Dear sir,

I'm getting # speed from your 4g internet, that too in a metropolitan city like chennai. I'm i not stuffing enough money in your mouth that i'm unable to get speed?
The second issue is call dropping, where when i try to call a person all the lines come as busy. If you don't have enough connectivity, stop giving new connection to new customers. The call quality is very low, where most of the time i've to scream at people, so they can hear me.

    Very pathetic service... I experienced in airtel digital tv. I am really being seems punished for choosing it.

    Earlier i was using videocon d2h and they are really good in customer service.

    I received a call from airtel on 28th february at 10:00 am regarding offer from airtel tv.

    A lady told me that airtel tv introduced a pack for you @ rs. 360 per month and if you recharge your connection with rs.856/- rupees after adjustment of your balance 176 then you 90 days recharge and 7 days extra.

    Even she told me that she is activating the offer and it will automatically activated once i done the re charge.

    I made the payment through paytm on same day and checked the validation date but is was not happened as per the lady.

    Then i contacted on your customer care number around @ 10 pm and register a complaint for the offer.

    But your so called trained executive taken a wrong complaint for de-activation and sent it to your back end team... Whether i was complaining about the offer the lady which she given to me.

    Next day again i called up your customer care... He was making a joke with me... And making a fun on me... Sir apki awaz nahi aa rahi hain...

    Then i disconnect the call and asking to connect with senior but unfortunately person says senior not available... And disconnect the call.

    Again i called up and register a fresh complaint for offer and he assured me that you will get the offer as our backend team will contact you in two days.

    I was waiting for the call but not received a single call from your end...

    And today since morning i am unable to see any channel as pop is coming.. Recharge is not done yet and on ivr says there is a negative balance of rs 101 rupees. However i recharged with 856 rupees and already 176 rupees was my previous balance.

    Again i was tried to call up your customer care number and called around 5 times to reach the executive... But call got disconnected... On the other hand... Finally i get a chance to speak with your customer care representative... He said... Our server is down... Please do call back after 2 hours.

    Very pathetic service... I realized... I must have made a mistake of choosing... I should have continue with videocon d2h.

    However, if you can help me out please do.

      Mobile no : [protected]
      Subscribed on rs.229 plan (1.4 gb per day).
      For extra data, did recharge of rs.92 (6gb) twice on 01/03/19...
      Both these recharges has not been received (Credited).. Contacted customer care twice with no use... They would simply say that you have used the data which is clearly not the case...

      Generating revenue through fraudulent means would definitely not help in the long run

        I have recharged my airtel digital TV with 200 rupees based on Airtel massage that on 24 th Feb 2019 I got massage that your validity expire today please recharge with 165 as monthly rental. On 28 th Feb 2019 they stopped service. Even then they are charging amount .. they are not refunding amount that I recharged

          Hi im postpaid user using airtel since 10 yrs my sim number is not working since 5 days i have visited airtel gallary 10 times but no action is still happening called 198 and registered compaints no action. My incoming calls and outgoing calls is closed pathetic customer service nobody is taking it seriously and my problem is still no resolved i request you to resolve my problem asap

            Net of my Airtel connection is very slow. I can't watch a video also. It's taking long time to load. Worst network. If this continues I'm going to Port to other network. Everytime I watch a video I have to restart net 6-7 times to load the video. Please improve your network else I will have to Port.

              On 3rd march 2019, i send some money to my airtel wallet so as to use it using the debit card provided. I was unable to use it for my desired purpose
              Now my problem is i am unable to get my money back it is stuck on the wallet which i can only use it for mobile recharge (I don't want). I am unable to use the debit card provided by airtel. I just want to send the reaming balance back to my paytm wallet. Which i am unable to do now. Contacted costumer care they said to call 400. When i do they dont pick up

                Airtel customer care is the worst one. Dth airtel itself disable few channels and make consumers call customer care. And they will also charge 150 rs for someone to look at their issues. I don't understand how few channel will work and few not when it is an issue from customer side? This is a trick played that they disable few channels intentionally and make money out of it via customer services. Cheapest.. Customer care not even able to resolve and answer this, it's more like ivr which responds same answer for all questions. Pathetic!!

                  I had write several mails to [protected]@airtelbank.com but not get satisfied solution. They send ne previous mail on 19/2/19 and told me that they reverse the wallet amount to source account but they didn't and after that i didn't get any mail from airtel. This is very frustrating and irritating behaviour fron airtel and they block my account on 19/1/19 and today is 3/3/19. Why they do this to me customer xare are # everytime they tell me for wait and wait. Plzz solve it as soon as possible. My airte wallet mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

                      I've ported my no. [protected] from vodafone to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service

                          My name is indira. I recharged on my number with 1699 annual plan. Benefits were given as unlimited calls, 1gb data per day and 100 sms per day for 365 days. But i got only 12 gb data for 365 days. I talked to around 7 customer care people nobody could provide correct reason for this. When i enter my number in airtel website and 1699 plan benefits for my number is shown as 1 gb data per day. I have attached a screenshot with this complaint. Airtel is cheating customers.

                            My airtel dth account number is [protected]-001,
                            15 days back some if the channels telecast was stopped for me, contacted with your customer care and they told that i didn't selected any channels based on the trai new rules, hence these channels telecost was stopped. Based on that discussion i have selected 99 channels on 27/02/19. But till now the channels were not telecosting to me. Out of 99 channels they are telecosting 28 channels only, but they are charging for 99 channels.

                            On 01/03/19 & 02/03/19 i have contacted with your customer care executive and they are telling that there is problem at your end,

                            They are telling that there is a problem at my end only, for rectification the issue i have to 150 rupees like that they are telling.

                            How it is possible some channels were telecosting and some channels are not telecosting, if any problems with my end.

                            How the problem will get rectified.

So i kindly requested you to as soon as blocked these two sim of airtel company. When i have lost these sim my mobile also lost today. But i want that for more security of sim.                                 Hi my name is Indira.
                                I have recharged on airtel for Rs 1699 annual plan on 29 jan 2019. Plan benefits were given as unlimited calls, 1GB data per day and 100 sms per day for 365 days.

                                But i got only 12 gb for 365 days. I called and talked in customer care around 7 times and nobody provided me the correct solutions.

                                The customer care senior executive said that my network comes under Andaman circle. For Andaman circle plan is only 12GB for 365 days.. But when I enetered my number in airtel website 1699 plan shows 1GB data per day. I have attached the screenshot with the complaint.

                                  Bough a new connection recently, perhaps facing issue with the activation of channels of my own wish which was raised via channel 998 and sent message to customer care.

                                  Interacted with customer care via phone and email, but there is no proper response or help from airtel end.

                                  Consider this an high priority to validate from your end.

                                  Also note that i am suppose to get a escalation call back from Airtel team, where as they have close the service ticket without taking action, and it was closed by analyst name called "Negi Akshay".

                                  Had word with floor supervisor called "Krithka".

                                  Need your help to get this escalated on high priority

                                    I joined in airtel network from jio.. (Unnecessarily).. Using porting.. But it showed call, data network issues for some days. Later i've tried to convert prepaid.. But airtel stores team (A lady at balapur x roads, hyderabad).. Told different rule which is quite opposite to customer care team. Later i've lost my phone.. Then i tried little hard to get duplicate sim with prepaid service at another stores at santosh nagar hyderabad (Video clip has been attached). Here.. The airt rep told server issue.. So can't be converted, instead.. Bills are being paid.. At there.

                                      Airte is not providing me 4g speed from 6thfeb to til date 02/03/2019 as whole month is been passed and still they are saying me to pay bill and till now they are saying me we wil sove the issue/we re taking on priority/we already escalated /case is in progress and it will be solve soon. Whole month is been passed and bill is been generated but not providing services so how come airtel asking to pay bill to customer. And after discussing on mail (21mail conversation) later they agree to give only 100 rs waiver.

                                      (1) sometimes am not able to send messages on whatsapp,
                                      (2) even am not abe to trading as i already face a loss because of data connectivity,
                                      (3) even i need to go my office for wifi instead of having airtel 4g maharashtra's number one network as airtel say..,
                                      (4) having airte 4g but still has to take wifi from frds and family

                                      And airtel need customer to pay bill as airtel saying we will carryforward data and you have used network for calling but for otherside exampe if we keep our mobile data off for whole month and sinply used for only incoming calls then also they need us to pay monthly bill so howcome they are asking to get the payment done by customer when they are not providing proper service.

                                      Airtel have some courtesy for asking bill payment.

                                        Hello i'm akshay, i have been airtel consumer now for almost 8years i was fully statisfied by your service until i had a bad experience at a airtel showroom at mavoor road calicut kerala. After the flood hit kerala my sim was lost so i was a bit late to get a duplicate sim when i planned to get they told me u can take only post paid. I agreed i took a postpaid sim. It took more time than usual to activate which i'm fine with but it's having problem with network everything is working expect data so i went back to showroom i informed them what happened they told there are some issue they gave me another sim which had the same problem. Again i went back there was someone else he gave me another sim telling its a chip problem which is having the same issue. I called them and informed the issue but no use she told me she'll be mailing a complaint and she'll be calling back but no one called me such irresponsible staffs to ruin your companies goodwill and name. There were not polite while talking. They are not properly trained. This is the baddest experience i have ever had. Till now my sim data is not working and i hv to pay the bill also. Worst staff worst service.
