I purchased power supply/UPS in last year but it was delivered to me after 3 months and that was faulty piece.it work for just 5-10 minutes and it's gets off.i register 10+ complaint about ups till now. No response from Airtel customer service. It's bad experience from Airtel.

    I Have taken Airtel Dth and Fiber connection in Jan 2023 and the salesman of Airtel company said me that this plan is for 5 months and you have to pay Rs 3800 advance and after that if you wish you can renew this plan . But after 5 months when my plan completed . I shifted to Fastway connection . Now after two months i am receiving a bill of 1600 PRs . When I asked customer service about the bill they said that this is postpaid connection . I said them i have not taken any postpaid connection . They said this is postpaid connection you have to pay bill either you use the services or not . Next month will be also generated if you don't diss connect the services . They are making bluff conversation with the customers at the time of new connection . and after that they do not listen to customer .

            This is regarding my complaint towards DTH connection wherein my TV connection has not been working since 30th June 2023. I have raised a complaint then . Everyday I listen that the technician is coming but such big liars I had never seen.
            Airtel has closed my case on its own repeatedly and falsely assure me that they will send a technician by morning or evening but everything is false. I sometimes pity the customer care associates because they have to take the brunt of aggrieved customer due to the fault of Airtel Backend or operations team. They are incompetent and lack capability hence have not been sending any technician. They are just minting money from me by selling my Airtel black plan and charge my close to INR3000 every month. Such pathetic service. They don’t bother to call me either. I don’t know when my case will be resolved.

              Wi-Fi is not working since morning and the company keep sending false messages regarding the time of resuming the service.
              Whenever the time comes nearby they send another message with time increment. Received 4 messages till now and in every message they increased 3 hours and nothing happened. Even the customer care doesn’t know anything about the problem, they just keep telling the time and saying that they don’t know anything other than that.

                Hi, Payment of Rs. 719.0 has failed for your Airtel Mobile . Any amount, if debited will be refunded to your source account within a day. Please keep order ID[protected] for reference. after doing upi payment this was the message after 10 minute still amount is not refunded ..at least a company should provide a trustful service there is an auto generated response everytime i send email and only one time they responded that the no given is not of airtel money account. but the recharge was of airtel mobile number only instead of solving the problem they are just complicating it just take the order id and please solve the issue

                  Hi Team,

                  I have been facing network issue (call lost, internet browsing slow, downloading slow wtc.) since almost a year now. Earlier it used to be intermittently, but since 2-3 months network is way too bad. Already visited local kiosk : Kapadia Industrial Estate, Shop No 1 &2 Aadeshwar Arcade, Andheri - Kurla Rd, Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400093

                  I was asked to take the proof of same through G-Net track lite app. So shared the pics by personally visiting the store again, for the tracing done on 11th July 2023. Post that i did receive the call on same day to confirm that someone is working on this issue. After that there are no further updates. I have been trying on same no since 2-3 days, but no one is responding. Can someone please look into this issue as I believe if Airtel cant fix simple issue on 2g/3g/4g how will they support faster speed on 5g network.

                  Can someone from Airtel act on this and fix the internet issue.
                  Still the network is pathetic. Can someone come in to physically analyse the situation that I am facing.
                  I was told by the airtel kiosk executive that based on network images that I shared, there would be someone from Airtel to personally visit the problem faced.

                  Its been more then 2 weeks now.
                  Seems all airtel technical guys are busy on various other places.
                  Is any checking in this? Seems airtel not bothered abt their customers. Probably could be reason people moving out of airtel where 4g means 2g and 5g could mean 1g in terms of speed.
                  Can someone look into this issue. Sharing soon the Twitter, Facebook posts for the service that you have been providing where other operators 2g could also beat your 4g services.
                  Guys, good morning. Network is sleeping people. Wake up and try to fix this issue. Will distribute chocs on your behalf then. Hope you understand the network screenshots that I had shared.
                  Are you going to respond me and work upon the network issue?
                  It's been 4 months and still the same issue. Totally bad network, worst internet and still they claim we are on admission to go down till 0 complaints. Well well, firstly resolve the issue for each complaints else you might me first operator to reach a complaint count which jointly all operators would not reach to.

                      Hello,

                      I would like to bring your kind attention that for past two months I am receiving Post paid bill for my Broad band connection which I am not using since May 2023.
                      The connection was sold to me without informing that it is a postpaid connection.

                      I already have postpaid connection experience. Nowhere it asks me to pay in advance. The amount which was taken from me (approx. 2400.00) was taken in prepaid mode.

                      Is it the practice to sell your connection? Why there was no information from your seller that it is postpaid connection? Why was no document given to me stating it is postpaid?

                      On 28th Of June I logged a complaint to your customer care. There I have raised this point, but I can see no step was taken. Also, I was surprised to know that in my locality there is no prepaid option available, and your dishonest sales team hide this to customer.

                      What kind of sales strategy is it?

                      Please stop the connection immediately and provide me a clarification why a false information was shared with me.

                      Please find the attached bill for your reference.

                          I've ported my mobike number [protected] from bsnl to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service and every time I call the customer care they telling different stories..I need help on this. My ultimate mobile number is [protected]

                            I am writing this complaint to you since my three reminders at and four telephonic complaints have not been resolved satisfactorily. Airtel is not providing the details I have asked for in my seven telephonic and written complaints. I reproduce my complaint verbatim. I quote: -

                            "My earlier complaints are still not resolved. I insist and demand call-wise details along with the dates and timing against each, and IPv 4 address for Data Usage as evidence o[censored]sage of IR as well as usage beyond the IR package in my earlier queries; the evidence for two billing cycles is needed. The stated query has not been answered by you and a similar overbilling was done in the latest statement of 9th July 2023 also.

                            In the June billing, Airtel gave ad hoc credit for IR usage charges on 15th June 2023 for Rs. 5655.74 from the bill of Rs. 11198/- without any explanation. I suspect overcharging is much higher than the credit adjustment.

                            Incidentally, I acknowledge the correct billing of IR to the extent of Rs 3538.82 - 10 day pack set 1 and 2 in the July 2023 statement. The overbilling is to the extent of Rs. 1531.64.

                            For your information, I repeat my earlier unresolved complaints numbers[protected],[protected],[protected], and[protected]. I am sorry to say that your reply is disappointing and inadequate. Please read the trailing email...

Please note that the data usage using the Airtel network can not be exorbitantly high as I use a third-party WiFi network subscribed by my son with IPv4 address: 10.0.0.2 and IPv4 DNS Servers: 75.75.75.75 and 75.75.76.76 and most of the time Airtel Mobile Data is disabled by me while in the USA.

                            The number of Incoming Voice Calls, Outgoing Voice Calls (Local), Outgoing Voice Calls (To India), and Outgoing SMSs using Airtel Network is less than seven during the billing period.

                            The same unresolved concern is also with the usage beyond IR package.

                            For these reasons, I asked for call-wise details along with the dates and timing against each, and IPv 4 address for Data Usage as evidence o[censored]sage of IR as well as usage beyond the IR package in my earlier queries. The stated query has not been answered by you.

                              I am writing to express my extreme frustration and dissatisfaction as a customer of Bharati Airtel. The level of service I have encountered during the porting process of my SIM to a different operator has been nothing short of abysmal. The arbitrary rules and exorbitant recharge costs have further aggravated my already dire situation. Despite numerous follow-ups and high-level case escalations, I have received no response or resolution after an agonizingly long month of waiting.

                              The complete lack of communication, accountability, and transparency exhibited by your company is absolutely unacceptable. I urge you to take immediate action to investigate the prolonged delays and lack of follow-through from your staff. I implore you to expedite the porting process and provide compensation, such as a significant concession on my yearly recharge, as a gesture of goodwill and recognition of the immense inconvenience I have endured.

                              My continued loyalty to Bharati Airtel hinges upon your swift resolution to this matter. Failure to address my concerns promptly will leave me with no choice but to explore alternative service providers who prioritize customer satisfaction. I anticipate your immediate attention to this urgent complaint and expect a satisfactory resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

                                I filed a complaint to Airtel regarding my internet not working and they provided me with the information to resolve my complaint by 1PM on 13th July but they went back on their word and said it will be resolved by tomorrow. This is unacceptable behaviour and a clear misinformation to airtel's customers and on top of that the airtel appellate number provided on my bill doesn't connect me with airtel appellate . This is also a misinformation and I want strong actions against this. MY SR no with airtel is [protected]

                                  I have had an Airtel extreme fiber connection[protected] for more than a year. I changed my house so I raised a request on 05/04/2023 for the same city as there was a mistake in the pin code so I changed it on 09/04/2023 and did an inspection on 10/04/2023. As there is no port available in my new area they disconnected and collected my router and other belongings on the same day.

                                  Then I contacted customer care and asked to cut my connection and refund my balance amount as there is no certainty to get a connection in the near future; They put the connection cut date in the system as[protected] and assured me of a refund within 30-45 days,

                                  Still, I didn't get the refund amount in a month so I contacted customer care and also Nodal Officer Mumbai on[protected] and shared bank account details and they assured me that payment will be done via NEFT within 45 days of deactivation. Still, I didn't get my refund.

                                  I contacted customer care number of times and they assured me that I would get a refund within 72 hours on the dated mail of 12th May, 23rd May, 31st May, 7th June, 14th June, 24th June.
                                  But still after a total of 87 days, I didn't get any refund.

                                  On the 23rd of June your associate from Airtel trai complaints called me and said we are filling your refund request soon, And on the 24th of June another customer associate called me and said your previously shared NEFT passbook pdf is not opening. So 4 times airtel associate sent me a payment id of a refund using the same passbook pdf which was supposed to be credited in 72 hours. What was that.

                                  For your information, As per Airtel website "Broadband connectivity is subject to on-ground feasibility at installation address – in case feasibility is not available, the charged amount will be reversed to the customer within 30 working days"

                                  I had send mails to Airtel customer care, Nodal Officer, Airtel trai complaint, compliance officer and many more still i didn't get refund amount.

                                      Such a pathetic service by Airtel. I am complaining about speed issues by past 15 days, calling them daily for resolution but no one cares. I have a 200mbps connection and m getting speed of 10-11 Mbps. They always told to do some settings but never worked. Then they told that it will solve in 2 hours and will confirm via phone if issue still persists.
                                      They promised and raised complain that an engineer will come to solve the issue but nobody showed till today.
                                      I already paid for 3 months subscription for 200Mbps connection. and now they are exploiting us. Refuse to solve my issue totally.
                                      Such a ignorance in Work from home cases cant be tolerated.

                                      Please fix or return my money. I will get a new connection from someone else.

                                      Note: People dont take advanced subscriptions, they will take us for granted.
