Incoming call from friendz chat

Dear Whoever concern

I am the customer of airtel mobile. in my mobile i am getting daily call from freindz chat, i dont know from where this call is coming but it is really very irritative.
i just want to cancel my number from freindz chat.

Dear Team

I have purchased this No (+91-[protected]) dated[protected] and my documents was not accepted due to my Add proof was not accepted coz. it is Electric bill which is named to my mother then i send again my document and i think so that it is now accepted coz. it has not came back still at shop, from where i have purchased the SIM and since almost 5 days my no. is not working even i am not able to call at Airtel customer...

calling charges is too high

respected sir,

sir i using AIRTELbroadband from past one year from bigging its self my billing charges are soo high like Rs.1200, Rs.1300, Rs.1350 due to call charges they not even reducing call charges . basically most of them using mobiles so if we call from broadband to mobile na it tooks RS1.10 paise per min, better they can offer any booster card like cuttercard from tat we can manage billling charges, or they can reduce...

GPRS charged even after deactivation

I have made numerous complaints and have also followed the formalities of deactivating the GPRS service on my airtel postpaid account, but still I have been charged Rs.399 in the current bill and Rs.399 in the last months bill.I have been charged this amount wrongly twice in the months of May 2009 and June 2009.I have made complaints but the customer service executives either disconnect the calls or transfer it to another executive.

TEXT MESSAGES NOT DELIVERED

My brother is sending messages from his airtel mobile from india toUK. i recieevd them till last week ok. now he says he send nearly 4 text messages from India which were urgent...and i did not get them, , , his money is deducted...Please do the needful as soon as possible...i want it to be sorted immidiately....

payment not registered at your end

Hey,


I am using an airtel post paid connection ( no.- [protected]). The payment for the month
may- june was made on 31st June by cheque (chq no.- 099502) amounting Rs. 1, 597 at your
paschim vihar branch. The amount was debited from my a/c (Axis Bank, Punjabi Bagh) on 4th
of June as per my bank statement.
And twice I have faxed a copy of my bank statement on your [protected] no.....

gprs (aon) service

i have been active gprs(aon) service this time i have been call custmer care center too many time for gprs(aon) setting in my mobile i am using sumsung E1410 hendset still i cant recive setting for this service and not used this service pl do need full, i cant talk with custmer care excutiv this time and my custmer care line have been ban for this day. i have lost money of Rs. 99.00 already this time also before this type service i cant use...

Fraud of Online Recharge

Hi, Everybody

I am using Airtel Prepaid connection mobile number [protected]. I recharged my prepaid mobile through ICICI online banking using my account fund. And my recharged get failed on that day but my money is deducted and not yet transferred back to my account. I made complain 5 times on disputed date but not yet received the money.
Finally i want to tell you everybody please don't recharge with online banks....

Fraud business

The sales agent will call any give you the details of the rates and ask you to select buy now option from the website and once you complete all the details the hit submit the process will display error message on the first line and on the next paragraph it will display approved and will charge to your credit card.
But you will not get any email or any login in information, if you call the number customer support no body will pick up....

Disconnection of Post paid service for want of address proof

I hold an airtel connection with number [protected]. I had shifted my house from Saligramam to Ramapuram, Porur in May09. On 7.7.09, the airtel office staff called to my mobile and said he was coming to collect address proof. That person could not able find my house inspite of repeated guidance to my address. An employee from porur office could not find an address in the same locality and he left without coming for address proof collection....

Not receiving incoming STD calls

I have been using the Airtel SIM ([protected]) since 24th April 2009. I am not getting incoming STD calls (only one or two people are able to call me) from the beginning, whenever anybody is calling they are getting the message as "This no. does not exist."
I have raised online log in Airtel site on 12th June & I contacted Airtel many a times but every time they are telling that this issue is escalated to some or other...

Fraudant,confusing& misleading sms s to recharge super value card

I am a prepaid customer of airtel, of orissa state, Although i have special tarif validity till nov- 2009, I got one sms that by recharging special tariff voucher of Rs 50, I could get Eastern region std calls at Rs0.70 p/minute. I recharge that spl tarif voucher but after that my special tarif validity was reduced to july -2009, This is disgusting that Airtel is misleading and abstracting fraudant charges with confusing sms.

no service even after payment

My name is jai rajra.i recently installed the much hyped airtel digital tv.and i consider my decision as the worst decision ever made in my life.Even after making full payment made to them i am not getting any services from theie end.after calling customer care a number of times it just resulted in me having a sore throat due to the shouting and cursing that i had to subject them to and a bad headache.the customer care services is the worst...

renewal into yahoo!zone without permission

i have a prepaid connection of airtel with mobile no.[protected]and i get auto renewed into this yahoo zone without my permission for the past year or so and every time i end up shelling 30 bucks, its hightime this service is deactivated at the earliest else serious action will be taken against the service provider...

Mobile signal

We have been facing network connectivity issues for the last 2 years. Eventhough the place is very close to Electronic City - The IT HUB, in Bangalore, the signal strength is pathetic. Most of the times, signal is not available, even when its available, we will not be able to make or recieve calls. Vodafone and BSNL are working perfectly fine. Migration of to prepaid against a request for safe custody

I requested for safe custody of my mobile number [protected], a post paid connection, 0n 6th may'09 as i was on tour to USA for 8 to 12 weeks.
