    I am totally fed up with the very slow 3G speed Internet connection provided by Airtel for my annual high value data pack costing Rs.2999 with 2GB daily data.Most of it cannot be used as Internet speed is too slow or network signal drops to nil or just 1 bar out of 4 frequently. No genuine complaint redressal is offered except a chat bot that is a circular joke and 198 and 121 phone numbers that do not have a human face to interact and resolve the issue. I am thinking of migrating to another reliable telecommunications service provider if Airtel persists in such deficient service, cheating customers by promising 4Gplus speed but disappointing us with constant internet outage.Please expose their lack of business ethics and appalling customer insensitivity. I regret having 2 Airtel mobile aims in my phone.

      I use Airtel internet. Off lately the connection frequently disconnects.
      When I raise an SR, I get an SMS stating the SR number engineer name, contact number and time of visit.

      I notice two serious problems
      1. When I call back the engineer, no matter how many times I call, they simply do not pick up the phone
      2. The slot to fix the issue is given almost after 36 hours which is too long.
      This is poor service and accountability by AIrtel

        Sir/Madam, I am filing this complaint against Airtel's so-called 4G pre-paid mobile data connection for its very slow speed which remains unresolved despite regestering more than a dozen complaints on their Airtel Thanks App which is more focused on selling its services than on redressing genuine consumer grievances, Even their complaints redressal numbers 198 and 121 are a mere eyewash as no human interface is allowed to talk to the customer or listen to our problems directly. Their chatbot is a mere joke as complaints are tossed about as location not found inspite of 2 towers near my house. I feel cheated by Airtel for providing me 3G speeds claiming to be 4G fast internet service for my two prepaid mobile connections with high value annual tariff plans claiming to give 2GB data for one mobile connection and an annual plan with fixed data which I top up regularly after it is exhausted on my other mobile. No one from Airtel Customer Service has bothered to reach me even after 10 days from the date of registering complaints on their Mobile App. The resolution promised is inordinately long more than 2 weeks for a persistent slow speed or poor network signal of less than 3 bars, but it is not solved. Only a written message work in progress on your issue. As I am unable to browse my favourite YouTube videos or even check my emails many times, I feel cheated by AirTel and totally disappointed with the poor services provided by them hence I am resorting to register my genuine complaint against them with your forum.

          Airtel Black Fiber - cancellation Issue

          During these outages, I have been unable to access essential online resources, complete critical tasks, and stay connected with colleagues and loved ones. This not only hampers my productivity but also creates an immense inconvenience that I did not expect from a service provider of Airtel's stature.

          I believe it is the responsibility of a service provider to ensure a stable and reliable network, especially considering the importance of internet connectivity in today's digital age. I have already taken the necessary steps to troubleshoot the issue from my end, and it is evident that the problem lies within the Airtel network itself.

          I kindly request an immediate resolution to this matter. I expect a thorough investigation into the root cause of these network outages and a concrete plan of action to prevent such incidents from recurring. Additionally, I am interested in receiving compensation for the days I have been without proper internet service.

          Please treat this complaint with the urgency it deserves and provide me with a timely response detailing the steps being taken to rectify the situation.

                Hi team,
                I got scammed by someone in the name of escort service. He asked 1000 for one hour charge then 900 for hotel charge, 5000 security deposit twice and was again asking for 5000. I got scammed for around 11900. I'm really sorry, I shouldn't be doing such things. I was for my hostel rent. If anyone can help I will be very thankful to them

                  I've done my wifi recharge on 15th July 2023 through upi but my connection of that recharge is not started and money is also not refunded, I've again done recharge of 589 on 24th July 2023 through near Airtel office and my connection is started but you guys didn't refunded my money of 15th July. it's been more than 20 days I've been doing mail's and complaints but no response and no refund. I've been calling customer service for more than 20 days and they always said to me to wait for 2 days and the money will be refunded, unfortunately that never happened. As these guys are scammer.

                      Airtel mobile no signal for last one year made several complaints no use even yesterday also I made complaint no use and no response from them and my broadband connection every Thursday day go out of order again start working on Tuesday day and Thursday this will go out of order made a complaints wrote a several mails finally sent mail to Mr Vittal CEO of airtel but no response from them
                      I am using airtel for last 24 years but now facing lots of problem no one is bothered to solve the issues I got fed up with airtel

                        i'm getting multiple calls saying that i have given a missed call to their number. ( which i haven't done ) . someone is spoofing as my number and making calls.

                            I am kishu kumar customer of airtel .on 30 July I had paid rs 4000 for airtel xtrem fiber new connection with application no[protected] but still they didn't provide me with service.the person who came to take payment and to apply for new connection is not received my phone .and when I email you about my issue you committed that on Saturday your brodband service will be provided or you will get the refund but still I didn't get the service.
                            So, at last I kindly request you to address my request and proces my refund my money as soon as possible.

                                    I get an airtel fiber connection worth 1675 in this plan they have to provide 10 Mbps unlimited data and unlimited calling but they are only providing 10Mbps unlimited data and not providing unlimited calling via fixed landline phone.
