    I am trying to change from AIRCEL to BSNL as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on 17 feb 2018 but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As i am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area. My mobile number [protected]

      I have a aircel no. And i could not use it these days because of the tower problem but i have been getting tower till yesterday vut today it does not work and they have said thar the company is going to be closed and we have to send to message to 1900 and in the format of port but i could not send it and it always reply that the message is incorrect and i[censored] please can solve the problem of mine

            I am stuck with aircel network now a days. After its bankruptcy situation its network is not working and we are facing issues since 4 days. Earliear i tried to get porting number but sometimes it fails and sometimes it did not provide porting code. My contact number is: [protected]. Please take some needful action against it.

              Even after sending port xxxxxxxxxx to 1900 around 15-20 messages from aircel mobile number, still didnt get the unique porting code, from tamil nadu region

              Requesting to send the porting code to the number

              Please provide the porting code at the earliest and frequently facing network connectivity issues, which is severly affecting business operations

              NOT RESOLVED THROUGH THIS MEDIUM: BUT After sending nearly 150 porting messages and 10 mails to [email protected], I received a mail reply that to visit a nearby Aircel Office. Did the same, there I provided my number and alternative number for receiving Porting pin. After 6-8 hours I received the pin. Please try the above option

              After sending nearly 150 porting messages and 10 mails to [protected]@aircel.co.in,
              I received a mail reply that to visit a nearby Aircel Office.
              Did the same, there I provided my number and alternative number for receiving Porting pin.

              Its getting irritate ...It's been 3 days since I saw my aircel network ...
              What's going on...

                Hi,

                Myself and my family is aircel customer for more than 10+ years. Last few weeks, everyone are facing issue with aircel network connectivity. We are unable to make calls or use data for which we have paid. Raised customer complain (Request# 1-[protected]) last week and following up with them as no proper response received. Please raise this complaint on behalf of the people whoever facing issue with aircel network.

                I live in the UK .. I had kept the sun card active (live) on my phone . But after some time ..

                Now it's showing no range (non active)

                Aircel have doing gundaraj in odisha.even no information given about shut down network for unknown time .now network have been shut down from sunday.if call customer care then they r telling in misbehaviour language.i am govt employee and my number is in all govt documents like adhar cards, salary banks account etc.plz do something

                  I am not getting port number . i have tried 7 times. Still i did not any response from aircel. I have send PORT number to 1900 for 7 seven times but no responce. i want to switch from aircel to other network. Please i have called customer care also but they are not responding . They told you will get within 1 hour. Its going to be one day still i did not get any response.

                    I have sent port sms to 1900 multiple times but have not received any upc so far.

                    Aircel network coverage has been withdrawn from my area suddenly and i need this number working (By porting it) asap as i have all my banking alerts and emergency contact number set to this number.

                    Request you to resolve this as soon as possible.

                      I have been using aircel network as my sim slot 1. There is no network since 19/02/2018 in ranchi, jharkhand with my aircel no ([protected]). Now i heard the news about the tendency of bankruptcy of the aircel company. I got no early intimation or messages about its inability to connect. Due to which i am facing severe problem. If they would have reminded us through messages, we could port the sim network into other. As my no. Is distributed among bank accounts, relatives, several financial transactions, using whatsapp on this no. Only, now i am facing difficulties. Please provide the upc code to port in other network as soon as possible. Regarding this i had sent a mail already but no response till now from their end.

                      plzz solve the network problem..
                      From the morning it is showing only emergency calls
                      Not allowing to call idea numbers from 25 days.
                      There is also a internet speed problem

I am not getting upc code after sending sms to aircel. No network from today morning 10.48 am onwards in my residential area.

                            I am not receiving UPC (Unique port Code) on my aircel number.
                            I have sent message to 1900 3 to 4 times but no response.

                            Also i called customer care but call is not connecting to any one, only the recorded voice saying about 'National Romaing charges for more than 10 mins.

                            Please resolve my query before my number getting deactivated from your side.

                              There has been no network connection since past 72 hours. The customer care does not respond. I have no other option but to port to a different network operator. I have been waiting for the UPC code from Aircel from more than 12 hours. I have sent PORT [protected] to 1900. Please immediately send my UPC either by SMS or via email to my registered email ID: [protected]@yahoo.com My alternate number is [protected].

                              It has been more than 24 hours now, still Aircel have not sent the UPC code yet. I have sent the PORT [protected] request several times. Please either SMS me the UPC code in my alternate number [protected] or email me in my registered email ID [protected]@yahoo.com.

No proper signal for past two days. Since this im primary contact no and linked with bank accounts, not able to do banking transactions since not receiving otp from banks. Suffering like i am in hell...

                                      Dear sir my aircel no [protected] last three days i am requesting for unique porting code aircel people are not providing sir i am not getting aircel network last ten days lot of problems i am facing due to this please provide us upc so that i can change to some other networks and aircel customers care people are not responding to call.
