My both aircel numbers are showing emergency calls and i’m unable to call up complaints or send sms to 1900 for getting upc to port these to different provider.
I’ve tried emailing appellate. [protected]@aircel.co.in but since their mailbox is full, mail got reverted. Kindly request you to provide upc for below numbers as soon as possible

I am trying to change from AIRCEL to other network as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As i am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area.

There is no network in mobile for two days in patna if aircel is going to close the service in bihar please provide porting code to port out in other network. When i have called customer care they doesn't reply satisfactory. I have also mailed about issue but i haven't got any reply. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible. I sent the port message to the aircel service provider they did not giving any port secret code . Due to this problem I can't switch my service to another number. So please take necessary action for this. Here network issues on aircel we reported many times they are not taking any support . So i need solve this issue as soon as possible. I am trying to port sms on 1900 from last one month, two times you charged but not port message sent and from last two days there is no network nor csc connect i am trying on mb. No. 198, 121, [protected], [protected], [protected] kindly reply me there is too much loss i am bearing because all my customers have my number; avoiding this will supoport me to make case against aircel...

I tried many times for the porting request but still no unique porting number received. Kindly please provide the unique porting number. Here recently calls are not connecting and no tower in the city centre of Coimbatore..so please kindly give me the number asap. Since today no service and it display emergency call only ..I need this number so kindly provide unique porting number in order to move other network.

I have sent the port request from my number [protected] to 1900. But i didn't get the unique port number. I have tried multiple attempts. As am getting serious network signal issues in aircel. I need to port my number to other operater as the earliest. Message sending cost deducted and it has sent. But still i didn't get response. Please send me the unique port number as the earliest....

The tower connectivity is very poor in aircel at dumdum area. It is down for the last 10 hrs today. Why the customers shall suffer. Why these service providers do not give proper service. Why the government do not take care of this approach by service providers in telecom circle. Matter is very urgent as entire connection is buggered up. This is required to be corrected immediately....

On Dated 10/jan/2018 i have recharged to my aircel sim for 294 ruppes through sbi netbanking(Transaction reference no is [protected]IHG5714331). But till now i m not getting recharged.But money is debited from my account.I need a refund or else need recharge for my money to my sim([protected]).This issue is not a first time it's third time....

This is tharani. D from vellore, katpadi. My no is:- [protected] (My provider aircel)

We have 27 nos in aircel. Last month onwards aircel was giving lot of tower issues we complaint so many times they do not rectify problem. So we decide to switch over to other networks. So we send the msg to 1900 to the port it will not give the upc code for my 27 nos. There is no response in customer care and show room also....

Require port code for my aircel number [protected] suddenly the network of my phone went before 2 days and i am unable to send any msg for port code due to no network so need to port to some other network.

As i am unable to send message to 1900 due to no network without any intimation they stopped my connection.
