Hi,
This is Amitkumar Khante from Nagpur. I got your Airtel Digital TV connection DTN No [protected] Jan 2019. Last month I selected my package on TV on 17 th feb and got the sms from your side that “thanks for selecting package and we will confirm the same in 48 hours” when I did not get confirmation from your side. But I did not got any confirmation so I called to your customer care and they said to recharge Rs 474. Which I done recharge on 19 th Feb 2019.
But in 5 March my TV package deactivated and I called to customer care he said my monthly amount is 870 when I said I did not selected these much of channels he made a complaint and said with in 12 hours I will get call. When I did not got a call then I again call to customer care and she said there are two packages activated in my account so she will remove one package which I did not select before and recharge for 474. I done recharge but when I went to home and start my TV my account not active then again I call to customer care she transfer phone to excelation department where that person said he activated my old package. Again he made me fool and activated some other package.

What kind of service you people provide?
Who is responsible for my money loss?
To whom we need to believe?
Whether I have to cancel my subscription from you?

    My recharging double deduction of rs. 169 from my account on 28.02.19 with transanction id no. [protected] &[protected] now one time recharge saccessfully done to your end & another was false. I want to say that you have verified another transanction id i. E. [protected] where as this is not my transanction id.
    So, kindly again i am requested to you please refund excess amount of rs. 169 to my account as immediately.

      I have ported my number from tata docomo to airtel postpaid on 25th february and still my number is not activated yet. The signal went off yesterday and the same persist. I need to receive important calls and online transactions are blocked because of this issue.

      i have restarted mobile around 5 times and it still shows M2 errror or Number not provisioned

        Hi this is aamir khan my airtel number is [protected]. It is unable to connect with network from morning m not able to make call. This is second time happening in this month. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise i have to change my sim company. So please take some necessary action and make sure this incident will not happen again.

          Hi, i recently went to maldives on my honeymoon. When i reached there, i was charged around 45k amount for using the data services. These data service is the leakage data which happened without my knowledge. When i got message of 11k, i tried to contact service provider through sms but was not sending. I am struggling with airtel from past 1 month but at first they kept me saying to wait till the bill is generated. Now as the bill generated, i am not getting any help form them. My internal roaming was activated without my knowledge and also the threshold which was 4.5k was not applied when the bill was getting generated. Also when i tried to deactivate the roaming services, message was not sending due to network issue.
          What can i do in this case. I want to fight this in court. Also i have seen many people are wrongly charged by these service providers.

            Im using airtel dth service for past 2 months, i did recharge of rs. 290 on 3rd march 2019, as per plans available on airtel app. (Attaching the payment receipt). Afterwards my airtel dth service resumed.

            Unfortunately dth service worked smoothly only for more ore less 30 minutes, later it suddenly stopped working. Msg appeared on screen that "your account or service has been suspended due to low balance in account."

            From that day (3rd march) i repeatedly trying to call airtel dth customer care service number [protected], but it kept me on waiting, no representative was available to answer the call and resolve the issue for next 3 days.

            I am most annoyed when airtel's representative answered my call on 6th march and told me that "there is some bug or technical error because of that it is showing zero balance in your account. We can not do anything from here, except registering complain about service issue and will forward it our technical team".

            Airtel dth complain reference number[protected]

            Because such bad service, even i fully paid for the dth package am unable to watch tv. Service is still suspended till date.

            I trust this is not the way that awful company wishes to conduct business with valued customers.

            I request to resolve my account issue and add more days for which im unable to watch tv.

            I hope i will get dth pack amount refunded in to my account and service will resume.

              We have a mail from airtel company on nov 18 for disconnection and closer, but unable to know how they generating bills to me every new month, they also sent me my billing statement and payment statement where the amount are refundable till today but again and again they saying to clear our outstanding.
              Sir please tell me what can I do this number ( [protected] ) continuously disturbing me and continuously missed call me. Please do something. When I call back on this number not response my call one time pick my call and he threading me. What can I do?

                I am an airtel mobile consumer bearing mobile number [protected] for the last 3 months. All the airtel data packs are priced very high. I have been recharging the unlimited data packs for the last few months. Inspite of that, i am not receiving the advertised services.
                Here are the listed defects in the services offered by them:
                Internet speed is 200kbps at my location in berhampur, odisha (Unlike the advertised speed of 4-5 mbps),
                Myairtel app is not opening up in my device (It should give info regarding data, balance and complaints)
                198 complaint number which is a paid number to place complaints with the customer service. I am asking why should it be paid to talk with customer service. Are they running call girl sevices?
                Frequent call drops, noisy calls and signal fluctuation.

                I have been complaining to their appellate authority regarding these deficiency in services but still i haven't received a satisfactory response till now. They simply acknowledge the deficiency in services but it hasn't been resolved till now except the speed issue which shows drastic fluctuations. The speed is very good only at night during 12a. M. - 8a. M. And after 7 p. M. Some days the speed drastically gets reduced to around 30kbps and that gets reset at midnight.

                Adding to these complaints, i am not getting the promised data services since monday i. E. 4th march, 2019. I have been asking to rollover the data or pay the compensatory price. But they have denied this sort of compensation every time i have asked them to do so.

                Please guide me what can i do next.
                I have complained at the national consumer helpline and the government's public grievance portal but still the best resolution offered to my until know is to visit the consumer forum. Going physically to the consumer forum for every other problem everyday is not a feasible solution being offered to me is what i feel.

                  Dear sir,
                  I have been a satisfied customer with (Airtel india) since 12 years. My mobile number is [protected] but i regret to inform you that from last 10 months i am having difficulty in conversations and call drops due to poor network reception. The handset’s network indicator shows full signal but i cannot make a clear phone call. This unwanted obstruction posing lots of inconvenience for me. I have also send the complain so many times but nothing happened, hence i have stop the bill payment from last 3 months but from last night my services i. E. Incoming outgoing and data has been stopped without any information also airtel signals are not showing on my mobile this is ridicules.

                  In this situation, i would request you to take necessary actions to resolve this problem as early as possible and activate my services asap.

                      Airtel has lost its credibility. Unable to withstand competition from JIO, it is fleecing its customers, especially the prepaid customers. Why should Airtel expect me to recharge my prepaid number before the close of the validity period ? I may not need its services for a few days, or I may wantonly plan to recharge after a week or two. Why should Airtel deduct Rs.23 from my main balance, to extend the validity by 28 days, and that too without any voice, sms or data benefits ? Does this not amount to cheating and fraud ? Trai should take up this issue immediately and show Airtel its place. My another surprise is how the telco companies arrived at 28 days validity ? If I have to recharge on the 28th day to avoid the deduction of Rs.23, my validity starts from that day itself, effectively bringing the validity period to 27 days. How corrupt these corporates have become ?

                        My credit card was auto debited with 589.62 today at 2:07 am without pin/otp. Please look into this and reverse the charges. I have never used the card from my end. This seems to be some sort of fraud that you have to take care from your end. I have seen similar kind of complaints raised by other consumers reporting the same issue. There is no solution that you have given so far. How are we going to resolve this i need an answer and update... I'll report this in all social media about airtel

                          Hello i had recharged my airtel mobile number with inr 169 and had activated a pack for next 28 days.

                          Next using 'phone pe' i had recharged the same number mistakenly of inr 169 and pack for next 28 days.

                          I contacted airtel for refund/to credit that to talk time at least as it doesn't make sense to use both same packs by paying double the price.

                          Now they were not ready to refund it as it was done through third party app (Phone pe) where in they were ready to refund it if was done through airtel app.

                          Does it make sense?? No matter how you pay money i was paying it to airtel.

                          Kindly look into this at the earliest and i am ready to provide you all yhe the transaction details as i want to find a solution for this by having the money refunded.

                            It is very painful to inform you that the network connection in our area is stopped since 3 pm today i cannot make either call or use internet due to which i am facing some serious problem. I have been a costumer of airtel since last 10 years and if this is the condition i have to change my network to jio. Kindly help me to resolve it thank you hope for your positive response

Deduction mesg also received from sbi bank.But internet services doesn't activated.transaction no is[protected].customer service agent denies the recharge had taken place even after providing transaction no.If you Airtel are not robbers then return my 49 rs immediately.

                                  I've complaining to their customer service repeatedly but i don't think they have taken a step on this, it still is slow and not a slight improvement from them and it's really irritating,
                                  so what i want now is refund my money on last transaction and i'm gonna change to other network
                                  and SUE them please, they are the biggest cheaters in india i reckon

                                    No network coverage in both area my office and home also south ex -2, no calls no internet access... Very poor service of airtel fake advertising of our brand. Faste network ghanta fast network. Sala 2 g hi chal jaye wahi bahut badi baat... When i want to register complaint on 121 airtel automatically disconnected my calls all the time. As my experience wrost service experience with airtel.

                                    Worst service provider ever.. they will deduct amount without even informing customer and there is no way you can track the details... have called to give clarification and they do not have any option to show you in any other way on the portal.. never ever use their service

                                      And approaching the airtel show room with all required documents, sometimes they returning the documents with some few irritable words with our customers as "you just go to where your connections were got? And approach them" like that only your side reply for the past one year.. But the officials of the show room using unwanted words to us and the approach some other airtel show room like other than rasipuram or namakkal show rooms of airtel hence my company situated at rasipuram (Namakkal district)
                                      So i kindly request you to take some necessary action on them and do the needful in this regard as i did already in the customer care portal and hence hereinafter am not responsible for the billpayment for the above said numbers. If you wont do any actions...

                                        Yesterday, on 5/3/19, at 11:07pm i received otp sms for transaction on airtel5/bh/prepaid for 119 rupees, using my sbi debit card which was not initiated by me. Someone is using airtel wallet portal for fraudulent transaction. Please look into it asap and resolve this issue. We all don't want to lose our hard earned money.
