sir I have lodged a complaint yestarday against AIRTEL WAP that they are charging Rs 10 daily from my account from last four days.please stop it immediately no action has taken from your side today again i recieved sms from64611010 thanks for using [subscription, Text BasedServices]subscription service on Airtel WAP. Youve been charged Rs 10. Enjoy http://m.infun.com.I do not know what is the use of complaint that they still charging please deactivate this service immediately and debit Rs 40 in my account my cell no [protected] .thanking you dharmendrakumar

    My Nokia 3110 Classic with Airtel Pre-paid sim No. [protected] was pick pocketed in Sayaji Nagri Express on 05 Jan 2009 on way to Ahmedabad. For this I lodged a FIR at Bhuj City Police Stn and further I got the new sim of the same No. after producing identity documents.
    My problem starts afetr the new sim got activated, I got a call from an unknown No., on qurreying the caller told that this No. is of his friend who called him earlier same day. I politely and diplomatically got his and his friends address noted with me. Then I immediately checked my phone's balance, which was 160/- Rs less from the time it was stolen. I then went to the Bhuj airtel office where I reside and asked them to provide me the Call details during that period in which the said person has made the outgoing calls from my mobile. But they said that they can't provide me such details. Though I have also given them the copy of FIR they were adamant. Then I told them I am asking these information under RTI act for my mobile, as there is nothing wrong in it. Then they told me OK we will not give you the information here and it will come to you by post on your address and 50/- Rs will nbe charged. Is this right that 50/- Rs are charged for the information ? Can they provide me the information instantly? Till 12 Jan I have not recieved any information from airtel. By getting me late, they are hampering my chances of retrieving my mobile. The person above mentioned for stealing the mobile also has not gone to the city where I contacted since then, and his shop Owner where he worked also suspects that because of this he has not come back to Jalgaon. Pl provide me assistance.

      Dear Sir,

      Airtel has been deducting Rs 10 daily from my pre-paid mobile number [protected]. They have cut with the number 64611010 on the dates 2nd Jan, 3rd jan, 4th Jan5th Jan, 8th Jan9th jan, Total they have cut rupees sixty. This has given be mental torture daily. I was disperate to stop so I have been calling then right from 3rd Jan to 11th Jan. This was really torture.

      I have to spend 145 rupeeds which was balance in my prepaid mobile on 10th night in order that Airtel will not cut.

      On my requests they have creted ten ruppees on 5th jan, 10rupees on 8th jan and two rupees on 10th Jan. I do not know how do they calculate.

      Once they asked me to send SMS to 57886 with the word CSUB. I had send the SMS twice but 3 rupees they have deducted but I have got the message this service temporarly not available. Some how I have been victim and mentally upset.

        deactivation of m.igfun.com
        i am from Delhi.my airtel preoaid number is [protected].
        From 12th january morning i received message from 64611010.i am charged Rs 10 per day from 12th january though i did not subscribe for m.igfun.i called to airtel customer care.
        as per reference number i am adviced to visit the above website and deactivate the service.but i dont even find any way to deativate the service.
        kindly pay attention to my problem.

          I'm a airtel prepaid customer & have 2 airtel sims & both are campus card nos. As per the campus card policy, call from any campus card no. To any other campus card no. Is 10 paise, & from past couple of days i'm getting charged at normal rate, i. E., 1 ruppee/minute. I have been following up for long now & continiously but with the wrong ppl i suppose.

          I have experienced the most cheapest & useless customer care ever, the up customer care by the no. 1 service provider in mobiles, i just dont understand what & who made it no. 1, i'm really sorry that such a company with this pathetic customer service executives is no. 1, i think all [censored]s work in thr...
          1. The executives dont know thr job!
          2. The executives dont listen to customers
          3. The executives dont have any idea abt the product
          4. The executives dont have & floor supervisor or team leader
          5. Incase thr is a tl or flr. Sup. Thy are having dinner/lunch or not on thr seat or busy with some other customer & finally in meeting even at night 1 am. (Joke by airtel itself)
          6. May be airtel is not having any control over its executives & staff over them who are very easily fooling thr customer by giving any false update.
          7. The executives dont want to understands the customers problem, bt wnt to keep the phn asap. May be that will lead to thr efficient customer service executive.
          8. Every executive gives different update, bt no one is interested to listen to the problem wht customer is saying. (Airtel employees making fun of thr own company which pays them, how good is that) finally the executives will shutdown ur ivr so that u cant make any call to the customer service (Thats how airtel works).
          9. The executives will tell u that they have made a note of what u r complaining bt wont provide you any complaint no. (Which clearly shows that they dont generate a complaint in thr system)
          10. The airtel arc (Airtel relationship centre) why the hell have they opened so many arc's i dont understand, coz i[censored] go in any arc thr systems are down, how good is that now?
          11. Bloody the useless & the cheapest & the up customer service is provided by airtel.
          12. Its really shameful & embarrasing for the customers that the company which calls itself no. 1 is providing such pathetic service.

          Dear Sir,

          I have submitted all documents and taken airtel sim one week back and activated on same day. but after one week i got a call from airtel that some problem is their in my application and they are going to disconnect the incoming and outgoing calls like that, hence now i am requesting u that i want to know what is the problem in my application and please give me 48 hours time to resubmitt the same in airtel offfice.
          dear sir, i filed my request yesterday but u have not responded. i recieved sms on 19/aug/08 at 10:15 am from 6787 that thanks for downloading laal duppata as ur hellotune and balance has been deducted.but sir i haven't downloaded it again because my hellotune already existing since 2nd week of july.so y such mistake commited from ur side. i call customer care and complained about it, he says sir wrong balance has been deducted from ur account and we will give ur balance back within 24 hour, but i haven't got my balance back yet. so sir u pls quickly take some action and follow request of one o[censored]r lovingly customer.

          Airtel Prepaid — pathetic services

          recently i bought airtel prepaid in kanpur(26 june, 2008) from local shoppe.also i got it activated for internet usage via MOBILE OFFICE card by paying 45o Rs., but the irony is that till date i m not able to use it or u can say i m not provided services.i called customer care people several times bt each time they contadict statements given by their fellows, anywys they where good for nothing.now they had barred my customer care service no. from calling them even, i approached local airtel office bt they where also helpless as they are only hired for money minting purpose by airtel.at last i m trying to register compliant on consumer forum as i think these people really need a lesson...plz if anybody can suggest sol.
          This has reference to unwanted calls on Mobile No. [protected].

          Eventhough, I have not called, I have been receiving the calls from the following mobile numbers since 15 days to confirm whether I have called to them.

          Mobile Nos. : - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected].

          In the matter, I have already made the compliant at Airtel Gallery located Vashi. However, I have not received any positive response.

          You are therefore requested to look into the matter for stop the unwanted calls from above numbers and also confirm whether my number ([protected]) is allocated to any other person.
          I have got a airtel prepaid sim card three days ago but this sim card was not registered please caked and registered now. sim no.[protected] and mobile no. [protected]

          MMS activation you need 6-Hours, You can not activate immediately?
          OK more than 12 Hours passed till now not activated, How about your services you can justify
          Study and improve your services, it is very essential now a days in the competetive market. Customer dissatisfaction is a slow poison take care!.

          Totally my family is using 3 sims, For MMS activation tried in 2sims You can refer the messages regarding the above matter ( mobile no.[protected] and [protected])

          POSSIBLE TO EDUCATE YOUR LOCAL DEALERS ABOUT YOUR SEVICES AND PROMOTIONS
          IT WILL REACH TO YOUR CUSTOMERS PROPERLY.
          my mobile no is [protected], on 15/08/2009 10 rs were deducted without any usage, then i complianed to the customer care, with an hour i received the refund of rs10, but after an hour 10 rs again deucted and my sent messages showed 10 messages sent but actuaaly i have not sent any messages, on next day i tried to cal customer care but i cannot connected.

          So, please u r requested to see the matter and solve that problem as early as possible.

            I took connection from Airtel on 15th Nov 2008 with number [protected]. I submitted all documents but nobody cam for verification for 40days and I need to change home after that. Airtel sent somebody to verify address and obviously he couldn't. I was asked to submit document again. I submitted all documents again at Airport Road Bangalore agent Mohammad(In front of Lella Hotel). He didn't send it to Airtel. Airtel sent me SMS and I talked to Customer care and thet said they didn't receive document. I talked to Mohammad again and he said he did that. He asked me to give document again and I did so. On 7th Jan Airtel disconnected my connection. After that I am going and taking to aganet daily and he is promising that connection will be reinstated again in evening that evening has not arrived yet.

            I think Airtel should take strict action against such agents. They should be barred to provide connection. I talked to owner of Airtel shop Sunil also but still noaction yet. Mohammad is saying he will get it done soon by his ditributor but no hope yet. Airtel and agaent is not returning my talk time money too.

            Is consumer court an option as I don't want to leave these corrupt guys.

            Same guy Mohammad also did same with me too. He is very rude and never listen to any customer. I think Airtel should take action against him.

                  Immidiately deactivate the funservices for which u r consistently deducting Rs10/- per or tommorow i am going to file an FIR in the local police station seeking help to deactivate. Airtel is using unethical ways to extract money from the customers and chennai customer care is helpless to even file a customer complaint.
                  The unethical trade practices are started once again from Airtel Service Providers without taking consent in written or by sms by customer, How they can subscribe us to igmobi.com fun services. They really making fun by doing these kind of cheating activities to customers, Even me also, same thing that a message appears that they have deducted money Rs. 10/- per day for text based wap services, even I have not entered to that service...

                  Very much awarness shall be produced in the customers regarding this as well as I demand return of money and there after we must keep away from us ...these worst service private sector service providers.

                  ANNAPPA — Deactivation of igmobi.com subscription

                  I have Airtel phone connection, but every day I am losing Rs. 10/- which is deducted from my account stating that I have entered to a funzone . I never did and it it not come to my notice at all, Even though I have called up to the customer care they only assure me that it will be deactivated within 24 hrs. But days together, till now they deducting money from my account.

                  This is merely nothing but cheating. Without taking our consent,
                  how can they activate the subscription?

                  Now a days these kind of happenings are very much caused by telecom companies.

                  I want justice regarding this and I want my money back along with proper punishement to the causer. My cell No. [protected]

                    We have taken your pco service(NO. [protected], [protected]) name of Raga International. I have your 2 phone set and both battery back-up is not good. I have complain to Mr. Vikas your agent but he is not responding me as well as i have recharge the 5000 amount in 1 phone set and he have not given me the bill. I have the purchasing bill thru Galaxy Telecom.
                    Is this your company image by this you are standing in the market. This is the nature of your business.

                      Ihave lost my sony ericssion mobile s.n. [protected] having airtel no. [protected] on date at 4.00p.m.I HAD GONE to lodge FIR with police, they refused to record the same.I WENT TO air tel office, they explained that they will not deactivate the same until and unless they receive copy of FIR.I have left with no option except to lodge complaint through this manner. There fore, once again i request to deactivate my no.Thanks

                        This mail is in regards that after registering in DNC service from 16/09/2008, I am getting the tellecalls till now. Everytime whenever i received a tellecall, i have to report and submit the same report to Airtel customer care for the serious actions. Even today i have received the tellecall from RIL money[protected]& kotak mahindra,[protected].

                        Reference number for Registration is W[protected]
                        Date of registration with NDNC:- 16/09/2008..


                        Kindly suggest me how to get a rid of this kind of Nuisance from the service provider.

                          Even after sending message and calling in vain for decativating my Airtel WAP service it is yet to be done by the company.They are deducting Rs 10 from my rbalance daily, I don't use the above emntioned services. By not deactivation this they are forcing me to stop using the number which I am using it for the past 7 to 8 years.I find it difficult to do outgoing calls as Rs 10 gets deducted daily.We are forced to escalate the same to TRAI and other Goverment telecom authorities.

                          Airtel — Un-nessecary charges even after de-activation of connection

                          Hi All,
                          I ma using Airtel for the last one year and intially at the very first when I contacted airtel about my data call facility in my data sim, they made it perfect & correct for the first the first 2 sim cards.
                          So I thought the service would be good & nice for further use. So I requested for more 12 numbers in past 3 months but I faced a bad and ubeliviabled worst service from most of the airtel outlet even the main Santhome showroom one of it.

                          Actually no data service was been activated for 12 numbers which is taken in last 3 months and atlast after more problem we got it by this month november.

                          And once we got this we surrenderred some of two number which bought first on novermber 1. As our billing period is from 25-25 of every month, the last bill for these two number which received by november 11 and we paied it. And once now on december 3" 07 once again we received a bills for the two numbers which we surrended on 1 of november.

                          And the issue seems to be continued. This is one of the problem that we faced in the past 6 months.

                          We have more problems that can't be explained now in this. So I would like to meet the higher authority in airtel so they should have power in sorting this. Please recommend me the person to meet.

                            To whome it may concern

                            I am Yatendra Singh Chauhan from Powai Mumbai.
                            I was using Airtel since last one year, on 24 December 2008, I am offered a postpaid connection on thr same number by Airtel office, I accepted the offer, the very next day a person from Airtel came to me and collected all my related documents, photos and a fees of Rs 300.00 in cash.
                            On 26th December I got my postpaid connection activated.
                            But suddenly on 02nd January 2009, my outgoing calls and SMS facility is barred.
                            On 07th January my SIM registration is cancelled.
                            On contacting customer care they are saying we will see.
                            One lady named miss . Akshaya ( Mobile No. [protected] )contacted me from Airtel on 7th January, she told me to fax the landline bill of my billing address to her, I followed the same and I was told that the SIM will be activated within a day.
                            But till today my problem has not been solved and Miss. Akshaya is not taking my call and transfering to some other numbers .
                            If Airtel Mumbai is not in a position to provide proper services to the customers, I request them not to harras the customers, just straight way say, we can't help. so that we can go for other options.

I have given the needed documents at goregaon west gallery on 26.04.2009 and they had told me that the procedure will take 48hrs, but after that my number is not yet activated, kindly consider my complaint and do the needful.

                            So, I had gone to your Fort gallery on 2nd September 2010 and received a duplicate SIM which was to be activated within 4 hours but the same was not activated after 4 hours.

                            Subsequently, when I had called your helpdesk, he told that there is a problem with the SIM and he would deliver the same within one working day. Since then I had been following up continuously but till date neither I had received the SIM and again I had been receiving false commitment from your
                            helpdesk that he would deliver my duplicate SIM but till date no one has turned up.

                            Service is very poor and pathetic from your end.

                            Kindly escalate the same at the earliest.

                                Airtel Prepaid — Deduction of balance for archie comics

                                For more than six I have charged 10 every month for archie comics subscription although I had never used it or even subscribed it. I have made repeated complians to Airtel customer but all efforts went to vain. The message to my mob inbox come like this " You've been renewed for (archie_comics_wap, ComicStrip) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You've been Rs. 10". Sometimes it happens twice a month charged Rs 10 each. I am fed up of this problem. Customer care of airtel on contrary charge the customer for making false complain. They say either " no balance have been deducted" or they say " ok we will stop the service" but they does nothing. I think they should be punished for this type of irresponsible activity.
                                I am also having the same problem; this is just stealing since they debit without our permission and the phone no they give as from[protected] is just that 'phoney' since the response is that it just does not exist!!! Is Airtel a party to this loot; can anybody tell me how to stop this loot.

                                  airtel allways cut my money by his ugly services. it is second time, i m not subcribe any http:gclub.in service. and this service cut my 10 ruppy from my airtel number. if airtel is poor then it will beg money on road . but why cut money form airtel numbers.. please remove service of ""http:gclub.in "" and back my money.. my number is [protected]

                                  i have recharge with Rs.101 then my call charge Rs0.60/min. but before this service i have paid Rs.0.01/sec. now i recharge Rs.28 for 1p/sec. so please activate this service. and pick up my call when i call in service center. my phone no. is [protected].

                                      I'm highly dissatisfied with Airtel Koramangala (Bangalore) outlet. There is no need for such an outlet at all.

                                      * They make you wait like hell to pay your bills to address your issues.
                                      * When you make a payment they don't provide you the bill. At the end you will be surprised to get a call from airtel customer service and tell you that your payment has not been posted. No matter how long you wait or argue you will either have to repay the bill to continue the service or throw away the stupid connection, as I did.

                                      BEWARE OF AIRTEL KORAMANGALA ( OPP TO SHANTI SAGAR ) THEY 'LL CHEAT YOU AND MAKE YOUR LIFE MISERABLE. ALWAYS ASK FOR BILL OR MAKE PAYMENT IN SOME OTHER OUTLET.

                                      I too agree with the pathetic service of this Koramangala Outlet. I was told that the new cell phone connection will be activated in 4hrs time. I submitted all the documents and also paid additonal Rs 50 which they said need for some notry services. No bills for these.
                                      So far it has been more that 24hrs and the service is not activated. Wheever I call customer care tell that they have no clue about it.

                                      The people at this outlet mainly muslims seems to be cheaters. Be careful.
                                      They are making hell out of things for owner ship transfer from my name to my wife name.I visited 4 four times there and the number got disconnected permanently. Because of these kind of services, I am loosing faith on Airtel. When I call to customer, they ask to visit the out let. In the out let, hundreds of people get queued up. They show more interest on payments. Nothing more on any thing else.I advice people not to visite this out let and waste their time.

                                      I too share the same opinion. This is the worst customer care outlet i have ever been to and i dont think it cant be more worse. They treat you like . I went there for postpaid to prepaid migration (thanks to the hopeless postpaid schemes) . They took some 7k from me saying that i was amidst a bill cycle and i have to pay the unbilled amount or something.I paid everything, they gave me a sim and said that my new prepaid sim would go live in 7 days. Its been a frustrating 3rd week and nothing has changed. Except that i just called the customer care for the 8th time querying about this. And the customer care "executives" recommend i visit the office where i gave my application. They want me to travel from Trivandrum to Bangalore for this...Can this be more worse. Oh yea, everytime they promise a call back.. I donno if they ever know what a callback is. because when they say they will callback in 24hours.. i wait for 24 hours and on realising that nothing has happend, i "call them back" again.

                                      Such a frustrating experience dealing with Airtel. Really Really frustrating...
                                      I totally disagree with this comment, But the service which i have got from koramangala outlet is very good, My issue is solved with the help of floor manager, I pay my bills through airtel money which is quick n easy fast
