Dongle Speed is Slow and disconnecting often

I have recently purchased a Dongle from the Airtel outlet . They promised the speed of the Upto 100Mbps Speed. I can understand that much speed is not possible in a Dongle. But still the speed is very slow to a Download speed of 2 Mbps and Upload Speed of 0.8 Mbps. This level is too low. Amount deducted but benefit not received

Dear Sir/Mam, I recharged a Airtel DTH plan of Rs. 250.00 on 15 August 2020. The amount is deducted but Recharge was not completed and the status of Transaction was showing Successful.

I accidentally recharged a no. Instead of my no. This happened two times today, i was using google pay, they suggested to contact operator. I have written an email as well. The text services says that

Broadband speed only 2mbps

Airtel website says 999₹ plan of airtel broadband gives upto 100mbps but when I enquired airtel stores they say it’s only 2mbps. ( I live in city centre)
How can someone accept 2mbps speed paying 999₹ + tax.?...

Network problem at basement

From last many months we're having problem related to internet downstairs (Basement). Upper floors are getting good internet speed but i can't even send a single message downstairs. We already registered complaint and even contacted staff members too many times but no resolution came out from it.in our area most of the people have switched to another network and getting good response so my plan is also to transfer to another better network...

Deactivate postpaid booster data pack

Sir,
I'm roja, am holding a postpaid airtel number [protected] of tamilnadu. For the last 1 month i've been trying to deactivate data booster pack from my plan but the option is unavailable for last 1 month in 121. Every month i'm forced to pay rs 650/- extra on my plan because the airtel service people are not deactivating the booster from my plan.
You are requested to immediately cancel the booster data pack from my postpaid...

Too high cost regarding plans

puk code and date of birth

My airtel sim card is locked and its asking for puk code. So i called on the customer care number (121) but they were asking for the date of birth in dd/mm/yyyy format but after inputting it, it says that the date of birth is wrong how is that possible, how come it shows wrong. Here is some issue with their system. I need help here because my sim card is locked and i am not able to connect to the executive due to the corona virus outbreak....

A message came saying bill payment of rs. 598.0 has been initiated towards your airtel mobile [protected]. Txn id:[protected]. The payment will get posted to your airtel account within maximum 4-hours and the money deducted from my hdfc bank account.
