Airtel — lost my mobile phone galaxy on5 and sim card

On 12/11/2018 at about 11:30 am. The mobile handset is of samsung galaxy on 5 (Sam-g550fy gold - no. [protected]). I lost my mobile phone handset along with sim card no. [protected]. So kindly block the mobile no [protected]. And please send confirmation message of blocking on [protected].

Hi I m staying in sunny layout near kr puram Bangalore. During night times my data speed is very low. I can it is almost 0.
I can't even open google page as well. I m airtel hot-spot also even it is almost same. I won't get data speed at all. What is the use of having Airtel services. Really patatic service provided by Airtel.
2 problems: 1 unauthorized subscription to ADOF games
2. Unauthorized deduction of balance. (80/- at that). The picture attached is the forwarded message she received.

I ve recharge for Rs. 97 in Quikrecharge Apps.(No.[protected] 97.00 success 11) but amount not credited. My money has been deducted from my account. The transection showing success but amount not credited.
