Number spoofed and used for spam and frauds

It's been two weeks that I have raised this issue with Airtel but even today I am getting calls from strangers saying that I have called them. I was asked by Airtel Nodal Officer to get a dupe Sim issued and even after that nothing changed. I even factory reset my phone and still no difference.

Please help in fixing the issue. Someone is misusing my number to a huge extent....

Am black customer in Airtel
i was promised by waiver of amount 600 from last 3 months..which dtc not used by me and i asked for re installation for that which they gave not done and not makd a note
morning i called dedicated team they told me to pay 2300/-in my bill of total 2699/-
again i called to 121 another person also told me to pay the same amount
which ix not showing in my app to pay partial payment.
i called again but later i came to know that they told me simply
all calls i have recorded and from morning they are wasted my time.
i want to port my sim.
i think this email solve my problem
please do the needful
am attaching my call recording to this please check and punish them with my bill.

    My number is spoofed . I am receiving from random numbers everyday from past three days saying they had received call from my number . I tried to some of them on gathering information related to what the person who spoofed my number is speaking and I hear that they are being offered some wfh jobs for which a initial payment needs to be done. So before this goes to a next stage where people get tricked and cheated on my name & number, i would like airtel to take some action or suggest some solution

      I read about the online jobs provided by Airtel limited and applied for it through a executive by WhatsApp.
      Today I got selected and asked me to call another executive who asked me to pay 1850 rs for registration of my details which was not available in their details earlier. I paid the amount, and got registered. Later after some time I got a call from their head telling about the insurance charges to be paid by me for the product that they provide. They asked me to pay 9650rs which I denied and I asked them to return my registration amount back as I am not interested in this job . They denied to pay me back and I am sure this is a fraud company. Please return my money back.

        My Airtel fiber wasn't working for around 9-10 days in the previous month for which I was promised a waiver.. I called almost 15 times and each time I was told that I'll get the waiver but until today I haven't got it. Even drafted an email regarding this. The service of Airtel fiber has been most pathetic recently. I had to call many times but there is no help from them. I have decided to stop using Airtel and I'm not going to pay them anything for the dismal service anymore.

            Voice special numbers

            Airtel is charging a customer in the name of "voice special numbers" even when the customer has not made the call. It is their internal system and they are duping the customer by making false self-initiated calls to their internal numbers. There has to be an option of deactivating such calls but deliberately they are not providing the option of deactivating such calls.
            It is a fraudulent act by Airtel and needs to be stopped.

              I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the quality of service I have been experiencing with my Airtel Xtream Fiber connection. My account details are as follows:

              I have been facing consistently low internet speeds, which have greatly affected my ability to use the internet for both personal and professional purposes. In an attempt to resolve this issue, I requested a router replacement. However, my attempts to resolve this matter have been met with frustrating and contradictory responses from both your service personnel and your customer care team.

              Upon contacting the assigned service person, I was informed that they are not authorized to change the router and advised to contact customer care. Conversely, when I reached out to customer care, I was informed that a service executive would be assigned to replace the router. This cycle of contradictory information has continued, leaving me without a resolution to my internet speed issues.

              Furthermore, even after a service executive was assigned, I have experienced a lack of responsiveness and commitment from their end. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for assistance, my concerns have been overlooked, and the service executive has shown minimal interest in resolving the matter promptly.

              I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received from Airtel Xtream Fiber. It is disheartening to feel that the company appears least concerned about the well-being and satisfaction of its customers. As a loyal customer, I expect and deserve a more attentive and effective approach to resolving this issue.

              I kindly request that you take immediate action to address my concerns and provide a clear timeline for the resolution of my slow internet speed issue. I implore you to initiate the necessary steps to replace the router as promised and ensure that the assigned service executive attends to the matter without further delay.

              I trust that Airtel values its customers and is committed to providing quality service. I look forward to a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter. Please keep me updated on the progress of my complaint and the steps being taken to rectify the situation.

                  I have done my Digital tv recharge on 06.07.2023. But the transaction was get into failed and discussed the customer care people to check this. They said it went failed so you will get the refund Rs1398 within 15 days also recommended to recharge again. Based on their confirmation i did another recharge on same day(06.07.2023)
                  But still i have not received the refund amount Rs1398. While i try to call customer care(198) people they were not given proper solution and answer. Still i have not received single call from the customer care team.

                  Its almost crossed one month. I don't know how to get my refund amount.

                  Can anyone please support to get my refund amount.

                    I took connection of 6 month with paying 3533 Rs on 26th June 2023 and got sifted to new location in the same city and tried to shift my connection as well but after so many call with customer support and mails to the airtel team the connection is not sifted yet and they are saying you want to do consumer complain you can do that.
                    the solution they provided are below:
                    1. You can deactivate your account and ill not be refunded for the months which are not used for connection.
                    2. you can opt for safe custody once when the service will be available at the shifted location the connection will be activated but for this i need to pay 200+GST rs every month.

                    i said you can refund me money for the months which is getting collapsed. They said we don't have policy for that.

                    i have one question why they are marketing the things like shift anywhere and everywhere will shift the connection?

                    Please look into this i think so there are lot many people affected with these type og marketing gymics played with the customer.

                      I'm. Getting calls from different people saying I gave them. Missed call, I called Airtel customer care no action, some senior executives are speaking very rude saying it's not our fault, without sim no one can call others, but I'm. Getting calls from innocent people saying I gave missed call, I have all. The worst conversation with Airtel customer care, how to Resolve this I change phone also, getting Frustrated by getting more number of calls and Worst support from. Airtel

                          I am totally fed up with the very slow 3G speed Internet connection provided by Airtel for my annual high value data pack costing Rs.2999 with 2GB daily data.Most of it cannot be used as Internet speed is too slow or network signal drops to nil or just 1 bar out of 4 frequently. No genuine complaint redressal is offered except a chat bot that is a circular joke and 198 and 121 phone numbers that do not have a human face to interact and resolve the issue. I am thinking of migrating to another reliable telecommunications service provider if Airtel persists in such deficient service, cheating customers by promising 4Gplus speed but disappointing us with constant internet outage.Please expose their lack of business ethics and appalling customer insensitivity. I regret having 2 Airtel mobile aims in my phone.

                            I use Airtel internet. Off lately the connection frequently disconnects.
                            When I raise an SR, I get an SMS stating the SR number engineer name, contact number and time of visit.

                            I notice two serious problems
                            1. When I call back the engineer, no matter how many times I call, they simply do not pick up the phone
                            2. The slot to fix the issue is given almost after 36 hours which is too long.
                            This is poor service and accountability by AIrtel

                              Sir/Madam, I am filing this complaint against Airtel's so-called 4G pre-paid mobile data connection for its very slow speed which remains unresolved despite regestering more than a dozen complaints on their Airtel Thanks App which is more focused on selling its services than on redressing genuine consumer grievances, Even their complaints redressal numbers 198 and 121 are a mere eyewash as no human interface is allowed to talk to the customer or listen to our problems directly. Their chatbot is a mere joke as complaints are tossed about as location not found inspite of 2 towers near my house. I feel cheated by Airtel for providing me 3G speeds claiming to be 4G fast internet service for my two prepaid mobile connections with high value annual tariff plans claiming to give 2GB data for one mobile connection and an annual plan with fixed data which I top up regularly after it is exhausted on my other mobile. No one from Airtel Customer Service has bothered to reach me even after 10 days from the date of registering complaints on their Mobile App. The resolution promised is inordinately long more than 2 weeks for a persistent slow speed or poor network signal of less than 3 bars, but it is not solved. Only a written message work in progress on your issue. As I am unable to browse my favourite YouTube videos or even check my emails many times, I feel cheated by AirTel and totally disappointed with the poor services provided by them hence I am resorting to register my genuine complaint against them with your forum.
