I have registered for fasttag with airtel payment back through @ airtel thanks app on 29th nov but i have not received the fast tag yet. There is no proper resolution from their customer care. Even after talking to their managers there is no proper response and they are clueless why the delay is. They just ask you to wait for 2 day s, 3 days 7 days what ever the number comes to their mind. They don't know whom should be approached for this

Under transaction ID[protected], I applied for fastag through Airtel payment bank, 15 days back and still status is showing' under verificatiion' when checked with 400 helpline, unable to provide the exact status and cause for the delay, can you pls update the status?
I have ordered the fastag in December but I did not get anything till now. The status is showing "Validating order" since January. Could you please make it fast and deliver it as soon as possible..??Transaction ID - FT[protected]

    I am living in trivandrum, kerala within the corporation limits. For the past few months the network connectivity is too slow. I had contacted airtel several times. Each time they register a compliant and do nothing to resolve it. I had been a airtel user for last 10 years. If i cant have a proper network and a decent internet speed in kerala's capital, where would i expect airtel to provide coverage. Airtel doesn't even pay her to customers complaints. This can be seen by the constantly decreasing customers. I don't find another way but to port from the network provider to someone who is reliable.

      To whomsoever it may concern
      This is to bring to your notice that i had opted for an airtel xstream set top box connection after repeated calls from your sales team. For which, an installer named ajay pandey visited my place (Bandra west, mumbai - 400050). The engineer tried to mount the airtel dish on the same rod on which tata sky dish was previously mounted. But, unfortunately he couldn't assess the problem with the signal and cancelled the call. He even damaged our working tata sky dish while uninstalling it and kept it lying on the ground. He did not even bother to install it back in place. Due to repeated telephone calls to the concerned person he again sent the same installer. I gave him other options to mount the dish but he told me "mere time waste mat karo mere paas time nai hai bohot calls hai aapko chahiye to customer care me mera complain kardo".

      There are several dished in and around our buildings that are perfectly working. The installer gave me a number of a person named "shankar". I requested shankar to send a "competent" engineer but he told me that he does not want to waste his time on us and will not send an engineer and spoke quite rudely. His number is +91 [protected].

      Airtel is loosing business by not even trying to satisfy a customer. I am damn sure that after a few tries the signal could easily be received. The attitude of the engineer was also quite rude. I made a call to the service center regarding this but the person was not able to understand the problem. This was an extremely bad behavioral experience which i faced from airtel, never expected this from a company of such high stature. Airtel has lost my respect and of several other members of our society. Signals for videcon, tatasky, dish tv and all other dth operators are perfect and why there is only a problem with airtel. An airtel dish has also been installed in the opposite building of ours its working fine. #badbehaviourairtel #unsatisfactoryservice #rudeairtel

        I have tried every recharge with my airtel app even tried from airtel office they themself dont know whats happening.
        I have reported to coustomer care many times
        But nothing happen
        Now i not able to receive calls and even bank OTP are also not coming because of no recharge
        Which was fault of their side
        Then why i am suffering my important calls and banking otp

          I went to airtel website to recharge my prepaid number, selected rs 399 plan and submitted the recharge button. The money got deducted from my account but my mobile did not get recharged. After some time i got a message saying that then money went to airtel wallet. I don't know why my money went to wallet when i selected my prepaid mobile recharge? From last 15 days i am sending email to [protected]@in. Airte.com and [protected]@airtelbank.com every day and i am not getting proper response. I asked airtel to either refund the money or recharge my mobile. But i am not getting any response.

          Airtel intentionally taking the cutomer money to wallet and blocking the wallet for the customer. This way they are making money and cheating customers.

            I have converted my Airtel SIM from Postpaid to Prepaid today i.e. Dec 27, 2019. When I am trying to recharge, it is getting failed every time I do.

            Customer Care has been telling that it is active. I can receive calls but unable to call or recharge my number.

            I tried to log a complaint on the Airtel site, but after filling all the details, I cannot click the Submit button. I mean the submit button is not active.
            This is really a poor service from Airtel.

              Using mnp moved ap circle to tn circle after that facing incoming calls not receiving getting prompt the number does not exist [protected].

              Even [protected]@121, 198, [protected]@in. Airtel.com
              Escalated to nodal officer email but there si no response
              Worst customer service they said only word like we will check and update after 24 hrs.

              I have raised compliant on 24 dec now already 4days but there is no solution

                I am Airtel customer for the past 10 years. Once upon a time Airtel charges more and offers best service in cities. As on today Airtel charges more and more and cheat the customers more more more. I got worst service for thepast 2 years. In post paid connection Airtel charges 499+ INR and promises 75 GB data. Purposely Airtel decreases the speed and no one will get 4G speed. I was getting less then 10 GB per month. If we try to use the Airtel data continously the speed goes to worst rate after some time. Some two years back all my friends moved to Jio. All are getting excellent data and voice quality. I stayed with Airtel and Airtel cheated me like anything. Jio postpaid offers 25 GB for 199 INR. Their network speed is good and most of the customers try use the data as much as possible. Jio gets more money when the customer uses more then 25 GB. So Jio offers best quality so that they can get more money. Airtel charges more, promises more but offers less data. They get more profit by cheating customers by offerring less data. They never give 75 GB. I am moving to Jio now onwards. Airtel customer care called once I gave PORT request. She could not hear anything from my mobile. Airtel to Airtel connection too got worst quality. I took correct decision after losing money and after getting cheated by Airtel for many years. If you are a smart guy/girl then change to Jio immediately. Once you complain about the poor quality you will get good service for 1 day. Next day onwards you get the worst quality again. It clearly shows that Airtel is purposely playing with voice and data speed.

                  Hi! So i received a message from airtel that they are providing me free 2GB data on a 4G sim+ 4G handset by calling on their promotional number. As soon as i called, i received 2GB free data and here where the problem begins. I cannot open certain websites on google chrome like ( facebook, etc.) as it redirects me on this link http://one.airtel.in/rcconf again and again. Tried clearing browsing history and APN numbers. Also i cannot open...

                  My mobile number is [...] i have made 1 transactions of INR 23, transaction was failed, money was deducted from my bank account and received failed transaction message from Airtel as well but money is not refunded to my bank account.

                    Hi Team,

                    I Nagaraju T Facing some issues with Airtel Team. Before taking connection's they have committed to me proving one fancy numbers. and their customer care team (121) also committed to provide the same.
                    After visiting store team (Vishwas) they told me that number was allocated to another customer. After raising my voice they told me take 499 plan with 6 months advance rental or 999 plan.
                    if not done they are asking amount of 15000/-

                      Sir,

                      I am very sorry to say that airtel service is very worst at ppl township, paradeep, odisha, pin-754145.

                      No network from last 2 months & even after several complain it was not resolved & no action has been taken. Approx 500 users are there in area & all are facing same problem. I migrated from jio to airtel but now i apologize of my decision. I have taken a family plan of 999/- plan & my whole family numbers are not working. I will again port to jio. Please look into & do needful.

                        I have send port message to 1900 from date 15 dec 2019 to 27 dec 2019, but still not received upc number.

                        Always i received message that "your request is delayed" and then after some time "your request could not processed".

                        I have send message near about 10-15 time in between this date but every time i received same response. I have call customer care regarding same bu they have not respond on same.

                          I recharged on my 3g number for rs 399 (Benefits for 2 months). Immediately after which i got a call saying that now my 3g sim card is old and need upgradation to 4g. Since then i am unable to use any outgoing or internet services on my mobile. Customer care also asked for upgrading the sim, but the problem is that the sim is registered in the name of my father who is posted in srinagar so without his presence here the upgradation can't be done.
                          I need refund, please tell how to go about it. Because nobody told in advance that the sim will become inactive immediately after recharge. This logic of 3g becoming unserviceable is also flawed given that the incoming is still continuing. Airtel is just taking advantage of our situation.

                            I have recharged my airtel account on dec 14. 2019 the money was deducted but they didn’t recharged my mobile, the message was I received on that same day that was u money will be initiated within 4 hrs, but I didn’t received any money on my account .this is not fair😒, so kindly refund my money Rs249 to my airtel wallet . This is my kind request.

                              Airtel team is misleading me and harassing me for making due dayments.
                              And today my number is disconnected.

                              I had already paid bill no – ft[protected] – dated 12-sep-2019- amt – rs.3232 (Previous balance – rs 820 = total rs. 4-52.63)
                              Payment detail (Amt rs 4052.63 date[protected] – account no – [protected])

                              Above bill was for advance rental from 6-9-19 to 5-3-2020

                              After this payment i also made another payment of rs. 351.[protected]

                              Despite making advance payments i am being harrassed and called regularly to make payment...
                              Its clear case of cheating and fraud...

                              Do the needfull... And also i am filing a legal complaint for this

                                Hi, this is rajan goyal here
                                I purchased fastag on airtel thanks app on 15th december and received verification confirmation on 19th december.
                                But it has not been shipped and there is no way to contact the bank
                                The helpline number also doesn't have any option where to check the status of the fastag

                                Dont know whether it would be delivered or not.
                                Can someone from the airtel team look into it.

                                  We have registered complaint many times with airtel service provider but didn't get resolved. Let me know why we are facing network challenge in that area? Lots o[censored]sers is available in that location and every body facing issue with airtel service and they port own no. With other services provider.

                                    I had added my money to airtel wallet through airtel app. I can't transfer the money back to my account or to any other account. Seems my money has been blocked.

                                    I want to pay with that money but every time i try to pay with airtel money or airtel onlins debit card transaction is declined and message appears limit exhausted

                                    I can only recharge (Which i don't want) with this money and no other use.

                                    In other words my money has stuck on my airtel payments bank. It is attached to my mobile no. [protected]

                                    I want resolution no other than transfer of whole airtel money balance (I. E. 4400 almost inr) to
