I have paid the amount of Rs.379 through HDFC Net Banking on 27/3/2020 to recharge the 84 days unlimited package fro the mobile No. [protected] but not charged, latter, after waiting for few days, we charged from the different way by PAYTM.

Kindly return back the amount of Rs.379 paid through HDFC Net Banking on 27/3/2020.

    Dear sir,

    I have made recharge to my number [protected]. 1st recharge done amount of 219/- and 2nd recharge is done amount of 249/-.

    Actually i want to activate only 219/- plan, by mistakenly done double recharge.

    I request you pls. Refund the 2nd recharge amount of 249/-

    Both recharge receipt is attached.

    Kindly revert back status of refund.

      My data is very slow and intermittent. Although i have ~190gb of data left in my plan. I tried checking on the airtel app and after checking the network connection, it says there's network outage in my area and the problem will be resolved in 4 hours. I've been getting the same message for the last 6 days. There is no option to call and talk to the customer care representative any more. This is really pathetic. Firstly, the net stops working. Then the tools they have made for checking have this prefed answer of the problem will be resolved in 4 hours. And the customer care calling option has also been disabled leaving no way for the customer to complain. Simply pathetic service.

            most of time when i call my mother in morning/evening /afternoon, i hear massage mobile is switch off try later, my mother never switch off her mobile and charge mobile regularly

              I have recharged my number ([protected]) via airtel app for 598 pack. The amount has been deducted from my account but the recharge is not done. The purchay has been confirmed by airtel hdfc upi. But still the number is not recharged and the amount is not refunded. I can't connect to the customer care due to the lockdown trail. So please connect with the no.[protected]

                Hi I am P Suresh, I recharged my airtel DTH for a 6month plan for Rs.991 on 9/4/20 morning around 10:15am the payment has been processed but still my balance amount is still showing as 27.40 on Airtel Thanks App, website and even[protected] mesage.

                  I recharged my Airtel DTH account - [protected]-001
                  for Rs.620 on 9th April at 11:00 pm. The transaction was done through gpay and was successful. But the dth balance does not reflect the recharge and still says low balance and validity ends tmrw.

                    I made a request to cancel the fixed line service on march 21st but later i changed the mind and paid the 6 months rental in advance to airtel, i called support on march 28th 2020 and somehow got hold of a guy after multiple attempts. He activated my account which was already suspended. Everything went well until 6th april, suddenly in the evening the connection got dropped and my broadband dashboard on the airtel thanks app got disappeared. One of the support guy called me and told that the account got suspended upon request from my side. I explained him the above jazz about payment and everything. He told that he is going to activate the account right away and it will take 4 hrs to effect, after that my land started working but not internet. Login page is asking for credentials which i donot have. Next day i. E., on april 7th even landline stopped working. For the above all, i almost tried calling customer care for more than 100 times and wrote several e mails to support no response from them. At this critical time, people are working from home and they need internet, how irresponsibly airtel worked in this case. They have people to disconnect the service but not for support, this is the lame excuse they are saying. How can they disconnect the connection without expediting the issue and payment? Even i tried calling nodal office in bannerghatta road no use. I have all the call records for the above conversations i can provide if needed.

                      The airtel sim card i use suddenly stopped working in the evening of 8th april 2020 without any prior notice. I have tried all options as seen online. I cannot log into the airtel app as it is asking for otp which will be sent to the same number which is not receiving signal. It is not a problem with my phone. Kindly help in this regard and reactivate the sim card, specially at this time of the pandemic when i need to keep in contact with my family.

                      There were no steps taken. I had uploaded the complaint literally 5 min ago and the complaint is marked as 'resolved' without actually being resolved. This is fraud and wrong. Kindly help instead of duping the customer like this.

                      Kindly resolve the problem first. Why is it marked as resolved within minutes o[censored]ploading the complaint?? Do you think it is right dubing the customer like this when she cannot contact her family at a time of pandemic. Why is this forum been kept if no help is going to be provided?

                        I have recently recharged my airtel prepaid number with 449 pack but it is not reflecting in my airtel prepaid account or in airtel thanks app and also in transaction history and the customer service is not receiving any of my calls it should atleast receive the customer calls or atleast reflect the recharge amount.in the account as soon as possible

                          I have recharged my mobile through online payment gateway, phonepe. Transaction was succesful but the merchant does not recieve the amount and hence my mobile was not recharged.
                          My mobile no. is [protected] and recharged with 558 Rs.

                                I have recently subscribed for a new broadband connection from airtel. After repeated follow ups and frequent telephone support requests the connection was established, after 10 days of waiting i have decided to cancel the subscription and now airtel is not even responding to my emails or phone calls, no word refunding my money as well. I am requesting my subscription to be cancelled immediately as this is a cheating case and fraud practice of airtel dodging their customer complaint requests.

                                I need this case to be resolved right away.

                                    I Applied the new Airtel broadband connection in 2nd April, but whenever I call the sales executive, He didn't respond, I don't know what's my connection status.

                                    Even they respond with "Connection is delayed" that's absolutely fine for me. But they didn't.

                                      I was wrongly recharged multiple times in a single mobile number because i didn't get recharge completed massage, 2times in amazon pay and one time airtel payment app. Then later i got that massage after 3times recharged. So wrongly debited my amount.

                                        I was making a recharge through airtel app on april 8, 2020. I make payment though google pay. Payment was done successfully. Money has been deducted from my account. I have all the proof regarding my payment. But my recharge was not done and a page open in airtel app showing payment not received. Its a scam. Transaction id is[protected]. I am also attaching here the screen shots of payment and the page showing that payment not received. Please do find the attached file.

                                        No any action taken till now. I have also sent many mails to airtel customer support but it looks like they were not interested to solve my problem. My simple question is, I make payment to airtel from google pay, money deducted successfully from my account. But my recharge was not done... Why? Simply its a fraud driven by airtel app... Airtel is a cheater... I spit on bharti airtel...
