I received sms like " 3G data offer for you! 7GB data for Rs.143. But once after recharge 1GB data only credited. Please credit remaining 6GB data as soon as possible otherwise give my money back. I'm not satisfied with your service.....

In the area of chandannagar hathkhola mansatala, hooghly, west bengal. Pin - 712136, net connection never switched on.in that area, we can't use net (2g/3g) because there is no network coverage of data. Please, call a visit to fix the tower issues. Or pls install a tower in that area. If you can't satisfy your customers, you should close your services....

With reference to the above, i had submitted a request requesting the mobile service provider (Aircel) to terminate the facilities of both close user group and the unlimited short message services (Sms) as i am not using the same for the long time since.

After about 2 days, i received a message that my request is under process but the current bill also demands the above two charges which works out to rs.59/- per month.

I recharged a offer of rs.89 in my aircel no. [protected] after checking on *121#. 24 hours gone but still 28 gb data not credited in my number. Aircel is a big cheater. And they have also block my number on their complaint helpline number 198, so i am unable to call them. Give my money back. If you will not credit 28 gb 3g data with 28 days validity, i have to complain against you in trai....

Hi am sudhan from kerala, but past 8yrs am working in tamilnadu, when i was studying college my friend brought one number, still am using that number only. Problem is when i went to aircel store for change the number to my proof, they asking local address proof. I have only kerala address proof. What should i do..? I need the same number to continue......

They have blocked the porting request & keep on saying that the issue will be resolved in 3 days. They are fraud and believe me never opt for aircel services. I have registered the complaint thrice & none of them got response. They keep saying about server problem. But now it's been 1 month and i am going to consumer court.

Dear sir, 7/8/17 on date 121 customer care offer message check with recharged for rs, 398 plan in 85 days ul talk time per day 1 gb data free i am used 21 days only but 28th august offer closed al ready complaint raised with three times posted for customer care executive not responsible

I don't know how a vas service (Ndairsms2n) is activated on my aircel no - [protected] (Delhi) from 20 march-2017. And when i called the customer care they told me to dial *121*0200# to deactivate this service. I tried that code many times but still service is activated on my number. I have already lost my 22 rs. Balance. Please deactivate this service immediately...

Sir i was checked my best offer by dialing *121# and here i see ftt of 69 without any t&c but company instead giving me 69 as ftt it give me 69 as promo balance. Sir i want my full benifit after recharge your helpline 198 is also not receiving my call.
One more thing is that before i recharged i called your customer executive and she says you will get ftt of 69.
Sir plz resolve my problem.
