my cell number is [protected] delhi & NCR prepaid airtel sim.. i am not able to send message to any number from this sim.. i am facing this problem since 26th july .. i have complaint to custmer care many times but they are not able to cure my problem...
plz help

I am employed with Everest Industries Limited having office at Mumbai. In or about Feb 2006, your marketing representative visited my Thane office and gave demo for the usage features of your card. While I was inquiring about the features of your card, your marketing representative obtained my signatures on some forms and obtained some documents from me for purpose of noting my name as “interested member” for filling inquiry form. Subsequently your Bank Credit Card bearing No[protected] was posted to me at my office address.

I say that without my using your card, your Bank sent me statement for Rs.210/-.approximately. I say that I immediately called your customer care number putting forth my grievance and called upon them to cancel my card and terminate services with immediate effect. I also called upon them to sent me letter for “No claim”, to which they showed their inability and stated that same is granted only in case where there is any dispute above Rs.1000/-, however they assured me that card is cancelled and services are terminated. I say that subsequent thereof, I have not received any statement from your bank till date.

I say that from last about 15 days, I am receiving sms from your bank for payment of Rs.4570/- towards aforesaid credit card pending bills. I had never imagine of such conduct from Big Banking Corporation like yours. I say that without usage of your services, how can I be made and forced to pay charges levied by you. I put forth my grievances with your customer care at Ram Maruti Rd branch, Thane who showed their inability to locate my bills and pending dues. They were also unable to provide me any Bank statement though I was ready and willing to bear the cost for same. I say that I also spoke to Mr.66667070 of your Bank collection centre at Mumbai,[protected] who responded to me rudely as if I am bring defaulter / criminal. I say that thereafter I spoke to your Delhi Recovery Cell at Telephone No[protected]/45023968 with Mr.Basant, who was also not able to resolve to my problem or provide me statisfactory reply.

I called[protected]/67116251/67116115 no one response

The said act of your to grab heavy & exorbitant amount from me for no fault of mine speaks of your volumes and attitudes to procure money by adhering to illegal means & making trap for the innocent customers like me.

I am therefore now constrained to put forth my grievance in writing for necessary action and resolution of my grievance. Request you please look into this matter and advise what should be my next step.

    I have purchased Airtel data by paying RS3000+RS1000 as security deposit, Airtel promised me high speed perfomance depending on the network coverage, But eventhough the Network Range shown is full the perfomance is very bad, only 0.056kb/s is the download range, this is a total misguide from Airtel as on what they have promised Initially . Moreover my card services were deacvtivated due to some disceprancy in the internal procedure of Airtel. When i contacted the Customer care from Airtel they say everything is ok from their end and the services have been barred from field airtel employees, but when i contated the airtel dealer office who is in direct contact with field employees they wash their hands by saying all is ok from thier end and i need to contact the customer care, i am calling the customer care almost daily and no body is responding properly to my querry, moreover as i have a fix billing i will be charged at the end of the month eventhough i am not using the service ? This is not correct .

      I have a sim issued for main use in the state of kerala. However I mainly use the sim on roaming. I have no std connection in my house (kerala), hence I had resorted to this option so that people can call me directly from home in case of emergency. I work from chennai, and use the sim there most of the time. On saturday (1st augutst 2009) I had around Rs. 250/- to spend on boosting my talktime. The shopkeeper wasn't sure if I could do a top-up for rs.250, so he had asked me to confirm with the customer care.

      I dialed 121 and reached the chennai customer care unit. On the call I had specifically mentioned that my sim was a "kerala sim" and it was on roaming. He immediately replied that he wouldn't know about any offers to my number. Since I wasn't interested in any offers I explained to the agent that I had a max. of Rs.250 to spend; what is the max amount I can do a top-up for within this range. The agent replied that I could do an ec-recharge for rs.250, and I'd get a talktime of Rs.224 (approx).

      However on doing the recharge I got only Rs.1 talktime. On calling the chennai customer care unit again I was asked to call the kerala customer care. I did so and learned that there was such a offer prevailing on my home network wherein you'd get Rs.400 worth local airtel-to-airtel calls. However I did not receive any sms pertaining to this offer from my home network prior to the day of recharge.

      Later I posted my complaint to the airtel customer care email unit ([protected]@airtelindia.com). In their initial response they said that the recharge has already been credited to my account. They even mentioned that the 121 service won't work since the sim was on roaming. The email also mentioned that if I wanted to get talktime I had to do a recharge with RC 12 RC 30 RC 50 RC 150 and RC 155. Since I was in doubt if the shopkeeper had done the recharge correctly I went on to ask if the previous transaction was a normal recharge or top-up.

      Their second response was exactly same as their first one. I again responded to them back sternly saying that I did not receive a proper answer to my question. Moreover I did ask them about the talk-time recharge options they mentioned in the previous mail. When I asked the customer care agent about the max value I can do a top-up to (within Rs.250) he disclosed an incorrect information. He said that I can do a top up of Rs. 250. I again asked him if this can be done via the ec-recharge way. He said yes, it was possible.

      Had the correct information been conveyed to me in the first place I would have had all of this. I asked them to kindly give me the talktime or the equivalent amount via suitable means. I even said that if I received another copy-paste response I'd escalate it to the consumer court. This is not a threat; it was my right.

      In their 3rd email response they were quite persistent with fact that the previous recharge has been credited to my account.

      I do deserve the talktime credit to my account, or the equivalent amount sent to me via a cheque to any banks payable from chennai.

      sir please keep attention i have an chennai sim card.my home is in himachal pradesh.iam in merchant navy so this number is always in roaming.everyday cutting of one rupees to sai baba subscription pack.please you stop this subscription service or give to me customer care number those call in roaming also.plz take any action as soon.

        This bears reference to the complaint filed by me on website reference
        no. 22030616 & 22012155 regarding indoor coverage are still not sorted
        from your side although the complaint is saying closed but the problem
        still persist. After lodging complaint no. 22012155 on 26/06/09, i received
        a call from customer care stating to switch off my mobile and restart it
        after a while then the problem would not be thier after doing as per the
        instruction still the problem continued.



        Then on 01/07/09 once again i lodged a complaint 22030616, wherein i received
        one more call from customer care stating to make observation for two to
        three day work is in progress and once the work is completed you will get
        a confirmation call. But as of today i.e after six days (07/07/09) still
        the problem persist and it was shocking to see the complaint no. 22030616
        closed from your side. Now I am literally fed up of writing these complaint
        and getting no response from your side and that too the site is not working
        properly one have to write complaint repetedly in reply we get a message
        o[censored]nable to process.



        I have been using airtel since three years and all my family members are
        using airtel and i am sorry to say if this is the response what you give
        to your customers then i dont have any option but to shut down all my airtel
        connection (4Nos) at a time and switch to some other operator.



        A positive step in this regard from your side would be highly appreciated.
        The type of problem faced by me is briefed below,



        Place- Room No. 122, Jewel Resort, Lonavala, Pune 410401.



        It is a company provided bachlor accomodation almost nil or less coverage
        in room have to go outside some where in open or in corridor to make a
        call.



        Call drop is frequent if you make a call from room



        Looking forward for a positive action in this regard.

          I have recently switched my prepaid connection to postpaid connection (plan name : ALC MM 149 (MB) GPRS 199 Rental Unlimited download and surfing.
          I work for TCS E-Serve and Airtel representatives were distributing the schemes pamphelets for our employees.
          Since I am a Airtel prepaid customer from last 4 years I thought of switching the plan.
          After I submitted all my documents (valid) it was scrutinized by the Airtel representative and then after all the verification checking my line was activated.
          Documents submitted were: 1) Residence proof. 2) Sim card xerox (Prepaid). 3) Company ID Xerox 4) 1 Photograph.
          I was able to make calls for 3 days and suddenly one fine day my connection was stalled for documentation reasons.
          I called your Airtel customer service (121) which seems to be filled with ego-centric people who don¿t have courtesy to listen to the customers on their queries.
          Next day I called the Airtel representative ( Praveen ¿ [protected]) and told him about the issue and in reply he told me that he will solve it asap.
          I waited for 3 days and then Praveen told me that his work was done and he cant do anything now as my documents were not found in the database and he had no clue what was happening.
          He also told me that his superiors are also looking into this matter and he told me to speak to his manager Zainab who works in Airtel main office in Goregaon (e) location Silver building.
          I am sure people like Praveen do this kind of job as they are trained to do so.
          They meet their targets and don¿t bother if the customer can really use the service which Airtel is providing.
          I am not sure if there is any policy which mentions that if the documents are not correct then the Airtel has to call the customer and tell him that the documents are incorrect and the line will be disconnected till he submits the appropriate documents.
          I never received a call before the line got disconnected and when I called Airtel customer care they didn¿t tell me which of my submitted documents are incorrect.
          Airtel representative Praveen told me that he has submitted the documents to Main Office which is in Malad (west) location Mindspace and they too have no clue of what has happened to my documents.
          I am really not sure what has happened because at the end of the month I will be told to pay the bill for all those services which I have availed and not used.

          I went to a Airtel Gallery in Goregaon (west) and told them about this issue, they said that my documents were not valid and also that my billing date is on 5th August. I dont understand when my number got activated at 3rd week of July, how can they generate a bill on 5th August.

          The same thing is happening to me now. I submitted my documents in goregaon (w) to Jyoti and 3-4 days after my line activation the outgoing and then the incoming also got closed, its already been 3 days. I was told that the documents were not send properly. It seems this is quit frequent with these guys, they have such casual attitude. Why should we pay for some service we were unable to use? Can someone tell some responsible persons number or mail id so we can talk about this in detail?

            i asked airtel your customer care regarding VCC recharge and the told me that i can recharge with an easy recharge of 225 and with that i can make ISD calls to NEPAL @ 3.75 INR/min. So, yesterday 2nd Aug 09 i recharged of 225 and got a talk time of 203.99 INR later i called mobile no. of NEPAL by first dailing "1802103" as instructed than i dailed "[protected]" the no. which i have to call @ 21:56 hrs on 2/8/09. i talked for about 18 mins.Later i checked my balance and i found that instead of 67.5INR ( @3.75 INR/min) they have deducted 140 INR and at present my balance is 63.99 INR.
            At same time i called customer care regarding this disperency and he told that till tomorrow every thing will be corrected and i should be charged @ 3.75 INR only. So, i waited till today morning but nothing happned still i have not got any refund. Than i called your customer care nearly 6 times today but nobody gave a proper clarification regarding this.Also they don't even launched a complain on this matter.

              I bought a Airtel DTH connection from ConnectIndia in July. when i bought the connection i was promised a trip to Goa as an incentive to buy the product. Its now been 15 days since the Set top box has been installed at my home but I still have not recieved any info abt this package trip. MY AIRTEL cust Id is [protected]

              Alll my attempts to reach the connectindia team on the land line numebrs have been to no use. The gentlemen who sold me the product on the phone KAMAL (mobile No. [protected]) from CONNECTINDIA disconnect the phone when i called him to enquire abt the package. He does not answer his calls now when i call him or keeps his phone in switched off mode. When i talked to AIRTEL callcenter abt this they refused to know abt the existence of any company called connectindia... even the supervisor on the floor said that he does not have anything to do with connectindia & that though he was aware of the problem he could not do anything.

              This is fraud and an incorrect selling practice on the behalf of AIRTEL... if connectindia is one of their vendors they shud ensure that wrong promises are not happening to the customers.

              This is extremly disappointing from a company like Bharti... I would like someone from Airtel to look into this and get back to me regarding the same

              This happens for me also, when i asked with customer care, they are giving a mobile number of a person named Taufeek. This is completely fraudelent and now i am seeing a similar ad for reliance netconnect. Is there any way, we can go to consumer court for this?
              The same things is happen to me as well, After getting confirmation form Airtel customer care, i came to know its a froud seller, but the questions is how he is came to know that i am in requirment of New connection and my contact number??? I have raised my enquiry on Airtel site online!!!
              Airtel really sucks !!!

              My customer ID is [protected]. I recharged my account two days after it was due. Airtel promptly accepted my payment, sent me an sms.and after that nothing happened.Normally they say it takes 4hrs to reactivate. Waited . Nothing happened. So tried the toll free no. Automated response asking u to buy new subscriptions. It wasnt a customer CARE line...it was in fact a line to LOOT u even more. Frustrated as hell. They offer Digital Satelite services but cant manage a TELEPHONE customer care. Watch out Airtel, u'll be losing a valuable customer to your competitors!
              Even i am also a victim of connectindia/vriti scam. I had ordered for airtel DTH connection on 26th August 2008 and paid Rs1540 online. Never got a call from them untill today but suddenly today (7th Sep 2011) some one from BTM, Bangalore called and said you have ordered for connection. But when i questioned him about the fraud he started acting like as if he doesn't know anything. He had called me from the number [protected] and said his name as MOHAN.

              Below is the mail detail about how they contacted me. I have sent a mail to airtel presence but no use till today.

              Sir/madam,





              This is to inform you that I was fooled by vriti interactive for a new Airtel DTH connection. I made payment online by paying `1540 through my credit card and never got a call from them later on. I have attached the mail conversation and the reference number which I have got after payment. Now I request you to refund the amount that has been falsely taken from me by using AIRTEL name. This is very unfortunate for me to say AIRTEL is co-operating such people by collecting customer's number from their websites. You should ban such websites.



              Here is the screenshot of the payment made and the order id. I am thinking to file a case against AIRTEL for encouraging such fraud people through there unsecured website which is leaking customer information.

                Hi,

                Through this forum, I wish to highlight the extreme unprofessional ways of Yash communications, Noida while they promised a Airtel WiFi connection at my home at Sector 50 Noida within 3 days of submitting the required documents.

                One of their executives visited me, promising that he would get us the connection within 3 days of submission of required documents and the fee (Rs.1850).We submitted all the documents and paid the fee thru issued from ICICI Bank, Noida Sector 18 branch. However despite several reminders, we did not get a connection, neither any update on the status of the connection. The executive who had approached stopped responding to my calls. I made a complaint on one of the complaint numbers provided on Airtel's website and they provided me with a request no. (Request no.[protected] But even this time I did not get any support from Airtel's staff nor any official update on the status of the broadband connection. Subsequently I wrote to Mr.P D Sarma (mail dated July 1st) at the email id provided by Airtel for escalation of any issue. Unfortunately even the escalation did not work and I am still without an internet connection.
                I am absolutely aghast at the Airtel's indifference towards customers. I understand that they have no dearth of customers currently, but if this is the quality of their services, then I am sure people will think twice before going for Airtel connections. I also wish to add that when I recently spoke with the executive at Yash Communications, they informed that Airtel has deposited the cheque and that I may contact them for refund after 45 days. I am at loss of words for such unprofessionalism. I fail to understand why Airtel would deposit my cheque when it has failed to provide me a connection.
                Me and my husband are Airtel's customer since last so many years and are extremely pained at this state of Affairs. I hope some day somebody took a note of this and brought the erring parties to task. At least Airtel should be cautious about taking up companies like Yash Communications as their Franchisee.Such companies are further ruining the image of Airtel.

                I look forward to getting at least a patient hearing and be able to get a connection immediately. I have invested a lot of my valuable time and petrol following up on this issue and hope this time my complaint reaches the right person.

                Dear All,

                We are using the wi fi connection of airtel for the last 20 days. It is so sad that the service is so poor. We have connected two laptops and one is not working...and there is no way that we can lodge a complaint on the toll free number as the message comes only in a reginal language that we donot know.

                The problems:

                * One laptop cna be used only via the lan cord...wats the use of the wireless service. The team is unable to configure and telling us that the drivers are bad..where as we have got it checked twice but there is no problem.
                * The promised speed is not coming anytime.
                * On one laptop to open one page it takes 5 minutes.


                Dear airtel..we had so much faith in you...and these simple problems cannot be fixed by your team...what shall we do please tell us.

                      I am really very much surprised and annoyed with the response I am getting from the Airtel service.

                      I availed video download service( FHM video of the day from 54321) that used to charge me 5 Rs. Per day. The service was activated within no time. That’s great.

                      After using it for a week, I requested customer care executive to stop the service on 19/07/2009. I was assured that the service will be stopped within 4 hrs. Next day, I was charged again & the service was still active on my mobile. I contacted many a times, (on 22/07/09 ref nos.[protected],[protected],[protected], on 28/07/[protected] every time I was informed that the service will be stopped, but I found the request not being processed.

                      I had even stopped it by sending SMS to 121.

                      But I am not able to understand why the service gets re-activated on my mobile without my request.
                      You took no time to activate the service, then why are you taking so much of time to unsubscribe it.

                      I am really fed up with your response. I am feeling cheated by AIRTEL group.

                      Is this the way of dealing with your customer?.

                      Airtel — Airtel unsubscribe service charges

                      Hi,
                      My airtel number is [protected] and I was a happy customer 2 months ago. Since then my pre-paid is deducted with unsubscribed services which I have never heard.

                      The latest being 1) 20 Rs on 28/03/2011, 2) 3 Rs on 28/03/2011, 3) 99 Rs on 25/03/2011, 4) 0.30 on 13/03/11. I had to call 3 times to raise a complaint for these and they readily agreed to pay back 20Rs, and agreed to pay 99Rs after a small fight. But hence forth I am not able to reach customer care through 121 call. In the end I tried with another airtel number (call X number) in parallel and I was able to reach from X but not from my [protected]!. After 10 minutes I was not able to reach customer care from both numbers!!!

                      Good thing is that money is reversed and I don't care whether I reach customer care through 121. But I do remember about MNP! I hope I wont have to. :-)

                      History step by step!

                      28/03/2011 10AM I called 121 and requested to remove ALL services except GPRS package. Also I asked them to put me in DND list. I received confirmation message of my complaints withing 5-10 minutes after that.
                      Airtel blocked my number from reaching customer care through 121 after this. But I was able to reach them from another and they blocked that too!

                      I emailed customer care and they resolved all my issues and reversed the money which was debited for services I never opted for. I hope in future these things wont happen.

                      My number looks like is barred from reaching customer care number 121. I hope they will remove this restriction after some period.

                        I had been using airtel postpaid number for around 18months, after that it is found to be very costly for whatever calls made from airtel postpaid number. Hence two months back I put a request to close my airtel postpaid number through online facility. Their customer care people also called me for the closure of the card, I also reconfirmed to close the number but when I go the airtel online page my number is still active. They are not closing it at all, also they are not sending the bill to me. Very very poor service but heavily costly for any kind o[censored]sage.

                        Horrible telecom company.

                          then on that day i rechrge with 30 RS but i got only 25 Rs talktime, remaining amount will be credited in 48 Hrs.but upto 26 th that remaining amount is not credited. then i called to customer care(26 th or 27 th) they told that we have registered a complaint and money will be credited in 24 hrs. on 28 th of july i got a message from airtel your problem has been solved.but in my account money is not credited.once again i called to customer care then they told this is the intimation mail for crediting balance(in 24 hrs).
                          still upto 29 th july that money is not credited.again i called to the cstomer care people they told we are logged complaint it will be credited in 31 st july. still (upto 2 nd august ) money is not credited

                              I HAVE DEPOSITED THE DOCS PERTAINING TO MY IDENTITY FOR 3 TIMES AT CAPRICORN - LUDHIANA CENTER OF AIRTEL. HOWEVER, MY CONNECTION WAS DISCONNECTED ON EARLIER OCCASION ALSO I.E. ON 15.07.2009, BUT WAS RESTARTED ON 18.07.2009 AFTER SUBMISSION OF DOCS. I HAD ALSO RECIEVED A MAIL FROM THEIR NODAL OFFICER THAT NOW THE SAME IS WORKING FINE AND NOW NO ISSUES.

                              HOWEVER, TODAY AGAIN WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION THE SAME IS AGAIN DISCONNECTED. HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE BUT TO NO AVAIL. THEY TOLD THAT THE SAME IS AGAIN REQUIRED.

                                  I received a message from airtel on[protected] reading word to word as follows:
                                  'Spl offer only for u! Get Rs249 Tlktme on rchrg of Rs249.A2A @ 50p/min, A2M @ 60p/min, Local SMS @25p.Get Rs100 immd & Rs149 in 48 hrs.'
                                  Also I have this message stored in my mobile.

                                  Accordingly i recharged on 17-07-09 morning with Rs249 and got Rs100 credited to my account balance immediately. But when i didnt get the remaining Rs149 for the next 4 days, i called up the customer care and gave a complaint on 22-07-09,[protected],[protected] and 01-08-09. the complaint number is[protected]. Now, the airtel consumer care executive is saying that I should have recharged the same day I received the message to get the remaining Rs149 as it is a RULE OF AIRTEL. But the message doesnt read that I have to recharge on the same day or its just a one day offer. Now when i explain this to the executive, they say they are sorry about this but cant help on this issue. This is PURELY LOOTING A CONSUMER BY PROVIDING INSUFFICIENT INFORMATION. HOW CAN A CONSUMER KNOW THE COMPANY RULES UNLESS MENTIONED IN THE MESSAGE. We are not taught in the school about Airtel rules to know it without them informing it.

Recently, i called up the customer service as i was having trouble recharging the top up voucher and in the ivr, i selected the language option as english, amazingly a girl received my call and started off in hindi, thanks that i knew hindi very well and could understand her any ways but this is not a big problem, but in terms of customer satisfaction and services Reliance is "THE BEST".

                                  I am having a Delhi Airtel No and i am using it in bangalore 15 days back i got it recharged with 200 rs but i got a message thet your no has been recharged with rs 1.Since than i am trying to contact customer care when i dial there toll free no they were saying that this is karnatka airtel and we could not do anything then i got delhi customer care no [protected] it is a wrong no then i got a no [protected] this also not existing so what is this

                                  my son, shashwat kumar, who is a student of bits pilani, goa, tried to top up his mobile no [protected] (maharashtra circle) with rs 100 with the help of a local retailer/ dealer of airtel during his vacation at lucknow. message received after recharge reads as "recharge successful on 17.05.2011 at 09:09PM. talk time rs 1.00. MRP rs 100.00. trans id[protected]. no useful service has been offered in lieu of the payment. this is the second time we are facing similar problem.

                                  sir, my name is bikash naik. A msg had been sent to my airtel no. [protected] that &quot; by recharging 97 u ll get 600 mins(200 airtel to airtel and 400 others) with 30 days validity. I recharged on the same day i.e. on 03 jun 13. I got 200 min airtel to airyel with 5 days validity instead of 30 days. But another 400min didn&#039;t come yet. I have contacted customercare, but they dont listen to me. And on 6th jun they deducted an amount 95 from my no. without any reason.

                                  i made a recharge of 3g mobile data ( rs. 249 3gb ) as mentioned in your 3g recharges option. but i got 3gb 2g data and now they your customer care members are saying that its our fault .

                                    Hi,
                                    My Name is Sankar. I have used Airtel Broadband connection for the last one year. Airtel Account No :13807004 .
                                    I have paid the billing amount regularly. I want to disconnect it because of moving to out of country. I have checked with my nearest branch. They said that, if I will give the cancellation form with Telephone instrument by person, they will disconnect it on the same day. So I wont get the next month bill. If i didn't give instrument (phone and modem), then it will take 7 days.

                                    I agreed with them and surrender all instruments and give the cancellation form on 23rd May (Attached the surrender form). My Airtel billing date is 26th - 26th. I have confirmed with them 2 times, i wont get bill for June.

                                    I have paid the May month bill properly. Now they sent a bill for June month, I asked them why did you send after disconnection. They said that they disconnected on July 22nd only, thats also not paying my bill. So they asked me to pay the bill.

                                    Let me clarified, I have surrender all of the instruments on May 23rd and asked them to cancel the connection. They didn't do their work and asked me to pay for their mistake.

                                    Is it the way Airtel running? Can you help me to get a proper answer from the Airtel responsible person?

                                    Airtel — Bill after disconnect the connection

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    My mobile no was [protected] which was used at my home. But I ask for disconnect the connection before 8-9 month and i did not receive any written proof on faith. But in dec first week i got a letter from airtel that you have outstanding payment rs 574.17 for this i contact to Mr. Suminder Malhotra ( [protected]) but he said you must have to pay Rs 574.17 otherwise legal action.
                                    So pleas solve my problem. Still I agree to pay the justified payment because I did not get written proof for disconnect the connection.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I was using post paid Airtel connection No.[protected] from past two and a half year as GM (Vigilance)
                                      I got this phone transfered in my name when I retired from the company in Jan-09.
                                      Further I got this number converted from post paid to pre-paid as I was going out of the country for long time in April-09.
                                      I got the sim recharged for about Rs.1000/- before going out side.
                                      However to my surprise Airtel unilaterally made this sim inactive saying that varification has failed.
                                      It is surprising the number which is being used by me for past two and a half year how varification can fail. Secondly when I am away from my house how somebody can reply on land line? Airtel has forfited my balance in the sim which was nearly Rs.1000/-
                                      Can you help me in getting my money back from Airtel and do something so that Airtel stops cheating the customers unilaterely.

                                      Airtel — Inactive Number

                                      Hi,

                                      I have been using the number[protected] for the past 6 years. I went to abroad and forgot to keep the number active and it got inactivated.

                                      I need to get this number back. Let me know what are the options available?

                                      I am ready to pay any extra charges or willing to take it as postpaid option too. Just want to get the number back.

                                      I tried to call that number and it’s been out of service. So, it’s not already allocated to any customer.

                                      If it’s got allocated to any distributor, please let me know the contact details of the distributor so that I can get the connection from the him itself.

                                        While i was using Airtel live, I just want to saw various options. Suddenly i click on one field and Jumani numerology have been autometicallly subscribed in my name. But the worst thing is that i could not cancel the plan. No option is there. Please help me to cancel this.. Because every day it costs Rs 1. My mobile number is [protected]
