Unable to generate UPC COde error

Due to poor service of airtel i tried to generate UPC code for my [protected] mobile but each and every time i am getting following error:- UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There is an active request for the change of ownership / reverification process ongoing for this number. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

After contacting airtel store they said that we dont know about this please contact...

Airtel xstream broadband and Dth payment term problem

Hi sir,
I've taken 6 months of Airtel Xtream fiber with the price of 4000/- on 3Rd Nov 2022.Made payment on the link provided by Airtel representative. The payment was success from my side. xtream purchased through sales manager

Plan is not activated even after the recharge is done .

I have recharged on 23rd March 2023. Still my plan hasn't activated yet. So, on March 27th I have recharged it again hoping it will activate my plan but still my plan is not activated....

Airtel has falsely deducted 10 rs from my account balance. Despite not answering or making any calls they have deducted the amount. 20 rs has already been deducted. I had faced similar issue back in December as well where I had lost 80 rs from my balance because of this malpractice. Either you justify the reason for deduction with proof or else I'll be forced to escalate this issue at higher level....

Falsely deducting amount from my account balance

Airtel has falsely deducted 10 rs from my account balance despite me not answering or making any calls. They don't have any proper redressal system in place. 20 rs have already been deducted from my account. Had faced similar situation in December as well. Attaching the proof for reference....

Airtel -network issue

We have raised complaint against network issue many times but they gives commitment only.
Every time they said we will solve your problem in next 48 hrs or next 3 working days but still now they didn't take any actions.
I faced network issues from last 6-8 months.
Also my neighbour raised same complaint to Airtel customer care through call....

I'm not able to recharge my airtel number

I'm not able to recharge my mobile number online for almost three days now. Every time I try to recharge it shows as either recharge unsuccessful or failed. I am not even able to recharge from retail outlet mobile shop. I even had emailed to airtel customer care but there wasn't any prompt action. I would like to know where should I approach again with the issue. I running out of patience. I feel like throwing the Airtel SIM in the gutter....

In my area there was a very less speed of internet. We are recharg our net pack 4G speed but not getting 3G speed.

I'm complaining about mnp lost sim

Sir i lost my new mnp sim which was due for verification i mnp from VI Karnataka to airtel Karnataka.
I kept for mnp at 23 march which was port nd FRC was also done bt i havent done verification.. Due to some mishap my sim was lost and i need some alternative to get my sim.. As its most important for me.. what shall i do for it.. Kindly help me as soon as possible..

Number Port from Corporate account to Personal

I have to port my airtel number from corporate account to personal account. I have submitted my documents on March 13 and again on March 20 in Vijaynagar branch, Bangalore. The branch people have no idea of what is happening. Not able to talk to any customer care or representatives. Very worst service to get ported to same network....

No connection and unprofessional behaviour

I have raised the cancellation with ID 21-[protected] DUE TO FOLLOWING reasons:
1. No connection initiated by the technician a day post making the payment. Rescheduled more than once without prior notice.
2. The behavior of the sales guy Mr Yogesh Kr was rude and arrogant and really unprofessional, he switched off his cell phone without any intimation for any delays....

Bill payment, already paid

My name is farhana Chishti,
I paid bill from sbi yono app for my airtel postpaid on 12 February 2023 630 inr and 12 march 1200 inr, both payments are successful, money has been debited but the biller airtel is still charging me with late fees, and overdue of bill. I have reference ids and transaction id of both payments. I can prove in court that I've already paid the bill...

As per what the representative claimed, I have not received free Amazon Prime benefits. for my contact number, [protected].

Before porting, I asked them several times to confirm that the benefit was still available. They confirmed it each time, and finally, after porting, I discovered that the same benefits were not provided under my plan....

Regarding internet issue

My data isn’t working since 4days and i stay alone in another city far away from family so i need to be in touch with my family and use internet in day to day life . recently same complain it was resolved and it took 1 months .. the company won’t provide 1mb free data and here we are not able to use our daily data will they give me my data back ? no right …. my phone is 5g compatible but when i on my mobile data it always show 2g signal...

Network Signal problem Naguluppalapadu

For the past one month, I'm my village and surrounding areas have signal issues after 6.30PM every day. Complaints filed so many times but no resolution. If we haven't recharged, service provider disconnecting the services. What if they are not providing good service?

Hello Team,

My father aged 65 using the prepaid number [protected] since 2006 and he has been a loyal customer since then to Airtel. All of a sudden, his sim not working (no network), and went to Airtel store for a replacement sim. Then we realized that it is under name of Sujatha M which we don't know from where the hell that name came into the picture.

We can share all the proofs if required that we are using...
