Hi My Name is Tohid.
The Airtel deactivated My Airtel Prepaid Sim Card [protected] (Bihar) on 1st August 2023.
I called the customer care but the said please visit any nearest airte store they will reactivate your airte number.
I visited 3 to 4 different airtel stores but they told we cannot reactivate your number.
This number is very very important for me as this number is connected to one of my bank account, aadhar card etc.
Please help how can i reactivate my Airtel number.

    1 When we recharged our prepaid account[protected], a week back on 25th August for ₹ 2999, we we were told that we would get additional 5G B unlimited data for this valuable recharge.
    2. The screenshot confirming the above commitment is also attached here below for the ready reference.
    3. But this additional 5 GB has not yet been provided by Airtel. Why?

      Raised a complaint for broadband not working on the 30th of August. Was assured it would be resolved within 48 hours. Since then nobody has bother to call or visit. all I get is a message every evening on my phone that it is delayed by another day. Have tried calling the call centre as well to no avail. I work from home. I am having to purchase Data on my phone and use hotspot which is proving very expensive. Will this amount be deducted from my Monthly bill?

        I accidently and mistakenly Transferd Rs 3004 to Bharti airtel Limited UPI Id : [protected]@hdfcbank from UPI ID [protected]@oksbi on 01 Sept 2023 at 12 pm IST as i was trying to recharge new connection of my airtel Fiber through the generated link but mistakenly i transferd Rs 3004 to the said Upi id through Gpay without the involvement of link and money was transfered. I approached every customer care of airtel and nobody is helping me out.I am a student and the amount means a lot to me . Plz help me out and make my money refund back.

          My mobile number is spoofing. I am Getting calls daily from some people saying that they got calls from my mobile number [protected].
          I complained the same to airtel. But no response from them.

            Recently ported from Jio to Airtel, because of very poor network issue with jio. Thinking that Airtel will be good. Hence waited for 15 days to come in Airtel network. Now there Airtel nonsense started. Tele verification no 59059 doesn't work, even if it connects it calls my name and directs me to press # key, even after press # key, the IVR doesn't recognise.

            This is mentally harrassing to the customers

              UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

              Just 3 weeks ago, when I I received the UPC code to get Port out. But their agent called me and said that your problem will be solved (whatever it is), but they didn't and I agree to them and didn't port out. But it passed many days and not solving the problem and if I try to get new port out request, they just deny to provide me the code

                Sim card used by my father is issued on someone else name

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                This is regarding my father's Airtel SIM card which he has been using for the last 9+ years, recently his sim card stopped working and when we went to the Airtel store I was told that the number is registered on some one else name which is strange to say the least. We do remember is like any other responsible citizen, mobile phone user in India, we had submitted my father's identity document when we purchased...

                I cut off airtel wifi now they call me every day why ididnt recharge i told them at least 10 times i have moved out now i dont want it.. but everyday from some new number they called me to recharge till now i have recieved over 100 calls

                  My internet is not working properly from past one month when i moved from dehradun to kullu and also switched to new phone realme narzo n53. When i sms MO to 54321 is says "your services has been blocked". My internet worked good only for few days when i moved to few select location or randomly sometime. My friends near me have 2.5mbps speed and mine is few kbps. Im not able to use my 3gb per day pack. I need this issue rectified and compensation for being not able to use my data for past one month.

                      I Mamatamayee Sahu, I have taken airtel network family postpaid plan of amount RS 4000.00. Ihave paid the amount on 2nd august and network started for one number only and charge has taken for 2 sim. Second sim started working after 9th august and that also after raising several compain. Again the network issue is coming from 3 days and problem is not solving by airtel team. Airtel company has taken money and not providing the service. making fool to custumer.

                        I have paid Rs.4, 000 on 26th April, 2023 towards a subscription of Airtel Broadband and DTH which is worth Rs.999 per month. However, all the internet and DTH services stopped starting 20th June, 2023 and I have made numerous complaints online and also through mobile calls to your customer care service and I had hours of conversations with them where they could neither resolve the issue nor cancel my subscription and provide me a refund.
                        As they could not provide any service for 15 days in a row, finally they accepted to cancel my subscription and I was promised by the floor manager (Mohammad Nawaz) that I'm going to receive a refund of around Rs.1, 800 on 6th July, 2023 as there was no service provided to me since 20th June, 2023 and there will not be any charges from that date.
                        But then, I was credited with an amount of Rs.796.04 which is nowhere making sense to what I should actually get.
                        I have tried to reach out to the customer care multiple times but I'm not even able to speak with anyone. The retention team keeps spamming me to renew the subscription, but no one is really concerned about my issue where the services were disconnected but the refund is not provided fully.
                        I have sent many emails to their official email ([protected]@airtel.com), called their customer care numbers, escalated it in Twitter ("X") where they asked me to send private messages, but even after sending private messages, they just called a couple of times and promised to provide a resolution, but they never provided the refund. Now, they are not even responding to my private messages or public posts.
                        I have all the call recordings of the conversations I had with their Customer service agents, Floor leaders, Retention team, billing team, social media escalation team. But no one is helping to resolve my issue.

                        Just look at the number of Private messages I have sent them and how they are ignoring me. Also, it's been almost 70 days since the issue initially started and 50 days since they cancelled the subscription and promised to provide refund. But they are torturing me and mentally harassing by not providing my refund. I can provide all the call recordings also that I had with their team which are full of fake promises to resolve the issue.

                        I request to get this issue resolved at the earliest and get my refund and Airtel need to pay the price for delaying and ignoring my issue by stealing my money and also harassing me like this.

                        Update on 28th Aug, 2023 : I received a bank cheque from Airtel for Rs.472 which means, my current pending refund is Rs.418.88 .

                            I am using iphone and my number is [protected] . I am using telegram. While using this app a notification appeared u took a screen shot but i did not take a screen shot and i also check in my saved gallery. It was not there.

                            I uninstalled my telegram app but my friend was telling i am calling from telegram app .

                            They have hacked my phone by compromising ur network.
                            This shows that ur network is subject to hacking.

                            Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

                              I ported my Airtel sim around 30 July, I got the message it has been successfully ported 4-5 days later, till now it's showing no network. I tried everything including calling customer cares, all the possible troubleshoot I could have done, my bank account has stopped working, resolve this asap

                                  My old Airtel number got assigned to someone today. It was inactive for a while but it was associated to my WhatsApp and Telegram account. Not only that, it is one of the most shared number amongst my concerned contact people. Now I am in a very troubled state of what to do.

                                    My number is spoofed . I am receiving from random numbers everyday from past three days saying they had received call from my number . I tried to some of them on gathering information related to what the person who spoofed my number is speaking and I hear that they are being offered some wfh jobs for which a initial payment needs to be done. So before this goes to a next stage where people get tricked and cheated on my name & number, i would like airtel to take some action or suggest some solution. Note: I have already reported complaint to customer two times. Kindly do the needful on priority basis

                                      My name is Dinesh Kumar, Mobile No: [protected]. faced a issue(not able to using internet). So I complained to Airtel Customer Care (121) & informed my issue. They told me issue will resolve within 24 hours. But the issue was still after 4 days. After that my outgoing services also stopped without any information to me.
                                      Then I called again to Cx. care and logged again both issues (Calling & Internet). Then cx. Executive told me there is some verification (Documents) issue so these services has been stopped.
                                      I wanted to ask to Airtel, If document verification was the problem then how could I was using this number from last 10 years. It was very funnative reply was Airtel side.
                                      I don't know WHY AIRTEL DID THIS WITH INNOCENT CUSTOMER.
