my account.

Pending of online recharge

i have made a recharge of 255 rs on my AIRCEL 3g prepaid number [protected]. but the recharge is shown to be still pending and the money is already deducted..and its customer care service is the worst...please do the needful...

    i hav purchased aircel postpaid no and activate aircel unlimited gprs on it and from the day of activation i havent use the gprs service and i called customer care around 20-25 times but they always said that the service will b start in 24 hours. my cell no is [protected] and i want to giv dis no back to the company and wants my security back instantly...please help me on this...

    You seem to be having genuine troubles with your activation, why don’t you visit an Aircel retail showroom and discuss the matter with customer care first.
    Aircel GPRS though it's known to be the best but it sucks big time where technical department is concerned they never give a call back... i am not being able to use GPRS on my i-mate SPL but no one seems to help me out in that. So in a ways they have already started to suck big time...
    I have recharged my prepaid aircel with 98 Rs. that is Unlimited internet access plan. but when i use the internet, it is always down or very very slow. I can't view any video clip. I can't visit only some websites like google, yahoo etc. and can't visit big websites. I can't download anything from the internet. so do something for me. I don't want to waste my 98 Rs. Give me full aircel settings.
    I have recharged GPRS 98/- voucher..But I dint get the configuration MSG yet..I called CC for 15-20 times.Every single time they say our gprs tech will call u back in 2 Hours.Its been 30-35 hours but I dint get any call or GPRS settings. This is really bard experience.

    but i am unable to connect net by aircel sim..
    but i cannet by airtel easily

    I am sanket patil, i have jst taken AIRCEl prepaid connection on 7th july 2009 & from VASHI, AIRCEL gallery & I have activated AIRCEL gprs connection . the plan of gprs is 98/- per month unlimited browsing but now after 10 days i am getting problem while using gprs .i complain to the Aircel Customer care but they are unable to solve my problem. please help me as soon as possible .

    Are you sure your handset is compatible with GPRS? And if it is did you store your WAP settings before starting off? If done everything and still no response, try going to your closest Aircel showroom and they should be able to guide you through the process more easily.

    What kind of a problem are you facing? Connectivity? Or are you getting some sort of an error message? In any case, I think you should visit the nearest Aircel Store so that they can cater to your needs more effectively
    I have purchased aircel pre-paid no. For GPRS activatation send sms to 121 with msg (PI) four days back but till now I did not received any configuration settings downlod msg from aircel. I called customer care around 10-12 times but they always said that the service will b start in 24 hours or we are send your settings on your mobile withen 5 hrs.     I have Kp220 Lg brand new, am unable to activate pocket internet or GPrs. some Plsssssssssss help me activate Pocket internet... when i tried to call and sms things never worked, its asking for pin number. when i typed 1234, 1111 or 0000 or 12345 it says pin length don't match.     I can understand your problem my friend, I would suggest you to visit the nearest Aircel store, which you can easily find in Kolkata. There you can get your settings checked and activated. I believe you will have no further complaints.

          A representative from aircel came to my house on 8th may 2009 and informed me that there are 6 fake aircel connections issued in my name and address. I have only 1 aircel mobile connection.

          This looks like a call connectivity error now that you have a complaint number, why don’t you just drop into one of their stores? You can get a quick update on the status of your complaint and you can probably ask the reason for the current problem…

            Aircel Prepaid — Caller Tone

            The aircel prepaid had deducted Rs.30 for activating the caller tone without my consent. When asked about the same to the customer care, they say it is that I who requested for it when a prerecorded call was done to my mobile # [protected]. It is really the stupid idea of the Aircel collecting unnecessary charges without the providing the services. So please refund the money back. I being a Christian will not opt for the caller tone "shiva shombo" think twice before correcting ur mistake.
            Dialer tune is a automated service and  cannot be activated without the prior customer consent. Promo calls and messages can be the reason  when responded. I would suggest you to activate your DND service which will block all such messages and calls

                I have subscribed the AIRCEL No [protected] and the same have been deactivated. When contacted AIRCEL franchisee at Aligarh they told my photo is not clear on my PANCARD copy. Despite giving them all the necessary identification proof personaly in person in the office of dealer of AIRCELL of Aligarh before deactivation on their identification call, the connection have been deactivated. Their point is that we are very strict on identification matter. What I could understand is that thay are very illequipped to manage the affairs.

                  To whomsoever it may concern,

                  I am one of the proud subscribers of Aircel mobile connection residing in Chennai. I am greatly impressed with the service of Aircel and also the kind of response. I am happy with Aircel because it offers me complete peace of mind, as it BLOCKS ALL THE INCOMING CALLS & SMS and keeps me actively involved in the my work. None of my friends are ABLE TO REACH me in any emergency and similarly I am also not able to reach any of my friends using AIRCEL connection. Hats off to AIRCEL for the tremendous job to HELP PEOPLE NOT TO COMMUNICATE and for your wonderful CONNECTIVITY.

                  Such a BAD experience is not only faced by me alone but also with most of my friends who use AIRCEL connectivity. I still wonder for the reason to continue using the AIRCEL connection. I have used all other mobile phone network connection and I can openly say that AIRCEL is the WORST and no other mobile phone connectivity can EVER BE COMPARED WITH AIRCEL.

                  I took the connection only by 27of April 2008.

                    Dear sir/ madam,

                    I am one of your valued lifetime customer. But certain things (which i have written below) makes me to come out of your network.

                    Earlier times there was free sms between 10:00 A.M to 10:00 P.M. you cancelled that plan.

                    Then aircell thrills webportal was free of service. But suddely without any intimation you were charging a hefty rate of 10ps/10 kb. That too supporting only yahoo and not others. Other networks like Airtel and vodafone one can go to any web from their portal.
                    10ps/10kb is very hefty for signing in itself it takes 20 kb and how can one browse after this???


                    I have already told customer service officers that neither browsing charges should be reduced nor some special cards should be introduced they have accepted and told me that they will talk to their higher officials and call me back. but they dint call me back till now.


                    SMS booster Rs60 for 750sms is a good plan. But for RS 30 or Rs25 SMS booster should be introduced with atleast 100 sms free per day with a validity of 30 days should be introduced. which will make the lower class people benificiary.

                    I kindly request to take my suggestions and solve my grieveances.

                    Aircel to close its operation and sell out its technical infrastructure by the end of June 2010. I am an internal person and i speaks for the consumers only.
                    This is due to Aricel's incompetency in terms of adapting to new age phones, 3g and gprs services.
                    Every other celluar service has thier own GPRS unit but Aircel doesn't, so tyo answer to one of the questions above. Aircel can't do much about it.
                    The operation will shut down when the number migration to other services happens. Aircel's due delligence has its thier facts ready to withstand consumer complaints.Anticipary bail types.
                    So heads up. Please change your service and notify your friends of change of service. Any service but not the one which will no t exists to provide you one.

                    With due respect I would like to state that Aircel are cheating their customers again and again. (My number is [protected]) Aircel limited also not listening the complaints of thier customers. Firstly, 1 month back they gave me an sms regrading activation of the caller tune and without taking any action by me they have activated it and cut Rs.30 from my account and when i called them to their customer care and told them the matter ,they simply denied the matter & told me that I have activated the caller tune by myself which was totally wrong.I requested them to deactivate my caller tune, they told me the steps how to deactivate it though I had not activated that by myself .I thoroughly listened & wrote down the steps & confirmed the steps from the customer care executive & done accordingly but the caller tune did not deactivate .Again I called them back few days afterwards & told the whole matter again but they did not heard me & similarly deinied the matter strongly &again I had to wrote down the steps to deactivate the caller tune aircel but the result was same that is my caller tune had not been deactivated.
                    Further , on yesterday again they deduced another 30 rupees from my accont balace & sent an sms notifying the deduction.
                    I have received similar complaints from some of my friends who are using an aircel connection.
                    I think that I am just being cheated by the company (money is not a big matter but being cheated & to hear repeated lies embarrasses too much & causes loss of mental peace).
                    Please look into this matter & give a permanent solution to get rid off the mental agony of being cheated again & again on the earliest.

                    As a new Aircel customer(Maharashtra [protected]) I am really annoyed with the service provided by Aircel.



                    It’s just been 5 months I am using Aircel CUG postpaid and I have faced three major issues other than usual weak signals in Pune.



                    The first one being I was told that my connection will be activated in 24 Hr but it took 6 days to start working.



                    The second one being I was unable to connect to postpaid customer care which took around 4 weeks for your team to rectify after promising 24 Hr as issue fixing time.



                    Third one is really severe and I faced lots of issue because of your team’s mistake.

                    I paid my bill of Rs 770 on Friday(29-Oct-2010) (Receipt # AL-B 6703) to collection executive and in the night my outgoing call was barred.

                    I went to Mumbai(roaming) same night and there were no signals in my cell and I faced really big problem and had to wait 3 hr in night for my relative.

                    On Saturday I contacted Aircel CC but they didn’t informed me about outgoing call barred.

                    On Monday when I returned back I logged a complain (1-[protected]) but nothing happed for 24 hr and I received an SMS stating your issue has been resolved.

                    I again talked to CC and their Team Lead Vivek, Rohan and Pramod, they all promise me 2-3 Hr but nothing happened (Tuesday and Wednesday).

                    I was surprised to see that there was no Team Lead at 9:00-9:30 P.M. on Wednesday (3rd Nov 2010) as told by CC executive.

                    It took Aircel team 11 days to resolve this issue Even during Diwali i was not able to make sigle call to my relatives.

                    Even after my outgoing calls been started i am still getting sms from aircel to pay the bill otherwise my outgoing will be barred.

                    Myself an Electronics and Telecommunication Engineer understands how much effort goes into makingcreating such a huge organization

                    But service people like these which I unfortunately been through really makes everything goes in vain

Two weeks ago aircel executive collect documents he activate the numbers in my account without my approval... Am already complaint customer care he register my complaint and they cant take any action. in my docket no. 19165165. After that am complaint in aircel cell city perungudi same as cant take action.

                      Tatolly am unsatisfy our customer care services, aircel executieves, and cell citi services...

                        I have the following complains:

                        1. I have activated Missed Call Alert service for my Aircel Mobile No.[protected]. For this MCA service, Aircel has charging Rs.15/- for each month. As per the service, I am not getting Missed Call Alerts from Aircel. Several times I have complained to customer care and lodge complain through email. They are saing there has no problems for MCA service. But I am not receiving Missed Call Alerts. What I can I do?

                        2. I have used caller tune for few days, but they charged for full months. I have activated Caller Tune on 25th February 2009 and deactivated on 6th March 2009. But they have charged monthly rental for the same from 25th to 3rd March 2009 in bill period 4th Feb to 3rd March 2009 and also full months rental 4th March to 3rd April 2009, Whether I have used caller tune only for 3 days.

                        3. In my house, network is very poor. I have requested several times to solve the matter. But network problem is not solved so far.

They also not Up the Link Again we contact you Chennai office Mr. Shanker he told our finance team is up loading your information we will connect . Again we contact Mr. Giresh 5 pm He is telling you have to settle the payment still 30th April 2009 How can I release the payment up to 30th April 2009 I requested . He told to request Mail for connecting the Internet you have to promise we are paying with in Tuesday.

                          Why I want to request. We are using you service April 2007 their no Remark about payment in you company records.

                          Five day’s of Internet Discussion 27th and 31st march 2008 Guests are Checking out for band service (internet) we are not bother for Loss . we are bothering our Reputation and customer satisfaction .

                          Because of the Reason we decided to Stop payment of Cheque for releasing the payment I need you clarification.

                              I am an Aircel customer since October 2005. I have two live Aircel prepaid connections (Chennai circle) out of which in one number I am getting around two to five promotional SMS everyday which is very very much annoying as mine is a profession that requires utmost concentration. It was suggested that registering with NDNC registry would solve this problem, and I did, several months ago. But it went in vain.

                              The numbers that send out these messages would remain unreachable even if it try calling it back immediately upon receipt of a message. And such messages naturally contain one or two contact numbers.

                              Given below some numbers extracted such messages.

                              I request the mobile operators under whose purview the above mobile numbers come to identify the subscribers of above numbers and block them permanently from using your resources, and also to pass on the information to other operators so that they may also keep them at bay. Further, a system should also be formed to deal with such unsolicited SMS, ie. forwarding such SMS to a service number for necessary action.

                              I further feel that NDNC registry is an utter failure. I am afraid to disclose my contact number for further clarification as that would also result in increased spam on my mobile. You may check with your digital records for data in/out of above numbers.

Still now MCA service not working for my number.

                                  I am using an aircel prepaid card. I used RC135 ( rate cutter) but suddenly i found one day that the call rates were increased. When i aske the same to customer care they said in a cool fashion that they have incresed the rates for all Rate Cutters... but no prior intimation..                                   sir, i have got one new Aircel sim recently, while buying the dealer told it is for lifetime sim and your call charges willbe 1paisa per 1sec, but after one week i am gettind reduced 2paisa per 1sec while i am making std calls without any notification and information sms.
                                  Buddy you could check the exact details of your plan from the customer care or I am sure when the dealer would have sold you the plan he would have provided you with some reading material. You just need to recheck the details of the plan and if not satisfied you could just visit the nearest Aircel store and understand the details clearly…. I am sure they would be a helpful lot

                                  i HAVE PURCHASED , AN AIRCEL PREPAID CONNECTION .....IN BB CANT SRINAGAR .THE CALL RATES OF THE CONNECTION WAS INITIALLY ONE PAISA PER SEC BUT NOW THE CALL RATES ARE MORE THAN TWO PAISA PER SEC .
                                  I totally agree with Mr.Vinod Kumar.even I am using an Aircel prepaid connection for the last 2years in Kolkata.Initially the call charges for local & national was 1p/sec.But for the last few days I noticed the national call charges are deducted on 2p/sec basis.I spoke to the customer care & inquired about the problem.Instead of checking the information and helping to resolve the issue the customer care executives started behaving abrupt.The customer care executives said the plan that I am using call charges for national for the first 30000 secs will be 1p/sec after which the charges will change to 2p/sec plan.This is really a fraud and hidden information.Action should be taken regarding this.

                                        HELLO SIR I AM PRABODHA KUMAR RATH AND I AM USING AIRCEL SIM IN MY MOBILE AND MY COMPLANE IS THAT I HAD SEND 7 MESSAGES N' THERE IS DEDUCTION OF 7 RUPEES FROM MY MAIN BALANCE EVENIF I HAD SMS BALANCE.

                                        FOR THIS I HAD POSTED COMPLANE MANY(AROUND 10 ) TIMES IN AIRCEL OFFICE BUT THERE IS NO RESULT OF THAT, THEY ARE SAYING IT WILL REFUND TO ME BUT 25 DAYS ARE GONE WITHOUT ANY CORRECTION.

                                        SO PLZ KINDLY CONSIDER MY CASE AND TELL ME WHAT TO DO FURTHER TO GET BACK MY MONEY??

                                        now a days aircel customer care is not good. you complain once again and get the complain no from the executive. If they not rectify your query you may contact managers using the complain no. and then tell them about the problem you had, finally it will rectify.
