Airtel — airtel broadband payment unsuccessful

Hi team,
I recently purchased the airtel broadband wi-fi which was a six months pack. The technician from airtel came for the address check and had asked us to pay the amount through airtel portal. I paid the amount and the money is deducted form my bank account. Called up my bank for re-confirmation and they said the transaction is successful. I gave the transaction details to airtel people but they say that they did not receive the amount yet. This is been more than 4 days now and we are more dependent on our wi-fi for working form home. It should not take these many days. Please resolve soon.
