outgoing calls from your mobile number is temporarily suspended

When I tried to call any number from my Airtel mobile it says that Outgoing calls from Airtel mobile are temporarily suspended even though I recharged online 399 plan, when I tried to reach out Airtel Customer care on 121 and 198 Im getting the same message as well.

I'm approaching Consumer court for this issue....

charges for calling bank toll free numbers

There are bank toll free numbers where we can call banks and for any issues which are toll free numbers. But Airtel is charging Amin balance @Rs2.5/min Even I recharged unlimited pack, calling toll free numbers is not eligible with unlimited packs, Airtel is charging more amount of money from customers for calling toll free numbers even if we have unlimited recharges done.. Even calling Airtel customer care, they are not responding properly...

constant red light in my dongle from morning to night.

From today morning onwards, 26th December 2019, i am getting only red light or no network in my dongle. I had raised an SR previously with Airtel for the network speed before but no action was taken from their side and today no network is coming at all. no incoming calls/messages after porting to airtel

I was having a terrible experience with my vodafone postpaid network and so i decided to port to airtel prepaid. I got all the processes done and finally my number got ported to airtel. After porting what i realized is that i am able to use the internet and outgoing services but i am not receiving any calls or messages. I ordered fastag from airtel on 21 nov 2019. And shipped on 30 nov and today it's 15 dec but i haven't received my fastag. From today it's mandatory to apply fastag on vehicle. balance deduction summary

I've purchased a new airtel sim and ever since it has been showing deduction summary without proper mention of details. It's unusual to show such heavy deduction in unlimited pack recharges. It already sent an sms of free 5gb data and then it began charging for this free data too.in worst case i decided to take this action. Truly disappointed by unreasonable deduction of airtel. unable to call 59059 for tele-verification

I have ported my mobile number to airtel from vodafone. My vodafone subscription has been de-activated and i am unable to do activate my airtel subscription as 59059 is getting disconnected automatically. Airtel agent who was very active till my number was being ported to airtel and thereafter, she is incommunicado and blocked my alternate number.

network issue and ping problem

Sir in my area or in my home the network connection is very. Whenever i play pubg mobile or any other social media sites the network connection is very bad. The ping of Airtel is always high. irritating airtel

On november 18 i called twice for updateing my mail id with mobile number and selected for english language option but they are speaking only in hindhi and they transferred my cal without informing me 2 times even they dont know english
And
I called agian to them at 7:18 pm regarding this and i asked him very clearly bug he is confusing me i repeated my question so said wait for 1 minute and put me on hold and suddenly released...

incoming calls not working

Since last 2 weeks incoming call is not working. Raised several requests.Escalated to nodal officer.Went to customer care 3 times but to no avail.Please help me with this situation. Outgoing and mobile data working fine after they had given new 4g sim but no incoming and no one is able to help me.Also they are taking extra money and recharging but no avail....

not allowing to call 1860 numbers even though customer has balance

Airtel restricts/controls customers ability to make phone call. Airtel is not allowing to make "1860" number calling to any customer care of any consumer products. For example airtel doesnt allow to call acquaguard service centre water purfier ([protected]).

Regarding this context we have called the airtel customer care multiple times but it was never resolved.

international roaming data fraud

Im highly upset and want to file a complaint in consumer forum against airtel.
Even after getting activated on international roaming for thailand, which i usually do in all my international business trips but this incidence is pathetic, i hv been send a bill of 25k for consuming 6gb extra data usage. Which must be a technical glitch.
I wrote so many emails stating if i had intentions of advance data usage why would i buy a data...

I m complaining about the network issue in our area

paid for broadband connection but didn't get the installation done

I have paid 7780 to airtel broadband for new connection at my place, first they said it will take 48hrs for installation but its being 5 days no one came for the installation. Even after calling several times they giving false promises that it will be done in next few hours. I have asked for refund, after this much harassment they are saying that i need to call them again after 2 days to get a refund...
