How the message was generated at 5.30 PM for activation of LIVEONREEL service @ Rs75.0 for 30day(s) at 18 05:27 on the same day? For verification, screenshot of the message is attached.

I have not asked for such service activation. I would like Airtel to re-credit Rs. 75.00 to my mobile balance immediately and fix the responsibility for such wrong doing by Airtel official under intimation to me.

I have requested Mr Ravi Gandhi, Chief Regulatory Officer, Bharti Airtel to arrange credit back of Rs. 75.00 in the below mentioned email (Self Explanatory) 4 days ago but so far no reply received from him.

I have received SMS on 16-Nov-2018 at 5.30 PM (Screenshot attached to this email) which shows that LIVEONREEL service was activated @ Rs75.0 for 30day(s).Txn ID S[protected], 16- Nov-2018 at 05:27 PM. I would like to submit that I have never asked for activation of such service. This activation of LIVEONREEL service has been done unauthorisadely and fraudulently on my pre-paid mobile number xxxxxx4952.

I request you to kindly arrange to credit back Rs. 75.00 to the balance immediately. I also request you to fix responsibility and intimate to me the penal action taken against erring personnel for such wrong doing. Screenshot of fraudulent SMS is attached.

Please acknowledge the receipt of this communication by return email.

    I asked them to change company name on the bill from csc to hcl, so firstly the asked

    Company id card

    After that, i received a confirmation that it will be done by 8 pm. Later i found that they have changed it to nec i never asked for and also they changed the address to old one which was there 2 years back. I asked appellate team the reason why they change it to name which i did not ask. They did not revert with reason instead they saying in order to change the name i have to visit the nearest center. I again asked the same question and again they just copy and paste the same mail. Seems to me that no one is bothered about what just happened and this is airtel for you. They don't call you and instead send you msg your number is not reachable and who's fault this is??

      I am residence of bhiwadi pin code 301019. I raise complained on 14-Nov-18. My complained no 82882694 & 82934189 was not yet resolve. which suppose to be close yesterday. Engineer visit to my house have abnormal behavior. He talk like he threatened me and use harass language.

      I speak to the owner MR. Krishna & Birender ([protected]) and ask him to send other person. he ensure me to send other person tomorrow and requested me to not told anything to customer care executive when i received call from airtel.

      But till today he was not sending any person to resolve my problem.
      when i again talk to him he replied he will send same person if i want to resolve the problem and see airtel DTH Tv.

      I shock to see this type of blackmailing from customer support from airtel.

      I request kindly take strict action against him otherwise i will withdraw both my airtel DTH connection.

        We have successfully paid the bill on 13th oct via hdfc bank credit card. According to the bank statement and information they have advised that the payment has gone through and made to airtel (Payment id: mt[protected]. But the airtel people has been telling that the payment has not completed and they have disconnected our service and we have paid the amount of 6000 which had been taken from our account but is been said by airtel that we don't have it. And has cut off service. Our service number is ([protected]).

          My correct number is [protected]. I accidentally have recharged a wrong number - [protected]. Transaction id is - [protected]. Transaction is done using airtel payment bank using wallet on my airtel app. I have been trying to reach the wrong number but there is no response from his side. I have spoken to customer care of airtel and asked for any possible solution but got nothing in return. Please help me in reversing the amount to my wallet.

            Hi,

            I've raised one network complaint by may 2018 and following up continuously. My complaint sr number is c4gsp[protected]. When sending follow up, immediately or very next day i will get a call and an sms saying we're working to resolve this issue. This will resolve soon. But the problem still existing and airtel agreeing that, this is their complaint.

            I've requested the expected completion date of this rectification and they don't have any answer/idea on it. Due to bad service voice calls also getting disconnected in between rather than reported data issue.

                I have converted an airtel no. From prepaid to postpaid as an add on connection to existing number. It's been less than a week and my internet isn't working in the new add on connection when raised a complaint they r giving wait time of 4 days a connection of one week old and my network in't working for 5 days.. Its been 2 days out of the 4 days and there is no sign of rectification.. Plz arrage a call back on [protected] to help resolve this issue.

                Outgoing services on my airtel number has expired on 10-Nov-2018 and soon my incoming services will expire by 10-Nov-2018. It is said that to recharge immediately to avoid such expiration. I tried to reach customer care but didn't get connected. atleast suggest the steps to take to avoid this.

                  For the last 2 months am not getting proper internet on my 2 airtel nos. One is prepaid and other is post paid... Which has accumulated 122 gb data which i can't use. Being a business person this is affecting my work.
                  Made complaints y walking into offices... But to no avail.
                  Why give or announce packages for users if the company cannot provide... This is all a gimmick.
                  Kindly improve ur infra structure asap... Don't know what else to say.

                  I'm using Airtel Broadband connection [protected]. Internet doesn't work properly. I can't even download whatsapp pic. If it remain continue for few more days, I'll switch to another service provider.
                  Not satisfied with network.call disconnections are common and data is very slow..its totally bad network provider

                      I am dinesh ram, chennai.

                      I got a call from airtel on 24.10.2018 from [protected] requesting to join airtel from existing mobile vendor. After discussing the plan details (Rs. 399 plan), they assured a person will come to my home for doing all the porting works and recharge.

                      The same day a person named sadham[protected] approached my home and gave details to port two numbers to airtel. He also said that intial recharge will be done only at the company store and requested for rs. 800 (Rs. 399 for each number) and i gave the same.

                      In two days, one of my number got ported and i requested saddam to do the recharge for that number. He did the same. The second number took a long time for porting (Ported on 15.11.2018 at 12:00 am) and after it is successfully ported to airtel, i asked saddam to do the recharge for my second number also.

                      This time, saddam[protected] is not answering properly and keeps on avoiding my call for the past 3 days. Whenever i call him from a different number, he picks the call and saying recharge will be done in 30 minutes. But nothing is happening. I suspect he is storing that different mobile number also, as whenever i called him from that new number, he is not picking again.

                      I want the person to do the proper recharge of rs. 399 to my mobile number.

                          Hello, i have recharged for 4g pack amounting to inr.399 through online on 1st nov'2018. The transaction was failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank a/c. I hve called customer care they told me that the amount will be credited in next seven days but till date the amount got debited from my account not credited back to my account. Once the transaction is failed you have to proper steps to refund that amount. Whenever i tried calling customer care they always made a excuse and extend the date its such a waste of time. Its been more than 15 days when will i get my refund back. Its not a small amount to ignore it what can i do for this i am stressed about this situation. Will i get my refund or not. This is my third complaint here still the problem not solved. Such a worst customer service. Where can i complaint about this my time and energy is totally wasting.

                            I had taken 1 days international pack for 24.10.18 and the same pack was de-activated on the same day and message received for de-activation on my mobile. But airtel charges rs.852/- for data usage charges from 26.10.18 to 29.10.18 and rs.649/- for one day pack dated 30.10.18. Please clarify if any one use data after its de-activation. On the pre-text that data usuage due to poor wi-fi system

                                I requested airtel to port my number from airtel prepaid to postpaid. I got the new sim on the same day i requested. But the problem began afterwards. They promised that within 24 hours the number will be activated, but now it has been more than 72 hours and still nothing has been done. I am left with a new dead sim and airtel people have turned deaf towards my phone calls. They say that we did not receive any porting request at all. Then how can they explain the new sim they have sent to me and what should i do about it?

                                  Today 99 rupees has been deducted from my account with out my permissoin in the case of { gamez4fun service has been activated @ rs99.0 for 30day (S). Call 56789} so i request you to recover my money back as this is not write. Last time it was a deduction of everyday payment of 3 RS and even after calling the customer care number telling them to deactivate the Service still the amount has been deducted. The customer care service people assured that this service has been deactivated but now how can an amount be deducted even after getting the service deactivated.
                                  I want the refund and deactivation of the app asap . I'm loosing my money for this silly thing

                                    Today i got my airtel number recharged through airtel app. The amount was 100. But after the recharge was complete the deduction amount shown was rs 1000. This is very unfair... This is absolute cheating.. I am not a fool to write 1000 instead of 100. I cross checked twice. Bt airtel deducted 1000 rs. This i absolute fradulent. My mbl no is [protected].
                                    I got my recharge done through my debit card.
                                    I want my full amount back

                                      My current bill is 3100 and my phone is barred since 2 months,

                                      The reason for not paying the bill is i have been charged 1800 RS for using 500 MB extra
                                      And 400 RS of late payment and 349+Tax

                                      How ever im using this number from past 3 years, And im continuously i have been charged in the same way and in the End i have to call the costume care guys for waver for the amount
                                      what is this is this the kind of service you are providing for the person who is using post paid
                                      and im not liking the behaviour of the customer executive whom i spoke recently

                                      i want a proper resolution on my billing amount only then i will be able to pay the bill
                                      And also request you to please quickly respond on my E-mail

                                      CUSTOMER CARE guys tell there is no extra billing which has happens
                                      and when the recovery team give a call, when i tell my problem they agree that there is a issue in the bill and they will ask me to talk to the CUSTOMER CARE executive, and they don’t give ### about my issue,

                                        I hope airtel is a tick or lice a blood sucking company. Right now the had made a revision which was not informed to people. Which implies the out going / incoming call will be stopped with limited period. Which they have not informed why and when they revised. There is no sms been sent on this. They said app will have all the features. First thing the app doesn't show validity of the card.in order to get money the started a small amount plan which was for rs 35. Yes they do have 10rs plan with unlimited validity. Not sure what is unlimited validity as per airtel. I can write big paragraph about their worst support here. There will be no complaints or cases will be taken against them. As thier company is big they can bride to skip this cases. Very bad company and worst one.
