I need to update my aadhar number to my sim card (Aircel). I got this card in tamil nadu some years back and i'm currently working in pune. Can you please let me know how to link the aadhar number through online? Is there a way to get this done online or if i can have an option to update the aadhar card number in pune aircel store then please let me know the center where i should be going in pune to do the same. Also, let me know what documents should i provide while updating aadhar number exclusive of aadhar card copy.

      Hi,
      I am sandhiya and i am using aircel prepaid no. [protected]. Today i got a msg that social books has been activated in ur no. And rs.5 was deducted. Actually i have not subscribed any of these services. I called the customer care and they refunded my money. Again at 10pm the same thing happened saying that rs.7 deducted for games club. Again i called customer care and they refunded it. But how can i always call them and get my money back. Any how my issue has been solved but do take some necessary actions to stop these stupid services. How can u deduct my money and activate a service without even my knowledge or acknowledgement. Just tell ur it team to fix these issues. This has happened to me many times. Even i use other sim cards and they not doing like this. Only this happens in aircel that too for the past 6months. Please take necessary action against these issues to make your customers feel good and satisfied.

Whenever i recharged my number next day they activate rubbish services and cut my balnce when i call to ur customer care service centre they said u activate ar company call u for this services evn i cant get any call from ur company peoples from last 2 weeks i m fed up of all these services.             In the area of chandannagar hathkhola mansatala, hooghly, west bengal. Pin - 712136, net connection never switched on.in that area, we can't use net (2g/3g) because there is no network coverage of data. Please, call a visit to fix the tower issues. Or pls install a tower in that area. If you can't satisfy your customers, you should close your services.

              With reference to the above, i had submitted a request requesting the mobile service provider (Aircel) to terminate the facilities of both close user group and the unlimited short message services (Sms) as i am not using the same for the long time since.

              After about 2 days, i received a message that my request is under process but the current bill also demands the above two charges which works out to rs.59/- per month.

              So, the company has not comply with the request. I am wondering what's the reason behind in terminating the above as requested by me. These cellular service providers are just looting the public money. I request you to therefore convert my post paid to prepaid at the earliest.

              We would like to inform you that CUG and SMS top up deactivation request was made by you on 9th August 2017, which is the mid time of the billing cycle 26th July - 25th August 2017. CUG and SMS topping rentals aren't prorated but flat, which will be charged with complete rentals even if the pack is active for one day in the particular bill cycle. Hence, the charges in the current month bill cycle are authentic.Further, we would like to confirm that the CUG services and SMS topping have been deactivated and any charges included in next bill cycle (Invoice dated 26th September 2017) will be waived off.

                I recharged a offer of rs.89 in my aircel no. [protected] after checking on *121#. 24 hours gone but still 28 gb data not credited in my number. Aircel is a big cheater. And they have also block my number on their complaint helpline number 198, so i am unable to call them. Give my money back. If you will not credit 28 gb 3g data with 28 days validity, i have to complain against you in trai.

                        I don't know how a vas service (Ndairsms2n) is activated on my aircel no - [protected] (Delhi) from 20 march-2017. And when i called the customer care they told me to dial *121*0200# to deactivate this service. I tried that code many times but still service is activated on my number. I have already lost my 22 rs.                           Duffer company and customer support!!!
                          I have just bought your simcard and now you start deducting my main balance. I am trying to contact your customer support continuously since 3 days but they are not receiving the call. And now after three days you will not return my balance according to you. Shame on you and your customer support. Your network is also so bad. Network is playing hide and seek with my phone... Every thing is very bad... I had mailed a complain to you (Abs.                                   Today i receive a call from no is. [protected] in aircel customer care the ask my problem in my aircel account and that few minute afer hold my call 2 min.. and say i will contact you in search deatils againg contact you...
                                  i also remind i write many time compalint and contact customers care but every time ignor my compalint and call why?????
                                  i can't active any service... and not received a call from any activation...
                                  so plase i request to solve m problem as soon as possible..

                                  I am unable to deactivate the 2 ruppes daily internet pack
                                  I am an aircel customer for around seven years. recently I got call from aircel to link my aadhar number to my mobile number. For this they asked to reach nearest retailer and they will do it at free of cost. But they charged for doing the service. Then why aircel is giving false hope to their customers?

                                      I am [removed]. My aircel mobile number is [removed]. I got an offer from aircel few days back of - local and std calls with 2g internet per day 1gb for 28 days in 197rs only.

                                      I got the recharge done but yesterday when i made a std call my balance got deducted. When i tried to contact to customer care my number was put on hold. No one picked the call. When i tried with another number the call was received and when i asked about the problem happened they replied their system isn't working and they'll contact me next day i. E. Today.

                                      But they didn't called me up. No response from customer care. No even my calls are answered.

                                      This is such a bad behavior, so unprofessional. I am highly disappointed with your services. Such a rubbish network that you deduct balance without any reason. You think customers are fools. If you won't reply back i am going viral this thing and ask my friends also to port their numbers. Sick people you are, you made write this kind of mail. See what kind of service you give to customers. It' s better to use another network.

                                      So you are trying to say that you offer another plans for landline calls. I never heard that in any network well. But if i am right, then Calls in the same circle are local just like in the Wired Phones. ... Local calls means any Call (Mobile+Landline), that is done within your circle/state. On the other hand, STD calls stand for any calls outside your home state.

                                      This is my definition. If you have another then please tell me. Aircel just needs stupid reasons to deduct balance.

                                        I saw my best offer in my number which is [protected] by dialing *121# and here i see ftt of 69 without any t&c then i called (198) your customer support executive and i asked him that ftt of 69 is available or not she said its available on your number and go for recharge you will get ftt of 69. I recharged of rs 69 in the number stated above and after recharge instead of giving me 69 ftt company give 69 as promo balance not as main account balance and after recharged i called your service helpline but your executive did not recieve my call yet.
                                        Sir please help me as soon as you can.

                                        Sir in the offer page as I shared you do not mention any T&C related to promo recharge or so. You only show FTT of 69. Further, before recharging I was also called your helpline i.e 198 your Executive also not told me any condition she Only said yow will get FTT of 69 by any mode of recharge I have also recording of that call If you want I will send you.
                                        SIr give my benefit I have all the proofs to show that I am right.
