I, on behalf of my friend I am putting forward a complaint. My friend is a subscriber to your service provider airtel pre-paid connection in Kolkata region bearing the following number: [protected]. Today, 31/12/2008 at around 10:00 AM in the morning suddenly his SIM card got Blocked without any apparent reason. We tried repeatedly to reach the Customer Care Service desk so as to enquire the reason behind the blokage, but to no avail. Lastly we decided to lodge a complaint through e-mail hoping to reach a solution to our problem.
Sir, you might be aware that today is the last day of 2008 and all will be welcoming the new year 2009 with lots of hope and faith. many of his friends, elders will be calling at his number to wish him luck, but this is turning out to be a nightmare for him.
I hope you will understand his problem and try to sort out it as early as possible.

AirTel — deactivate the m.igfun wap service
my moile no. is [protected] please deativate the m.igfun wap service immidiately... i do not want this service to continue... i can't understand what is this service and why they charged Rs. 10.00 daily... please deactivate the this service from my mobile...I am Vijay I am receiving a subcription Tax based service message from m.igfun.com with a number 64611010, Deducting Rs 10/day without using any services or downloading, so please help me to deactivate the service.My mobile no is [protected].After calling to Airtel customer care, they too failed to give a solution to My problem.Please give me solution to rectify my problem.Pls Take immediate actions against this ..
