Hello i am ajinkya my aircel no is [protected]
Am trying to send port message to 1900 but aircel blocked the message, i contact customer care twice they keep saying after this call you can able to send the mesage but now its more than 10 days am not able to send. I am trying to contact on 198 but now they are not responding. Then i contact on[protected] technical helpline they said i cant help you and they directly cut the call, this is how they treat customer.
I write below mail to (Abs. [protected]@aircel.co.in) customer care still they not replying

I want to port out from aircel but am not able to send the port msg from aircel.
Regarding i raised request twice on 198 but still not able to send msg.
Please do needfull.
Then i again write mail to (Abs. [protected]@aircel.co.in and [protected]@aircel.co.in) still they not replying.

This is really bad service, your representative told me after call you can send the message this is the height of lying.
I think you all wants me to take strong action against company.
Because i have not ask you to block 1900 message then how can you do like this.
This is my last warning to company, please do needfull and reply.
Because am very frustrated with your service because am trying to call customer from last week its not connecting. No one responding.
Now i dnt understand what to do???
