Hello, on 4-nov-2019, i have cleared by postpaid bill amount of rs.1029, through airtel app using amzon wallet. But for unknown reasons the transaction had been split into 3 different transactions for rs. 343 each. And on 5 — nov-2019 two of these transactions are reversed saying duplicate. I. E., total amount of rs. 686. But this amount was not refunded into my amazon wallet. Many complaints are raised on this with customer care, nodal officer and appellate office. They just close the ticket saying contact amazon on this.
Amazon says, there is only a single transaction for rs. 1029 and airtel had acknowledge the same saying they received the amount.
What had happened to rs.686 which was reversed on 05-nov-2019.
Both airtel nor amazon are telling to contact each other.
I have attached the transaction details, i need you people to look it on priority, and stop charging late payements charges on my postpaid account
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
