I have tried to send sms for mnp to 1900 but it wont send sms. I even checked sms center number and sent sms to other numbers and it send sms to all numbers except 1900. Help me what should i do. I want to port to airtel, but it won't be possible cause i cant send sms to 1900 because aircel wont let me. I even tried to call customer care on 198, 121 and [protected] but call doesn't connect or is busy. Please help. I need upc to port to airtel.

I didn't got any call whether my problem was solved or not, only complain token sms. But after sending port sms at 1900 at 12:30am it got sent and I got my UPC code. So thanks consumercimplaints.in for helping me solve my problem. My airtel card is up and running after 4 working days excluding sunday.

I thing Aircel is joking with me . Its not fun. Yesterday Aircel deducted rs.15 from my number [protected] and today again deducted rs.7 from same number. Pls pls don't deduct my balance . Refund my rs.7

    I'm not able to use my aircel sim since yesterday... When someone tries calling me it seems to be switched off& also i'm not able make any calls with my aircel sim.. It is only coming as no service.. But im still receiving company messages but i'm not able to use it... I have been calling customer care services, but i couldn't sort out the problem... It's still not working... Want to know why my sim is not working... Can u please help me sort out this problem... So that i could continue using the aircel services hereafter also...

      We have only one aircel store in mettupalayam address: 377 bishop ambrose complex, mahadevapuram, mettupalayam, tamil nadu 641305. Old people are waiting in a long queue to update their aadhar card. Customer service is saying "my mobile is in charger and it will take time for it to charge only after that i can get your finger print scanned and link the aadhar card" she informed them to at 3:30pm. People are waiting from noon. Is this how it works? As we know a store can use more than 1 phone with the aadhar card link app and give access to more than one customer service team working for aircel. Why is it happening is it because they can tell anything to the poor uneducated old people. And make them to come back at the time that they inform. Please take action against the store including the store in-charge or owner.

      Airtel is linking the aadhar card details for free, but your aircel service is charing the customers rs. 10 or 15 for one number to link with aadhar. Should have switched to airtel for better customer service.

        I didn't know about above service. But 2rs. Deducted on daily basis.
        I already complaint on customer care, but still this problem is pending.
        I totally disappointed by this kind of service. No customer care is helping..

        So if you have any kind of authority to deactivate this service, then please deactivate it.
        Otherwise i will get back my step from aircel.

          My post paid aircel mobile number is [protected] and registered under my dad's name mr g. M kabilan. We are customers of aircel for more than 5 years. The service has become bad to worst as no sensible talk from their call center team, no internal cordination, rude executives.

          I could not send the message to 1900 for porting since 3-4 months. The service is worst and aircel is making it difficult for me to shift to other network even when i am ready to pay my full payment. However, they call me 100 times to make be pay my bill on time.

          Further when we call them for assistance, they are least bother to lift our call and help us (Or rather some executives themselves don' t know how to resolve it)

          Why am i arrested like this if there are better service providers apart from aircel. I really don't understand the case?

          I found a number of good reviews on tccms india website, thus have come for help!

          Would be grateful if you people can understand my situation and help.

            Auto deducting 2 rs daily although i did not activate any service. I'm trying to connect your customer care but all lines are busy. Is this how you guys have resorted to get money for your daily operations. I think this is the reason many consumers have decided to port their numbers because of your company's fraudulent activity to cheat consumers.

            Apart from this you've got pathetic customer service team. At first no one is there to pick the calls and if by any luck some one picks up the call then they are not ready to help and get rude with customers.in my case there was this girl who picked the call and directly said "whatever your concern maybe, i cannot help you, you may hangup now and call after 2 days". I guess you have hired illiterates to handle customer service.

            Anyways, request you to please deactivate this service asap (I. E today itself) and return my money back or expect a legal action for this fraudulent activity.

                In my locality no shop is providing aircel services anymore. So i want to port my aircel service to other service provider. But the message is not delivered to 1900 (Universal port number). Everytime it is said to set mobile sms into premium access mode.
                Is it blocked by aircel, just to ensure that no body is able to port from aircel to other providers?

                  My mobile number is [protected]. I personally visited aircel office on 11 aug 2017, for linking my aadhar card with my aircel number. After finger print verification and otp verification i was told i will get sms. I did get message stating

                  "aadhar base re-verification request is under process. Please reply yes or no by 12 aug for processing of request in the following format:
                  Rvekyc yes or no and send sms to 121"

                  I did send yes to 121.

                  I did not get any confirmation. It is almost 2 months now.

                    Hello. Today, I received a text saying 7 rupees have been deducted from the main account as per the activation of some VAS. I didn't know about this until I received the message and confirmed the deduction. Aircel does this usually to lower the main balance, I'm well aware of that.
                    Whatever, I want my money back... Refund as soon as possible.
                    No Thanks. :)
                    Aircel has become a ####*y service provider. The time is not far when I'll have to shift to another service provider.

                          I am using Aircel prepaid connection since 2006. As per Government instruction all telecom industries are asking their customer to link mobile number with aadhaar. As per their order i tried to link my mobile number with aadhaar. I visited nearest retailer to link the same. They are asking Rs.20/- for link my aircel number with aadhaar.                                     I want port in my no from aircel to idea. Mobile number portability procedure for changing the network from aircel to idea prepaid/postpaid.                                       This is complain is in reference to the mobile number # [protected] registered in the name of ranjana pednekar on monday 4th september a duplicate sim card was purchased from the above mentioned store and was advised by mr. Ketan that the new card would get activated within 24hrs. However when the card was not activated even after 24 hrs i. E. On 5th september i had to call the customer care but they advised me that no such request has been forwarded to them for this number. After visiting the store second time i was bluntly told that mr. Ketan has not come to office and so the number won't get activated. After calling the customer care again to complain about what had happened my complain was said to be registered and i was again advised that the card would get activated definitely within 24hrs it has been 72hrs since my initial request but i haven't received any response from aircel because of which i am not able to use my new handset
                                      This is really frustrating and i have already lodged a complain in consumer court regarding this issue as this is not the first instance of pathetic customer service from aircel

                                        Sir, my name is hardesh kumar and my mobile number is[protected]Aircel). I have received a sms from aircel regarding recharge of ₹ 399 in which i'll received unlimited local+std calls plus 2 gb data per day for 84 days which i confirmed from aircel customer care too. Then i recharged from shop/retailer, he again check my best offers and tell me about that 84 days validity on ₹ 399 recharge. But when i recharged, i'll received only 28 days validity with 2 gb data only. Thereafter, i trying to call customer care but a message floated on call "all our representatives are busy with other caller, please wait or call again later". Thereafter call automatically disconnected. From that day to today i daily called customer care but same message is floated.

                                        Sir, i am defence person and presently in j&k. Sir i can't go to retailer on daily basis. Request look into the matter and help me out please and give me my extra/offered validity please. This all incident was on 06 sept 2017 and my alternative number is [protected].

                                        First of all thanks to you and your team Sir. Secondly i want to state that no any call or SMS or email sent by Aircel company to me for resolving my complaint thats why I updated my complaint on 11/09/2017. Thanks Hardesh Kumar 91074-91730

                                        Sir, This cheap thing not expected from reputed company like Aircel. Today i got message from Aircel showing that my problem has been resolved on 11/09/2017 (02 images attached). I don't know how my problem was resolved without contacting me and no any resolution conveyed to me through Call/SMS/email. What should I do, Sir ? Please help me.

                                        We would like to inform you that as per system check you have already received (*399=UL + 84GB 84D) benefit against MRP 399 offer till Nov 28, 2017.
