It's been 4 days aircel does not have network in odisha. People are suffering like anything for incoming/outgoing calls, getting otps for some importamt transactions... Etc. This is such a frustrated attitude from aircel folks.

How come they are shutting down their network without informing anything to customers. Who should be accountable now for the customers inconveniences. They should fined seriously for this kind inhuman activities.

      I have 2 aircel number .but from 6 month mANY TIMEs signal is not working or no network at my coverage. i tried mANY TIMEs to get upc code but aircel not give me. i contact aircel office at jodhpur but they not giving any code to me and not support.

        I am trying to change from AIRCEL to VODAFONE as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on 20 February 2018 but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As i am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area.

          I have an aircel number and i had got an mnp number which the providers have probably pulled back as it isn't available in my phone any more (Probably in the sim however the sim shows no service now hence may not display.

          It's been a very pleasant experience with aircel, and i would never have thought of porting out had your services continued in maharashtra. I have also got details that tri has advised you to help port out all your connections in maharashtra and the last date for the same is 10th march 2018. I have visited your stores in chinchwad who advised me that they can't help.

          I need to pot out from aircel (Maharashtra). Please provide me with an mnp unique code.

            My both aircel numbers are showing emergency calls and i’m unable to call up complaints or send sms to 1900 for getting upc to port these to different provider.

              I am trying to change from AIRCEL to other network as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As i am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area.

              I got a message from aircel regarding my upc code :-DM223874 but this is an invalid UPC code. Please provide me the correct upc . I don't know why it is taking this much longer to provide me the upc.

                There is no network in mobile for two days in patna if aircel is going to close the service in bihar please provide porting code to port out in other network. When i have called customer care they doesn't reply satisfactory. I have also mailed about issue but i haven't got any reply. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.                         There is no network in my aircel mob. no. [protected] since 31-jan-2018. I complaint so many times from helpline no. (198), from mail, and also visited aircel main office Patna. A aircel network staff also visited my home on 04-feb-18 and conformed the problem but he denied to answer me the expected time. Aircel office manager rudely told me that It may take a month or more. Now, I asked aircel manager to withdraw my balance of rs1700 from my aircel mob. no. so that I can swift to another operator but again he denied to do so. Now, I can't understand what should I do.                             I sent the port message to the aircel service provider they did not giving any port secret code . Due to this problem I can't switch my service to another number. So please take necessary action for this. Here network issues on aircel we reported many times they are not taking any support . So i need solve this issue as soon as possible.                               I am trying to port my number from aircel to other network as i am not happy with aircel services. But aircel is not providing upc code. Even after trying multiple times today (20/02/2018) unique porting code has not been sent for me. Very poor service from aircel. This is causing aircel subscribers to lose important calls/messages because of poor network. From past 1 week there is no proper network from aircel.

                                The aircel network is missing from my area from the last 6-7 days.. Due to this, i have missed many important calls.. I have send many port request since yesterday from other areas where network is available but weak, all the messages are being delivered but in return they are not sending upc for porting... Please kindly provide me the upc to avoid further inconvenience.

                                      I tried many times for the porting request but still no unique porting number received. Kindly please provide the unique porting number. Here recently calls are not connecting and no tower in the city centre of Coimbatore..so please kindly give me the number asap. Since today no service and it display emergency call only ..I need this number so kindly provide unique porting number in order to move other network.

                                        I have sent the port request from my number [protected] to 1900. But i didn't get the unique port number. I have tried multiple attempts. As am getting serious network signal issues in aircel. I need to port my number to other operater as the earliest. Message sending cost deducted and it has sent. But still i didn't get response.
