Help -- Chat Now - Lang -- Action - Post to Pre - 6Digit OTP

I was exhausted from explaining my issue to each and everyone every day to solve. This is the very very very worst service I ever faced. Since the issue started last week I called Airtel and explained my issue for around 1 hour In the final they simply said would arrange a callback for the issue. Even yesterday I spoke with Nisha Shankari around 2.30 hrs and explained my issues finally they came up with a solution discussed it with their Higher level and said to convert PostPaid to Prepaid Migration for the Dongle Number (95xxxxxx90) after conversion ill call you tomorrow and apply the solution until you do not convert prepaid. As she said I converted to prepaid and waited for the day no call from her. She assured me to call back and provide the solution. So I called customer care and spoke with MOHAMED SAMIR even without asking about my issue he said he couldn't and you go and check with where you purchased the sim. I said without knowing the full history of the issue and already decided on the solution but finally no call from her. But he responded that it was a different team we couldn't connect and she did not mention any note about the issue. Here

1. if a customer raises an issue to Airtel should not add any notes, even for small or big issues for any issue there is no reference number and notes to understand the caller to communicate with the customer with the proper solution.

2. Even 1st level support or senior all are ir respective answer. They don't understand the actual issue but they are saying something different opinion even not match the issue.

3. I am disappointed and do not know what to do from the last week itself I made a call to customer care and explained my issue and then they finally said would call back again making call explaining A issue and finally said call back and new member attended the call explaining my issue and said will call back.

4. How long does it go further and make a customer frustrated pushing them into stress, and depression?

I don't know who read this mail but if read even they can understand or not my pain. With this kind of irrespective people make people roaming to the customer.

The last person spoke with me and came up with a solution her name is NISHA SHANKARI, The Call duration is around 2.30 hours. she promised and assured and I hope the issue comes to an end today itself but again it was like the same day as yesterday and ended with MOHAMED SAMIR with a careless answer irrespective of talks.

Kindly check with NISHA SHANKARI[protected] for yesterday's conversation and make it arrange a call with her. She said to convert postpaid to prepaid and then provide your dongle data to the new postpaid connection today and will confirm and make a call. I believed her and then converted my dongle from postpaid to prepaid but nothing happened.

The main point is

1. Nobody is willing to share the reference ID of the conversation

2. They said after the call end would get a reference ID but it was fake and rarely get a reference ID but that's only for getting an ID for any query, not for the issue related.

3. Once the call ends simply get a message "Your issue is resolved" How is it resolved without providing a solution?

4. In my issue spoke with these people there are no notes for whom I explained my issue.

5. Finally they said would arrange a callback is fake.

For the last week, I have had trouble with these people because of gave and cheated with the wrong info made me take a postpaid connection and post to prepaid conversion, Amazon Prime issue, and all

Followed by the above issue i call back to Airtel and spoke with the below members still not solved my issue. Instead of sovling they wavering me.

Even they said forward my issue to concern team but no action taken. And i can see how worst the Airtel support is. As they commited the benefits will apply for me but they totally contrast and speak like nothing said like that even the Manager associates too. Kindly bring this in to Higher level hierarchy to solve my issue.

    After doing the payment of Rs 2907.95 on 14th of october for 3 months of 799 plan my airtel broadband still not updated and after contacting Airtel customer care they said that payment is reversed on 24th of October which I haven't received and top of that my connection is also suspended

      As per the recharge packages of Airtel they promise me to give unlimited 5g data where there is an access to 5G network but they are not giving me the unlimited data as they promised despite of getting 5G access and having all the requirements needed for 5g network

        The dth complaint for unable to view any channels pending with Airtel customer care. Calling customer care only given assurance that it will be resolved soon but no techie visited site . One month over and complaint still unresolved but dth subscription has reduced to zero. When I have not used the subscription and complaint pending on Airtel side how they can reduce the subscription.

          Very bad Speed of internet when recharge with a 365days plan, and also Airtel offers unlimited 5G data to his Costumer but after daily data limit over it internet speed goes to 2g data network, it is a bad habit to fool costumers

            Airtel offers unlimited 5G data to his costumers after daily limit was over, I recharged 2999 pack for 365days. But I saw the internet speed was very low after daily data over.
            I think Airtel fools us and also I lost my 3000 rupees. Please help me and also every Indian of Airtel fraud

              The most fraud company ever seen. I am waiting for my refund. They told they have initiated my money on 27th November, it's been more than 10 working days, still i didn't get my refund. Now they are not responding my emails and customer service are useless where they are not even responding properly. This case is related to customer harrassment.

                  Description - Data not working since 30th Nov'23. Rasied complaint via IVR. Time alloted for resolution is 18th Dec'23. Been 5 days, still facing same issue. Called care, talked to 5 people, no help at all, all receiting same story.
                  That one can check on one's end.
                  Desirable Resolution - First need my data to work properly, second need refund for no. of days my serivces not working, third my compensesation for metal harassment for speaking with so many people and explaining same thing over and over again, and not finding any resolution. My office work being hampperd because of all this. My bank payment being stuck in the middle of transaction.

                    I have been using Airtel connection for last 10 years. I have been using the number actively and i keep recharging it regularly.

                    On 28th Nov 2023 I received a message to submit the fresh set of documents otherwise will be disconnected as of 28th Nov 2023 which is on the same day. It does not provide any sufficient time to react. They deactivated the number the next day.

                    I am outside the country for work and will not be able to travel immediately to submit the documents. I called customer service and they mentioned the number is not active we cannot do anything. They asked me to visit the branch, so i asked my brother to visit the branch and check what can be done. The people in the store mentioned i personally need to visit and cannot have others going on my behalf.

                    Disappointed in the service.

                    Could you have the number activated.

                      Last week I ordered an Airtel prepaid SIM for my father.

                      Your delivery man brought it to our flat in R.K. Puram, New Delhi, on Friday 24th Nov. 2023.

                      The delivery man came around 12.00 noon and did his paperwork, I chose a new number, and paid him Rs 300 plus a Rs 50 tip for doing the work. He said the SIM would be activated shortly.

                      A few hours later, I put the new SIM into the phone and checked but other than some text messages from Airtel (stating the account had been created, and a customer acquisition form was enclosed), the card was still not active. Incidentally I am still unable to download that form.

                      I downloaded your app (which by the way is very clunky and doesn't work correctly anyway, just like your website), the account still did not show the payment. Naturally, the card also didn't work.

                      I tried to ring the 2 numbers shown on the website and ofcourse there is no working option to speak to anyone. On one occasion, via your website, I was able to find a number, with great difficulty, for customer support. When I rang that I was placed on auto hold for 29 minutes and 56 seconds.

                      In any case, I was unable to speak to anyone, nor does your chat function on the website offer any options to get the matter resolved.

                      I then checked the account balance 36 hours after your man had taken my money, and again this morning.

                      Still nothing, and no working SIM card.

                      So today I went to your Airtel store in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, and spoke to a young man who suggested I ring the delivery man, as he would have contacted us to set a time for the delivery, etc.

                      Unfortunately, my father has a very old Nokia phone, pre-smart phone technology, and the logs of calls etc only remain for a 2 day period. As today is now the 4th day, I was unable to retrieve the delivery person's number.

                      Accordingly, as I had to get the new SIM card to work, i had to go to the local market and get an independent mobile shop to kindly do another recharge for that number.

                      This has now been done, and I can now see that the number is working.

                      However, I have now paid twice for the 1 month service, because of your staff being either incompetent, or just a thief.

                        I am Ravi Prakash Tiwari and I had an Airtel Prepaid connection ([protected]), this complaint is regarding misleading the customer and delaying services for forcing to opt for Postpaid connection.

                        One day I have seen an offer in my airtel thanks app that I can get 2 postpaid connections in just 499 Rs, I have opted for that offer and submitted my OTP, my connection got converted within 12 hours and I was being informed that its 399 for just 1 connection, and the plan I opted for is not available. I filed a complaint regarding this in airtel help center on (27/11/2023) I was being informed that I can not opt that offer and I did not want to continue with postpaid so I requested to opt out and my sim got un-register in 2 hours.

                        After all this, I have reached an Airtel office in Karond, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (462038). The customer executive said that my sim would start working in 4-5 and if I wanted to opt for postpaid, they would start the connection in just 2 hours. I have reached out to customer executives many times and I have been told that have only option to get my connection started early is to convert it into a postpaid connection. The weird situation and monopoly is that, stating the employee’s line “We can convert prepaid connection to postpaid connection within 12 hours but we cannot convert It into prepaid in 12 hours for that we take at least 5 days, and if you want you can deposit 2000rs (which is the 4-month advance of postpaid plan) and we will start the connection in just 2 hours”.

                        I am a government employee working in a prestigious organization at an emergency service department and this is my only official contact number. I request you take strong action against the service provider and, Please help me restart my number as soon as possible. I will be very grateful to you.

                          Dear Airtel Customer Service,

                          I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent bill I received for my Airtel WiFi service. Despite not using the WiFi for the past month, I was surprised to find that a bill had been generated for this period.

                          I had previously requested a technician to visit and address the issue, but unfortunately, no one has come to visit as of yet. This has resulted in me being unable to use the WiFi service that I am being billed for.

                          I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and rectify the billing error. I believe it is only fair that I am not charged for a service that I have not used. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could expedite the process of sending a technician to resolve the WiFi issue.

                            I am a postpaid customer with Airtel (Mobile No. [protected]). I am an NRI and thus staying abroad. Last week all of a sudden, my SIM isn't working.
                            I contacted Airtel customer care via email. The solution that Airtel team is telling me is for my blood relative to go to an Airtel store in India and get new physical SIM. This is ridiculous from their side. I don't have a blood relative in India at the moment.
                            Now I have to spend money on flight ticket and come to India and get a new SIM. Until then, I am not able to access any of my bank accounts and can't do any transactions. And all this, while my monthly postpaid bill keeps running.
                            They need to give me a better solution so that i can get it resolved without having to travel to India or get anyone else involved. Or else they can pay me compensation for the hardship they are costing me.

                              I have been using my landline connect for past 10+ years paying bill of Rs. 588.89 every month the speed provided with this connect is 40 mbps however for the allocated speed is only 2 mbps by airtel saying they havent upgraded the fiber optics.

                              I have been asking for the refund for all the years i have been cheated, however the customer service denys saying we can only upgrade your plan.

                              Spoke to supervisor Mamta who was very rude and blaming us for the cheating done and also to Manager Keshav to no resort

                              Please advise a solution

                                  Greetings,
                                  I am Dr V.K.Ravichandran from Chennai and now camping in Sri Lanka.

                                  On 20th Nov 2023, an international pack worth INR 899 was put in my account and I have used it for only one international call to Chennai. After that, I could not use it because of the SIM problem and my iOS Apple phone showed NO SIM and the SIM is not being recognised by my handset. I have also tried my Airtel SIM with another handset again the same NO SIM signal is showing. Also, there is no proper after-service in Airtel @ Sri Lanka for the Indian SIM. I could not use the international call amount because of your insufficiency in service. It is also not possible to use the amount within the validity periods as I could not provided SIM by your Sri Lanka Airtel office. So, I'd like to enquire about this with your higher officials and reimburse the amount to my Airtel account otherwise I will seek justice through the ombudsman or the judiciary.

                                  I request You kindly reimburse the amount to my Airtel Thanks App.

                                    Junction box remove from in-front of my house main gate

                                    I live in Mynateppakulam, 1st street.

                                    I requested the Airtel Workers not to lay Junction Box Post in My Parking Premises. I requested and pleaded him.

                                    Then, The Airtel Worker said, I will erect the post in your premises. Do what ever you can.

                                    I said, I will complaint. He said You complaint, I will do anything.

                                        I had made a SIM replacement on the Nov 16 via Reference no.[protected]. The SIM is still not activated. The status per the local airtel store is "EV task" pending. Not sure what that means. Today is Nov 18 and I am stuck without an activated S in a postpaid connection
