Airtel — airtel broadband payment unsuccessful | |||
Hi team, I recently purchased the airtel broadband wi-fi which was a six months pack. The technician from airtel came for the address check and had asked us to pay the amount through airtel portal. I paid the amount and the money is deducted form my bank account. Called up my bank for re-confirmation and they said the transaction is successful. I gave the transaction details to airtel people but they say that they did not receive the amount yet. This is been more than 4 days now and we are more dependent on our wi-fi for working form home. It should not take these many days. Please resolve soon. Was this information helpful? | |||

My airtel no. is [protected]. i have sms pack active on it and it has many messages left still whenever i send someone a message it is charged from my main balance. please solve this problem as soon as possible.

Many time given complain about malfunction in internet but they doesn't hear this.
Sent n number mails but no body taken care.
Next time advertise as India's slowest network in TV.

My airtel prepaid no. was purchased three years back under the name of lokram At that time i was asked for identity proof which i gave.In that proof the retailer mentioned my father's name as phool singh instead of harphool singh.Now as my phone is lost i want to issue a duplicate sim which i am not because of the variation in the name
