      I tried to recharge Airtel mob no. [protected] on[protected]. Amount Rs.1799 debited from my account . But I received a message from AL-AIRINF as follows
      Hi Payment Of Rs.1799 has failed for your Airtel mobile [protected] .Any Amount if deducted will be refunded to your source within a day .Please keep order ID[protected] for reference.

        I am airtel family member of 999. Normally my bill make 1178 every 12th of month, but from June airtel Charge me high as 1990 rupees for June month and 1310 rupees for July month. I complained about it but they didn't respond me and I want to cancel family plan they told please pay full amount. I went to airtel store and request for family member removal on 15 July2023 but still now they didn't remove family member and now I can't generate UPC code. I am uploading every reciept. Airtel automatic charge for international roming if I didn't want and not activate from my self but airtel auto activate and charge me. Please help me. They are cheat with us. and didn't close my family plan they make my bill wrong and not do generating UPC code. It still in under process. 15 days happened for request of add or remove. Help me to get rid of from airtel it's worst company ever.

            Airtel has been looting customers

            recently i went overseas and airtel charged me roaming on two numbers on their own, stating that out of courtesy they will activate service. this was never availed or asked for. then they sent bill. after calling customer service many times, they sent revised amount (not revised bill) which was paid i.e reduced amount.

            now current month again, they have added roaming charges and old bill roaming charges still continues as outstanding payment. such pathetic and unorganised company officials who want to make free money at the cost of customers. i hope they improve their service and charge genuine amounts and not overcharge customers month after month.

              I travelled abroad and NOT opted any roaming services . Throughout my travel I used to get the message from Airtel that NO active roaming service on my mobile number. But tomy surprise I received a bill with huge amount claiming as roaming charges . Now I am currently filing with the consumer court and awaiting resolution. This is pure case if cheating the customer with irresponsible servise from the management even after raising many complaints.

                I am writing to register a formal complaint against Airtel regarding the ongoing internet service outage that has persisted for the past 13 days. Despite my numerous attempts to seek assistance through your customer care helpline, I have received unreliable solutions and an overall lack of satisfactory support, causing significant inconvenience and frustration.

                The details of my complaint are as follows:
                1. Internet Outage Duration: The internet service disruption began on 13th July 2023, and as of 27 July 2023, the issue remains unresolved, leaving me without access to a stable internet connection for 14 days. This extended outage has severely impacted my daily life and work responsibilities.
                2. Ineffective Customer Care: I have contacted Airtel's customer care helpline on four separate occasions, as documented in the attached call logs. Regrettably, none of the troubleshooting steps provided by your representatives have resolved the issue. Furthermore, the customer care wait times have been excessively long, and the responses offered were unhelpful and did not address the root cause of the problem.
                3. Financial and Professional Consequences: As a result of the internet outage, I have faced significant financial losses and professional setbacks. I heavily rely on a stable internet connection for my work, and the lack of service has resulted in missed deadlines, lost business opportunities, and a substantial decrease in productivity.
                4. Lack of Communication: Throughout this entire ordeal, there has been a lack of timely and transparent communication from Airtel. I have not received any updates regarding the status of the issue, the reasons for the outage, or an estimated time for resolution.

                Considering the above circumstances, I demand immediate action from Airtel to address and rectify this situation. I request the following:

                Swift Resolution: Airtel must promptly investigate and rectify the internet service outage at my location to restore uninterrupted connectivity.

                Transparent Communication: I expect regular updates regarding the progress of the investigation and an estimated time for the restoration of service.

                Compensation: Airtel should compensate me for the financial losses, inconvenience, and professional setbacks I have experienced due to the prolonged internet outage and lack of reliable customer support.

                Improved Customer Service: I urge Airtel to take measures to improve its customer care services, including reducing wait times, providing knowledgeable and effective assistance, and addressing customer complaints promptly.

                I am a loyal Airtel customer, and I believe that my loyalty should be reciprocated with reliable and satisfactory services. Failure to address my complaint adequately will force me to consider switching to a different internet service provider to ensure seamless connectivity for my daily activities and work.
                I kindly request that you acknowledge the receipt of this complaint letter and provide me with a reference number for future communication related to this matter. I expect a prompt response to my complaint within 48 hours, from the date of receipt of this letter.

                      I went to nearest airtel show room to change my sim, they said no stock and asked me to visit near by airtel showroom, she gave a sim and asked me to pay 100/-, said this is decided by company to pay 100/-

                        This is not the first time I have noticed this. I recharged my mobile today for the next 84 days with 6GB data. I already have a 4GB data pack. The validity of the packs after recharge shows the 4GB expiring today, and the 6+ GB expiring on 17th Oct 2023. But when I am using data the data is getting consumed from the pack that will expire on 17th Oct 2023, and not the one that will expire today by 23:59 Hrs. This is a cheating by Airtel. I am trying to raise the issue from the App but there is no way they are registering the complaint as it is asking which location, which OTT and all that. How does the data consumption balance have anything to do with Basement or 9th floor. I have tried to login a complaint but they say the complaint number will be send by SMS but I do not see any number received. And from past experience it will never come

                          On 15 July, I called Airtel customer care to confirm if they have connection in Pune Ravet Pin code (412101) It was confirmed by them that yes, we can provide you connection. Based on this information we shifted to Ravet Pune on 22nd July. we called Customer care to transfer our connection to from Nashik to Pune they said we have raised the ticket you will receive the technician number on you mobile and it will be resolved in 4hr. we called that number technical support was from Nashik he said I cannot help with the request.
                          we again connected with Airtel CC - They said you pin code is wrong.
                          we again connected - They said Tech are not availed hence the delay.
                          we called again they said that this area does not have feasibility and they cannot provide us broadband connection here.
                          [protected] - call from Airtel called that we have raised your request and you will get call from our technician sharing 2 number one of the techs who does not belong to this area and 2nd was on their own frustrated customer who also harassed by Airtel customer care and not provided with connection in Hadapsar area.
                          We shifted to new city new area from Nashik to Pune based on CC information's now there is not airtel service provider available - I am not able to do my office work everything is pending. I cannot change the house As I have paid the deposited rent and rent agreement.
                          Just because of the Customer cares careless ness and negligence to provide accurate information I have facing so much of difficulty.
                          Still they are not providing us with any satisfactory answers.
                          we need the connection as soon as possible or we need all the compensation of 60000 on the thing they we have lost by moving here

                            I tried to add money in my Airtel wallet but money got deducted from my bank account but it was not reflecting in my Airtel wallet. So to raise this complain and asking for resolution I called Airtel banks customer care number 400 the response I got from the executives was extremely extremely rude and unprofessional. It felt like they just didn't wanted to help, they just kept giving me excuses and were asking me to call back after 1 hour. When I told them that I'm your customer and you are service provider if you can not help right now you should give a call back. The executives rudely replied that you came to Airtel bank, bank did not came to you asked you to deposit money. So you only will give call back to us after one hour. And disconnected the call while I was still talking.

                                I have been an Airtel Black postpaid customer for more than 10 years.
                                Last month they incorrectly added international roaming services worth more than Rs.15, 000 that I never requested or used. Airtel call center agents accepted that it was their mistake. But they are not reverting the incorrect billing. In parallel, I keep getting calls from their collection agents to pay the bill. I am not an able to port my connection because of the outstanding bill. This is mentally harassing.
                                Human mistakes happen. I can understand if some agent by mistake added a wrong item to my account. But what I am not able to digest is what happened subsequently. The complete and systemic disregard of a customer's complaint is something I never expected. I have sent at least 10 different emails, called their customer service 12 times, and also visited their physical store so far. Every time they accept their mistake, register a complaint and then silently close it without resolving.

                                    I am student of Marwadi University & I am living at New Marketing Yard, Bedi, Morbi Highway, Rajkot-360003, Gujarat. Here I am suffering for lack of Internet. For study purpose and lack of internet, I want to get Airtel Xstreme Fiber connection. I have registered two times already. But there is no feasibility at my location where i am living in rent. I am requesting you and your well known company Airtel to expand feasibility of connection please. As soon as possible I need fiber connection.
