Sir/mam,
Sir my airtel number [protected]hasbeen blocked on account of calling a dnd customer i have checked on my part that no calls were made on 24/10/2018 and16/11/2018 and if by mistake i might have called a dnd number just once or two in last 15 year its not right to disconnect my number because of one call... I use this no. For my family's and relatives and also for my business to build healthy relationship with my customer.. Not to disturb them. Beleive me even if i calied someone.. If he/she would have even once told me not to call or sms, then i would never ever had called them again. Sir i have no intention to harrase anyone... Still i apologise if i had done unintentionally. Since my phone is locked i faced many problems and these numbers are also present in my government and medical documents. My humble request from you please unblock my numbers. I am ready to pay fine if i have done anything which is lawfully not acceptable but discontinuing my number because of one call does not make any sense. Airtel being a service provider should take that incentive and respond to that.

I am looking for solution so would want you to please come up with one. It is my humble request. I own a company which has bulid it's goodwill with a lot of hardwork. Please reconsider this matter.

    I wasn't told about any validity before and now saying to recharge with minimum of 35rs every month to stay connected. I do have enough balance in my account but i was not able to use it properly as there is no proper network in the places i visit or stay. Even they haven't provided any hint about change in plans in advance. Its like i have to lose my money even i dont have proper service from the provider. This is very injustice and nothing but mere looting of customers. Looks like other service providers also joined hands with them and taking advantage of not having other options.

    I am afraid and much worried that they may further increase the minimum amount in future and force customers to follow even if they are not interested.

    Please review these forceful and dominant plans and take necessary actions against airtel and those companies that come up with these kind of customer looting ideas.

        As you advertise on TV that your network is very good but not. If you are not provided with good connection in city what about the village I'm from Mangalore if you trace my location it is just 3 km from Mangalore urban area my house is not in any low altitude so that connection are unavailable. It's about 50 high than sea level. If not provided with good network immediately I will definitely go ahead to CONSUMERS AFFAIRS court to question about the program

          Airtel activated 6T seconds WAP service without my permission and deducted Rs 99 on my phone.

          I have not faced these issue previously. Howver this is clearly blantant, fraudent and cheeting business practice to generate revenue.

          And on the top of that we need to send the request STOP the service or it will be again charged next month.

          I have attached a sceengrab of the SMS send regarding the above.

          I would like reversal immediately without any delay or clearly share the valid proof for the same.

            I have bought new Nokia 6.1 plus from Flipkart and there was an offer from Airtel of getting ₹1800 cashback in the form of 36 coupons and 240gb data in the form of 20gb data per month on recharge of 199/249/448, i have done 199 recharge twice, but didn't get the cash back and extra data, i have contacted Airtel customer care and they told me that i would only get cashback of ₹2000 as it is a festive offer on buying any 4g phone and no will not get extra data
            i didn't claim for the festive offer, i don't want it
            i want my bundle offer of ₹1800 cash back and 240gb data which comes on my handset

            i had contacted Airtel customer care so many times and they told me that they are no such offers provided from Airtel, but there is an offer on flipkart
            i have requested to give me the SR number of my phone number but they don't know about that too

            Airtel is playing dirty tactics to its customer, first they advertise an offer on buying a new phone and when you actually buy it they won't provide the offer which you were looking for and instead provide a different festive offer which is of no use

            if you can't provide the offer then why are you making us fool by advertising it every where

              Hello,

              The prepaid sim was bought with my aadhar and voter id under my name 4 yrs back.

              After marriage in june 2016 the number was requested to be clubbed in family plan. He was not asked to submit noc from his wife. He didn’t submit any document like marriage certificate, my aadhar or my voter id. The connection got transferred to his name automatically without my permission. So can any xyz walk in to an airtel showroom request a number to be clubbed in family plan and get it transferred to his name?

              Now when i request it to transfer it back to my name you are asking me to provide noc from my husband. Even after explaining we are not in talking terms and we are going to apply for divorce you keep parroting the same. Harassing a poor woman to provide noc from her estranged husband.

              If he stops paying my mobile bill should i forget this number? It is my permanent number and it’s linked to aadhar card to banks.

              I’m tired of arguing with you wasted my time for two weeks without providing any practical solution throwing attitude on me. I was ready to port but you are not providing me that option too. I was ready to share his email address and mobile number but you are not ready to contact him. How do you expect to give noc when we are separated and he is not responding to my calls.

              I feel helpless and you are me causing mental trauma.

              I’m dragging airtel to court and going to complaint to trai to get the issue sorted

                  But i received a message from airtel saying that i have suscribed to this service and that 35 rupees were charged. My number is [protected]

                    This is not fare that validity given in sim card is suddenly reduced as per telecom rule, all old age genearation never use to keep recharge and they only prefer open balance with validity, i have call twice to customer care, first call reply given that if i recharge minimal value the validity of sim will extend to 2021, i tried and recharged rs9, but nothing happened, 2nd time customer call: he says earlier discussed customer reply is wrong and no such extension. Rules should apply to running new sim instead old offer given sim, all bank related info /message is related to same no and will stuck money transaction and balance which i am having 213/- is no use. Bad service with respect to airtel, customers are like this is in lakhs, should have worried as a customer centre.

                    If suppose i recharge after 23.11.18, can this will work to extend.

                    I am more using corporate sim rather personal sim, corporate work is not permanent and i required this sim.

                      Today morning i had used the airtel app to recharge my account which was 200rs talktime. I proceeded with the payment and the money was deducted but the balance of my account remained the same and my airtel app showed a error message saying the transaction was unsuccessful. And after that there's not even a single info about the failed transaction in the account

                      Can anyone help me resolving this?

                        I did a prepaid recharge of rs. 399 for my airtel number on 22 november'18, using my debit card.

                        Transaction reference[protected]

                        Recharge was successful.
                        However balance is not reflected to my account.
                        The amount has been debited from the account but there is not recharge credited to my airtel number as of now. Kindly look into the matter

                        I am Airtel postpaid user since 1 yr. every month i will not be having network atleast 1 day. if i talk to costumer care they say there is some ntk issue at my area.

                        I think it's the cheep trick of Airtel to earn. i would like to complain legally on this kind of cheep idea of Airtel and on the network they provide.

                          I am using airtel postpaid for quite sometime, they have introduced a scheme called airtel secure to insure the mobile against accidental and liquid damage. Claiming that the user only need to pay 10% of repair charges and rest will be borne by insurance company. Paying a premium of rs100 + gst more than a year. When i've actually encountered the issue of accidental damage to mobile, the real colour of airtel secure was revealed. Submitted the claim on 11-nov-18 with all the requisite documents. However, instead of the pickup of mobile for due repair, i'm ended only with repeat queries and nonsense extra documents. Still now the issue was not resolved and i'm submitting the new documents for their masti. Brief sequence as below:
                          11-nov document required by airtel
                          Photo for back panel with imei number, invoice copy, phone display with imei number, photo of damaged part of photo, photo id proof, description of damage - uploaded
                          13-nov document required by airtel
                          Clear photo of phone with imei number, photo with find my iphone off, another photo id, updated description of damage - uploaded
                          15-nov document required by airtel
                          Photo of cancelled cheque - uploaded
                          17-nov document required by airtel
                          Photo and id of person who gifted me this phone-when the invoice is in my name - re uploaded invoice copy
                          18-nov
                          As per telecon, document required by airtel, photo of damaged phone part with all 4 edges visible, photo of find my iphone off with all 4 edges visible, photo imei displayed in phone with all 4 edges visible - sent through mail
                          19nov document required by airtel

                          These one assist and airtel people are entirely screwing the genuine customers. Everytime i upload the document, im receiving an email stating your documents are incomplete, however it is a new document requirement which was not informed earlier.

                          So far i've given them nearly 20 photos of my mobile. They could easily visit and see my broken mobile as much as they want only they need is timepass and make me frustrated and leave the claim and get the mobile repaired by myself.

                            Am residing in chennai/ porur/ ambal nagar 600116. Here airtel coverage for both data and voice is very poor both indoor and outdoor. Even the signal shows 4g. Also by 10pm to 1am this becomes more worse. I doubt airtel is cheating their customers. Am holding both prepaid and postpaid. Please address this issue asap else i may left with only option of porting.

                              I registered on airtel money wallet this month however when i am trying to initiate any transfer from my account, it shows debit facility has been disabled in my account. The number is [protected]. I have submitted all valid identification documents as per kyc norms to the airtel money email id. I dont know what kind of foul play is going on, they are just trapping people to use airtel money to receive gifts in form of cash for shopping and spending and paying bills, and once you get the money in wallet, they will stop the debiting.

                              Poor call quality and 4G data slow browsing in our area, complaining about 4 months but there no improvement from the network side... Worst network i have been ever used and useless customer support.

                                  I want to move out of my postpaid airtel connection ([protected]) due to poor connectivity and call dropping. However i am unable to send port sms to 1900. All other sms are working fine.

                                  1- reached out to airtel store, they informed that the sms feature is active and verified everything is fine. They asked me to contact customer service 121 or 198.
                                  2- called customer service 121, they asked to restart the phone. Tried that didn't fix
                                  3- called customer complaint 198, they also cannot resolve

                                  Please fix immediately.

                                    In my postpaid bill i was charged additional rs.540 against spl number dial 55315 which i didn't made myself. They insist, i spoke to this number for 59 mins on october 2nd. This is not a valid number and i could see so many complaints against this particular number, in this forum.

                                    It's not one or two rupees but 540 rs. This is really absurd about airtel forcing me to pay for this after being a customer for 10 years. I don't want to pay this seriously.

                                      They have always actuvated this service without my consent and deducted the money. I have already requested them to block this service but they have been doing it. Again i have recharged my account and the money has been deducted. I would like to complain against airtel company and want them to block this service and refund my money. Its really annoying and frustrating.

                                        November 19-2018 - "no service" showing up on phone
                                        November 20-2018 - spoke with airtel customer service and followed troubleshooting steps provided by them. Finally i was told to replace the sim.
                                        Replaced sim at around 1:30pm.

                                        From november 20-2018 till now even new sim is showing "no service"

                                        Have called customer service about 4 -5 times after sim change and have followed all troubleshooting steps they have asked me to perform.

                                        It seems airtel is not keen on providing quality. For 4 days and not sure how many more days my phone will be out of service. Will airtel deduct these days from billing??? Also are you willing to pay for the inconvenience caused for so many days of no phone???
                                        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
