Airtel postpaid

Ir roaming plan 30 day validity 3999 inr

This is regarding airtel billing, user ir charges even though the user is in the 30day period for which user already paid full amount.
Amount was paid prior to validity expiry. User tried to stop auto renewal for the same pack from next month bill. Airtel says that deactivated the pack within the validity period expiry

Below is the full details.

I activated my international roaming pack for 30 days on 26th of
October (Last month)

The activation was done by a customer support technician on call. He
Also explained me that its valid for 30 days from the day you land
Abroad and costs you 3999/- inr. Also he mentioned the fact its auto
Renewal and needs to be deactivated to stop if from getting charged
For subsequent months.

I was charged 3999 in my last billing cycle. For which i paid prior to
The bill generation.

Today i got a message my current international roaming due is 4860
Inr. I am still in my 30 day cycle and still got charged.

I called the cc rep on phone, he said you deactivated last week, so
The 30 day validation got terminated. I tried him explain him and tell
Him the reason i clicked remove the pack (From my app) is to stop it from getting
Auto-renewed for next billing cycle. He doesn't seem to care and keep saying even for 1 day we will charge you 3999.

Its a one-time payment plan and its supposed to be active for the full
30 day cycle. How can you gets get the full money and say you
Cancelled it so we stopped it.
Also who gave you the right to enable ir roaming on default. I didnt
Get a single message saying it got deactivated nor i got a message
Saying you are charged for the usage. Till i got to the 4860 inr.

Seriously? What kind of advertisement you put to cheat customer
Saying its a 30 day plan and one time chargeable still wont provide
The customer the the benefit for 30 days.

I will need my 30 day validity restore for the reminder of the 30 day
Period and any charges accumulated needs to be put against it.

I holding my decision to change the vodafone connection with your network.in our area kavalbyrasandra most the users having problem with your network.       We srigayatri jr college (Charminar branch) using your number i. E., [protected], [protected], [protected], facing network issues at our branch.
      We could not even connect calls to our students. We are also using a card swiping machine for collecting fees. We are unable to even swipe our swiping machine. And most of our employees are using airtel mobile network only.

      We request you to solve the network issue as early as possible.

        Recharged one of my family members mobile twice with the same offer twice unknowingly from 2 different locations on the same day.
        Called customer call but no use. System should be intelligent enough to credit back or extend the same offer to next month.

        This is very bad on a telecom gaint airtel.
        Expect airtel to build intelligent software and be customer friendly.

          I just got fedup with this network i think i need to move to jio. Yesterday i send a image file and it took more than 6 hours to send that file, and you all give add that it's best network i hate to watch add now once my this pack gets over i will port to jio. Day by day it's going worst and finally i need to take action. I run the speed test downloading its fine but upload its showing zero.

            I have balance of more than 50 rupees. But my outgoing validity is expired now. No details why it was expired or how much i have to recharge to get back outgoing validity.

            Even after my repeated recharges. Still outgoing is now working. I got a message saying incoming also will be stopped on 24th november.

            I[censored] stop both no point o[censored]sing ur airtel sim.

                There is very slow internet speed in our area. I bought a pack o[censored]nlimited talk time and 1.4 gb /day 4g internet. But net speed is even slower than 2g
                So plz do something about it.

                We are 3 users of airtel isp
                There is no increase in speed in last 3 months
                Otherwise i and my family will be forced to change over internet service provider

                  I had airtel prepaid sim ([protected]) since 2 year but now its deactivated by airtel, then i goto airtel store and get it back but it gives me in postpaid,
                  I had purchased sim card from your gallery on 15th november 2018. But still the card is not activated.
                  I have been contacted to you gallery as well as your customer services but the executive doesn’t give satisfied answer. So stop this harassment and help me out. Other wise i am going to complaint to customer forum.

                  This card is choice no and i am using since 2 year,

                  So please do the needful for that before i take a rusty steps.

                    Airtel have charge me rs 99 on 3 nov 2018 for superstore service.
                    I dont have email id so i am writing mail through my grandkid's email id.
                    After talk with customer care they told me the service is active by wap & they cant refund my money as i am not eligible for refund. And she wae very very rude while speaking.
                    I have not used my mobile internet from the day i purchase sim of aitel because i even dont know how to use internet. Airtel have activate service without my consent.
                    If airtel does not solve it & refund me i have to transfer my number other other operator using mnp. This is not the first time airtel activate service without my consent its happen before.
                    If i have to file police complaint i will, as i am sick of airtel lies service.
                    So look in to this matter.

                      I have ported in from rel-jio to airtel, however my jio sim connection got deactivated still i am unable to use the sim being provided to me. I am getting an error stating "no service"

                      Please review the same and take necessary actions. I have been using the same number for the last 2 years so i am in urgent requirement of the number to get activated asap.

                        My Airtel number is [protected]. I have recharge by debit card 95 rs twice on 15/11/18 and 95 rs recharge on 16/11/18. Transaction numbers are[protected],[protected] and[protected]. Three times amount deduct by bank but no recharge on my phone. Please resolve my problem and deduct amount transfer to my account.

                          How the message was generated at 5.30 PM for activation of LIVEONREEL service @ Rs75.0 for 30day(s) at 18 05:27 on the same day? For verification, screenshot of the message is attached.

                          I have not asked for such service activation. I would like Airtel to re-credit Rs. 75.00 to my mobile balance immediately and fix the responsibility for such wrong doing by Airtel official under intimation to me.

I would like to submit that I have never asked for activation of such service. This activation of LIVEONREEL service has been done unauthorisadely and fraudulently on my pre-paid mobile number xxxxxx4952.

                          I request you to kindly arrange to credit back Rs. 75.00 to the balance immediately. I also request you to fix responsibility and intimate to me the penal action taken against erring personnel for such wrong doing. Screenshot of fraudulent SMS is attached.

                            I asked them to change company name on the bill from csc to hcl, so firstly the asked

                            After that, i received a confirmation that it will be done by 8 pm. Later i found that they have changed it to nec i never asked for and also they changed the address to old one which was there 2 years back. I asked appellate team the reason why they change it to name which i did not ask. They did not revert with reason instead they saying in order to change the name i have to visit the nearest center. I again asked the same question and again they just copy and paste the same mail. Seems to me that no one is bothered about what just happened and this is airtel for you. They don't call you and instead send you msg your number is not reachable and who's fault this is??

                              I am residence of bhiwadi pin code 301019. I raise complained on 14-Nov-18. My complained no 82882694 & 82934189 was not yet resolve. which suppose to be close yesterday. Engineer visit to my house have abnormal behavior. He talk like he threatened me and use harass language.

                              I speak to the owner MR. Krishna & Birender ([protected]) and ask him to send other person. he ensure me to send other person tomorrow and requested me to not told anything to customer care executive when i received call from airtel.

                              But till today he was not sending any person to resolve my problem.
                              when i again talk to him he replied he will send same person if i want to resolve the problem and see airtel DTH Tv.

                              I shock to see this type of blackmailing from customer support from airtel.

                              I request kindly take strict action against him otherwise i will withdraw both my airtel DTH connection.

                                We have successfully paid the bill on 13th oct via hdfc bank credit card. According to the bank statement and information they have advised that the payment has gone through and made to airtel (Payment id: mt[protected]. But the airtel people has been telling that the payment has not completed and they have disconnected our service and we have paid the amount of 6000 which had been taken from our account but is been said by airtel that we don't have it.                                   My correct number is [protected]. I accidentally have recharged a wrong number - [protected]. Transaction id is - [protected]. Transaction is done using airtel payment bank using wallet on my airtel app. I have been trying to reach the wrong number but there is no response from his side. I have spoken to customer care of airtel and asked for any possible solution but got nothing in return. Please help me in reversing the amount to my wallet.

                                    I've raised one network complaint by may 2018 and following up continuously. My complaint sr number is c4gsp[protected]. When sending follow up, immediately or very next day i will get a call and an sms saying we're working to resolve this issue. This will resolve soon. But the problem still existing and airtel agreeing that, this is their complaint.

                                    I've requested the expected completion date of this rectification and they don't have any answer/idea on it. Due to bad service voice calls also getting disconnected in between rather than reported data issue.
