all channels are busy

Anytime I place a local or std call, it says All channels are busy. I've been trying for a week now. I don't know why it offers free calls and doesn't allow to make a single call. I am sure the customer care has dealt with this issue earlier but they still pretend not to know about it. They just know to ask us to restart our phone ...like it will fix their network issues....

calls getting disconnected automatically

During a call after 30 to 40 seconds the call gets disconnected automatically... It is really irritating. I am unable to talk to anybody. I am unable to onow the casuse of the problem. I don't know why it is happening. I tried tofind out a solution to this problem but i could not. balance deducted by rs. 20 without my permission

I got an sms having told that "thanks for using primezone. You have been charged rs. 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789." moblie number [protected].

Please note previously i have used an airtel number [protected] for last 7/8 years back but due to deduction of money i have transferred that number to idea. If i face this type of deduction without my permission and unable to refund i have to again...

Today's received a sms that 20₹ deducted from my airtel mobile a/c at 2:12 am.

Balance deducted without my permission, i dont know whether service of bhaktisagar portrait has been started on my airtel no or not. Without any request and deducted rs.20 from my account balance. Please stop service and return my balance as i have not requested for this service....

airtel service after porting

I've ported my number from vodafone to airtel assuming that airtel has better service and network. But now i'm frustrated. On the 22nd of september, i requested for porting from vodafone to airtel. On 26th of september, i received the message from both carriers regarding approval and acceptance of porting the number. extra charge and received bill even after converting from postpaid to prepaid

Hi.
When i ported me aircel account to airtell account, i had been told that i would have to opt for post paid compulsorily for 4 months. I had taken plan of 199rs. But i had been given bill of 199 in first month and then 240, 280 and 240 rs for the remaining months. sim not working after prepaid to postpaid transfer

I did request for prepaid to postpaid transfer thinking that the network connectivity will be better as airtel prepaid is really very bad this days. One porting is completed after verification, then my old sim got deactivated and the new got activated. When i inserted the new sim... First it took the network and asked to restart the phone. ndnc issue of my airtel sim

I am a airtel user for the last 13 years and not a single default in payment till date. I was shocked to get a reminder for payment due on 30th august '2018 with a late fee of rs. 100/-. I have not received the bill and i have made several complaints at the airtel office at chandra layout but of no use.

I have made the full payment of rs. 1075 including rs. 100 late fees....

charging money for toll free numbers

Althought toll free numbers should not be charged, airtel charges for all toll freee numbers begining with 1860. Since most of the people who are working in this country are professionals we have to join conference calls from the us. Most of these numbers begin with 1860.

I would like to file a grievance against airtel for charging their customers on toll free numbers...

wrong postpaid bill plan activation and wrong bill amount

Around 50 days back i ported my mobile number from vodafone to airtel. I opted for airtel postpaid plan of rs.499/month. At the end of first month, when the bill was generated, it was of amount 3023.47. i am repeatedly receiving emails about a mobile ebill which i am not the owner

Hello team,
From last few weeks i have received 6 emails mentioning that my bill details has now been upgraded to ebill for online and easy access. It shows a number which i am not an owner of. Infact i have last used airtel number 10 years ago. Every time i recieve this email as mentioned in the email i forward it [protected]@in. Airtel.com and every time they respond as follows

airtel recharge unsuccessful every time

I have been trying to recharge my airtel prepaid [protected] but unsuccessful although everytime the amount has been debited from my account. The last transaction of Rs 249 is done today but it says the recharge was unsuccessful. The txn no is[protected]. I have complained this to 121 several times but there is no resolution.
