Please remember not to take services without seeing ID card and names of employees, employees:- Gorakh, pandurang, rushikesh and their seniors don't pick calls, don't service on time, don't come with wires to change wires even when they know they r supposed to do so, they leave the house without telling customers and fight with security if they ask them to wait due to complaint from customers for security check, the airtel boys named above...

This complaint is regarding the pole which is installed in front of my shop blocking the way which is placed exactly in the middle I request you to please change the pole to a side of the building and do the needful as early as possible

My sim card was working fine until last evening when it lost reception. I went to nearby shop and they told that the number has been deactivated. I have been a loyal customer to Airtel since 2017 and I've never expected something like this from Airtel. Kindly look into it in the earliest....

Q. Hello i had recharged my airtel mobile number with inr 179 and had activated a pack for next 28 days.

Next using 'Gpay' i had recharged the same number mistakenly of inr 179and pack for next 28 days.

I contacted airtel for refund/to credit that to talk time at least as it doesn't make sense to use both same packs by paying double the price.

Now they were not ready to refund it as it was done...

Please look at the below mail thread. Still Airtel Black is not activated. Kindly compensate me for the mental agony caused and false promises for more than 2 weeks. And no proper response to mail/calls. All my time wasted waiting for Airtel Connection that too after paying advance amount.
For 1 week there is no connection at all and no one listened to the complaints. The field agent phone was switched off and no action was taken....

I recharged my airtel prepaid sim for 98 rupees on 13th march.. But it is not reflected and services r not working

I am in Canada and have been using airtel prepaid SIM for about 2 years. I used to get incoming messages but recently last 2 weeks or so, SIM not being detected and no incoming messages.

I am writing emails since 07th Mar 2023. Till date no resolution found as promised to be resolved within 24 to 48 hrs.
