I have bought new nokia 6.1 plus from flipkart and there was an offer from airtel of getting ₹1800 cash back in the form of 36 coupons and 240gb data in the form of 20gb data per month on recharge of 199/249/448, i have done 199 recharge twice, but didn't get the cash back and extra data, i have contacted airtel customer care and they told me that i would only get cash back of ₹2000 as it is a festive offer on buying any 4g phone and will not get extra data, but i don't want the festive offer, i want the bundle offer which was promised to me at the time of buying the phone
I am fed up of calling airtel customer care who just says that i have got the festive offer and i am not eligible for the bundle offer which comes with my handset, although i have never claim the festive offer

    I want to move out of my postpaid airtel connection ([protected]) due to poor connectivity and call dropping. However i am unable to send port sms to 1900. All other sms are working fine.

    1- reached out to airtel store, they informed that the sms feature is active and verified everything is fine. They asked me to contact customer service 121 or 198.
    2- called customer service 121, they asked to restart the phone. Tried that didn't fix
    3- called customer complaint 198, they also cannot resolve

    Please fix immediately.

      In my postpaid bill i was charged additional rs.540 against spl number dial 55315 which i didn't made myself. They insist, i spoke to this number for 59 mins on october 2nd. This is not a valid number and i could see so many complaints against this particular number, in this forum.

      It's not one or two rupees but 540 rs. This is really absurd about airtel forcing me to pay for this after being a customer for 10 years. I don't want to pay this seriously.

      I subscribed to IR pack worth rs.3999. But my sim cant connect to network and im facing problem because of no connection.
      Banking otp, irctc and much more otp not get on my airtel number... how can i fix it????

        They have always actuvated this service without my consent and deducted the money. I have already requested them to block this service but they have been doing it. Again i have recharged my account and the money has been deducted. I would like to complain against airtel company and want them to block this service and refund my money. Its really annoying and frustrating.

          November 19-2018 - "no service" showing up on phone
          November 20-2018 - spoke with airtel customer service and followed troubleshooting steps provided by them. Finally i was told to replace the sim.
          Replaced sim at around 1:30pm.

          From november 20-2018 till now even new sim is showing "no service"

          Have called customer service about 4 -5 times after sim change and have followed all troubleshooting steps they have asked me to perform.

          It seems airtel is not keen on providing quality. For 4 days and not sure how many more days my phone will be out of service. Will airtel deduct these days from billing??? Also are you willing to pay for the inconvenience caused for so many days of no phone???

            The concerned number is - [protected]

            My father had been using this number for more than a decade. The same number has also been used for the aadhar verification of the whole family.
            After he passed away 2 years ago, we only used the number to attend to calls and whatsapp.

            Now airtel has disconnected the number without a prior notification or any warning that the number will be disconnected if not recharged.

            I request the concerned to look into this and expect a positive reply.

              Transaction is successful, however the balance is not credited to his mobile number.
              He also did not receive any sms.

                I had applied for aairtel broadband connection after getting assurance from the telemarketing of airtel that i can get a connection in my area. I was assured that within 24 to 48 hours my connection will be connected. But till date connection has happened. I have phoned on the number who were calling me for connection and to whom i had given the cafe no and my id proof. But they are now picking up my phone. My tnx. No. Is [protected].

                  I have been using airtel dth (2 connections) from past 4 years
                  Recently i have activated safe custody for my 1 connection.
                  And i was not informed when it is expired and the remaining balance started deducting.
                  It went to negative.
                  When i called customer care they said you have to recharge to watch on other connection also which is activated for 1 year.
                  Since i am not using 1 connection and other one is unused, why i am not able to activate safe custody and why both stopped working.
                  Please do the needful or close my account itself if your policies are not so customer friendly.

                    Please activate my mobile prepaid number [protected]. Which i used around 7 years. Two months ago my number had deactivated and someone else having this number now. This number addresses me everywhere (Bank, friends and family relatives, facebook, whatsapp, paytm and other shopping apps). Let me have this number which had deactivated inappropriately.

                        Today i called on customer care number they didn't listen my complaint they start shouting they were so rude.. The first one is imran and the second one is murlidhar. Imran behaviour was so bad.. It's felt like he was frustrated.. Because he was so rude i cut the call.. And the second murlidhar was also rude bt i need help so i talked him he helped but he talked in q very bad manner...
                        Please teach them how to talk.

                          Their internet and network is worst so I kept a different number as primary outgoing and internet usage. Also I have enough balance in my Airtel number, I am making call very rarely with this number but this is my primary number for incoming calls and all messages. Now I am getting message from airtel that my outgoing calls will be barred. After talking to customer care, they are asking me recharge with minimum 35 RS in every 28days else my outgoing calls will be barred. Is this new rule to forcefully get money from customer without providing good service.

                            Honerble sir/mdm i am not mutthu kumar, my name is raju sd from chikmgalore dist actually i am the subscriber of the number before mutthu kumar, unfartunatly i lost my no in recyclying mode, i request at airtel office at bannergatta road, but representatives also told they r also helpless,

                            He used that number as post paid custmer banglore, i request him to transfer the number in my account, frist he agree after some days he not intrest to me, so i sadly i forgot my number, but number is unvalid i think he not paid his due balences, so mdm the number is now in company hand,

                            Please if check the status of that number clear the truth if he intrest he would definitely paid all due balences,

                            Please i am interest in my old number, i need my number by airtel side in leagal way, mdm please is there any possiblities to get my number [protected] before companey find new custmer, please repay me, still i am airtel customer by onether number mdm, please hellp me i lost everything in my life for loosing this number. Please help, save me airtel

                              Previously my validity was 2032. Now it shows expire date is 22 nov 2018. And the message that i have to recharge with rs. 35 to enjoy uninterrupted service.

                              Airtel started cheating customers.

                              They haven't communicated about outgoing validity plan change and notified me all of suddenly. How do i trust validity of existing plans as posted in airtel web site? Is it really fair?

                              Yes this type of private companies are only see a 100% profit based business but atleast 1% consider the customer they will grow .Me and my friends are using Airtel but after announce this plan my friends throwed their sim and some friends are ported to other.We only change this privates because we are consumers.After decreasing their customers they will drop this plan.I think u may choose some other telecom providers.Then only they change.
                              I also have same issue. Airtel is cheating us.

                                I have ported my number to airtel and my old sim has stopped working and my new airtel sim is showing not registered on network whereas the network signal lines are visible on phone. I have visited to sector 16, noida airtel store there all the system were not worling and they gave me a number to call near by 5.00p. M today and even 6-7 calls they are not even answering the calls.

                                Resolve my issue and confirm by when my number will start working.

                                  My mobile number [protected] was not active for 4 months as the SIM does not operate in J& K Region, due to that my sim was inactive for 4-5 months. After 5 months when i am back to West Bengal, there was no network on my sim and in contact with AIRTEL customer care, she suggest to refresh the sim and get 4G sim. So i reactivate the sim by paying 100 INR and recharge it with 149 INR as unlimited for 28 days. The sim was functioning well for 5 – 6 days and after 6 days the sim stop functioning and also there was no network in it.

                                  Again I contact Customer care and on talk with AIRTEL NODAL OFFICER, she said that the sim is allocated to somebody else. So how can such mistake be done by AIRTEL . So I do not understand the circumstance and criteria, I only need is to reactivate my SIM as early as possible. It is mistake done through AIRTEL and it must be resolve by AIRTEL as early as possible.

                                  And After Consuming 20 days of time at last they are saying Sorry We cannot reactivate your Sim.

                                  Very Unsatisfactory Service provide by the Airtel . Due to mistake done by the Airtel, I have wasted lots of times and for it at last you are giving the conclusion that it cannot be reallocated the sim to me.My question is why my sim was activated for 5 days ? It is big fault done by AIRTEL. Very irresponsible act done by the Airtel Team and devalued the customer.
                                  For harassment and consumption of time the Airtel Company must pay the compensation or reactivate the sim
                                  Harassment due to Airtel:
                                  1. Need to Visit Bank in Gujarat And change the Number in Bank Account.
                                  2. Need to Stand in long queue to update the number in Aadhar Card
                                  3. Need to Stand in long queue to update the number in LPG Connection.
                                  4. Need to Update in Service Record.
                                  5. Also made a recharge of Rs. 149 and payment of Rs 100 for sim, the company must refund it too
                                  6. Consumption of time and all other related harrasment, the AIRTEL must compensate .

                                    I have done an international raoming recharge of inr 2498/- on 20th nov. 2018. As per the plan i should have got unlimited incoming/ 500 mins of outgoing/100 sms per day and 5gb data. This plan has a validity of 30 days however since today i. E 20th nov morning my airtel service has stopped and i am not able to call or send a sms. I write to airtel but not got any reply.. Pls help urgently. This complain has been raised one year before too by another person. Yet the issue is not resolved. Airtel is doing fraud rather than nothing.

                                      Why the hell i have to recharge with unlimited plan, while i have my balance
                                      Rs 115???
                                      Then whats the use of my balance???
                                      Airtel is always trying to loot customer by making such moves.
                                      If this continues, the option remain is mnp.
