My airtel dth id [protected].Selecting a pack by own it shows 338 rs including ncf and tax.But after message to customar care it shows 664 rs monthly.Ad also a reprenstatative of airtel dish could not answered it properly they say there is problem in system so you should called later.there is no break up of taxex told by company.the cannel no 998 in airtel dth it gives the customar to choose the pack of their choice.but the amount it show after selecting a pacakage in that channel would not not same in company's customer care.that is the case done witg

    Today, 26th feb, 2019 around 5pm i have received multiple calls from number: [protected], offering 15 lakhs amount for installation of airtel mobile tower in our property. The person also offered 30k monthly rent as well as a job to take care of the tower with 12k monthly salary.

    The offer was really tempting. When i asked for further information and procedure, the person asked me to send multiple documents like, aadhar card, voter card, property paper, pan card via whatsapp. Also the person multiple times asked for if we have insurance of the property. As we do not have any insurance for the property, the person asked me to purchase insurance within next 24 hours, otherwise the offer will be canceled.

    When i asked the person if i can prepare the insurance on my own, the person refused and told me it will not be valid. Then i asked the person to send me all the details from their official email address. But the person refused that it can not be done until my profile is created at their end.

    I suspected probable phishing call and disconnected.

    I would like to report this and want you to take appropriate action.

    In Airtel app for 998 recharge it shows as data and SMS renews every 28days but after recharge the SMS says only SMS are renewed. This is misleading and please suggest what I can do to reverse and do another recharge that offers me more data.

    Airtel still charging NCF of 94 rupees on my secondary connection which should be waive off as per TRAI so please look into this and take action ASAP.

    I don't know why we have to post it and contact airtel many times, every time they told me that they don't have any update yet and we need to wait for same.

      My Airtel DTH account ([protected]) got suspended and account balance showing negative balance due to wrong package selection done by customer care executive.

      Even after multiple follow-ups they are not taken seriously and I have decided to stop the service immediately and requested update the Database accordingly, still getting promotion call and SMS.

        I had taken a postpaid connection from airtel with number [[protected]] in the month of october.
        After using the service for a month i went to airtel gallery and asked them to close the connection, but they denied saying that once you start any postpaid connection it cannot be closed for 3 months.
        I continued to carry the connection for another two months and paid the bills even if i had not used the connection.
        Now after the third month they called up and said that we had suspended your connection, clear the last month bill and close the connection.
        When i went to gallery the staff at dombivli (E) gallery [near p p chambers] responded rudely saying they cannot process my payment and will not close the connection. When i went to another gallery they asked for 300inr more than that was communicated to me. Now because they have not closed the connection i will have to pay another month payment.
        Please look into the issue urgently.

          Hi airtel,

          I am facing an issue with airtel payment bank, now my wallet balance is 709/-. Using airtel payment bank i am not able pay/recharge using my wallet balance.
          While i am paying i am getting error message like "debit is not allowed in this account".
          Please consider this complaint do necessary action. This is very impact your customer service.

            First complaint sr[protected] was given on 21st feb (Thursday) but on the same day i got a message it has been resolved but the same is not resolved till date. Screenshots attached.

            Its been 5 days since lodging complaint. No action taken till date by airtel.

            I have send 6 emails regarding this issue since last 6 days. Still awaiting response.

              I have paid 150 rs. Minimum balance required as per the airtel rules. To select new package on date 12th feb 2019.
              I selected my package scanned qr code sent sms. But no reply of activation of my package was receiced. Within 5 days on 17 th feb i received sms that my balance will b over kindly recharge. Within 5 days how come it gets over.?. My latest airtel dth of customer id [protected] — 003 complaint number is 86222582 date 25th feb 2019.

                I don't upgrade my kyc of airtel app if i don't upgrade my kyc then my wallet are blocked. I try again and again but not upgrade my kyc. I faced big problem of kyc of my airtel app and latest up date of my airtel app i try for upgrade kyc but then my airtel app show web page not available. Plzzz request to solve my problems i again request to you solve my problem

                    I have made a airtel dth recharge on 24/02/19 of rs. 485/- through my debit card but transaction got failed at the same time of same transaction amount has been deducted from my a/c, sms screen shot is attach but after over of 24 hrs the said amount has not yet reverse. So please refund the amount to my a/c at the earliest possible.

                        I enhanced my old airtel sim to 4g on 24/02/2019 at 13.00 pm. After that incoming and outgoing calls are working well but till now i could not get and send any sms. Is there any kind of restriction information for upgrading sim to 4g. Let me know the correct information regarding this. My number is [protected]. Kindly resolve it.

                          Really shame on you people for disturbing the customers. Now once again you people are disturbing the customers. Now I want to make a recharge of Rs. 35/- from my main balance and the option is not coming. Earlier the option was coming but now you peole become bull [censored] hungry fellows who don't have guts to earn your income and become greedy beggars by looting the customers every month or every 28 days. Really shame on you greedy hungry fellows who don't have self respect and respect for the customers. You people are such type of low mentality people that you forcibly deduct Rs. 23/- from the customers balance without taking their consent. This type of attitude is shown by fraud and beggars which you are become fully. It's better for you people to leave the job and take one big katora and sit on the roads for begging so that ongoing people will give you beg as you are the greedy hungry fraud beggars to loot the customers. If you people have little bit self respect and respect for the customers then reply with the USSD code for recharging the Rs 35/- from main balance instead of forcibly deducting Rs. 23/- without taking the consent from the customers. Shame on you greedy hungry people for showing such nasty attitude and behaviour towards the customers

                            My airtel sim got deactivated and now someone else uses that number. Now i want it back. I need to get my account back as have other accounts related to that number. I have the sim but someone else uses that number. So i need help for reactivating and retrieving the number back. The other person might use my number and my other accounts without my knowledge

                              I had done recharge for rs.399 on 24 Feb 2019 through google pay.Though the money got deducted from the bank account, but my phone no. Is not recharged.I didn't received any acknowledgement messages from airtel regarding this recharge.I airtel app too I can't see any recharge updates.I tried contacting customer care also but was not able to reach the customer care executive.

Pl refer my earlier complain, i am in mental stress due to your desperation to making money attitude i am sorry to say you have added 80 channel more in my pack for making money and you are not providing select to remove in self care portal and you are charging dth charge for extra viewing more than 100 channels.

                                1. Now i am requesting it is giving me mental stress for i am forced to think that i am cheated by someone. And no body is bothering for that.

                                2. Pl give me detail about my bill with justification. And whatever you have charges more please return back and show me proof also.

                                3. If you have not done anything unjustified then give my comprehensive reply. As soon as possible for taking me further action

                                Sir, it is not materialized my problem. now my bill is showing for one day 331rs . again showing showing 396 rs. However my OP bill is showing 331 Rs. Air tel taking my money by cheating. already they have taken more than 100 Rs by own. without my knowledge. Sir pl guide me how to recover it is very disgusting to think also that such type of cheater in this market. if I am aware then I come to know that on daily basis my tv bill is going up. now I should suppose to go consumer foram

                                  I am using Airtel postpaid from more than 15 years, recently i have noted that airtel has changed my base plan without my consent.
                                  I was using base plan of Rs 199 from June 2018 but in the month of September 2018 it was changed to Rs 299 for myself and my wife number without my consent. When i called the customer care, he is telling that they have sent messages regarding it to my mobile, which i have not seen at all. and he mentioned that As per TRAI guideline the airtel company can change the base plan by sending SMS without taking my consent. Is it true, by sending the SMS the telecom company can change anyone's base plan.

                                  How can someone do like this without taking consent from me change my base plan.

                                  This is happening for second time with me.

                                  I want refund for my amount ([protected], [protected]) and i want to change my plan to original Rs 199.

                                    Airtel executive ported my bsnl no([protected]) to Airtel on 28.01.19 but he did a mistake in sending draft unsigned NOC so activation took 15 long days. Due to this delay I was promised by airtel Executive at Hyderabad that I would be given 2 FANCY numbers as add-on under 799 post-paid plan, in which I am entitled to get 2 free add-on numbers. But I was not given those 2 fancy numbers even after 13 days since activation. Since 12 Feb 2019 I have sent so many emails, messages, whatsapp messages to get those fancy numbers but nobody gave that, last 13 days they are only saying they are looking into it. On the more their executives do not bother to lift my call nor reply to my messages. Last 13 days I am very much disturbed by this behavior of Airtel executives and customer care team. I have written to their nodal officer in Hyderabad and twitted them about this issue but NO RESULT. They don't value customer's time and energy.

                                      I have selected the airtel tv channels through La Carte but both the times there is no honest resolution by Airtel to incorporate the same into my account and commence my billing cycle accordingly. I had even selected my choice of channels through Airtel Channel No. 998 this is also prove to be futile.

                                      Airtel is not trasparent and difficult to deal hence I am going to change my service provider from Airtel Digital TV to another.

                                        My airtel digital tv id is [protected]. I had requested for 3 months of safe custody and the same was activated on jan 19, 2019 for 100 rupees. Following which my balance went to -3 rupees and i recharged again for 100 rupees. So my balance on jan 19, 2019 was 97 rupees. And my connection also was inactive. However from from feb 8 or 9, 2019 i was deducted 6 rupees everyday and my connection was showing as active. My balance today is 1 rupees. 96 rupees have been deducted thus far and account is suspended due to insufficient balance. How can you debit 6 rupees everyday when my safe custody is active until april 19, 2019

                                        Kindly refund the 96 rupees (97-1) debited until today and reactivate my safe custody
