I have a pre-paid aircel connection for my mobile. To-day morning at 11.49 am i have recharged for rs..150/-. Talk time was for rs.140/- and new balance was rs.140/-. However around 1 pm today the balance has drastically come down to rs.91/-. I have a 3g connection and i have carefully put it in 'off' mode. When i checked with customer care (As such it is difficult to get a customer care executive to talk to), i was told that some renewal charges have been deducted from my new balance. This was done without any information to me nor with any permission from me.
I want such deduction to be reversed by aircel

          Auto deducting 2 rs daily i did not activated any service. I m not using any of sms pack or pi please refund my amount and disconnect this number permanently, i don't want to continue with this fraud company.             Hi team,

            Almost 4 months back, i kept mnp from aircel to airtel twice. It was rejected and i don't the the reasons. Please let me know why it has been rejected.

            Last saturday 12-aug-2017, i tried to keep mnp from aircel to jio... It has been rejected again...

            I contacted aircel customer care on 20-aug-2017 to know the reasons. I didn't get proper response, reasons and asking me to wait 3 more months and call has been drop with out answers. Please let me know and i need solutions for it asap.

            Fyi: i cleared all my debits.

              I did a recharge of 197 on my aircel number [protected] through paytm. Txn no = dlr[protected] on 19 august 2017. But till yet i didn't received any balance service regarding my transaction. I tried to contact customer care but they are showing irresponive behaviour. The behaviour of custoer care services is really very rude and rediculous. This happens may tiimes to me while recharging online we are not getting proper service. I don't know in this whether the fault of paytm service or aircel company but i got message from aircel for sucess of transaction still i am not getting benefit.

                I raised a porting request on 16 aug for the second time (First one was rejected by aircel saying they did not receive my porting request). It has been several days but there is no response from aircel. I called aircel customer care and got a response that they don't have my new porting code. They are referring to old code and asking me to send a new porting code. They have no idea what they are talking about and i badly want to leave aircel but aircel so useless that they can't even handle a porting request properly.
                Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                My txn no. Is wbr[protected] recharge mrp 15 is successful message is give but balance ia not add . I call the customer helpline number but he is not help and reject the call. It is called customer helpline number not helpful for person only income salary.

                  I purchased aircel sim for voice calling. But right since the beginning they started sending me unsolicited smss. They also started some paid value added services without my explicit consent and began to deduct talk time for that.
                  Not very surprisingly, it was very difficult to stop these services and took virtually endless time to reach to their cces.
                  Finally, i stopped all the services today and got a confirmation message in this regard.
                  I want to know, why do they start such paid services without the customer's explicit consent and eat up the talktime?

                  We would like to inform you that we have checked the account and found that multiple value added service are active in the account. Aircel voice service was renewed on 20th Aug’17 for which Rs.3 is being charged and the same service was active since 14th Jul’17. Free music service got activated on 14th Aug’17 for which charged Rs.23 got debited. The mentioned service has been activated through an outbound call based on the consent, however we would like to inform you that services have been already deactivated from your end and we regret to inform you that we would not be able to process any waiver in this regard. And also like to suggest you to register Do Not Disturb (DND) services on your account to avoid receiving any promotional calls and SMS from our end. You can send an SMS as START 0 (for fully blocking the services) to 1909 to register for DND services which would be activated in 7 working days post sending the request.

                    2 rupees are being deducted every from my account. It's a small amount tho but after a period of 20 days it's quite a big loss.
                    I don't remember saying yes any service of this kind and i've tried looking up for ways to deactivate it but no avail.

                      reactivation of number

                      I had a number [protected] which was having avg bill of 150/- per month.
                      Suddenly a month internet bill 800/-. I had asked them to share log for that they did not provide. Irrespective aircel provided details they disconnect my number. I have been chasing them for details. Now to reactivation they are asking 15000/- stating it a golden number. More over i said why should i pay amount when there is already a complaints going on.                       Hi team,

                      I am very regret to inform you, i want to close my post paid "[protected]" connection as soon as possible because of your service and your customer care "manikonva". I feel very bad. I am raising request for paper bill for almost every month.in this current month "august", i raised a request on 04-aug-2017 and 17-aug-17 and today as well both the ticket has been resolved but till now i did not receive paper bill.

                      This is not happening first time almost every month i am facing this issue except only 3 month out of 12 month.

                      I want to close the connection as soon as possible and all aircel store is very far from my place kondapur and i am unable to visit your aircel store right now otherwise please close the connection if i needed prepaid sim from aircel service, i will visit your aircel store later but right now close the connection.

                      I paid 300 rs as advance and this month bill is 271 rs only. I think that sufficient for your this month bill 271.

                      On 04-aug-17, i talk to customer care. He told, sir you can visit your nearest post office regarding your postpaid bill otherwise you can give your email id so that you can receive your bill on email i. E. The behavior of your customer care.

                      Sorry, i am very very unhappy with the aircel postpaid service. I don't want to continue with aircel service from "19-aug-2017". Please disconnect my service from right now.

                        In response to previous complaint regarding "deactivation of daladeal30" package and revert back of amount.
                        First of all thank you for your response, the issue is that they were asking for bank account to transfer the amount but, i have recharged from a shop.                           Hey

                          I have been using the aircel sim for more than 6 years

                          Some ndmc170317p12 data pack has been automatically activated on my number and daily 2 rs have been deducted. I am facing many problems because of it.

                          Deactivate this service on my number as soon as possible otherwise i have to take some strict actions against you.

                              This company is very theft and rascal company. I recharge in my aircel sim. After that when my net balance completed than they can cut my main balance from my sim without taking my permission.
                              Never take this company sim. You will definitely feel guilty after purchasing this sim

                              Please not even a single person purchase this sim. We all can stop them for doing this dirty tasks.

                                  I am ajay chari. I am using aircel sim for the past four years. My sim was blocked by mistake yesterday. My phone displays to input puk code which i don't know.
