My sim has stopped working, so can you kindly provide me with the UPC code for my sim so I can have it port to another sim. My aircel mobile number is [protected]. The sim is from rajasthan circle. You can contact me on my number [protected] for further questions. And can you please reply quickly as this number is important, i use to for many purpose so i have to port it. so please provide me upc code as fast as possible

I want to port my Mobile services from Aircel to Airtel because of poor connectivity. I have sent 5 sms for getting the porting code, these cheats only taking my money as sms charges but not giving a code

I am facing a problem with aircell network since 7days i last 2-3 clients because of this network there is no network in bangalore Aircell net work is not good i advice people donot go to aircell if any body using air cell please port it immediately Aircell sevice is not good

My no is [protected] on aircel network. I have been trying to port my no from a long time but each time it is showing the "failed" status. Look forward to this matter and solve it asap.

Hi I am Girija, My No is [protected] Aircel Odisha Circle, Since last 8-10 days lots of network issues are facing, neither a single call received not could be able to make a single call. I am totally disconnected from my contacts. I have tried several times to port my no by sending SMS to 1900, every time the sms charges are deducted but not getting the port code. Aircel connectivity is very poor. What the hell the TRAI is doing. Pls. help in getting the unique code to get my number port to another service provider.

    I am regular customer of aircel (Delhi ncr region) for last 3 years. Suddenly network from my phone has disappeared and i don't have connectivity anymore. When i google about aircel, everybody says it has shutdown its operations.

    I feel cheated because i have never been informed about such shut down plans by aircel. I use it as my primary number and i have linked it at all important places either it is banking, aadhar or various policies.

    Even if any company wants to leave like this, they should atleast send upc to all its customers. Now please let me know how can i port my sim card to another network. Please provide me upc for [protected].

    Moreover, my sim card had balance of more than 150 rupees which i don't know where to claim now.

      Aircel is not providing porting code for my mobile no [protected]
      I tried to send sms many times but sms sending failed options comes every time. I even checked using another device and i also had enough prepaid balance but still error comes. I also contacted customer care but they also dont answer my calls.
      I am fed up now please provide me my porting code.

              My number is [protected] and address is at/po-burla, dist-sambalpur. I don't have network in my aircel number from last 4days so even if i want to port the number, i am not being able to do that. I try communicating with the aircel customer care but they are not taking any action and giving useless excuses. Its causing a lot of trouble in communication. Please look into this matter.

                My aircel network is not working at all. No way to call service center. Tried calling [protected] but they cut our call. Worst customer care service. Network stopped working unnecessarily from two week. I tried to remove & reinsert sim card multiple times but still the network is not working.

                Kindly some one guide us or let me know how to port to other networks prepaid plan

                  Due to poor network connectivity I want to switch to Airtel from my existing Aircel network.

                  I'm tried to get port out unique code from aircel by sending port out request to 1900.

                  PORT [protected]

                  Sent request in correct format many times & received not unique code with the series of CDT×××××. I visited Airtel showroom for processing MNP but airtel said it's not possible since code starting with the series of CDT & it's corporate number. I never opted corporate number. I'm using this number from last 10 year. I need the same number since this is the only number all my relatives, friends, govt records, banks holding as my identity contact number.

                  Moreover I opted for advance monthly rental by paying 6 monthly rental inadvance including GST, aircel supposed to provide 4 more months of services to my number.

                  Don't allow aircel to shut their business until they resolve all consumers MNP ISSUES. Please provide me the solution as early as possible.

                    Sir/mam i am facing the network problem in chennai. Network is very less available (I. E i can see only written r for roaming and not any bars for network) here from 6-7 days and so i am unable to pay my college fees and other transactions online. Also i am unable to call the customer care to question what is the problem and so i have messaged to 1900 to port the no as i am facing serious issues but i have not got the upc code yet. So please provide me the upc code to port my no. Without which i am unable to do any transactions as the same no. Is there in my bank.

                          I changed my sim with the same phone number. Network is fluctuating after that. Sometimes it is coming and 99% times its not coming. Im staying in ghatikia bhubaneswar. Pls look into the matter. I contacted the aircel office and they said me it was a minor network error of aircel and it would be fixed in a day. Still i am not getting network. Really frustrated now.

                            There is no signal in my phone since 2 days. No, not in my home, in the entire hyderabad! There's been various smses from aircel recently that we should avoid rumours of the shutting down of its service, but what an irony!
                            Well if not all, some o[censored]s have to take urgent and useful calls for our activities, atleast should've known about this blackout.
                            Just give me a signal for 10 minutes, gotta port to any other operator!

                                I am suffering for this such a uneducated technicians of service provider AIRCEL on last month onwards for the could not able to sms to everyone spoked with the customer care Supervisors and Escalation head for South Mrs Uma maheshwari also i had raised a mail to Appealite team but simply i am getting reply stating that we will assist you on two wprking days also our technician will call you at shortly but nothing is happened as on till days so please dont get any new connectiins or any for this service providers for this all sitting in the peoples structure is a old 1980 s technology mad staffes

                                  I have received a message from DT-AIRCEL as Unlimited internet (2GB/Day) and unlimited voice call. So that I make a recharge for Rs.89.

                                  But after that I make a recharge there is a charge consumed as per normal tariff. ​When I contact the customer care they told they didn't send any message like that. But whenever I make recharges (Verify my recharge history) following only by the offer messages. Every offer messages I received from the DT-AIRCEL​ only.

                                  Why ​that network provider(Aircel company) charge for that calls after I make a recharge.

                                  I attached the screenshot copy of that message also. Kindly clear my issue / query as early as possible.

                                  Still the problem is continued. After that when I received a message of resolving the problem still the problem is not cleared. They consume a tariff for my outgoing calls.

                                    Since two days Aircel network is not working. Tried to select network manually with other network providers but no luck. Tried calling customer care from different number but call is getting disconnected. If there is any issue Aircel should have informed earlier, all of sudden shutting down their network is not a good idea.
                                    I have tried contacting Aircel in social media but got no responses.

                                    Any update on network issue.
                                    Most of the Aircel Stores are closed and not opening, visited main branch in Begumpet, Hyderabad but they are not providing me the UPC code instead saying to wait to get message. but it's been one again but have not received any UPC message nor the network.

                                    I have done lots of research on how to get the UPC code and at last I found in some blog to use IVR and get UPC Code. After getting Code and submitting to another network provider, it took again two weeks to get it activated.

                                    It's shame that Aircel is not providing their customers enough information when the issue would resolve. And not providing UPC Code or methods of getting UPC code.
