Immidiately deactivate the funservices for which u r consistently deducting Rs10/- per or tommorow i am going to file an FIR in the local police station seeking help to deactivate. Airtel is using unethical ways to extract money from the customers and chennai customer care is helpless to even file a customer complaint.
The unethical trade practices are started once again from Airtel Service Providers without taking consent in written or by sms by customer, How they can subscribe us to igmobi.com fun services. They really making fun by doing these kind of cheating activities to customers, Even me also, same thing that a message appears that they have deducted money Rs. 10/- per day for text based wap services, even I have not entered to that service...

Very much awarness shall be produced in the customers regarding this as well as I demand return of money and there after we must keep away from us ...these worst service private sector service providers.

ANNAPPA — Deactivation of igmobi.com subscription

I have Airtel phone connection, but every day I am losing Rs. 10/- which is deducted from my account stating that I have entered to a funzone . I never did and it it not come to my notice at all, Even though I have called up to the customer care they only assure me that it will be deactivated within 24 hrs. But days together, till now they deducting money from my account.

This is merely nothing but cheating. Without taking our consent,
how can they activate the subscription?

Now a days these kind of happenings are very much caused by telecom companies.

I want justice regarding this and I want my money back along with proper punishement to the causer. My cell No. [protected]

    We have taken your pco service(NO. [protected], [protected]) name of Raga International. I have your 2 phone set and both battery back-up is not good. I have complain to Mr. Vikas your agent but he is not responding me as well as i have recharge the 5000 amount in 1 phone set and he have not given me the bill. I have the purchasing bill thru Galaxy Telecom.
    Is this your company image by this you are standing in the market. This is the nature of your business.

      Ihave lost my sony ericssion mobile s.n. [protected] having airtel no. [protected] on date at 4.00p.m.I HAD GONE to lodge FIR with police, they refused to record the same.I WENT TO air tel office, they explained that they will not deactivate the same until and unless they receive copy of FIR.I have left with no option except to lodge complaint through this manner. There fore, once again i request to deactivate my no.Thanks

        This mail is in regards that after registering in DNC service from 16/09/2008, I am getting the tellecalls till now. Everytime whenever i received a tellecall, i have to report and submit the same report to Airtel customer care for the serious actions. Even today i have received the tellecall from RIL money[protected]& kotak mahindra,[protected].

        Reference number for Registration is W[protected]
        Date of registration with NDNC:- 16/09/2008..


        Kindly suggest me how to get a rid of this kind of Nuisance from the service provider.

          Even after sending message and calling in vain for decativating my Airtel WAP service it is yet to be done by the company.They are deducting Rs 10 from my rbalance daily, I don't use the above emntioned services. By not deactivation this they are forcing me to stop using the number which I am using it for the past 7 to 8 years.I find it difficult to do outgoing calls as Rs 10 gets deducted daily.We are forced to escalate the same to TRAI and other Goverment telecom authorities.

          Airtel — Un-nessecary charges even after de-activation of connection

          Hi All,
          I ma using Airtel for the last one year and intially at the very first when I contacted airtel about my data call facility in my data sim, they made it perfect & correct for the first the first 2 sim cards.
          So I thought the service would be good & nice for further use. So I requested for more 12 numbers in past 3 months but I faced a bad and ubeliviabled worst service from most of the airtel outlet even the main Santhome showroom one of it.

          Actually no data service was been activated for 12 numbers which is taken in last 3 months and atlast after more problem we got it by this month november.

          And once we got this we surrenderred some of two number which bought first on novermber 1. As our billing period is from 25-25 of every month, the last bill for these two number which received by november 11 and we paied it. And once now on december 3" 07 once again we received a bills for the two numbers which we surrended on 1 of november.

          And the issue seems to be continued. This is one of the problem that we faced in the past 6 months.

          We have more problems that can't be explained now in this. So I would like to meet the higher authority in airtel so they should have power in sorting this. Please recommend me the person to meet.

            To whome it may concern

            I am Yatendra Singh Chauhan from Powai Mumbai.
            I was using Airtel since last one year, on 24 December 2008, I am offered a postpaid connection on thr same number by Airtel office, I accepted the offer, the very next day a person from Airtel came to me and collected all my related documents, photos and a fees of Rs 300.00 in cash.
            On 26th December I got my postpaid connection activated.
            But suddenly on 02nd January 2009, my outgoing calls and SMS facility is barred.
            On 07th January my SIM registration is cancelled.
            On contacting customer care they are saying we will see.
            One lady named miss . Akshaya ( Mobile No. [protected] )contacted me from Airtel on 7th January, she told me to fax the landline bill of my billing address to her, I followed the same and I was told that the SIM will be activated within a day.
            But till today my problem has not been solved and Miss. Akshaya is not taking my call and transfering to some other numbers .
            If Airtel Mumbai is not in a position to provide proper services to the customers, I request them not to harras the customers, just straight way say, we can't help. so that we can go for other options.

            my airtel number [protected] is been disconnected since 22.04.2009. I have given the needed documents at goregaon west gallery on 26.04.2009 and they had told me that the procedure will take 48hrs, but after that my number is not yet activated, kindly consider my complaint and do the needful.
            My Airtel No [protected] is showing Registration Fail

            Pls Help me in this problem.
            all of sudden my Airtel No.[protected] start showing Sim card registration failed..
            i didnt even mess up with pin.or puk..etc..
            all of sudden it happend...
            pls help me to resolve this issue...
            My Mobile No-[protected] and my SIM was lost.

            So, I had gone to your Fort gallery on 2nd September 2010 and received a duplicate SIM which was to be activated within 4 hours but the same was not activated after 4 hours.

            Subsequently, when I had called your helpdesk, he told that there is a problem with the SIM and he would deliver the same within one working day. Since then I had been following up continuously but till date neither I had received the SIM and again I had been receiving false commitment from your
            helpdesk that he would deliver my duplicate SIM but till date no one has turned up.

            Service is very poor and pathetic from your end.

            Kindly escalate the same at the earliest.

                Airtel Prepaid — Deduction of balance for archie comics

                For more than six I have charged 10 every month for archie comics subscription although I had never used it or even subscribed it. I have made repeated complians to Airtel customer but all efforts went to vain. The message to my mob inbox come like this " You've been renewed for (archie_comics_wap, ComicStrip) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You've been Rs. 10". Sometimes it happens twice a month charged Rs 10 each. I am fed up of this problem. Customer care of airtel on contrary charge the customer for making false complain. They say either " no balance have been deducted" or they say " ok we will stop the service" but they does nothing. I think they should be punished for this type of irresponsible activity.
                I am also having the same problem; this is just stealing since they debit without our permission and the phone no they give as from[protected] is just that 'phoney' since the response is that it just does not exist!!! Is Airtel a party to this loot; can anybody tell me how to stop this loot.

                I am fade up with Airtel. I never did any subscription still few messages appears in Inbox. The message to inbox come like this " You've been renewed for (xxx xxx xxxx ) subscription service and you have been charged Rs.10. This happens almost every week. I have made repeated complians to Airtel customer care but no use. I am restless due to this problem. This is nothing less than looting the money of customers.

                      I'm highly dissatisfied with Airtel Koramangala (Bangalore) outlet. There is no need for such an outlet at all.

                      * They make you wait like hell to pay your bills to address your issues.
                      * When you make a payment they don't provide you the bill. At the end you will be surprised to get a call from airtel customer service and tell you that your payment has not been posted. No matter how long you wait or argue you will either have to repay the bill to continue the service or throw away the stupid connection, as I did.

                      BEWARE OF AIRTEL KORAMANGALA ( OPP TO SHANTI SAGAR ) THEY 'LL CHEAT YOU AND MAKE YOUR LIFE MISERABLE. ALWAYS ASK FOR BILL OR MAKE PAYMENT IN SOME OTHER OUTLET.

                      I too agree with the pathetic service of this Koramangala Outlet. I was told that the new cell phone connection will be activated in 4hrs time. I submitted all the documents and also paid additonal Rs 50 which they said need for some notry services. No bills for these.
                      So far it has been more that 24hrs and the service is not activated. Wheever I call customer care tell that they have no clue about it.

                      The people at this outlet mainly muslims seems to be cheaters. Be careful.
                      They are making hell out of things for owner ship transfer from my name to my wife name.I visited 4 four times there and the number got disconnected permanently. Because of these kind of services, I am loosing faith on Airtel. When I call to customer, they ask to visit the out let. In the out let, hundreds of people get queued up. They show more interest on payments. Nothing more on any thing else.I advice people not to visite this out let and waste their time.

                      I too share the same opinion. This is the worst customer care outlet i have ever been to and i dont think it cant be more worse. They treat you like . I went there for postpaid to prepaid migration (thanks to the hopeless postpaid schemes) . They took some 7k from me saying that i was amidst a bill cycle and i have to pay the unbilled amount or something.I paid everything, they gave me a sim and said that my new prepaid sim would go live in 7 days. Its been a frustrating 3rd week and nothing has changed. Except that i just called the customer care for the 8th time querying about this. And the customer care "executives" recommend i visit the office where i gave my application. They want me to travel from Trivandrum to Bangalore for this...Can this be more worse. Oh yea, everytime they promise a call back.. I donno if they ever know what a callback is. because when they say they will callback in 24hours.. i wait for 24 hours and on realising that nothing has happend, i "call them back" again.

                      Such a frustrating experience dealing with Airtel. Really Really frustrating...
                      I totally disagree with this comment, But the service which i have got from koramangala outlet is very good, My issue is solved with the help of floor manager, I pay my bills through airtel money which is quick n easy fast

                        Please note that i had given my handset Blackberry Pearl for servicing @ Airttel Centre in Kolkata ( Park Street) . It was then understood that support sysytem for Blackberry doesn"t exist locally and the entire process would take 15 days.

                        Today after more than 22 days i get to hear that it will take another 10 days for me to recv the set.

                        To add up to the trauma was the replaced Handset given was in bad order and probably the one which has no significance in todays"s Technology.

                        The grudge converts into anger when the SIM attached to the replaced set stops"s functioning and AIRTEL fellows in form that we need your ID proof to replace the SIM which would work in the set.

                        Pathetic to the core is the service standard.

                        Kindly improve and save us from embarassment of working in the same group company.

                          i purchased a apple iphone from Airtel Cunnigum road Branch in Bangalore by paying 36100/-just a month back.In that mobiel there is Network problem wich is not working. i have been to that airtel outlet they said they will give back new iphone as replacement. 3days over they telling they dont have stock. then i called up aitel 121 explained everything they said they said they will get back to me but till now a week over no body turnback. then i called up Airtel Nodal officer at [protected] Ms Roopa explained her everything. she told me she will get back to me but till now no reply. more than 10 times i called her up but no reply . now a days they stoped picking up my call also. in airtel they have mentioned that if by calling Nodal office no [protected] u not satisfied pls call other higher Nodal office no [protected]. this no also i called up there also ms Roopa picked up my call and she told we are working towards your complain. Really i am fedup with Bharti Airtel Mobile services. and my monthly mobile bill always more than 3000/, 3500/- even they not valuing their customeres . i am requesting them pls either replace my mobile or let me surrender it. but they making me roam around as i have no work other than this.
                          please look into matter and do the needfull.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I bought a samsung plasma tv from a showroom in jalandhar and along with that i got a airtel digital tv dish connection scratch card - to be installed within 72 hours of purchase. i was issued the activation card bearing serial no. [protected]. On[protected], i called the airtel tv customer service number and activated the connection by punching the activation code on the card and confirmed the same. After 5 minutes i got an sms on my mobile number giving me details of my customer id and stating that installation will be done at 9 am on 05-01-09. On 5th morning no one called or came for installation. I spoke to the customer service people (all calls are recorded) and they promised t will be done by afternoon. That afternoon no one came or called. I have called twice on 5th, 6th, 7th and once on the 8th morning - nothing has been done so far. The sms from their customer service is saved with me,
                            The people there promise a lot but not even a phone call from their back-end team came! It is sheer harrassment to me and the whole installation business of airtel is a big hoax.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I bought a digital TV dish connection of airtel from the dealer Gulati electronics raja ji puram lko on 23 Jan 2009 . For the connection for dish TV when I contacted the customer care unit of airtel and followed the instructions given by the customer care unit typing the activation code, the code was not accepted and the unit responded that the code was invalid. I tried the same procedure many times but every time the same response was there. The members of customer care unit told every time that the activation would be done within 24 hours making the fault rectified and the same would be informed on my cell but everything went into vain. I still having no response even after six days of purchase.

                              AirTel — disconnected of sim card

                              my airtel mobile no. is [protected] from last week ago my simcard doesn't work my incoming and outgoing calls are failed so i inquiry in Airtel gallery but they said your card are worked after 2-3 hours but it doesn't work I call in their call center but they also doesn't solve the problem and they ignore the request

                                    Sir, I subscribed to Air Tel - " Lifetime Incoming Free " scheme in March 2007, paying close to Rs. 1000/-
                                    Till August 2008, I was topping up my account as and when required. In August 2008, I had to go out of country in an emergency and could return to India on 15 December 2008. On returning to India I topped up my cell no.[protected] sim card with Rs. 300/- at a retail shop. The retailer gave me the Transaction confirmation receipt for Rs. 300/-.When I found that my mobile no. was not activated till 3 days I enquired with the retailer and he told me that my no. has been deleted. He asked me to check with the Air Tel Help desk.
                                    The Help desk told me that my no. has been deleted because I have not used my tel. for 3 months.
                                    I have checked the Terms and Conditions which were given to me on subscibing to the Air Tel services in March 2007 - when I had enrolled myself in the scheme - There is no mention of any such condition that the the Sim card will be deleated if it is not used for 3 months.
                                    I feel I have been cheated . What do you mean by ' Life long Incoming Free " ?

                                    Airtel — irregularity in change of SIM

                                    I am a customer of airtel and have been using their connection from nearly 2 years.My airtel mobile number is [protected] in name of Rajesh Agarwal r/o B25-Saket, Meerut issued on a sim numbered[protected].Last month my sim for this number got damaged and got it replaced for a sum of Rs.330 in last week of september, anyhow my sim stopped working on 7 of october and when i filed complaint for the same at the customer care, i was told that as Airtel provides guarantee for six months for the sim i will get a new sim within in 48 hours.I also took the sim to nearest franchisee OM solutions at EVES CHOWK Meerut, they confirmed me that there was no physical damage to the sim and they willl replace the sim once they got a confirmation mail from some senior at their customer care.Till that everything was fine for me as i was assured that i will soon receive a callback from OM solutions regarding issue of my free of cost sim.But after 2 days as the time given to me to wait got over, i called the customer care again but they asked me to wait for another 48 hours.But the same thing happened no call back was arranged.Now it became my daily job to call them and complaint again and again but no good step was taken.Sometimes i was even told that you will receive call within 4 hours.Now it was 28 of october nearly 20 days since i registered my first complaint, that day i was asked by some customer care executive to collect my sim from OM solutions as for some reasons they could not arrange callback.I also gave them two of my correspondence numbers-[protected] and [protected].During this period of 20 days i visited the franchisee several times but no one talked to me seriously, they only had a damn reason that we cant do anything unless we receive mail from the senior.But now on 28 october when i was told that the requested mail has been forwarded to om solutions, i visted them again but they told me that no mail regarding this issue has been received.I was feeling like a fool at that time as i have been wandering since 20 days for a issue of a sim that i should have got within 48 hours of complaint.I got very angry and called the customer care again and told them the full story, then they bring in a new way out that my usage for this number is low so they cant issue a new sim for this number.Now i got a new complaint that if the case was such then why didn't they told me this the very first day.And is this criteria of high and low usage suitable for judging a customer.Earlier i used to pay huge bills for this number but now this number is mostly used for incomoing purposes only.I nearly pay an average bill of Rs150 p.m for this number.But here i would like to RAISE my question that WILL THEY PROVIDE ME ANY EXTRA DISCOUNTS IF I IMPROVE MY USAGE, OR THEY SHOULD REMOVE THE CUSTOMERS FROM THEIR LIST WHOSE USAGE IS LOW.And moreover if they are considering usage criteria then why should i suffer of that because according to the customer care executive whom i had the talk first time my sim should in warranty period, but the franchisee people are not agrreing to it, they say ask for the warranty to the person who commited it.ARE THE PERSONS WORKING AT FRANCHISEE AND AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE DIFFERENT, FOR A CUSTOMER THEY SIMPLY MEAN A COMPANY 'AIRTEL'.WILL THEY COMPENSATE ME FOR THE TIME I WASTED IN TRAVELLING AND FOR FUEL I BURNT.Even i will have to pay the monthly rent for not using a sim and wandering for it instead.I plead yor help and would be highly oblidged if you take some serious steps.
                                    I Am the Retailer of Airtel. My plan was A-A Rs.0.10 A-M Rs.0.40 A-L Rs.1. On 08 July 2009 any one Recharge Me Rs.2. So my Plan was Changed to LifeTime.After My call charges can change to A-A Rs.1 A-M Rs.1 A-L Rs.1.50 SMS Rs.0.50. So please Rectify the Complant. I also complaint to my distributer. my plan didn't change till date. My mobile no is 91-[protected].

                                    Airtel — IRREGULAR DEBITING

                                    i hav Airtel Bihar no. [protected], they hav debited my a/c by rs. 30 on jul againts the renewal of monthly subscription for the services against "Friends Chat" whinch i dint know when it was activated. when i call to customer care (121) and ask the person for it, and when it activated, he replied me that this services was activate from my end and the same amount was charged in Jun also, and for june ther was not any sms alert. after that i ask him that how do you hav any confirmation against the activation of that services, he said I dont hav but airtel will have the same. any way than i ask him how to de-activate, he gave me a no 5432(toll free) to de-activate, i call and de-activate "Friends Chat" in july the very same day when i got to notice the service. i got a confirmation no. also.

                                    but in Aug. the same amount rs 30 hav charged from my a/c against renewal monthly subscritption of "Friends Chat" services, after many mails i got the reply that the services is being activated on my number on 05/08/09 and deactivated by me on 07/08/09. and they hav not deducted any wrong amount from me.

                                    i dont know, how they cheaters in business in india. how they can charge me form 3 months and the services as per record activated on my number for only 3 days. and i dont know when i requested and they activated and de-activate..

                                    what the hell is this, and tell me what to do now!!

                                    i am a retailer doing a business of recharging since from 7 years under C/O Ujwal medical hall, chudi bazar, hyderabad.In such a cut throarth competition where every company is striving to add more subscriber base by giving additional incentives to retailers. but i am sorry to say that your company is not a retailer friendly. i activated one number [protected], giving valid caf as per trai guidelines, but number is diactivated.when inquire about the status distributors "sri sai communication, osmangunj' sought another caf form to be filed, i filed another caf form for reactivation.After one month of dragging, executive sited reason that sim is FOR status.Since then i sought other sim in lieu of first from distributor, but not provided yet now.Hence i decided that i won't recommend customer to choose your network, as it is worst service provider of India.One drop makes a pond, one customer is important, but is not so in case of you. my Lapu number is [protected], email id;[protected]@gmail.com

                                      1.This is further to my telephonic complaint registered with u on7 january 2009 under no.[protected] and ur reference no.[protected] regarding billing of local calls made by me to my another phone bearing Airtel no.[protected] as ISD calls
                                      2.Further, on secrutiny of the details of bill no.[protected], I have observed that 1 SMS has been charged in my bill @Rs.15/-. I would like to have details( to which number ) of that SMS from ur end.
                                      3.In addition to above, already my earlier complaint, which stands registered with u during the month of December 2008, for reversing charges billed by ur company for last few months for other additional services to which I had never consented is still awaited from ur end.
