    I am trying to change from aircel to vodafone as there is no network of aircel at my workplace home as well in train. But aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times on 15 feb, 2018 & your response is ' dear customer, the rumour about aircel closing down operations is completely untrue and flase. We contunue to provide services as usual'.
    Whatever the reason is i want my upc even i called you to customer care at 198 even they cut my call & put on me block.
    Aircel guys please send me upc. As i am in dead zone of your coverage area.

      My aircel no.[protected]/[protected] hv no network coverage tower since last few days. How is it possible the both nos are network problem. One of the no is new porting no from reliance and another is old no. On the other hand, due to not availability of network coverage i couldn't get in touch with custoner care as well. What to do, i am facing lots of problem. I couldn't do my daily trading works.
      I would request you to kindly do the needful to restore the networks problem mdtly without any further delay.

        Hi team,

        I m from maharashtra circle ([protected]).
        I got a message on 20th jan 2018 that please port your number, we are closing in maharashtra circle by aircel team without mentioning the date of close.
        From that day i m trying to get upc by sending a message either that message not got sent if sent then no reply came back.
        At the last 2 3 days i contacted customer care also they denied giving upc as well as service center person also denied.
        Now the network is not showing on phone, customer care number is not connecting from another number, other circle executives are not helping to get upc.
        From previous 8 years i was using that number, how could you do this to us (Loyal customers).

        I need it back all my friends and family members are having that number all college/university registrations are on that number.

        Please provide me a way to get upc or please give me upc.

        There is no Aircel store here.
        When I searched on the map it showed me 2 mobile shop addresses, when I asked them they disown the request.

        They asked documents I have given documents on mail itself, still no response from the team.
        Now 48 hours got completed so I have sent the document
        Now the scene is mail to any mail id is not sending, aircel.co.in server responses back with the error that it cannot accept request due to the mailbox is full.

            My number [protected] is not showing network since january 2018, how am i suppose to even port to any other network now. This number is very important to me and i can't change it. I want to anyhow retrieve this number of mine. Please guide as to what can be done. How do i use mnp now for aircel? This was done without any kind of warning, it is very disappointing to know that customers are not informed about the network issue and there are no resolving issues discussed.

              I lost my sim on saturday 10/02/2018, hence purchased the same number as duplicate sim on monday in neyveli township. I was informed that the sim will get activated on 14/02/2018 by night 8 pm. But my new sim is not showing network from the time of purchase.                 I tried too much for getting unique porting code for my aircel number [protected]. But didn't receive unique porting code. Pls send this code as this mobile no.                   My sim card is showing no network since the past 3 days, it is causing a lot of in convenience to me. I have tried the sim in 4 mobile phones, it still does not show any signal. And on top of that earlier when signal was there, they were very fluctuating and weak. Please help me or else i would be forced to discard the sim which would cost me about 500 bucks as it has been credited 2 months back only.

                        I am aircel user from Pune, i come to know that Maharashtra operator services has been shutdown, i even not getting a single message before this shutdown incident.

                        I am come to know from my brother in mumbai that i need to mail Customer care team for UPC(unique porting code).

                        I have mailed to care.[protected]@aircel.co.in and they asked me to mail care.[protected]@aircel.co.in with ID proof attached.
                        I have mailed them, but getting error recipient mailbox full they can't accept mail.

                        so i ask mumbai team for help, they even not reply to mail.

                        so i refer to consumer complaints page and from here i come to know that
                        appellate.[protected]@aircel.co.in can help me, so i mailed them also, but their mail box is also full, they can't accept mail.

                        please help me with the port number, it very :( Irritating.

                        If you have ready my complaint carefully. You will come to know that I already send the mail to appellate.[protected]@aircel.co.in. Their mailbox is full. I am getting delivery failed error with receipent mail box is full and can't accept mail.I have also attached the screenshot for the same for your reference.

                        Can you please give me another option or you can just help me with UPC.

                        Its my small request, please response on it.

                        Hi Team,
                        Its really Unfortunate to see such response from a company that operates across India.
                        I have clearly mentioned that the mail i have sent to appellate.[protected]@aircel.co.in has been not delivered and to prove my point I have attached the screen shot.
                        I request to guide me in pointing me in right direction. Reason for chasing up with this incident is I have my bank account linked to that number, My mobile apps that I am using in my Mobile are locked with this number as user ID. And its tedious process to get my wallet money in the apps can't be reimbursed

                        It would be really appreciated if I can get an assistance in getting UPC that would help me in getting into another with the same number. Many thanks in advance

                          I am trying to change from AIRCEL to AIRTEL as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on 15 FEB, 2018 but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As i am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area.

                            I raised a concern to aircel stating that, i used mobile network out of tamilnadu (Ie bengaluru), and i used internet in vodafone|aircel in network. On 29th jan 2018, data balance was deducted. On 30th jan 2018, i sat on the same place where i am supposed to be on 29th jan, and from my main balance, the amount of rs 250 was deducted. I raised this concern to aircel (Dock no-1-[protected]). But there was no response from them, and not even a single response i received from aircel. I raised this issue to respective appellate.

                            Today (15 feb 2018) i recharged 154 rupees for ul calls and 2gb data. After i recharged, i cant able to call to another mobile, and if some one calls me, they receive a message stating that "the number you are trying is not reachable". Aircel replies like, this issue will be resolved in 2 days. Until then what will be the situation where i wanted to make some urgent calls.

                            Very worst and worst ever service provider anyone can experience.

                              All the aircel buyers ate shocked to know that aircel shutdown without any notification. I think it is ridiculous. A company must think about consumer but if i am talk about aircel this company never think about his thousands of customer. This is not a business. Only we can know how and what problem we are facing currently. I think we never give a chance to these kinds of company in market. Aircel atleast you have to notify about this problem to your loyal customer before doing this cheap move.

                                  I am old customer of aircel and from first feb aircel services are closed in maharashtra. Now after call with aircel customer care they asked me to mail the details to care. [protected]@aircel.co.in to get the port number. I have sent lots of mail as i am getting undelivered mails.                                       In my area das garden, baprola vihar, delhi aircel sim card doesnot show any network. Whats the problem now and how it is fixed??? I have a very big inconvenience without netwotk. Please fix it. Why the network is shut down. Please fix the problem as soon as possible.                                       Is this problem of aircel fixed or not??? I have right to know about it i am yours company subscriber and a subscriber have right to know that how much time is taken to fixed this problem because i have a very big inconvenience.
