I am vijayan dash
I don't know how a vas service (Ndairsms2n) automatically active in my aircel no - [protected] (New delhi) from 1 august 2017. And i am calling everyday in customer center. But the customer care told me that dial *121*0200# or *121*02# it will deactuvate this service. I try that code many times but still now service is active. And this service deducted everyday 2rs from my number. Seriously it is a worst response of aircel. Very dissatisfied from aircel. I want to back my money. Please deactive this service.

      Last two days im activate hourly net packs(19 & 35 rs) in aircel ..but downloading speed and customer service is very poor, so many times i will complaint in customer service they will no reponse..last 10 years i use only AIRTEL network their network & services is super...whennever use aircel network always my blood pressure is raise

        Today at 5:08p.m. I got mail from Aircel, here is the screenshot that I have attached below, in which they clearly mentioning that they got record till the date 30th which of recharge Rs. 10, I think after of that they don't have any record of my recharges. In my 2nd screenshot I did another recharged on yesterday, and I got SMS, of which they don't have any record in their database, but I have. Ain't they doing some kind of fraud with me or do they thinks we are some kind of #########

        And whenever I calls to the customer care(198), they have blocked my number by stating the reason of huge traffic in their service calls and just cutting down my calls. But whenever I calls from another Aircel number, they just receiving my calls. I think they are just doing money laundering from their customers in the name of online transactions.
        The Same thing also happened with me, I've also registered a complaint and I too didn't receive any data.

          My aircel sim is not working since yestrday night. It is responding neither in my android set nor in my micromax dongle. It was working in both of them well previously. My aircel no. Is [protected]. Please let me know as soon as possible that what can i do to solve this problem the fastest..
          [in mobile it is showing that "no sim card is inserted" whereas in dongle it shows "no (U) sim card".

              My number is [protected]. This is currently with aircel. Unfortunately, this operator does not have even a single customer care outlet in my city.

              I wish to switch to some other operator for better, reliable service, thus, sent message to 1900 for port out code. But, the message delivery failed. I believe this is against trai's order and will escalate this further to telecom ministry if i do not receive resolution asap.

                  Am trying to send port message to 1900 but aircel blocked the message, i contact customer care twice they keep saying after this call you can able to send the mesage but now its more than 10 days am not able to send. I am trying to contact on 198 but now they are not responding. Then i contact on[protected] technical helpline they said i cant help you and they directly cut the call, this is how they treat customer.

                  I write below mail to (Abs. [protected]@aircel.co.in) customer care still they not replying

                  I want to port out from aircel but am not able to send the port msg from aircel.
                  Regarding i raised request twice on 198 but still not able to send msg.

                    I have been using an aircel sim for more than 7 years but that sim card owner is my childhood friend. Now as per govt directive this sim has to be linked to an aadhar number.                         To send SMS to 1900 for porting...
                        But, am not able to send only for 1900... "message could not send" is showing... Tried 10 times...
                        By speaking to customer care for a solution... They keep giving irrelevant solutions.

                        1.. I have balance in my mobile so there is no reason for not having the balance to send msg.
                        2. I suppose to change message center no.- did the same but no result...
                        3. I have to change the handset to basic handset- tried but no result...

                          I have recharge with 199 rs (Plan o[censored]nlimited call for 28 days + 10 gb of data) on 16 of august 2017 but today 05 september 2017, i suddenly not able to call after 3.30 pm. I tried to call at 121 and 198 approx 50 times but there is no response from the aircel. This is my worst experience from the customer service of the aircel. If the company is not able to listen the customers problem then how customer trust for the service.

                              Being the customer is pathetic and the company no shame to run it is no moral to operate. Since i suffered a lot with my aircell connection neither to make a nor to use mobile data. To day morning i sent a sms till now not sent. Always in the heart of city no connectivity message or out of service area information come. All the aircell customers are donors to the company. Mere our hard earned money unnecessarily wasted. Really frustrated and torture to be aircell. Better close the company and surrender to govt or other service provider. No word to comment.

                                  I have 2 postpaid numbers in aircel. I don't want to continue with with postpaid anymore. So i went to aircel office and paid the balance amount to my both numbers.

                                  They convinced me get low rated plan which will cost less that 80rs per month. I really don't want post paid anymore. I told them so many times. But that people don't want to hear what i said. They just need money. Nearly 1.30hrs of struggle, finally i failed. I accepted the low priced plan. This is what they want. They told it will take 15 days to change. I really don't understand why these 1 minute work taking them 15 days.in this 15 days another bill has been generated for old plan. I thought it's generated because the due date for 15 days not yet completed. I paid for that bill too. After 1 month another bill has been generated for older plan. I am sure now the 15 days due completed and i thought the plan will be changed. But it's not. When i ask the people in aircel office, they told there is no plan as you told. I really shocked. Last month these people only told to me take this plan. I got irritated and ask them angerly. They told there was a plan like like this. But it was discontinued 4 months before. I just shocked that why these people doing like this. I just argued with them and told i don't need postpaid, but i need these numbers. So i asked them to convert prepaid now.
                                  They told it will be converted to prepaid in 15days. After 15days i thought it will be prepaid now. But those aircel people did very worst thing. It was not converted to prepaid. Another bill has been generated for older plan. I really get more anger and through both sim to dustbin. From that time i am getting nearly 30 messages by remaindering to pay my bill for both numbers. I really don't have energy to fight with them. I didn't respond anything. For next 2 months they keep generating new bills. After 3 months they started making calls from customer care. They speak very rude way. Now 4 months gone. They started using bad words.
                                  They really want my money. But how many times i need to pay them. Still getting payment reminding sms and now additionally they told, they are taking legal action on me. What kind of country i am living. Who is going to stop them. What is the assurance that they will not make me trouble even i paid again.

                                  They simply told the problem is resolved. But it was just an eye wash. They just started their stupid activity again after 10 days. Now keep sending sms like they going to file case on me. I need to go court like so... Getting nearly 6 messages daily. They just keep their mouth shut until they changed this complaint is resolved. But it's really not. I AM GETTING MORE AND MORE IRRITATED WHENEVER I AM RECEIVING THEIR SMS

                                  You treat people like your boss when they are going to take postpaid plan. But if they want to quit from postpaid plan, you treat them like an international criminal and you just used such a worst bad words on call. You don't care weather there are female on other side. You just speak in rude and use very very worst bad words to them. Because you need that fuxxxxg money. Is this the you treat your customer.

                                  couple of days before a person called from your customer care. His name is manoj kumar or mohan kumar. I don't remember. His number is [protected]. Ask him how he speak to your customer. Not only this person. Mostly all your customer care people speak in this way only.

                                  I just want to suggest to everyone now, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T GET POSTPAID WITH AIRCEL.

                                  This complaint is not yet resolved. You people keep sending sms like they are going to file a case on me and I need to go court. Every day I get nearly 6 messages like this. If you want to file a case, then just do that. I don't mind. They only I can reveal the real face about Aircel to more people.
