Sir please kindly help unsubscribe me from the Fusion Lounge Multi Content Pack on Airtel WAP. I do not use Airtel WAP and i have no idea how it has got activated. Im being charger Rs 15 every fortnight or so. I don't know what to do. Please Help.

    i had contacted mr chintan and mr jignesh at airtel customer care center on SG highway, opp gurudwara, ahmedabad for having new post paid connection.
    they took some documents and 500 rs from me and my connection was started.
    after 15-20 days, my connectivity was lost without any prior notice.
    when i contacted them, they told me that i have not given proper documents.
    then again i gave one more document and i was told that my connection would be started soo.
    even after that, my connection was not started for 3 more days.
    finallly, they told me that my documents are stil not complete and my connection will not be started again.
    my complain is if they did know that my documents are not proper, why they taken fees from me and why connection activated?!!!
    now i have lost my money and spent much time in visiting atleast 6 times to the center.
    those persons were not even sorry for bothering me so much!!!
    is this the way of making customers smile?!!!
    this is very very poor thing to happen with somebody like me who was a big big fan of airtel, using it since 7 yrs.
    will i get justice?!!!

    Airtel Postpaid — LOSS OF MONEY

    sir, i am ur airtel post paidcustomer.my mobile number is [protected].i tried to pay my postpaid bill on 23/08/2011 at 12:17pm.At that time amount from my account(a/c:[protected],debit card number:[protected])had been deducted from my andhrabank account.But the bill(498/-) was not paid.later i paid my bill with another card.so i request u to look solve my problem as early as possible.

      i haven't activated or subscribed in igmobi.com even though i m charged Rs. 10 daily...
      and i daily get message from airtel to visit on this site...

      Airtel prepaid mobile — Deducting 10 rupees daily

      One morning I got a message from "WWW.I.MGFUN.COM" on my cell that thanks for your subscription to i.mgfun.com and you have been charged Rs.10 for that.
      I was confused that how it has happened. I am using mobile set which is not having facility of GPRS.
      From 28th of December onwards Rs.10 is being deducted from my account balance daily.
      I have complained 4 times regarding this problem in customer care. Every time I have got assurance only. Till today Rs.10 is being deducted regularly.I have got a message from Airtel on 9th & 10th of January that the service has been deactivated on your request but it is not yet deactivated. My cell no. is [protected]. Deactivate it as soon as possible.

        Dear Sir,

        I've Airtel Prepaid Connection on my Nokia 3110c Handset. I'm facing a problem in sending SMS to a reciever in New Delhi, who has Nokia 7210 Supernova with Vodafone Connection. When I snd SMS (more than 8 or 9 lines), user recives SMS with error *SOME TEXT MISSING* or merging of two SMSes. Vendor had advised me to update software in my Hadset & I got it updated on June 16, 2009. After that everything was going well. User was getting all SMS Ok. Suddenly on 14th July, user got distorted SMSes. Again I visited to Nokia Care & they told me that my set is perfect. Airtel advised that it's handset related problem. If it would be due to handst, then how all SMS were transmitted OK during last 1 month. Even then local Recievers are getting all SMS Ok, but another user is getting it in distorted form. If this problem was due to handset, thn local users may also faced the same problem.in recieving of my SMS.

        Please help me as I'm very disappointed with this problem. Airtel failed to provide any suitable solution addressing to my problem even after 10 days.

          My cell number is [protected]. I am a prepaid customer of Airtel.

          For the last 2 months everyday Re.1 is taken away by Airtel from my prepaid account. May be it is for "Daily Prayer" which they are sending me. I requested them several times to stop sending me "Daily Prayer". But they are not acting on my request to stop the "Daily Prayer". They continue to deduct Re.1 daily from my account. This is very very unfair for a person who has completed 70 years of age and living on the meagre pension. My attempts to contact 198 to lodge a complaint has been in vain since no one responds and you are politely requested to wait, wait, wait and indefinitely wait for ever. If this continues I will discontnue my Airtel connection once the balance is fully stolen by Airtel people.

          airtel prepaid sims — after getting recharged airtel fails registration without legal reason

          After buying a sim from airtel and getting recharged for an year Airtel blocks the number and finishes it giving an excuse that we have not received your docs.Somebody tell me that at the time of activation they first ask for docs. and then they activate the no. Then how can they say that they have not received the docs. And this is not the last thing, they also sell that no. to other customer.When you have sold a no. to one customer and got it recharged for an year after receiving the payment do they have right to sell the same no.within three months to another customer. Is this not a fraud to the customer ? Kindly stop this wrong practise immediately.

          I AM GIVING AN EXPERIENCE WITH A REQUEST 1) TO GIVE ME SUGGESTION AND 2) IF ANY AIRTEL OFFICIAL SEES THIS TO TAKE STEPS TO CHANGE/AMEND RULES LIKE THIS. 3) ALSO GIVE ME EMAIL IDS OF TELECPOM REGULATORY AUTHORITY OR IS THERE ANY FORUM WE CAN MAKE A COMPLAINT LIKE OMBUDAMAN. 4) TO LET AIRTELPREPAID CUSTOMERS TO BE AWARE OF SUCH A PROVISION AND TAKE NECESSARY STEPS LIKE RECHARGING ONCE IN THREE MONTHS.
          YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT ONE INDIVIDUAL CHEATING. I WILL TELL YOU STRATEGY ADOPTED BY AIRTEL INDIA FOR GETTING PUBLIC MONEY UNDULY.           Airtel Prepaid — Unauthorised charges, unwanted messages.

          This is is the second time this had happened to me. The first time, Airtel sent bikini alerts to me for around 15 days and deducted Rs.1 per day. I had never asked for the bikini alerts and i called them daily and asked them to stop. Every single day, they gave me different ways to stop it, none of which worked. Finally, after 15 days of calling EVERY SINGLE DAY they stopped.

          Now they're sending cricket alerts, charging Rs.3 per day. To call them to talk to a customer service executive, you have to atleast set an hour aside because to get to the person you have to hear dozens of prerecorded messages and by the time i got to talk to the person i was close to tears. She told me to dial *321#. This number again directs you to 100s of other things that you have to dial, none of which specifically say 'deactivate'. I called customer service again, this time that person gave me another number to send a text message to, and said that the balance will not be credited to my account unless i dial another number and do something else.

          This process is so stressful and torturous and arbitrary! Shouldn't a person be asked if they want these alerts before forcing them to go through all this? I realy don't have time time for this. It's like i have to struggle and fight for my rights and for what? I've decided to switch to another service provider. I've had enough of Airtel's torture.

          airtel prepaid — Unauthorised charges

          Airtel debit unauthorised charges from my mobile and a message appear in inbox from no. 543216 as .. Your airtel freindz chat service has been renewed. renewal charges Rs.30- for 30 days . Dial 543216 now to make new freinds. For lodgement of complaint or deactivate the services, 121 gives computerised messages .. dial 198 for complaints . On dialling 198 .. a no. of times, every time message appear .. Number not available.
          We dont know .. whom to contact in case of any compalint for the services . No email address for any complaints to be lodged.

          Can I know whom to conatct and at what number for lodging compalints of any services

          Following is happening with my wife's pre-paid mobile phone:

          Airtel activated "comedy pack" and "Sai baba pack" without informing and deducted money. Same was deactivated after approaching "airtel customer service center" as the customer care executive could not be reached through the numerous prompts from the mobile phone. However these "packs" gets activated automatically again and everytime money is deducted from the account.
          I had tried to contact the "Zonal Head - Retail experience" at [protected] ( the phone No was displayed at the "Customer service center, Jodhpur park, Kolkata ) but the call was not received by the person. Are the customers need to call Mr. Sunil Mittal - can someone give the telephone number of Mr. Sunil Mittal to lodge the complain ?

          I am told by acquaintances that simillar thing is happening with Vodaphone also. Then, is it a "Syndicated - operation" orchestrated by these telephone service providers to earn extra buck ( may be, to recover money spent elsewhere !!) ?
          Airtel has changed their "Logo" - and is it the outcome??
          Can someone tell if this action by Airtel qualify to lodge an FIR with Police cybercrime cell ? I am frustrated enough to think of such an action.

          Airtel Prepaid — UNAUTHORISED CHARGES

          I AM HAVING TWO PREPAID CONNECTIONS FROM AIRTEL WITH NUMBERS [protected] AND [protected]. QUITE OFTEN THE COMPANY IS DEDUCTING SOME CHARGES SUCH AS HELLO TUNES, MATI KE POOT AND FRIENDS CHAT WITHOUT SEEKING MY PERMISSION. LASTELY SOME 75 RUPEES HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED FROM BOTH THESE ACCOUNTS LEAVING ME WITHOUT MUCH BALANCE FOR MY USE.

          WHEN CONTACTED THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE SAYS I HAVE ASKED FOR IT WHEREAS
          NEVER IN MY LIFE I HAVE SOUGHT THESE SERVICES. THESE CHARGES ARE UNILATERAL AND I SEEK REFUND OF THE SAME. THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE HAS REFUSED TO LODGE THE COMPLAINT AND HAS REGRETED TO REFUND THE AMOUNT.

          I am using airtel prepaid connection in Mumbai. after activating DND still i am getting promotional call from airtel and without my info VAS services has been activated on my Number and Rs 30 were deducted from my account when i called the customer care, they didn't tell the cause of the problem and disconnected the call. If these calls are getting recorded for Quality and trainin perpose then is this your Quality
          I again called the customer care twice on 31st Jan, 2008 and the same thing hapened again.Customer Care people are not ready to hear any thing, they just disconnect the call in the midlle of the conversation.
          Please can anyone send me the mail id of the Airtel Zonal Head.
          Not expecting such a pathetic service from Airtel who's claiming to be India's no 1 Network.

          My Airtel Pre paid No is [protected]. From March 1st onwards Rs 2 per day is deducting from my account for MMS activation. I have made several complaints regarding this and begged like anything. No care was given. Now I cannot contact with customer care executive. 1st I got information that 7th onwards it wiil not be there. then they assured 9th onwards. yesterday told that today. but daily Rs 2 is deducting from my account. My last Request Ref No is CBDAL[protected]. today also Rs 2 lost. This is cheating. You are Collecting for a service which I have not used in mym life. You have to refund the money at the earliest. stop this pick pocketing .
          Please do not confuse people by telling FREE. Nothing is free in airtel.
          Don't send SMS stating"You have received a voice message from Lara, To retrive please dial karein *0* for free. It automatically subscribes and money is deducted.

            Sir,
            I am Kushal Arora. I am a prepaid subscriber of Airtel Maharashtra. My number is [protected]. This number is registered to my father's name Ramnarayan Arora. I am facing Hello tunes problem for 2-3 months. I have activated Hello tune service on my number. But its not working properly. If anybody calls me, my hello tune does not play. It remains silent in most of calls. I have complained a lot of time more than 10-12times but i have not get its solution. My problem is still the same. On[protected] i called customer care, their supervisor deactivated my serivce and refund my ammount Rs.30. I activate the Hello tune service again on the same date[protected] and i was charged Rs.90 for that but my same problem started again. Customer care executive's behaviour is not satisfied. Now they are niether giving me proper solution nor refund of my ammount.
            Pls make my service proper. Thanks.

              This is bring in to your kind attention that someone stolen my mobile and i requested to block and dublicate sim for the same number to Airtel.The incident happened on 14th sep 2008 and am writing this complaint on 21st sep 2008. I have all the escalation mails with me and call details in which i had requested for the reactivation of the number but i didn't gat any satisfied answer.

              My name is Anil and i have taken totally 5 connections for my office (4 connections in one account number and another in different account number for the internet as per your company terms).

              I had sent a mail to your customer care to deactivate my internet connection[protected] and the executive whom had called me to reconfirm about the issue and i explained her i do not need the internet connection and she said would you like to keep the number active and i agreed to keep the internet number activate but without the internet connection. Now the number is completely deactivated and when i spoke to your customer care executives they said it will be activate in 7 days and 15days later called again your customer care to check they saying i need to reproduce the documents; 1. My office is still in the same address. 2. I have the other 4 numbers which are in working condition. 3. When am staying at the same address and when my other numbers are working, why should i reproduce the documents? I had mailed regarding this to your Nodal Office and the Appellate Office but they are useless and not understanding the problem and kept asking to reproduce the documents and also they have registered request to cancel my other 4 numbers[protected]. Without getting a mail from me to cancel the connection, how are your executives are Authorized to cancel my numbers??? Have i authorized to cancel them behalf of me? Do they have a letter or some mail regarding this???

              I want my 5 numbers to be activated[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] &[protected] without re-documentation and also am not reproducing the documents because i told you i have not changed the address. Also am not going to clear the outstanding amount if you are not reactivating.

              Hope to hear from you soon and you can get in touch with my mobile number which i have mentioned it in the signature. Else i would like to proceed legally to resolve this problem.

                This is for your information that Airtel in tamil Nadu (HOSUR) service is worst, more than worst . the Reason for that is i got one post paid connection number [protected]. The person came from Airtel and gave the SIM and took the neccessary documents. I didnt got any call related with verification and after 15 days, my mobile is showing SIM REGISTRATION FAILED, when i cross checked with Customer came, i got the information that due to address verfication, my number got blocked. It is very surprsing that with out any information they are disconnecting the line.

                Secondly there is nobody in Airtel (Hosur) who understands customer problem and give the solution.

                Pls help as Airtel (HOSUR ) Company name MAX COMMUNICATION is worst by every means, they have cheated me by taking money and even they have not refunded my deposit amount of rs 300/- also .

                  Respected Sir,

                  On dated 8th of june-2009, I had booked a broadband connection with Airtel, at my office address 208-209, Gupta Palace, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi-110027 I had given cash of Rs 3100/- to Mr Parminder singh representative of Airtel via receipt no 700882, he promised me within day or two you will get your connection. On 10th June Airtel person installed a landline instrument at my premises, and commit that broadband modem will installed by 12th of june-2009. After waiting 15th of June I rang up mr Parminder regarding that, he talked to me very rudely and say we don't know anything but we are not able to install your broadband connection due to some reason your money will be refunded by cheque and don't call me again talk to directly with Airtel helpline, then I rang up Mr parminder senior at [protected](forget his name) he also delivered same dialogue to me. In the mean time my landline also activated by Airtel, no [protected]

                  I visited Airtel office at rajouri garden, customer care desk, informed me that due to non-availability of port your connection is not installed. I have question when Airtel do not have port then why Mr Parminder Singh took a cash with me why Airtel people do not checked before the paper formality being completed.

                  After harassing by Airtel people, I ranged up on toll free no I had talked to customer care executive he promised me your refund chq will receive you by 1st of july by waiting till 13th of july-2009, again I ranged up on toll free no this time Mr Parvez (customer care Executive) tell me that your request not forwarded by sales team due to mistake, he apologies on behalf to sales team and promised me by 20th july-2009 you will get you refund cheque and allot me a ref no 21943948. On 22nd July again I rang up on toll free no this time I shocked a lady representative delivered me same dialogue as mr parvez told me, again she promised me you will get your refund within 15 days or allot me a new ref 88956472.


                  Its totally harassment of the customer by Airtel people promising fake commitment without any reason they hold my money, and my work get suffer form last 45-50 days due to this. Kindly look into the matter and suggest me what should I do kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                  Airtel Broadband — harassment from Airtel

                  Dear sirs,
                  I want to complaint harassment from Airtel.
                  They have not given services since 3 months.
                  Severe link drop problem.
                  Made 100 times Complaint to them,by default they took that i have been rectified with in 3 days.
                  They not even took any feedback whether i am getting proper services or not.
                  Airtel levied there 3000/- bill,now they want bill.
                  Till date i am not getting proper services(this can be verified by local airtel field staff).
                  my money is very hard earned,and i am not going to waste it in fake bills.

                  Incorrect billing. Subsequently harassment through calls, messages and personal visits from collection agents. This inspite of customer service agents agreeing to rectify the bill and adjust it against advance payments
                  I am not interested in talking to customer service team, and have had enough. I have escalated the issue to nodal authority, and then to apellate authority, and it has not yet been resolved. My landline number is 4123 7407.

                            I am using nokia n70.But I cant browse the sites Using Nop or Airtel Live.I get these error msgs
                            ""Your request for a service could not be fulfilled. Please try again or contact your operator if the problem persists."" and ""Gateway received an invalid response from the upstream gateway"".when i check any wap or www sites(Except live.airtelworld.com) i got these error msgs.A site is displayed whenever i refresh a site more than 5 times.I call the customer Care, But i am unhappy with their Responce.its very difficult to browse, wasting time also.so pls remove these problems immidietly

                            2.Migrate from Gprs to Edge ->
                            In kerala circle Airtel does not provide the edge, while IDEA, RELIANCE, BSNL, TATA& AIRCEL provide edge connection every where in kerala.But airtel provides only Some Major Cities Kannur, Calicut and Cochin.etc.I am a regular gprs customer of airtel every time call the customer care but they told me it will come few months.Now we are looking for 3G but airtel Still provides only 1G.So pls Migrate from Gprs to Edge everywhere in kerala, other wise airtel should lost lot of customer from kerala

                                I had lost my phone and had taken a new sim from Airtel on 18-Jul-2009.
                                They had told me my outgoing calls will be activated within 8 hrs.
                                But today is 22-jul-2009.
                                I had called the Customer Care more than 100 time in this period.
                                They give me inconsistent information.
                                Some one say my outgoing services are on, some say its barred. Each time they say it will be activated within 4 hrs.
                                I had talked to their senior officials too. But no one is responding and my outgoing services are not yet working. They put calls on hold for 2-3 mins as they wish and often hang-up without responding. Inspite of repeated calls no one is willing to do their duties and keep forwarding the request from one person to other but without any use.
                                Is there any way that I get a compensation for the harrasement caused by AIRTEL to me.
                                I beleive they have harrased many people in same ways.

                                  my airtel no.[protected] is not activated since last 2 months, i have given 5 times address proof.ur agent has not verified my address and given into negative section, after that ur office incharge is saying that they are unable to turn the no.into positive.they are not refunding the money or not a new number instead of that. if my no. will not get active, i will not do any payments of my bills.right now my sim has no network and it's registration has failed.my alternate no. is [protected].it is reliance postpaid.

                                    I am facing a similar problem. i have an AP Air tel Sim. i am roaming right now and am at Bangalore right now. i can receive and make calls and receive sms. but sending messages yields an error. when i go for the details of the outgoing sms error it says "check your network service provider."                                       Bharti Airtel Services limited — P F amount is not transferred

                                      Dear Sir
                                      Ref PF A/c No. HR/10693/4746

                                      I applied for withdrawal of my Provident Fund amount october 2009 and till date neither I have received any update from the PF Office nor the amount has been transfered to my account. It is almost 6 months.
                                      Please help me out.
                                      this is madhu babu my pf amount not yet trasferd .plz verify and do the needful tnx my oracle id 47123 my mobile no [protected]
                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I was working with Bharti Aitel Services limited ( Inida ). from 30/01/2008 to 05/08/2009 as Sr. Executive under employee code 50704 with PF No HR/GGN/10693/024388 . I received my full and final payment from Company on 07/09/2009.And than i summit my PF form to BHUBANESWAR OFFICE in the month of NOVEMBER but till date they not give any respond of that .And at the same i also complete in PF Grievance Cell .Till date i not receive any information from them.
                                      It is my humble request to you please look in the matter in urgent basis.

                                        I have applied for a post paid connection in jodhpur. With a lot of bustle & jostle they have provided me with a connection. My cell number is [protected]. During taking connection I paid Rs. 500/-.After few days, suddenly I got a message that I have used Rs. 1050(appx.) & so I have to make payment otherwise my connection will get burred. Inspite of making a pyment of Rs. 500/- they did not gave me connection. Once again on 21/07/2009, I have paid Rs. 500/- then also till now outgoing is not activated. The channel partner guy Dhanraj Sharma and the Airtel person Kishan both are not even receiving my calls. They are not at all caring for my problem. I work with a company in Sales and mobile connection is indispensable for me. I have an alternate number of West Bengal that is [protected].

                                        sir i have pay the vodafone bill on9am onwards ,my outgoing facilities locked yesterday still now not activate my mobile
