[Resolved]  Aircel — regarding auto renewal of ndmc 170317sms2

Hi team,

I am getting regular message like "your ndmc170317sms2" pack has been renewed". Although i have not taken any service and pack.

My account balance is reducing due to deductions of this pack.

Please stop this auto renewal pack asap. And refund my deducted balance.
Else i have to move to the consumer court in this regard.

Just fix this issue and refund my deducted balance.

I don't know why you people do all this.

Although, we have deactivated the service on your number but the charges are found to be correct and hence we regret that no waiver is applicable for the same.
