Some aicel tv services were activated on my number. It shows"thank u for subscribing lehran tv, ultran tv service etc. Rs/7 is deducted from your number."but i didn't activate anything. When i sms 155223 to stop this, it shows no vas is activated. Every day some services are activated automatically. Plz put the deducted amount on my number. Plz deactivate the services as soon as possible. I am facing the problem regularly. And plz be sure that this inconvenience will not be happen.

    I have a prepaid aircel connection on this number - [protected]

    from past few days it doesn't allow me to make calls as it claims the "telephone charge is overdue" .I incoming calls are allowed, i have recharged but it doesn't seem to help. not able to complain in 198 as well for the same reason.

    Please respond to my complaints.

      Rs.5 has been deducted from my aircel mobile number for choosing store at Re1 at Rs 5.0.But i haven't subscribed for that.It is really annoying to get the balance deducted for what i had not done.This is not the first the amount was deducted.Kindly take this in account and reimburse the amount.

        My name is edwin pereira and yhis mail is regarding the service provided by your company is worst then ever. Even a local chai wala shop gives a good service as your company doesn't have that reputation i guess that's why you are doing this type of work.
        My point is i need to port my number ([protected]) to other service because of this reason
        1) bad service
        2) network issue whenever our place current (Power) gets off your sim (Aircel) shows no network.
        3) without any reason why my balance is getting deducted even when i access my phone through wifi and i deleted my data settings to make it proper but still same.
        4) when i ask for service then your team says we have logged your complaint and will resolve it within 2 days and then nothing no calls

        My thing is now i want my port id or else your company can suffer very bad loss which you all are already facing and as per conversation.
        This is attached file screenshot of sending your company to give port id as your team member said we didn't get any requests from you.

I am getting msg from aircel service that u have activated masti mall and limitless music and detected 35 rupee for masti mall and 14 rupee for limitless music but when i tried to deactivate by sending msg to 155223 stop and i got a reply that u have not activated any services.             I had submitted this complain earlier and after the complaint the decducted amount has been refunded but the service has not been deactivated and so still deducting 2 rupees daily for this service.i tried calling to the customer care but cant contact them as and i m not using the service so therefore please kindly resolve(deactivate and refund the amount which has been deducted) this as soon as possible.

              सबसे पहले तो ये consumer complain वाले हे कौन ये बताओ, इनको दिख नही रहा की जिस कंपनी की आधे से जायदा complain आज तक solve नही हुए हे तो इनहोने क्या कर लिया
              Aircel ने मेरे खाते से 50 rs काट लिए कोई youthnama सर्विस एक्टिवेट कर के पागल लोग अब बोल रहे है की रिफ़ंड नही करेंगे, इन पागलो को कौन बताए के gio 4जी आने के बाद samsung chat वाले फोन मे कोन बेवकूफ इंटरनेट चलाएगा ।

              गज़ब बात तो जब है जब काल कर रहे है तो ये खुद सर्विस बंद कर रहे है ओर बोल रहे है की ये start तुमने करी है, अब इन गधों को कौन बताएगा की जो सर्विस ये बंद कर सकते है वो ये चालू क्यू नही कर सकते ।

              बिना अक्कल वाले कस्टमर अधिकारी भाड़े पे बैठा रखे है, इन कंपनियो ने, इन का कोई उच्च अधिकारी नही है उच्च अधिकारी तो मोती सैलरी लेकर मजे कर रहे है, किसी गरीब का 50 rs कटेगा तो इन को कोई मतलब नही है /

              मे तो इस साइट वाले भाई लोगो को भी बोलता हु की इस साइट से कोई फायदा हो तो इसे चलाओ नही तो बंद कर दो ।

                I have activated dialer tunes before two weeks. Initially 15rs were charged. But the service wasn't activated till now.

                I spoke to the worst ever customer service people which nobody could see in the world.

                Everytime they said it will be activated now and tmrw..
                It's been 3 weeks. And not been activated.

                I want my 15rs back that you useless people had taken from me.

                I've been using for 6 years.. I have already got my port id.

                  On 6th of august, 2017 aircel deducted ₹128.10 from my main balance saying that i have used data services
                  To my knowledge i haven't asked for any data pack or services.
                  My question to the company is when i haven't taken any subscribtion for data services then how can they charge me and deduct balance from my main account.

                        I will buy a aircel postpaid sim before 1yr and i will port in to another network after 3 month, my security deposit amount will be refunded after 3 months the office member sayed. But there is no amount refunded of my security deposit & extra paying bill amount after completing 1 year ago, i will call to the aircel office member he doesn't attend my call, he attend the call recently i will complaint but he cut the call & i try to call again but he didn't attend my call.

                        I will buy a aircel postpaid sim before 1yr and i will port in to another network after 3 month, my security deposit amount will be refunded after 3 months the office member sayed. But there is no amount refunded of my security deposit & extra paying bill amount after completing 1 year ago, i will call to the aircel office member he doesn't attend my call, he attend the call recently i will complaint but he cut the call & i try to call again but he didn't attend my call.

                          I have subscribed for a 2g unlimited data for 1 hour plan at 10.44pm. And i have started using the data but it was very slow not even able to download a picture from watapp. And after 10 mins am unable to use the data it was showing exclamatory symbol near the network signal symbol. When i checked my balance its "0". When i checked with customer care they are simply saying that in my mobile the network type was chosen as "3g" so they have provided 3g service by deducting the money from my main balance without any prior notification (Neither sms or dialogue box showing the same). Is it really unacceptable as they don't even have this provision to notify the customer before deducting the balance.
                          And this is not the 1st time i had many such worst experiences like this with aircel. And one more thing that am being informed with my rate cutter expiry date after 2 days of my expiry date, which is of no use for any customer.

                          I wanted my balance to be refunded.

                                I am really disappointed with aircel service. There has been unnecessary deduction of money without my consent. The customer helpline number is always busy! I am really pissed off with aircel!!! After deduction i cant even reach to your service for help!!!
                                Please fix this soon and kindly refund my money. And dont compell me to stop using aircel!!

I want to port out to other operator (Airtel), but aircel rejects my port out request each time (Already once rejected my port out request) without informing me. The first service request to port out was 1-[protected] which is closed on 06-june-2017 without proper reason and the current service request number is 1-[protected] which is closed on 22-august-2017. This time when i call the aircel customer care for portability status they said that your porting request was rejected because, the bill payment and porting code generation made on same date. Again and again the aircel operator blame the customer by telling unwanted foolish reasons. This isn’t fair to customer friendly service provider. I am not satisfied with aircel service. If my problem is not short out in 24 hours by aircel i should go to consumer forum with trai norms. Really, i disappointed by aircel operator. Hope you will resolve this soon.

                                      I did recharge of rs.19 through aircel app,
                                      I got the following message:
                                      Txn no. Kar[protected] to recharge mrp 19 is successful. Tt= 0 inr, new balance 1.20 inr, p. F 16.10 inr, gst 2.90.
                                      When i check my balance it's showing nill and am unable to make calls or send msgs.

                                      Kindly resolve the issue or else refund the amount.
