I have been raising complaints to airtel from past 2-3 years. No action has been taken to resolve the issue for 2+ years. The network is very poor. Call/data not working properly that means if you call someone then low voice quality/ voice breaking. Airtel network team visited my home last year but nothing changed we are still facing the same issue. It is very frustrating.

Please fix this problem.

      I hav ordered fastag through airtel payment bank on 2dec 2019 bt after one month i didnt recv. So many times i hav complaint in airtel jammu office but they dont bother abt my complain
      This is very frustating. I am facing problem in toll plaza
      My frends ordered fastag from others site like paytm n they recvd within 7 days

      Not trust anymore on airtel app

        Before travelling to usa had activated the 3999/- pack which was auto renewable.in december got a prohibitively high bill amount of rs 16, 560.81. On enquiry was informed that airtel stopped auto renewal of 3999/- pack but instead have activated a daily pack for rs 649/-, without any authorization from my end. Inspite of repeated requests to rectify the same, no resolution till date.

        Hello, I have the same issue. My employee went to Canada on 25th august 2019 and before that I have activated Smartpack of Rs. 3999/- Zone B through my corporate email ID and they replied that your pack will be activated when you will enter in the roaming country. In mail they also mention that

        "Important to note to avoid excess charges while in International Roaming:

        Smartpack would auto renew post expiry date, if there is usage found while you are in international roaming. "

        The pack was working fine from 26 August to September month than September month to October month and then October month to November month.

        From 26th November they start charging on daily basis plan 649 without informing me. I didn't receive any mail or SMS to my number or registered email ID as I am the Coordinator of this corporate connection. My employee got sms that you are on 649 pack than next day on 4th Dec my employee received sms that your 3999 pack is again activated.
        I went to local airtel office and asked them regarding this and they said you were charged daily basis plan of 649 for two days after that your 3999 plan again started. I request them that daily basis charges should not be added in this bill as I am on monthly basis plan. They said wait till the bill generate after that we will put a complaint.

        When I got the Dec. month Bill of Rs. 27970 than I start contacting airtel office, they said you should send mail to enterprise and appellate to waive off daily basis charges as you are on monthly basis plan.

        After sending many email to [protected]@in.airtel.com and appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com I got a reply that

        "This is to inform you that your charges are validated of Rs 649/ from 26 NOV'19 because that charges is counted as roam without fear and you are not eligible for wavier."

        I informed that without informing me how can you stop my monthly package. But didn't get any satisfactory answer till now.
        I am planning to go to consumer court now.

          I have ported my number [protected] from idea to airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already. I am loosing my business calls and i am going to consumer forum against it.
          I am supposed to call 59059 but i can't because of the network issue
          My idea sim show no network at 11:10pm
          Then i inserted the new airtel sim but it shows no network coverage
          I tried restarting my phone several times too
          But still no luck
          I need it to get resolved asap

            I had made a recharge from my rs 499 foe my airtel number [protected] from my hdfc bank account number - [protected] via net banking on 2nd is jan 2020. The money was deducted but my phone was not recharged. Reference number[protected] narration [protected]-citrusairtel.

              Its more than 1 month i am not able to call on international number... There is so many friend's who live in a broad to connect them i give miss call... I am really suffering from it... So my request to you please fix the problem as soon as possible i really need to call my friend it's really required... Please try to fix fast i really need the service to call my friend...

                I have been using airtel number from last 12 years. From last two years there is no network coverage in my home and after multiple complaints there is no improvement seen. Finally wanted to shift to different service provider through number portability. Went to airtel outlet paid outstanding bill and sent msg to 1900. The reply got is upc cannot be generated as it is less than 90 days since it is activated which is absolutely ridiculous. Complained to 121 and at the outlet, they initially told there is technical problem but no resolution so far.in parallel, getting calls from airtel saying you have been using this number for so long why do you want to change but msgs says it is less than 90days old. After that they came up with logic saying bill plan changed 20 back which is also comes under condition of number portability. When i told i never requested, how airtel can change without informing customer they started saying there was discount earlier which is removed now hence i have to wait for 90 days. This way they are harassing the customer who has been with them for 12 years. Worst ever customer experience.

                  I’m complaining about my network issues, it’s very hard to use my mobile data nd calls in my home. I have gave lot nd lot of complaints to customercare bt thr is no response. I can’t able to use my data, totally the speed in my house is 28/kb/sec is this is your speed?
                  So plz take responsibility to clear my issue it’s my last complaint. If it’s happen i need to change my network.

I have try to transfer recharge rs 449 plan from my another bank account to my number [protected]. So i tell you that my money deducted but money was not recieved and transaction failed... (Mrb id[protected] and transaction id [protected]) so sir/ medam, i requested to you return my money soon as possible. I need my money within 10hr.

                      I just recharged my phone which a new data pack and as soon as i did it most of the sites are not opening. They get redirected to http://one.airtel.in/rcconf as a result i have not been able to use some coupons, and i am not able to browse through most useful sites. Please give a solution for this. I am losing on money because of their redirecting and i tried to reset apns and cleared my caches in all the browsers i use, nothing helped. I contacted 198 but they told me they don't deal with this issue. It's really harassing and i dont know where to go and how to deal with this. Please provide a solution soon.

                        My sim was originally a bsnl sim but i ported it to airtel. After receiving the new sim i found that i was unable to recharge it online. The airtel app kept failing the transaction due to technical problem and i lost the money (₹49) and any other recharging app like google pay and paytm just refunded the amount within seconds. Plz help me and resolve this issue.

                          एयरटेल डीटीएच आईडी [protected] मेरे पास 24 दिसंबर 2019 को एयरटेल डिजिटल टीवी की तरफ से कॉल आया आप ज्यादा दिन से रिचार्ज नहीं करवा रहे हैं आप हमारे पुराने ग्राहक हैं आपको बेस्ट ऑफर के तहत ₹245 के रिचार्ज पर अच्छा पैकेज दिया जा रहा है जिसमें किड्स स्पोर्ट्स हिंदी इंटरटेनमेंट और हिंदी मूवी के चैनल शामिल होंगे कॉल आने के 10 मिनट बाद ही मैंने ऑनलाइन रिचार्ज कर लिया जब 25 दिसंबर तक भी मेरे चैनल चालू नहीं हुए तो मैंने कस्टमर केयर फ्री कॉल की उन्होंने 24 घंटे के अंदर पैक एक्टिवेट होने की बात बोली 26 तारीख को वह अपने वादे से मुकर गए और मुझे अब तक मेरे पैक का बेनिफिट नहीं मिला

                          I had ordered Fastag from my Airtel App. I have received a message on 30th November 2019 that i will receive my Fastag in 14 days. But i haven't received it yet. On my App it is saying shipped.
                          There is no indoor network and i have been facing this issue since 6 months. I have complaint about this but there is no response from your company.
                          I have applied Fast tag from Airtel on 26th Nov . Even after several followup's and remainder mails i am not able to have the exact status. even they are not cancelling my request so as i may purchase the same from some other vendor.

                          I have been here in UAE for the past 5months, Now my airtel sim is not in service . I am not able to do any bank related queries . Please do needful.
                          I want call record for the last month of my mobile no [protected], please make it as soon as possible. I will be very thankful to you.
                          Airtel is automatically deducting my main balance and UNABLE TO REACH CUSTOMER CARE executive . last 2-3 times deduct same time of this.

                            I ordered fastag from airtel app on 23 nov and still waiting to get it delivered. I mailed them many times and tweeted many time and each time they say issue will be resolved in two working days but still not resolved.
                            After 25 days they provided me a tracking number again which is showing returned to hub.
                            I just want my money back and suggest every one never buy with airtel app or airtel payment bank.
                            Each time i am waiting in long ques on toll plaza.
                            Third class service with most weired and cheap support

                                  About 3 months ago the aforesaid company was advertising and providing norton antivirus security with all their 82 days validity 4g packs in my [protected]. The validity of the antivirus was july 2020. Suddenly the company withdrawn the service from my number without any cause. However, in their my airtel app, the advertise of the antivirus is still there. I am attaching two pics for ur kind perusal.

                                    Received fastag but still it is showing as shipped in airtel app. Hence unable to active it. Already notified to airtel 20 days back but no action taken yet. Everytime am facing problem at the toll. If the company is unable to provide services it should be suspended/terminated from such contract. How can nhai appoint such company who is least borthered for providing regular services.

                                    I recharged my mob. no [protected] for Rs. 48/= vide Trans.ID[protected]today at about 9.30 AM.No credit balance has been given instead some data and 28 days veledity given.I do not want any data . Please give me some talk time as applicable.
                                    In mudhol town(Bagalkot district), network is very slow. Now I am using 4G data .Even 2G network is better than this speed. I am facing this problem from many days onwards. but yet the problem is not solved.please resolve the issue early

                                      I’m vijaya and i’m using airtel more than 3 years and i opt for 2499 plan to buy a iphone 7 that was my major mistake in my life.. Since then i have network issue like anything in the world.

                                      I used to complain everyday your support is torture.. No one helped me and i miss my office cabs now and then because of your wonderful network and then i have opt ola and uber and then i have to face my manager for coming late.. If it’s a raining then i have to pay 1000rs to reach my office to uber guy and i have beg ppl around for call and for hotspot just because of your wonderful network..

                                      I was literally waiting for this plan to get clear so that i can port out to better network.. But your support ppl said that i’m still on plan but i got a bill of 980rs your support said there might issue, actually it’s a problem with airtel

                                      Now my internet and calls are both aren’t working called support spoke to zibran he was very rude as usual with your wonderful support.. He said my entire internet is over.. Wherein i daily see remaining or balance internet around 128gb etc. But all of sudden the internet has consumed 100% so now i have to pay extra for booster or buy a smart bytes..

                                      Great team and great network..

                                        Purchased fastag through My Airtel app on 11 Dec. Received message on 21 Dec that fastag is shipped for delivery and should reach in 6-8 working days. Still not received it.
                                        Helpline number is of no use as they disconnect call with audio that all customer support executives are busy, call later.
                                        Raised issue on Twitter also but it is of no use. Can you guys help?
