I have notified airtel executive for n number of time to update my mailing address and send bill to my registered mailing id. But they are not listening to my concern and forwarding bill to same other mail id. I have already furnished coordinator details on company's letter pad to airtel executive but no proper response received from there end i have been pissed off with there irresponsible behaviour. For last two month i have not received any bill hence payment was not made for same. Now they are charging late payment of that bill that i didnt even received. Kindly look after the issue and resolve the same.

    you are not allowed to call this number airtel

    When i try to call any number the computer voice says "You are not allowed to call this number " even i have balance and unlimited pack, Income works good tried to change network auto/manual, switch to 2G/3G, looked for call barring services all Ok, restarted with diffrent sim port, try with another feature phone, All got same issue You are not allowed to call this number "...

    I have done recharge of 448 for my Airtel number [protected] through airtel website when I did it shown successful, money got debited but still no message pf confirmation I received and even after contacting customer care I got no response for my debited money and of recharge will get successful or not.

      I use Airtel Broadband in Pune. In Nov-19 and Dec-19 during the normal billing cycle period, I got 50% data consumed message and I was totally surprised. I just have a PC & mobile and no other device, no other user and I never had so much of consumption.

      I found significant uploads data logged as my usage under my account.
      I complained to Airtel. They did not provide any answer to my complaint and provided no answer even after 10 days. Rather they said there can not be any complaint for data consumption.

      Something is fishy at Airtel end which they are not ready to share. Users are requested to be alert and daily check their usage against their account on Airtel website to be sure that there's no data logging mistake on part of Airtel.

        I have been using Airtel Prepaid connection from last 3-4 years now.

        i live in pul prahlad pur area near badarpur.

        i have ported my sim from Reliance to Airtel thinking that its is a good service provide in networks while there plans were also higher than others.

        now i have also changed my smart phone if it has any problem but actual problem is in Network .

        Even calls drop almost 80% times even when i am using 2G network .

        I am even mentioning about internet which is gone worse than that .

        Call drops when my phone showing all the network sticks.

        All these problem occured from last 6 - 8 months. there customer support says that network coverage is strong in your location then why call drops .
        call were even droping while i was taking to there customer support.

        they are not even looking to resolve this, And this is not only my problem every friend, family and people in are have same problem

        I am moving from Airtel to any other network.

          Respected sir I as a customer of Airtel mobile.i am not getting 2g4g coverage in my home location.Airtel informed me that Airtel upgraded its tower to 4g.And also assured me that you can get excellent 2g4g coverage.but in my location I can't make a call in an emergency and unable to use internet fecilities also.I had informed Airtel authorities about my net and call issue several times, but the company not ready to.solve the weak signal issue.I had lost my 399Rs.i had totally cheated by Airtel kerala.i kindly request to you sir please take necessary action to against Barti Airtel Thanking you.

            I have ported from Vodafone to Airtel It was troublesome right from the beginning. The Airtel Executive (Took it from Airtel Store, Beside Aditya Enclave, Ameerpet) gave me a new SIM card, so i have to wait for another 48 hours and then he gave me another SIM onto which my number was ported.
            After that i was unable to receive any calls from any number. Called up Customer Care, they said it will take another 48hrs to fix the issue.
            Today its more than 20 days but no solution form Airtel Side and whenever use to call customer care they gave me another time line of 3 days, after 3 day again given timeline of 3 days and have the same answer i.e your complaint is open we will exolete the issue and will revert but never received any call. Its been more than 20 days since i have lodged a complaint and still the issue is same and i am missing all my important calls, My business executives generally reside in US/Canada and they are unable to reach me which is hindering my business productivity. None of them are able to connect to my number. Its very critical that i have to be available on phone. Please do the necessary.

            I am ok if they can backport my number to Vodafone. Vodafone was lot better in Technical resolutions

              I am unable to recharge my number after porting from Jio. It’s been 3 days. I cannot recharge online. It gives an error saying “unexpected error has occurred”. When I recharge through app money is deducted from my account but then I get a message saying recharge failed and money will be refunded. I tried recharging from Airtel store also and there also I am getting an error. What is the point of porting from Jio if my number is not going to work? My incoming validity is only till tomorrow. How am I supposed to stay in contact with people when my number wouldn’t be working? Absolutely appalling and horrendous experience with airtel! I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

                I have ordered fast tag id through airtel app, i received message that my fast tag id delivered. Till now when i check through airtel thanks app it is still showing delivered but I have not received yet due to this i am facing issue at toll plaza.
                This is very frustrating as my friends order fastag from other service providers like paytm and they got there fastag in 7 days.

                Whenever i check the customer care executive always busy the call get disconnected.

                  It has been 15 days since i have raised the complaint about my airtel sim activation.
                  I ve changed my plan in postpaid from 299 to 199. For this the airtel regional service fellow said that sim should be changed and it woukd take 2 working for activation.
                  Im highly disapoointed with the service of you people. Ive called so many times but you people are giving same template answer that it get resoved in 24 hours. What if there is an emergency for me.. Hiw should i contact. Am unable to book cabs or contact or use bank apps.
                  There is no incoming outgoing and no messeges also. This should be escalated to higher level

                    I am an airtel user from more than 15 years now. I am facing a very serious problem with airtel right now.

                    I am not able to call or receive any call. I tried registering a complaint from a different airtel number, but complaint was not registered.

                    Can you please look into this urgently and provide a solution. I cannot work as my business connections are not able to reach out to me.

                      As observed that the "Bharti Airtel" was one of the best Telecommunication Cellular Network provider Company. But nowdays it is the worst Network providers. With most of its UNTRAINED & Illiterated staff in this digital world. Hence it is a peronal advice to the concern Authorities to please wind-Up your business of Cellular network and better start up with some Fresh n New business like - Chat-panipuri or Sandwitch etc. Because the quality of services & Recruited staff deserve that type of business.

                      Also due to growing demand in Telecommunication sector, there shall be better openings for the New Network providers who deserve it.

                      So it is just a kind advice to better empty the space asap for the Newcomers to fullfil the criteria as it shall also be helpful in the betterment of the Nation.

                        I have converted my airtel number from postpaid to prepaid on 03rd january, i was informed that it will be converted within 2 hours & i need to do first recharge from any retail/airtel store after 2hours. When i try to recharge it's always giving error message & none of the retailers were able to recharge. I tried multiple times but no luck.

                        I am getting incoming calls & messages, but not able to recharge. I checked with the customer care as well, they told that the number is active, but there is some technical issue because of which recharge was not working, & it will be resolved soon. But, it's still not working. I have been using the same number with airtel as postpaid for many years. This is a very poor service from such a reputed brand.

                          xstream dth box picture quality issues

                          Purchased a xstream dth set top box for an amount of 2500/- including installation charges.

                          On the same day, i noticed strange picture quality issues. The picture is dark and a red tinge is present. I immediately informed airtel regarding the same and they directly blamed that tv brightness setting needs to be checked.

                          Hello,
                          I am chasing with airtel payment bank for my fast tag for last one month. After placing the order i got on sms that my fasttag was shipped via dtdc and will be deliver within 7 working days science then all is picture.
                          I did not receive any call from dtdc and suddenly receive one sms that dtdc try to deliver a shipment but address is wrong.
                          I am surprised then i tried to get in touch with dtdc with shipment number no response and after couple of days i received one email from dtdc stated the complaint is close as the shipment is return to origin.
                          In same address same currier can deliver consignment of flipkart/amazon etc but can't find the location when it was fasttag.
                          Then i following up with airtel but the story is same, we are looking on the issue and will response you within 2 working days. After 2 working days they are providing me same dtdc reference number which is given at first time.
                          This is very hopeless service from dtdc and airtel they are jointly cheating with customer.

                            When I tried to call any number from my Airtel mobile it says that Outgoing calls from Airtel mobile are temporarily suspended even though I recharged online 399 plan, when I tried to reach out Airtel Customer care on 121 and 198 Im getting the same message as well.

                            I'm approaching Consumer court for this issue....

                            Dear sir,
                            I have purchased a fastag for my vehicle No GJ16CN4479 through airtel payment bank on 06.11.2019 by Txn ID FT[protected]. It is issued with Fastag ID 34161FA820328AA2020BB0A0 and dispatched on 16 Nov. 2019. I got on 30.12.2019 and you have get link for activation and I have activated it today.
                            They offer for cash back of Rs. 50 on Purchased of Fastag through Airtel payment bank but cashback is not recieved.

                            I called in airtel customer service care from mob. No.[protected] around at 10 AM for sim port. And simply asked few questions. The executive misbehave badly.I am very disappointed. I need action for this. Their was no correct behaviour and she used some bad words too.

                              Respected sir, i did a net recharge on my airtel app of rs 598 on 5 january 2020, at around 7 pm. (For mobile no.
                              [protected]). Money deducted from my account but recharge failed. I want my money back as soon as possible its so disappointing that i paid my money in need but service is so bad that recharge failed. Out of rs 598, rs 50 was paid by my airtel coupon, rs 85 was paid from my amazon pay account and rest rs 463 was paid by my net banking account.

                              No network signal in my location, i am using 4 airtel sim in my home, no one work in my home, out side of my home get 1 point of signal strength. what to do for this type of bad network coverage. we not received any incoming call at the time of inside home.
                              After porting from idea to airtel.after inserting my new sim its not working..no network ..plz do the needful as soon as possible.

                                  I have ordered a fasttag for my car on airtel payments bank with trust and belief that, i will get it on expected timelines of 14- 16 days. I have ordered it on airtel thanks app on 07th dec 2019. I got a sms saying on 18th dec that my fasttag is generated and shipped. Since 18th dec, the status showed as "shipped" in airtel thanks app, but it is not delivered even after 1 week since the status is marked as "shipped". I called airtel bank customer care multiple times, mostly i got ivr message saying that all customer support execuitves are busy on other calls. With much difficulty, i reached airtel customer support 4 times till now. Every time they are replying me to wait for 1- 2 working days, but i never got the fasttag till now. I have mailed the airtel bank support email id [protected]@airtelbank.com, pno, grievance. Officer etc, but it is of no use. Every time they are providing some ticket number (Upto now i got 3 ticket numbers (4711728, 4693740, 4682797). Every time they provided some consignment number to track with dtdc courier (Consignment number - x[protected] with comments saying that the consignment number is ready for tracking in 1 - 2 working days, but i was never able to track the consignment number in dtdc. Always i get no data found message, if i track in dtdc website. Today, i called airtel bank customer support again and got reply saying that dtdc has some issues, so they will deliver fasttag through india post. I asked for exact timeline when i will get fasttag as already 1 month passed. The customer support said as soon as possible. I am very frustated with this kind of delay / worst service provided by airtel payments bank. I started loosing trust in airtel. Can you please help to escalate this issue to some senior officer in airtel?
