Very Bad services by Airtel.The worst services in the world. Every month there is wifi signal problem .The digital dish tv channels remains down during cloudy condition, Sometimes on sunny day too. More than 5 complaints raised in last 5 months since I started using it and more than 50 times I have called customer care. I never suggest anyone to use Airtel xstream black box.

The wifi services gets down in every 15 days, and it take sometime 2 days to resolved . And Dth services always down in cloudy . While some of channel get blurry everyday in sunny days, on calling customer care they says might be solar eclipse on some part of world that's why it's a satellite problem .

    I shifted to a different city and didn't need the airtel fiber service anymore.

    So I requested for complete disconnection, but instead they put my connection in safe custody and are tryinying to charge me 590rs per month, (250+45(tax) and another 250+45(tax).

    I requested the disconnection on 11th october, my plan was valid till 18th octover

    This is ridiculous, I asked for complete disconnection, but they put it on safe custody and are trying to charge me money for it.

    I have proof of me asking completr disconnection, I have the email chain.

    This is blatant robbery and I won't be paying the bill.

    Had a couple of calls with the customer service after the email chain, the issues were resolved within 24hrs from the initial email.

      I have converted my number to e-sim on 15th Oct evening and post that I was not able to receive incoming calls. When I contacted customer care, they mentioned that there was some problem going on with e-sim for 1 week and that is why we were unable to receive incoming call. I have waited for 2 days and issue is not resolved for me. So I have decided to convert this number again to physical sim, still i’m getting issue.

      Customer care has mentioned that expected resolution time is on 25th October. Is that mean, I should not expect any incoming call for 1 week? Which is ridiculous

      I have already sent PORT to 1900 and I have UPC for the same. I can’t wait for 1 week and I’m expecting lot of important call in upcoming days. Can you check this on priority and help to solve this issue. If it doesn’t resolve by tomorrow, I will have to port to some other network.

        An incorrect bill is generated for 7th Sept - 7th Oct. When I contact Airtel they said they cannot revise an incorrect bill. My total bill for both the SIMs should be Rs 599 + GST = Rs 706. I also had a credit of Rs 167, so my bill should be Rs 540 something. But I have got an incorrect bill of Rs 797 and I am being asked to pay.
        I would like to have the correct bill, and also move to prepaid plan as I do not have any faith in postpaid bills.

          We're using Airtel Xstream Fiber for 3 months and in the 3rd month my device is getting disconnected from Wi-Fi after every 2-3 minutes. I'm frustrated now. Kindly look into it or let ke know how to resolve this issue. I've tried every possible things by my side.

            Dear Airtel Company,
            I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing issue that has been affecting the residents living in the vicinity of the Airtel Company tower located at Sarve No. 403/1, Khandwa Naka, Ganesh Nagar, Near Shri Ram Mandir, Pipliyarao, Indore, 452020. It has come to our notice that the said tower is producing an excessive amount of noise, and this situation is having detrimental effects on the well-being of the residents, especially the students residing in the nearby hostel.

            The noise emanating from the Airtel Company tower has reached an intolerable level, making it difficult for individuals living in the area to enjoy a peaceful and quiet environment. Among the various problems caused by this noise pollution, the most concerning is the impact on the health of the students living in the hostel. Many of them have reported suffering from severe migraine problems, which they attribute to the relentless noise produced by the tower.

            Migraines are debilitating and can significantly affect a person's ability to concentrate on their studies and carry out daily activities. The students' academic performance and overall well-being are being compromised due to this ongoing issue. Moreover, residents of the area are also experiencing sleep disturbances, heightened stress levels, and an overall decline in their quality of life.

            We understand the importance of telecommunication towers like the one owned by Airtel Company in providing essential services to the community. However, it is crucial that these services do not come at the expense of the health and well-being of the people living in the vicinity. We kindly request that Airtel Company takes immediate action to address this problem by:
            • Conducting a thorough assessment of the tower to identify the source of the noise and implement necessary modifications to reduce or eliminate it.
            • Ensuring regular maintenance and upkeep of the tower to prevent further noise pollution.
            • Engaging with relevant authorities to ensure that noise levels from the tower are in compliance with local regulations.
            • Establishing a communication channel with the affected residents to keep them informed about the progress of noise reduction efforts.
            We believe that by taking these steps, Airtel Company can demonstrate its commitment to being a responsible corporate entity that values the well-being of the communities it serves.

              Extra International Roaming charges applied on my Number

              I would like to put forward my case with AIRTEL postpaid.

              Received bill since past two month with ISD charges in my bills and where as those calls are never dialled using my phone handset. Ist mont Airtel reverted the amounts accepting the fraud but the second month they charged more than 400 for ISD calls and when raised several complaints they started ignoring and straight away closing the tickets with out proper resolution and confirmation. Even raised the request to revert the charges and ready provide my handset for technical evaluation. [protected]

                I have been ordered new broadband service with agent (AgentId - [protected]) on 06/10/2023 and paid advance amount rs.3300 via airtel application.
                Order ID - 8beabda27627dba9fa1621e1da44b7c4

                But, Service provider (Gowtham-[protected]) denied new broadband
                connection on 07/10/2023 and telling reason as "New service not feasible at customer location"
                Hence, I have been rejected my order and raised request to refund the advance amount"

                Still not received my refund amount and not getting proper response.

                  Today I have received my Airtel post-paid bill of mobile no [protected] for Period:11 Sep 2023-10 Oct 2023. I found that Rs 80 charged on account of Internationals SMS which i had not sent. Pl rectify my bill, also how this VAS is added when i have not opted for International calling/SMS services. Pl do needful, remove this VAS, and send corrects bill to pay.

                    I booked for Airtel Black (TV, Landline and Internet) through Thanks App. Airtel agent Vimalraj from Puducherry called and confirmed the request. He visited my home and confirmed that the connection is possible and then took my proofs and advised me to Rs. 3300 online. (6th September 2023) He said that the connection will be given the same day. Airtel executive came and installed the Airtel Digital TV and said that the fiber optic connection will be from a different team. Till now no one came for the Installation. I tried calling he Agent and he does not pick up the call.

                    Now I am getting a message from Airtel "HI, we're sorry to inform you that your new Airtel Xstream fiber installation is delayed because we've planned to go live at your location in next few days. It's only a matter of time when we will be available there. We will keep you posted on the progress. It is our priority to bring you on-board with us."

                    Why was this not confirmed to me when I requested for connection. After taking my money why is this information given later?

                    I feel cheated. I either want the connection or refund of my money immediately.

                      No WI-FI connection/installation after 5days of payment

                      I had made payment of 3532/- on 6th October, 2023 for Airtel Xtream fiber connection. Team has informed me about the installation appointment on the same day but because of some power issue my Wi-Fi connection is still not installed at my place. I am extremely disappointed with your service. I want to cancel this service and need refund....

                      Your installer has provided such a worst service. He did not installed the router correctly and he is not picking up the call now. His number is[protected]. What type of service is this. Now I am facing frequent disconnections and in your Airtel thanks such a worst chat bot is present for which I think you guys should not have implemented in first place.

                        My Airtel Xstream Fiber connection with account no [protected] was deactivated on 05/08/2023. The refund amount of 3385.55 was promised to be processed within 45 days. I am yet to receive the refund. When i call Airtel customer support, everytime they say the issue will be resolved within 24 hours and nothing happens. I am tired of calling them again and again. Looking for a resolution for my issue.

                          On 2nd Oct'23 I made a payment to my electricity bill to BSES Rajdhani from an Airtel application by using my Airtel Axis bank Credit Card. To which while processing the request I received a display message that as soon as the payment is done I will get a message. But I never got the message nor I can see anywhere the transaction I made from the app. I check in my credit card report and I can see the transaction is successful to Airtel but BSES is claiming that they have not received any payment yet.

                          Kindly get this issue resolved or refund my money so that I can pay my pending bill

                            Paying every month for Airtel but the digital tv service is not working since 3rd Oct 2023. When I'm asking them to disconnect the service they are telling me to pay 400 to them. Why would anyone pay for a service which is not working?
