Sir, from the last few days, my aircel sim isn't working. It doesn't show any network. Neither data nor calls are available for use.in the same mobile other sims work. And this aircel sim doesn't work even in other mobiles. There are bank accounts connected with this number. This now seems to be problematic to me. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible otherwise i need to port the sim. Thanks!...

This is to inform all that aircel network is completely down since last few days for which we are facing a lot of problems like bank transaction otp, family relatives, business hampers, many problems running due to this.

I dont know why this is happening. I am an user of aircel since last 10yrs or above but never faced this type of issue. Currently am feeling completely blind as there is no option left except waiting.

I am trying to change from aircel to vodafone as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times on 21 february 2018 but to no avail. Aircel guys please send me upc. As i am in dead zone of your coverage area.

Hello i have sent numerous messages about porting code to aircel but they haven't sent me a code yet when i talk go the customer service team they simply hang up on me i am really upset with this behaviour i would need the porting code please. Had a word with a representative but the person would not know why i haven't received the code yet

My aircel sim of maharashtra circle has been discontinued since 1st feb.

I have sent mail to care. [protected]@aircel.co.in with all the details they asked i. E., poi, 20 digit sim number and alternate number.

I have recieved acknowledgment mail from them "ack : maharashtra circle number 976221*
Deactivated (Ern[protected]t2mkln)" but still i have not recieved any mails regarding upc.br...

I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on 21 Feb, 2018 but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As i am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area.

Aircel customers in trivandrum is not getting network coverage from past 25 days. Unable to make calls or even unable to send porting message. Missing out so many calls due to this issue. Please look into this and fix it asap.

I contacted customer care from other network number and not getting any solution. Very bad situation as i am unable to make online payments, it's a deadlock now...

Need upc code for my no. [protected]. I havent received any prior message about the company being closed. So need ups asap. As it is linked to all my legal documents and can't do any transactiond without the number. Hope you provide me with the ups early as my number has not been functional. The msgs are being sent successfully but the "porting code" is not generating/ not received.

The sms charges are being deducted but from your end the porting code is not coming.

I am trying to change from aircel 3g to voda 4g, as there is no need of 3g now in this 4g era, also now aircel don't provide any 3g or 4g service properly. As I am using Aircel for period of nearly seven years and now I want to change my network because of various issues. Even though I had sent s lot of request for porting code to Aircel from Feb 20 onwards, I could not get the porting code. Please check this issue and send me the porting code as soon as possible....

It's been 4 days aircel does not have network in odisha. People are suffering like anything for incoming/outgoing calls, getting otps for some importamt transactions... Etc. This is such a frustrated attitude from aircel folks.

How come they are shutting down their network without informing anything to customers. Who should be accountable now for the customers inconveniences. They should fined seriously for this kind inhuman...

I have an aircel number and i had got an mnp number which the providers have probably pulled back as it isn't available in my phone any more (Probably in the sim however the sim shows no service now hence may not display.

It's been a very pleasant experience with aircel, and i would never have thought of porting out had your services continued in maharashtra. I have also got details that tri has advised you to help port out...
