airtel network issues

I'm facing this problem for more than a month from airtel. Customer care support also no good. I'm getting very low data with low speed that also sometimes disconnected randomly. Very very rare to get data in 4g @ some places. My home & my working place also i'cm facing this problems. I need a permanent solution. duplicate sim not getting otps

I lost my phone a few day ago so i got a duplicate airtel sim. All the sim activities are pretty normal other than the fact that i was not able to get otps. post paid to pre paid conversion - a big torture and a pain to customers

As a airtel customer for over 12 years, i have experienced many issues with airtel and now when i want to move out of the country and request to close my postpaid and move it to pre-paid connection there starts airtels game.

I am asked to visit stores and in the stores the kind of negligence on you is a pure gamble by airtel to make sure customer doesn't go out of postpaid.

need outgoing call barring password

When i checked the settings, outgoing calls are barred.

On trying to unlock the barring, i need the password.

deactivation of airtel dth

Despite reporting several times that we have stopped using airtel dth and replaced it by tata sky, we have repeated calls as to why the dth has not yet been recharged. They have no formal procedure as to how the services can be deactivated. There are continuous calls for the same and they repeatedly ask the same questions... Disturbing during unwanted hours....

recharge was done but not working.

voice breaking during calls

Ever since i had the misfortune of recharging my data pack for my airtel number, i can no longer visit any site on the internet without getting redirected to one. Airtel.in. It has become something of a torture, for it has been close to 6-7 hours and it still keeps happening. Happens on both my phone and desktop browsers (Chrome, firefox and opera).

I have reset all my browsers twice, changed and reset my apn data, cleared...
