1. I have activated Missed Call Alert service for my Aircel Mobile No.[protected]. For this MCA service, Aircel has charging Rs.15/- for each month. As per the service, I am not getting Missed Call Alerts from Aircel. Several times I have complained to customer care and lodge complain through email. They are saing there...

Last ten days before my father got([protected]) a call from this Aircel no [protected], one lady spoken witth my dad she said some unwanted personal things to my dad, i wont bother about what she said to my dad, but how she used ur call center number to convey some personal things this is really spoil your company name, pls take necessery action and revert to me as soon as possible or other wise i am going to file...

I am an Aircel customer since October 2005. I have two live Aircel prepaid connections (Chennai circle) out of which in one number I am getting around two to five promotional SMS everyday which is very very much annoying as mine is a profession that requires utmost concentration. It was suggested that registering with NDNC registry would solve this problem, and I did, several months ago. But it went in vain.

I am from Orissa.I am using a aircell prepaid mobile..I has been activate MCA service on 27/03/2009 for mobile no-[protected].But i am not receive any MCA last 7 days.I lodged complain on 30/03/2009.When i call coustemer care representative told me wait for 24 hrs, after 24 hrs again i call aircel coustemer care, then one representative tell me wait for 7 days ..! Still now MCA service not working for my number....

I am using an aircel prepaid card. I used RC135 ( rate cutter) but suddenly i found one day that the call rates were increased. When i aske the same to customer care they said in a cool fashion that they have incresed the rates for all Rate Cutters... but no prior intimation.. Atlast the customer is fool as per all mobile operators...

HELLO SIR I AM PRABODHA KUMAR RATH AND I AM USING AIRCEL SIM IN MY MOBILE AND MY COMPLANE IS THAT I HAD SEND 7 MESSAGES N' THERE IS DEDUCTION OF 7 RUPEES FROM MY MAIN BALANCE EVENIF I HAD SMS BALANCE.

FOR THIS I HAD POSTED COMPLANE MANY(AROUND 10 ) TIMES IN AIRCEL OFFICE BUT THERE IS NO RESULT OF THAT, THEY ARE SAYING IT WILL REFUND TO ME BUT 25 DAYS ARE GONE WITHOUT ANY CORRECTION.

SO PLZ KINDLY CONSIDER...

I am not an Aircel Customer.But, after knowing about their exciting offers I wanted to take a connection...
But I came to know that it does not have range in my college and my home.

My mobile number has been given to so many advertising agency without my permission. Thereby, when i was driving car or involved in important work or discussion, often i get ring or sms. I am unable to attend or simply ignore, neglect, because sometimes it may be important also.

Mobile phones are possessed to get immediate contacts. whereas, these are being misused by the service provider. If this is not...

FOR - LOVE TIPS AND MISSED CALL REMINDERS.
WHICH I HAVE NOT REQUESTED FOR. I HAVE RAISED COMPLAINTS ABOUT THAT, THEIR RESPONSE IS SO STUPID, THEY ARE SAYING I MUST PRESSED WRONG BUTTON DURING THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 2008 SO THE CHARGES WE ARE ON.
FOR THEIR KIND INFORMATION I WAS NOT IN INDIA I WAS IN ABROAD WITH THE AIRCEL CHIP.
