Landline Connection — Excess billinb
My Tel no is[protected] and my address is 2B AKSHITA, T38, 16th CROSS STREET, BESANT NAGAR, CHENNAI -600090, . I am out of India and before i left i contacted the customer care and told them to change from the existing plan to a minimum option of Rs.250 + taxes and they have confirmed me that the plan has changed.but to my surprise i got a bill for Rs. 2063/ for the monthof August 2009 when no body is there.
Hence I request you to look in to the problem and rectify the same. If you are not in a position to do i request you to disconnect my phone connection.
