I dont from where to start and end.
1. At the time of Activation - It took more the 7 working days.
2. At the of Bill - Spelling Mistake and it is still the same...
3. From day one Network Coverage problem at both places - my
Residence and Office where i spent 22 hours.
4. Poor feedback - No solution in Network but only saying work in progress.
5. Customers Service - Very confident in providing solutions
but just to save there asses.
5. Nodal Officer - I mailed very little details but still asking to give proper details but not telling what details they require.
My first mail to Nodal Officer :

Airtel claims to have network at Leh and Ladakh but if it fails to provide network in metro like Mumbai than what is the point o[censored]sing your network.
Since I have taken connection i am facing Network ( No Coverage, one bar) Problem at my resident as well as at my office.
I have called custmer service people many times and even visited airtel gallery at Lower parel for the same problem but still no solution provided to me ( apart from saying we are working on your problem).
I would appreciate if your network team to visit both the place in particular rather than sitting in front of machines and predicting things.
I hope my query will be resolved before i think of switching over to my previous service provider (vodafone).

It seems like i have committed big crime and Airtel is Investigations of all the thing which are half of the time Useless.
