Unfair Trade Practise

Fed up with the increasingly terrible service from Airtel -- and after 2 months of registering complaints about network coverage in Marathahalli area -- I went and took a new GSM connection from another service provider (BSNL).

Airtel GPRS Disconnects after 10-15 MIn

During Use of AIRTEL GPRS connection sometimes after 15 MIn or sometimes 30 Min. data send and receive of data stops and when we again estabilish connection then works fine for some time .

IN Night after 12.00AM it happens in every 5-10 MIn....

Regarding my airtel prepaid account reactivation - money lost in reactivation

I have a Airtel Pre-Paid connection (Number:[protected]. I was using it happily, one day it stopped functioning, no calls I was able to make as well as no incoming calls. I contacted Airtel, Indira Nagar office and they communicated that recharge validity was over. I couldnot recharge it on time due to my hectic work schedule and vacations.
