I have message airtel for upc on 23 rd december 2019 and didn't got the porting code and after they said there is a technical problem now i call up them today (26 december 2019) they said technical problem is solved so i agin message them today but instead of getting port code they again send the same message that your request is not processed and then i called them again and they said there is technical problem for 72 hrs. Both time they deduct balance and they are making fool.

    I have purchased a fastag for my vehicle no gj16cn4479 through airtel payment bank on 06.11.2019 by txn id ft[protected]. As per their sms it is issued with fastag id 34161fa820328aa2020bb0a0 and dispatched on 16 nov. 2019. But, after more then 1 month the fastag neither delivered nor information of it till date. They are provided wrong tracking no of dtdc courier. I frequently complaint on their channel by mail and customer care no they are unable to resolve the issue and asking for waiting for 2, 7, 14 working days excluding banking holidays every day so their 2, 7, 14 days will never stop.

    Fastag is sent but without Fastag ID and can not activate by ID provided in SMS getting massage ID is Invalid. No provision or not provided link to activate it, Use less.

    They are asking for speak to customer care No 400 but this no is not useful to get information about Fastag and not connected to any person.

        It's been 6 months i've been shifted to my home and requesting broadband for airtel everyone they response broadband is not available in my area here they're is no other broadband available here there are so many resodential plots. Airtel please provide your conection here.

            I am unable to use the internet as internet speed is very slow and always there is problem regarding 4g network.. I have to switch the network mode to 2g to make a call. I have contacted many time on customer care but the issue remains the same. I have recharged my number with 1.4 gb/day but due to speed i can't use the same and my money got wasted. If it can't be solved i have to switch my network

              Please see my below issue, i am using airtel services from last 15 years and do not expect any fraudulent promises or forfeiting of my platinum benefits without any intimation.in my airtel app, it shows that i am eligible for following premium benefits, but surprisingly i am unable to use most these benefits (Refer attached screenshots). I never have deactivated my amazon prime membership, but customer care rep has said that i deactivated the amazon prime and now i cannot avail this membership which is not true. Also, i am unable to use the norton antivirus app due to unknown reasons. Please look into this escalation and do the needful at the earliest. Otherwise, i will make sure that we port all 4000+ postpaid connections to vodafone as they will definitely deliver all the benefits which they promise and not make fake promises like airtel. This needs to be escalated to the higher level."

                My airtel broadband landline no. Is[protected]

                My landline is not working since my connection was updated to optical cable (3-4- wks ago).

                Repeated complaints have failed to solve the problem. Engineers even told me to change my handset which i did to no benefit.

                Am very dissatisfied as a customer.

                Please take urgent corrective action.

                  I changed from prepaid to postpaid services. After porting the number inserting the new sim, i was supposed to call on 59059 for tele-verification with the which was sent in a message.
                  However, when i called today... The call is not going through. It displays that we were unable to process your request. I am missing out on all important calls. Kindly assist asap.

                    Hello, on 4-nov-2019, i have cleared by postpaid bill amount of rs.1029, through airtel app using amzon wallet. But for unknown reasons the transaction had been split into 3 different transactions for rs. 343 each. And on 5 — nov-2019 two of these transactions are reversed saying duplicate. I. E., total amount of rs. 686. But this amount was not refunded into my amazon wallet. Many complaints are raised on this with customer care, nodal officer and appellate office. They just close the ticket saying contact amazon on this.

                    Amazon says, there is only a single transaction for rs. 1029 and airtel had acknowledge the same saying they received the amount.

                    What had happened to rs.686 which was reversed on 05-nov-2019.
                    Both airtel nor amazon are telling to contact each other.

                    I have attached the transaction details, i need you people to look it on priority, and stop charging late payements charges on my postpaid account

                      Airtel — online recharge failed but amount deducted

                      I have recharged my mobile number [[protected]] through net banking for rs. 399 on 24th dec 2019 and received an sms with transaction reference [[protected] ]. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                          I have made complaint to airtel on 13 th december customer care said it will resolved in 4 days nothing resolved then i called them back today after 7 days customer carver said i will escalate ur complaint what the hell they says first it will resolved in 4 days then i was waiting and called them today after kept waiting and still they want to escalate it’s totally harassment to customers who paid their bills on time because i have got invoice when and what time i have paid with transaction i’d and airtel reference number and i already contacted paytm and payment was succcesful... After speaking to airtel customer care 20th december i got it they just harassed just kept asking same questions again and again then i asked him to transfer call to supervisor he transferred and the supervisor lady name was manju she also wasted my time and escalate the complaint but still nothing has been resolved... Bloody all lie customer care she asked me give her transaction i’d and reference number i gave her on 20 th december she said give me 24 hours complaint numbers are below manju (Airtel so called supervisor)

                                I am able to add money to the wallet in airtel app. The problem started when i wanted to pay my electricity bill and i have added some money thinking that i can pay my bill but i cannot, airtel says that debit from this account is not allowed. I tried to use that money for recharges/dth recharge/anything, its not possible, basically they took all my money and locked it and i went to the nearest payments bank outlet and they didnt help me either. I mailed them the problem [protected]@airtelbank.com... They have given me a query number[4574296] and automated reply and left the problem in dust.

                                  I am trying to recharge my mobile number from airtel app and retailer and i went to airtel store. But the recharge is not happening. I am trying from 3 days with airtel customer care and they say they have escalated. When i call the next day they say issue resolved but it been never getting resolved.in 2 days my service will also get disconnected. Such a pathetic experience i am having and no one is responsible for the customer issue.
                                  I have converted my airtel from postpaid to prepaid and i have done 1st recharge which is successful this is the second recharge i am trying.

                                    Hello sir my airtel no is [protected] in bihar state i have facing a recharge issue from recharge amount of rs 79 /- i am recharge my number from net banking. Recharge successful from my net bankingand amount is debited in my account. But recharge not successful from airtel. I am calling to customer care to concern this matter but executive is tell me recharge not successful because i have screen short for the recharge and i am sent you screen shot to help me. Thanks

                                      I requested for change in broadband plan.My current plan is 799, from tis i lik to change for 999 plan. I paid extra amount rs.2000 for six months on Dec 8. But my plan didnt change. I tried to cal and mail regarding this, but my request is not solved. its been more than 15 days, but still no progress. I have mailed regarding this, and got a reply, that issue will resolve in 72hrs. But nothing happened. Likewise i mailed 4 times.When will my issue b resolved?
