I have converted my airtel number from postpaid to prepaid on 03rd january, i was informed that it will be converted within 2 hours & i need to do first recharge from any retail/airtel store after 2hours. When i try to recharge it's always giving error message & none of the retailers were able to recharge. I tried multiple times but no luck.

I am getting incoming calls & messages, but not able to recharge. I checked with the customer care as well, they told that the number is active, but there is some technical issue because of which recharge was not working, & it will be resolved soon. But, it's still not working. I have been using the same number with airtel as postpaid for many years. This is a very poor service from such a reputed brand.

    xstream dth box picture quality issues

    Purchased a xstream dth set top box for an amount of 2500/- including installation charges.

    On the same day, i noticed strange picture quality issues. The picture is dark and a red tinge is present. I immediately informed airtel regarding the same and they directly blamed that tv brightness setting needs to be checked.

    I checked the same and even connected my xbox gaming console and fire tv stick to the tv and...

    Hello,
    I am chasing with airtel payment bank for my fast tag for last one month. After placing the order i got on sms that my fasttag was shipped via dtdc and will be deliver within 7 working days science then all is picture.
    I did not receive any call from dtdc and suddenly receive one sms that dtdc try to deliver a shipment but address is wrong.
    I am surprised then i tried to get in touch with dtdc with shipment number no response and after couple of days i received one email from dtdc stated the complaint is close as the shipment is return to origin.
    In same address same currier can deliver consignment of flipkart/amazon etc but can't find the location when it was fasttag.
    Then i following up with airtel but the story is same, we are looking on the issue and will response you within 2 working days. After 2 working days they are providing me same dtdc reference number which is given at first time.
    This is very hopeless service from dtdc and airtel they are jointly cheating with customer.

      When I tried to call any number from my Airtel mobile it says that Outgoing calls from Airtel mobile are temporarily suspended even though I recharged online 399 plan, when I tried to reach out Airtel Customer care on 121 and 198 Im getting the same message as well.

      I'm approaching Consumer court for this issue....

      Dear sir,
      I have purchased a fastag for my vehicle No GJ16CN4479 through airtel payment bank on 06.11.2019 by Txn ID FT[protected]. It is issued with Fastag ID 34161FA820328AA2020BB0A0 and dispatched on 16 Nov. 2019. I got on 30.12.2019 and you have get link for activation and I have activated it today.
      They offer for cash back of Rs. 50 on Purchased of Fastag through Airtel payment bank but cashback is not recieved.
      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I called in airtel customer service care from mob. No.[protected] around at 10 AM for sim port. And simply asked few questions. The executive misbehave badly.I am very disappointed. I need action for this. Their was no correct behaviour and she used some bad words too.

        Respected sir, i did a net recharge on my airtel app of rs 598 on 5 january 2020, at around 7 pm. (For mobile no.
        [protected]). Money deducted from my account but recharge failed. I want my money back as soon as possible its so disappointing that i paid my money in need but service is so bad that recharge failed. Out of rs 598, rs 50 was paid by my airtel coupon, rs 85 was paid from my amazon pay account and rest rs 463 was paid by my net banking account.

        No network signal in my location, i am using 4 airtel sim in my home, no one work in my home, out side of my home get 1 point of signal strength. what to do for this type of bad network coverage. we not received any incoming call at the time of inside home.
        After porting from idea to airtel.after inserting my new sim its not working..no network ..plz do the needful as soon as possible.

          I had ported from jio to airtel on 1st jan 2020, now my number has been ported from jio and don't know whats happening with airtel, I am getting number does not exists its been more than 96 hours now and my number is not active, everytime i call up customer care they say they looking into the matter however nothing done yet, this is my prime number

            I have ordered a fasttag for my car on airtel payments bank with trust and belief that, i will get it on expected timelines of 14- 16 days. I have ordered it on airtel thanks app on 07th dec 2019. I got a sms saying on 18th dec that my fasttag is generated and shipped. Since 18th dec, the status showed as "shipped" in airtel thanks app, but it is not delivered even after 1 week since the status is marked as "shipped". I called airtel bank customer care multiple times, mostly i got ivr message saying that all customer support execuitves are busy on other calls. With much difficulty, i reached airtel customer support 4 times till now. Every time they are replying me to wait for 1- 2 working days, but i never got the fasttag till now. I have mailed the airtel bank support email id [protected]@airtelbank.com, pno, grievance. Officer etc, but it is of no use. Every time they are providing some ticket number (Upto now i got 3 ticket numbers (4711728, 4693740, 4682797). Every time they provided some consignment number to track with dtdc courier (Consignment number - x[protected] with comments saying that the consignment number is ready for tracking in 1 - 2 working days, but i was never able to track the consignment number in dtdc. Always i get no data found message, if i track in dtdc website. Today, i called airtel bank customer support again and got reply saying that dtdc has some issues, so they will deliver fasttag through india post. I asked for exact timeline when i will get fasttag as already 1 month passed. The customer support said as soon as possible. I am very frustated with this kind of delay / worst service provided by airtel payments bank. I started loosing trust in airtel. Can you please help to escalate this issue to some senior officer in airtel?

              Hi team,

              I recharged an incorrect number through paytm on 4th january and reported the issue to airtel customer service team. They denied helping stating that both numbers are totally different hence we cannot help you regarding this issue.

              I provided the details required as per the form providing

              Incorrect number

              Correct number

              Transaction id

              Amount deducted

              Please help resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.

                Dear rbi accouding to ur guideline there is no charge apply on imps under 25000 above the bank takes charge bue in airtel payment bank every transection on imps they yakes 1% charge to there customers and when they call me i m asking about that changes they say we have our policy so u have to pay i have call recording of call i[censored] want then i will forward it also

                One of the worst eve rseen network by airtel in and around peenya . What sort of air tel concerned you are all looting public money and enjoying without giving proper service.
                I've been trying to reach Airtel customer care for Data issues at my place(Mamatha Nagar colony, Nagole, Hyderabad). But no use, i ended up with no response.
                I request Airtel network team to look into this matter and resolve this issue asap.
                Getting your account is suspended within the valid period.please respond.
                Sir, I have recharged my no with a roaming pack but the network is not available in Saudi Arabia. one of my friends is using the airtel on the same location please solve the issue. I stay here from 2 days

                  I have ported from vodafone to airtel, call to 59059 getting disconnect. Not able to activate the number. Incoming calls barred. Its more than 3 hrs. Not able to connect to customer service as well. All bills to vodafone already paid. I don't know how to solve this issue. How much time will it take to resolve. How to contact customer number.

                    I ported from jio to airtel 2 days back. Today the network of jio was gone so i switched to the airtel sim. The network came but i am unable to make or receive call on my number. More over i am unable to call any customer care number and also the tele verification number won't work. I am not getting any customer care number online so that i can call airtel from other operator also please help.

                      I am using my airtel prepaid sim for 11 years, and it was in my father's name. When i wished to change to my name belonging to same address, me and my father visited the airtel customer service center in wakad, pune. Airtel denied saying i have to first :
                      1) convert to postpaid, with min of 299 plan.
                      2) minimal 3 months of postpaid service is must.
                      3) after applying, 15days will be deactivate & process take from the date of applying.

                      Why do i forcefully have to use a service which i don't want to? If this a way to push postpaid charges to customers? If i don't get a resolution soon i'll switch to another operator as i'm having problems with aadhar verification.

                          I purchased fastag from airtel on 28 november 2019. I was and i am a gold member of the airtel app. It was showing 100rs cashback in my billplan itself at that time for purchasing fastag from airtel. Hence, i purchased it from airtel.
                          Transaction id for fastag payment is ft[protected].

                          But i did not receive my cashback. I contacted customer support at [protected]@airtelbank.com. But still the problem was not resolved. Nobody informed properly why the cashback is not credited. It is more than one month now. All i got was case id numbers.

                          Even in the month of december and january, 150rs cashback plan is running for gold members on purchasing fastag from airtel.

                          Hence, i feel so disappointed that i didnt even get the 100rs cashback which was there in my billplan. Even though cashback plans are still running in airtel. Why am i being excluded from that offer. Airtel app still says, free fastag but it did not turn out to be free for me as i did not receive my cashback.

                            Hi team, i have complain regarding my dth connection few channel are not working and when i have called customer service 121 the are asking me to pay 250 rs charge to field excutive visit. I don't understand why i need to pay. If out of 150 channels couple of channels are not working it is something for which airtel need to investigate from there end, why customers have to pay for such issue for which they are already paying for those channels.

                                I have ordered fasttag through airtel app on 6th dec and haven’t received it till now.
                                Got a message on 18th dec that it has been dispatched.
                                Facing lot of problems at the toll gates, other people ordered through paytm or banks got it delivered in 7 days.
                                Please look into this asap.

                                  I have disconnected the airtel fixed line broadband no[protected]_kk) from september 2019. But still i am receiving the bills. While i requested for disconnection i have paid all the bills. I called to the customer care so many times but they are not disconnecting it. Every day i am getting call for bill payment and i told them i already discounted the services.

                                    I am facing voice issue over call very frequently at my home location. It's like i may not able to listen to voice of opposite side person for 5-10 seconds or they are not able to listen to me. I have done a complaint about same on 14th dec. They say, they have marked it as priority issue but still no action has been taken and i am facing the same issue still. I have already called them 3-4 times and everytime they say it's in progress. On 25th dec i got a call, and they asked me if problem is resolved, when i said no, they said technical team will be coming to my location within 1-2 days, but still there is no action.

                                    I called them today and they said technical team is working on it, and it will take 1-2 months of time. So, this means I have to keep giving them the full amount for the service but they won't provider the proper service. And on saying why should I give them full amount for the service, they are saying they can't help me, and no one can help me in this regard. Didn't expected such kind of response. I have been paying 588rs per month since more than 2-3 years, and this is the response I am getting. They won't provide the proper service and response but want the complete payment on time. Need help in this regard.
