I had recharged for 1000 rupees pack (Lifetime validity, full talk time) on 29th october 2018.
Now on november 8, i'm getting message saying my outgoing will expire on 24 november 2018 and incoming will expire on 09 december 2018.
I tried to recharge from *121*51#. I'm getting various packs but i am not getting option to activate the pack. So i am not able to use my 780 rupees main balance.
Only way now for me to recharge is to pay money again in airtel app or from other services like paytm.
I called customer care 3 times, each call going for 20+ minutes, but no one is solving the issue. They promised call back, but didn't even after 2 days.
But main issue is, when i chose pack of lifetime validity and full talk time, how can you change rules in middle after i paid 1000 rs??
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
