sir, i have a prepaid airtel mobile connection.Now i visted airtel custm care centre located near ecil crossroads, for migration to apostpaid connection.They are not willing to do so, because my address not comes under postpaid circumstances, as my residance is part of hyd, my address is 463/g1, prajaysai gardens, bandlaguda, keesaea[mandal], RR DIST.
SO, PLESE FIND ME A SOLUTION REGARDING THIS MIGRATION.

    Myself Ajay Sharma and i was using Airtel Postpaid connection [protected]. Before couple of days i converted postpaid connect to Prepaid with same number. Now the problem is the new Sim given by Airtel is not working in Mobile and it shows 'INVAILD SIM'...the same mobile i was using for postpaid..

    its a your mistake playing with us from past again 3days the no which belongs to [protected] in the name of rajender its been sim registration failed long back and its been activated previously after many struggles which did by us and u people repeating same nonsense again my sim is invalid please make process and we submitted the documents and called up to customer care but now no one is responding for thiz itz a business bane rd no i m getting lots of lose of money due to Ur irresponsible.....i ll band all u if its not been activated in few hours........i came n raised complaint in white house in the date of[protected] please go through for the verification and start the process immediate for further clarification call up on us if not thiz raise serious and make a serious issue

    I Sri Kailash Kalita using a lifetime Airtel prepaid sim bearing the sim no.[protected] since last four years. presently from last few days my sim card is not work. When I enter the sim card in my mobile mobile shows enter sim card. WHY?

      All m cug Benefits are getting charged.And they will say that other numbers dosent belong to parent company and my number is added to parent id.If other person calls for is number they say that their number is under parent id and my number is not under parent id.These airtel people are bluffing me.So i decided to go consumer forum i already started the process how to file papers.

        My mobile phone No. is [protected] (Prepaid- Nagpur, Maharashtra, India).There are some SMS from sender '290603', message centre[protected]. These are unopted for and unwanted. They are followed by message debiting my a/c with Rs.3/- each time.I have complained with customer care centre on 12.08.09 to block such undesired and unopted for downloads and restore my balance. But there appears to be effect and the process still continues.Similar thing had happened in case of my wife's phone also.I am didsatisfied with this type of irresponsibleness and expect that my complaint be attended to, now atleast, immediately.

        Airtel prepaid cell phone — Wrong deduction of a/c balance

        Dear Sir,
        I am a Airtel prepaid consumer of Jamshedpur in the state of Jharkhand. My cell phone number is [protected]. Today Rs.30/- has been debited from my mobile phone account balance for subscription of "on demand service for music & jokes". But I have never requsted to subscribe for such service. The above service has been activated without my permission. I could I get refund/credit the said amount in my cell ph a/c.
        Please take necessary action for such kind of mistake.

        Airtel prepaid cell phone — Noncrediting of amount

        Sir, yesterday on 31/12/09 in morning hrs I recharged my cell phone(Air tel Prepaid-[protected]) for Rs 250.00 through internet banking (icici Bank) and it was done successfully vide following reference-
        Bil/[protected]/0108/[protected]/[protected]
        But til now (01/01/10 1500Hrs) the amount has not been credited to my mobile balance. I contacted to customer care but instead of rectifying it they tried to pass it on to some excuses and also tried to engage the phone for maximum duration their revenue generation.
        Kindly necessary steps may be initiated for the problems as I mentioned above.

Today Rs.15/- has been debited from my mobile phone account balance for subscription of "on demand of download of game". But I don't any requsted to subscribe for such service. I contact coustomer care but don't get proper ans. Before this deducation ago some days apr. 30-35 days deducated 60/- i'm ignore that time but you Cut again & again.

        Please take necessary action for such kind of mistake.

          AIRTEL / PREPAID SIM CARD — DISCONNECTION

          Respected sirI was using airtel prepaid sim card of mobile no[protected]. i used this sim for about 14 days in chennai. i submitted all my document proofs to the related retailer. After that i went to jammu where no roaming facility of airtel is being provaided. After a few days i found that my connection has been disconnected.
          I even talked to customer care and service centre of airtel at annanagar in chennai but to no means. They didnt even speak to me properly.
          i had purchased this sim around two months back.
          I return the tenali to hyderabad train and missing the motorolla cellphone no is sim card no. [protected] please the blocked the prepaid sim card. inplace the same no.

          please kindly request the information

            i have not recieved my airtel bill/summary for the no. [protected] since last four months . while on contacting with customer care, they assured my all times about sending bill through post office but of no use . Even i have intimated that i could not pay bill without having bill detail/summory in written .so pse submit my airtel postpaid bill on my e-mail id given above.

            AirTel — Not recieving bills

            Hi,

            It is really disheartning to know that I have not been recieving my Mobile bills from the month i have started using this postpaid connection.every time i call the customer care it goes on the IVR and despite trying for several hours it is never connected to a human voice especially during the night time.

            my mobile bill is a part of my Salary which can only be claimed after submission of the original copy of the bill and its been 4 months now that i have been losing on hard earned money.

                i don't know why you are deducting always when I am not using archie_comics_wap.
                Rs 10 gets deducted when ever balance exceeds Rs 10.
                I am not using Airtel Live but still from my Balance Rs 10 gets deducted and a message comes to me from 64611010 stating...You've been renewed for (archie_comics_wap, ComicStrip) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You 've been charged Rs 10.this is really very irritating.Please cancell my Subscription & do the needfull.

                  Hi,
                  I took a postpaid mobile connection from Airtel Goregaon(w) office from Jyoti ([protected]). 3-4 days after the activation of my sim suddenly my outgoing stopped, I called up customer care and they told me that the documents were not submitted. I called Jyoti and for some strange reason she was no more with the outlet, she asked me to call next day morning. Next day morning she said they submitted the documents a day before and the service will start the next day (3rd day). I Patiently waited, in the evening my incoming also stopped and was given a "Sim not activated" error. I went to the Goregaon(w) outlet the next day and the people there had no idea about it, it took them 20 mins to find out the issue and they had such casual attitude towards the problem. I was told that the service will resume only by the evening (which I doubt). Its already been 3 days and I took this connection for the only reason that local calls and sms were free for 400 DAP plan. Why should I pay the bill when I am unable to use the services in the first place? Moreover when I asked for someone's number to confirm if this doesnt work in the evening I was given the same with a comment that they dont usually give it! What crap?? Nobody said sorry to me and on top of that they were showing attitude? What kind of a behaviour is this?

                  Moreover there was no one responsible person who could take this matter seriously. The manager there reacted as if its a big deal! Not sure why such people are hired in the first place if they have such casual attitude towards their work? They should be the ones paying for every complain and inconvenience faced by the customer.

                  I think the person who is responsible for not submitting documents on time should be paying the bill and not me!

                    I got an airtel post paid connection no [protected] thru my friend who has a shop in Sector 37 in Chandigarh.I filled a form and submitted photocopy of my DL having address of rersidence where I have been residing since Aapril 1988 and I own this house.My addresss is House No.236, Phase 3-A, Mohali.I got connection on 23rd of July 2009 and the same was activiated on 24th July 2009 but I got a message that your outgoing calls are being stopped since your address could not be verified.I requested their customer care centre and used all my means and sources to get the services activated but failed.I got many calls from the office and I told everybody that I am owner of the house as given my address and have been residing at the same address for the last 20 years and I am working as Sernior Manaer with Punjab National Bank DAV Sector 8, Chandigarh but nothing has so far been done. The airtel company has insulted me and malign my image in the society. I am going to get the negative report through RTI and want to know the person who has submtted my address verification report as negative. I have also given them my alternate mobile no.[protected] but nobody prefered to talk to me for resolving my problem.I feel harased and need your help to get the outgoing services restored.

                    Airtel — false address Verification report

                    I dont remember exactly but it may be the 1st or 2nd of June 2009, when i went to the airtel outlet named mobile shoppee at Gandhi bazaar, Bangalore to get my prepaid connection migrated to postpaid. Everything was fine till then, i signed a form got a new sim which i was supposed to insert when the account was activated and an executive was to come to my office the next day to collect the docs and the money(Rs.500).
                    The executive came, i gave him the papers he wanted and RS.500, i asked him for a receipt for which he phoned his office and they conveyed me that a receipt will be generated after the account was activated. Fine i believed them

                    The exec said that it would take at least 3 days for the migration, fine, after 4 days nothing happened so i went to their office and inquired and the reply i got was that the Sim provided to me was technically unfit so i had to be given a new one. When i asked why was i not informed till now and that too wen i have come down to the place, they had no answers. well fine that level of shoddy service we Indians have come to terms with our so called world class service providers.
                    New Sim New Day.
                    3 more days gone, surprise nothing happened(or is it a surprise???)
                    early morning went to their office was assured that it will happen that very day.
                    Again no surprises nothing happened.
                    Come afternoon i again visited their office, they said that a AV was done on my resi which i confirmed was done and my brother had met the guy and also i told them that i had recd a phone call frm the airtel off., regarding a visit to my business place, had given them the directions and the timing to come any time before 2:00 pm but had no visit.

                    They now said that they wanted a resi address proof, an executive came down to my office, i gave a signed photo copy of my Bank Pass book(which has a photo on it and is a PSU bank).
                    i tod the person that he will need the transaction parts too but he contacted his office and said that it was not necessary.

                    Again no prizes for guessing nothing happened.
                    I again went down to the centre and the reply i got was so shocking that it in my books it wud be termed as the joke of the century.
                    The mail they recd from the AV dept. was that a person had visited my office, met the front office executive and that he was refused to be provide with my details.
                    Now comes the joke part.
                    1. I am small time businessman( i run my own trading business and have no so called front office(though i wished i had one, so emphatically stressed upon by your exec.)
                    2.I had given the nearest land mark as Deluxe roadlines office( in your AV report it was mentioned as Deluxe bar, may be the thought process of the caller who took my details were somewhere else )

                    I told them clearly that no AV was done and nobody contacted me, so the guys at the shoppee told that ok give us one more day and we will see to it.

                    this was getting on my nerves now, how big or small a person may be but time is precious to all and sundry.

                    the next day they said that the report was that they tried to cantact me but the phone was not reachable, i told them that i was in the office the whole day, showed them the call register where i had received and called people from around India.

                    i gave them a final days time to rectify it or else return my money.

                    Yesterday evening they were still unable to do that, they said that the money cant be refunded before 40 days, i confronted them that how can that be when no receipt was generated and they had no answers

                    Airtel — verification phase

                    i purchased prepaid airtel connection no. [protected] on 2.12.2009. around 21.12.2009 Someone on behalf of airtel called me and said that they will come for verification and asked for landmark and convenient time to meet me. I informed them anytime after 7 pm. further i informed them that i am having postpaid connection of airtel for the past 5 years. On 23.12.2009 i received a msg stating that the company representative could not meet me and hence my services has been disconnected. I categorically deny ur msg as my house is never lockedNo representative visited my house . If at all, the the representative really visited my house, he should have immediately contacted over mobile requesting me reach home to complete th mandatory formalities. Further i am residing in the address for the past 2 decades and all the neighbors will vouch for this.The attitude o[censored]r representative is disgusting and nauseating. when i contacted airtel i was informed to fill fresh forms which i will not do. i want u to reactivate the connection immediately. i will approach necessary forum as i cud prove that ur representative did not come to my house.

                      CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS

                      This one is for your attention!!!

                      This is in regards to my Airtel Broadband connection. I have been a customer with Airtel for over 1.5 years now. Never during this entire period my bill exceeded my monthly usage limit of 2GB except for the last 2 months wherein I have been billed Rs. 6500(for over usage of my DSL connection). Despite of around 15-20 calls to Airtel to date, the issue has still not...

                        I have launched following complaint in July, but i got following response after getting following comment i mailed them all my details but no action taken yet.I think these peoples are not going to give me my refund.What a poor condition of airtel! they now started fooling customers..Cheaters ...never believe on them..they have lots of hidden conditions(All executives has different opinions, solutions, suggestions..)and we are the fool people to trust them...

                        I bought Airtel postpaid connection([protected] Fortune plan) in March 09 at my door.
                        Some guys come (samiksha was the main sales executive who made me fool along with her manager) i have been told to give cheque on Bharti Airtels name for rs. 500 /- which is refundable in 1st 3 months.There was no activation charge when i received 1 letter from airtel which is from Mr Rajiv Bose CSD head it states that Security deposit is of 250 rs. (but i have been told that for Fortune Plan its 500 as security deposit.and there is no activation fees for it.)i have been told that it is receipt of your cheque given to Airtel.that time i confirmed about my deposit on phone which was 500 rs.
                        I do have two other cards of Airtel but this was worst experience with Airtel and its fake sales Executives.They commited many wrong thing which includes
                        1) GPRS sirfing free
                        2) DND free
                        3) Caller ID free
                        4) Voicemail free
                        5) Itemised bill free
                        6)SATELLITE NETWORK
                        7)clip charges free
                        8)Roaming rental and roaming charges not there in maharashtra and goa...
                        But strange i have been charged for calling customer care (23-3 -09; 09- 03 -09;[protected]
                        Yahoo services(24 april; 6 may) which i dint used for 20 rs.I received sms of Thank you for using yahoo services and you are charged for 10 rs for 7 days...I called you for that your people said its not active you wont get charged but after 7 days i got another message(Same)..Will never plan to use Airtel postpaid.But what should i do now? These people are saying there is no such deposit, I want my money back.I do have printed paper they sent me which has security deposit mentioned as 250 rs. But actually its 500 rs.When i get call while disconnection those executives also said that i will get my refund in 45 days after permanent disconnection, now its disconnected on 13 th May 09.

                        Pl help me what should i do, whom should i contact.

                        I went to CC office at Ulhasnagar, the officers are also saying there is no such deposite, and it was activation fees.Now a days each service provider give free activation so i trusted the sales executive which came on door at Ambarnath from Lower Parel.The sales executives name was Samiksha [protected] and she gave me one executives no saying he is boss, his name is Nilesh [protected].I called him, he said she has left the job, then he gave me his Boss's number its [protected].he said he will do something and give me my money of deposit but now he is also avoiding my calls, What should i do now, You have made loss of 500 rs of mine.I want it in any case, get it from these peoples and return it to me, wjhen i brought the card there were no any condition to get my deposite refund then why you people are fooling us?I have sent the mail with my contact details on [protected]@airtel.in but i dint get any reply regarding this.If you dont want to return deposit then why did you took it, Dont you have any other way to fool peoples.

                        I want my refund in any case.

                        Yes.. Airtel has started fooling people up. So many customer care complaints.. but no response till now.
                        this airtel service is tooooooo bad &worst service my sim activation 72 hrs is over still now no activation. the peoples r working r not yhe customer srevice is cheated he is promised 24hrs activation why this people cheated.in a.p. circle royalaseema division chittoor dist all heades not give proper service not responding phone calls.this type of service is given the great AIRTEL.
                        still my sim is not activation.mob no [protected] .iam 4to5 yrs customer.
                        Airtel is a good company but the only main thing is that no proper service is provide the call centre exec are abusing customers at night time specially and the seniors never come on call means there is no escallation no proper tat is given for a problem for 1 query one exec will say it will take 4 hours while others will say it would take 48 hours no proper service...

                          This is to bring to your kind attention that we have recently started using the airtel broadband and landline connection, that is, from 22nd May, 2009. Even one month had not passed and the instrument that we had bought started giving problems. Firstly it was unclear voice and then gradually calls started getting dis-connected.
                          When we complained for it, it was not once but many times that we got the assurance of getting the problem solved. One day a serviceman came and replaced the new instrument with a decently OLD looking one ! He called that as a temporary solution of sorts, but now it seems that after one and a half months getting passed we are hopeless that anything will be done to rectify the matter !
                          We did try to contact the (so called) customer ""CARE"" centres but that proved to be of no use.

                          Everytime they used to give a complaint number and every time on their own they used to send a confirmatory message exclaiming that the problem has been solved.
                          Eventually it seems that we committed a big blunder on choosing AIRTEL..I think we should have continued with the old connection in that case..!!! rather we have decided that if nothing happens within 48 hours now we will discontinue with airtel

                            airtel/Digital tv — No after Sale service

                            My Customer ID is [protected], i am not able to view the chanel from last 15 days in my Airtel digital TV. I have resistered the complain on 1st july 2009, there after I am regularly calling the customer care of Airtel. I also have a word with senior supervisor Mr. Sanjod and Mr.Narendra Kumar, they are making me a false promises that your complain will be resolved within 24 hrs but till date there is not remideal messure is taken form the side of airtel.

                            Further my prepaid account is debited by them without viewing the chanels

                            I also became the victim of Airtel digital TV.

                            First it took 3 days plus for the installation ( I was told that the installation will be done on the same day of the payment).
                            after the installation done,
                            2nd day only the video started flickering and I registered the complain.

                            the worst thing happen when the Engg. came and did nothing other then passing the time by changing the cables. they gave wrong report to the head office.

                            Also, There is no response from customer care. It is the worst and i suggest everyone not to go for the Air tel digital TV. I have very good exp. with TATA sky service and quality.

                            please do not take risk with Airtel digital TV.

                            Air tel digital TV customer care 7& after sale services are very bad.my set top box stop working when any power cut or stopping of power and not started at least from 2-3 hours.when i complaint to customer care they told me engineer will look after your complaint but he will charge you 100/- this is ridicules if your signal is proper and set top is not working then it is responsibility of air tel digital TV to solve the problem without any charge because we have already paid of services.i m very much disappointed from services of air tel digital TV.

                            ar sir,I am having airtel dth, i am facing problem since last 4 days, i have registered my complaint 3 times to their customer care center, their executives are not well trained to understand exact problem. I gave them problem showing on my tv screen that is error code-sm2, but their executive not able to explain what is exact problem.they told your problem will be solved within 24 hrs but 4 days already passed, it is not solved.                             Hello,

                            We are facing the same problem (error code:SM2), actually even worse. After many calls neither any one turned up nor we got any engineer's phone number.

                            We have called Airtel DTH people several times to come and change the direction of the dish as their direction of satellite is changed. (Error code SM2 says that). After several complaint no one turned up and also no update or call from their side.

                            Today is India-Pak Semi final match we are going to miss it just because of Airtel's pathetic service. Also to mention their executives are rude, they dont have enough information handy with them and keep us on hold for a long time, which is irritating.

                            Everytime we call them they give us fake promises of resolving the issue. Yesterday morning we called and they said by evening it will be alright, but nothing happened. Yesterday night we called and they promised for today morning, again same story. They are keep on pushing the problem rather than resolving it.
                            finally my problem solved on 30/3/11, thanks to Airtel, , , ,
                            their people came and change the position of Dish...
                            I am facing the same problem (error code:SM2), actually even worse. After many calls i am not able to reach to any Customer care executive.

                              I had both broadband and lndline of airtel. I found the billings of broadband very huge since my downloading is very very minimal. Even during the period of my absence from my home which was kept locked for a month, I received broadband downloading charges' bill. Fortunatelt I 'm also a subscribe rof Airtel mobile services and the bills for the same period (May 09) shows roaming charges for all my calls made from Tamilnad state. My lawyer says it's a fit case for consumer -forum .
                              I seek your guidance.

                                I have recharge my airtel prepaid no. +91-[protected] on 14th July 2009 of Rs. 1000 and i got only Rs. 904.63 (approx) but at that time their is scheme that i[censored] get recharge ur airtel prepaid no. of Rs. 1000 then u get talktime of Rs. 1100. But still i hvnt get remaining amount of Rs. 196(approx). i call customer care no. so many times but i hvnt get any positve reply from them.
                                So plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                  I was in prepaid connection with three nos, as i recd an enquiry call for cug connection, i accepted that and changed my three connections to postpaid with existing number, the same was activated from 22/07/09. Without informing they have disconnected the outgoing option for the two numbers of my parents which was in cug. Really iam fedup with this and immediately called airtel dealers who have called me for cug to cancel this postpaid connection.

                                  I have also deposited Rs.300/- for each line and total Rs.900/- for 3 lines. Please help me i don't want to go here and their i want the existing number to be tranfered as prepaid as it was earlier.

                                  we convert my mobile connection postpaid to prepaid. airtel excutive tell me that your sim activating time is 24 hour. but my sim is activate after 30 hour's my sim get airtel signle but incoming and outgoing facilty was bard. when i contect airtel customer care centre through 121 they tell me that your farmelities is not submit so your incominng and out going facility is bard. they request me for submiting farmelities but i told him that i was submit farmelities yesterday. then they me and again contact air tel customer sarvice centre. i am going to customer care centre and they told me again that your facility are activate after 2 hour but after 8 hours til right now my in and out going facility does not activate. airtel customer sarvice centre excutive are talk his customer just like as hitler.my no. is [protected]

But to my surprise when I called to C.Care those people are telling that you didnt changed the f&f number then how can u get the discounts. though I called up several times and informed to C.Care to change my no. My request had been made to deaf ear and moreover when I said to check i[censored] have any doubt on this to plz check my recorded voice in your database. Now what I need is that as and when I informed about the discount from that date onwards till now, it should be implemented.

                                      Hi Helping Team,

                                      i have been using Airtel Gprs Plan for 249 rental.

                                      i havt told in the start that i will be charged 20 ps per 50 kb surfing.

                                      they charged me 7 thousand ruppes for only 7 days. i.e. 21 thousand per month

                                      is it possible in realllity, Other CPs offer so smart services like

                                      BSNL unlimted plan with 2 mbps, 15 thousand per month for industril and with UNLIMITED acess.

                                      what the HELLL is this, airtel = 100 kbps, per month 21 thousand, no unlimited acess, what is this ?

                                      i am NOT GOING TO PAY anything aprt from my actual use, ?

                                      i will prefer to go to net on cyber cafe, even though i use Brodband on inetrnet cafe, i will be charged 10/ hour and for 10 hours ( this is maximum one person can surf ) i will be crged 100 rupees.

                                      so, monthly 3 thousand ruppes. ok . this is NOT AT ALL aceepteble by anyone.

                                      this is not a JOKE kind of thing airtel is offering its customer, .

                                      please help me to solve this dilema. i am being cheated by airtel.

                                      four drawbacks of airtel.

                                      1) Low speed, less than 100 kbps
                                      2) no unlimited surfing
                                      3) EXCESSIVE HUGE billing like 7 thousands per week. huhhhhh enough...

                                      Others have
                                      1) 2 mbps speed, BSNL,
                                      2) unlimted surfing
                                      3) industrial plan.
                                      4) proper billing like, 10 thousnad per month/

                                      Airtel — Excessive Charging for the use of GPRS Fascility

                                      I have used GPRS fascillity for only one day on dated 11/01/08 and then deactivated but airtel charged me Rs. 75 for the same.Whenever I tried tocall at customer care the avoid it by saying me that the System is not Updated.And after 15-20 days when I called again at Call Center,they are saying me that u had accessed Chargable sites with NOP.Now tell me that How could I access NOP when my GPRS was activated.
                                      Ultimately they are giving me wrong information and trying to avoid me.
                                      Suggest me the steps for the REFUND

                                      THIS IS KANCHAN GUPTA. MY MOBILE NO. IS [protected].
                                      I WAS FACING PROBLEM TO CONNECT WITH NET BY MY NO. SINCE 5TH OF DEC. I HAD REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT SO MANY TIMES BUT THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME ANY CONCERN. I ALSO UNABLE TO CONNECT WITH CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES. AFTER NOT GETTING ANY ATTENTION I DISCONNECTED THIS SERVICE NEAR ABOUT 13 OR 14 DEC. BUT EVENAFTER THEY CUT RS. 98 AS A MONTHLY RENTAL ON 17 DEC 2010. WHEN I CALLED UP ON 12118 THAT GIRL DENIED .BUT TODAY ON 16TH OF JAN 2011 I CALLED UP AT 198 COMPLAINT HELPLINE THE GUY TOLD THERE WAS A DEDUCTION OF BAL 98 FROM MY AMT . I TOLD HIM THAT PLS CONNECT ME WITH TECHNICAL SUPPORT LINE BUT AFTER A LONG WAIT THEY DISCONNECTED. I WANT TO REQUEST YOU THAT PLZ RESOLVE MY PROBLEM. WHEN I DIDN'T USE SERVICE OR I DISCONNECTED IT EARLIER WHY THEY CUT MY BAL . PLZ SIR SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .

                                      AirTel — Billing for GPRS

                                      1.) I have a request[protected] logged in my profile which is not requested by me. The request was taken in 2010 whereas I have taken the number in 2012. Before settling the previous arrears, you have provided me the number. Now, its not clear who is the owner of the sim.

                                      2.) I have a credit limit of 1000 rs on my number and I received a bill of 18000+ which is 19 times more then my credit limit. I was in knowledge that the bill never exceeds from the credit limit. I never received any notification regarding the exceeding of the credit limit and was not informed about it. I was on a 2G plan which was activated on my request but was not provided complete information of the usage. It was in bit confusion that its 2GB free or 1GB free. I should have been notified and calls should have been barred when I crossed my usage limit. I was notified and call was barred when I reached 20 times more of my credit limit. For the same issue, I have called the customer service many times but they did not resolve my issue and just kept on assuring that I will receive a call back. I was promised the call back thrice but had not received even once. The calls were transferred to managers (Sumathi) but still the issue was not resolved. If I was clear about my usage and the charges incurring to me, I would have never used the service to this extent so that I will recieve such a huge amount of bill.
