    Sir, I have transferred ₹100 from my BOI bank account to airtel wallet and now I am unable to recharge my airtel phone number [protected] for ₹95 pack from the wallet, everytime when I want it shows"Debit for this account is not allowed" and I had complaint about it to the customer care senior executive about it.
    Please solve my problem.

      sim card suddenly stopped working

      I have been using the same airtel number since 2008 and never had any problem with any phone. Yesterday all of a sudden my number stopped working and it shows no signal. Tried everything to get it started but nothing worked. This sim is just a year old so it should not be giving any trouble. Kindly resolve the issue asap as i need the number to be working asap....

      Dear sir/mam,
      With due respect, i want to doing recharge of rs.50 the no. Of [protected] airtel online by phonepe app. But there are some problem in my cell phone due to hanging problem. I was continue try to recharge the no.
      But unfortunately extra two zero has added ahead of rs. 50 and amount has increased and wrongly recharged has been done of rs 5000/- i am very upset after this because i haven't money right now and i need money very urgently.
      Please give return or refund my money.

        Sir, i have issued a simcard of airtel by offering me good scheme.
        My first sim was of vodafone & through good scheme i have decided to go with airtel. They have ported my following number to airtel network.
        They took my aadhar card & everything.
        Since last ten days i am not receiving any network repeatedly i am enquiring about airtel network only the answer which i am getting is "i it will come" i thin they are not serious about this. I have called so many times in the last ten days i got the above answer repeatedly the same.
        Please i request to look into this matter and try to solve my problem.

          My phone showed me mm sim not allowed and there was no network. Went to a shop near by and replaced my sim. After 4g sim replacement i am unable to send or receive sms. I tried calling their customer care however it seemed there is nobody to attend my call as i was made to listen to recorded advertisements for 5 minutes after which i hung up. Now that i can't receive any messages i am unable to complete any online transactions that require otp through sms as this is my primary number.

            I have claimed airtel secure insurance claim for my damaged handset and submitted all documents to airtel on 15 nov 2018.
            My case is being rejected on the reason that IMEI is activated before the purchase around June 23 2017, where as my invoce is of 2nd sept 2017. So i have enquried this with samsung as i have purchased the mobile from Samsung.com only. The service centre has provided me the screenshot about the activation of my IMEI on 4th Sept 2017, which is after the purchase.
            Airtel does not even submit me the document proof for june activation. so this is clear fraud rejection just to avoid the claim.

              Problem:
              I had recently been called by airtel's customer care exactly 3 months back offering to port my mobile number from tata docomo (+91-[protected]) operator to airtel as tata docomo is shutting down (As i've been told).
              I had been mislead that if i switch my network to airtel, only porting to postpaid is possible and i can switch to prepaid account after 4 months.

              The fix airtel provided :

              Greetings from airtel!

              This is in reference to your email regarding conversion of your airtel mobile [protected] from postpaid to prepaid.

              As discussed on [protected], i apologize for the inconvenience caused. Your feedback will enable us to enhance our services and service experience.

              At airtel, we value our customers feedback. We would like to assure you that your feedback will be used to improve our products and services to ensure that your experience with airtel is a pleasant one.

              To convert your number to prepaid, please visit the airtel store in person. You will be required to submit the below listed documents along with the migration form at the nearest airtel store. Please note, migration of your number to prepaid can only be done at any of the airtel stores within the home circle.

              And they had already ignored my first mail until i sent it again

                I want to change the name on the sim and unable to do it and tried to seatch for customer service number but unable to do it and when went to service centre they said i need to comvert my sim to postpaid what is this airtel is cheating all the customers. Please change my name from vineetha amazon to vineetha and i've all the proofs. Help me how to change the name ad it is very important for me to change the name on the sim. When ever i call others they see my name along with company name so need to change.

                  I recharged my airtel number with some 100 bucks or so. Even when i dint use not even like 10 rupees out of it, my current balance is 7 rupees and that i came to know when i got a call from airtel regarding cutting down my connection if i dont get it recharged soon. There's no proper platform to talk to customer care as well for grievance management.

                    I have been using my number for about 14 years now and came to us was still recharging my number. Without sending me an email or any notification airtel assigned my number to someone else. I am at a high security risk as this number is connected to my bank accounts etc. Airtel - please check this immediately and help me in getting my number back. I have screenshots of my previous recharge and it’s not 90 days yet

                      I've been a prompt customer for airtel using their mobile and broadband network for over 8 years now. I called airtel customer service on 18/11/2018 to request for a disconnection of my broadband connection due to bad fluctuations in the connection, due to which i was not able to use my internet. However, while talking to one of the supervisors, i was almost convinced to continue the service with a lower plan. However, by gods grace this rep started explaining me about my plan and i learnt that airtel is charging me rs 200 extra per month for the last 1 year 6 months for providing me additional 50gb data each month. The irony is that i had 1, 000 gb data left behind from my monthly usage. For a plan of 1, 100 i was charged 1, 700 a month and this airtel did it for over 16 months.

                      How shameless can you guys be, the amount of money you spend on your advertisement to get new customers, you can spend 1% of it on your existing customers to keep them happy. Today, i am out of airtel's network and very soon, people will understand the kind of scammers you are and will leave you guys with nothing.

                        Sir i bought telenor sim few years ago with lifetime validity, few months ago telenor became airtel. After few months airtel telling me your outgoing validity end on 6 dec 2018 and forcing to reacharge to extend validity indirectely they want that reacharg with unlimited packs to getting my no. On keep be a custmer of airtel, sir this is indirectly blackmail if we are using 2 or 3 sim to keep in touch with family and network coverage than do we reacharge every sim with unlimited pack which are 149, 199, 398
                        No sir we can not please help us...

                          Dear Airtel,

                          It has been 6 months since I am facing network issue in Pune area near Hinjawadi. It's a huge city and surprisingly there is a very bad signal for Airtel network. Your company claims to be the best network provider but in reality, it's not.

                          I am not alone many airtel customers are facing same issue.

                          The connection is so weak that I can't contact your customer care. Kindly maintain your network instead of giving false information in advertisements.

                          Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                            I am an airtel customer having airtel sim across 12 years but few days before i got an massage form airtel that my service has been discontinued after 23 nov 2018 if i don't recharge my airtel number with rs. 35 or than i immediately recharge my no. With 12 yrs. They give me 34 something rs in my balance and 100 mb across net data

                            Then i want to make an outgoing calls but after tapping on call button the call immediately ended
                            Can't understand why this problem raised. Another thing is in my account main balance is rs. 4398 approx. If i not recharge then what will happen with is amount. Why i can't use this money. This ultimately disappointment.
                            Please solve this problem as soon as possible. If not i must complain about this in consumer forum court.

                              Airtel claims to be the fastest network but in real it is worse among Vodafone and Jio. The 4G speed is like I am using Internet 5 years ago. It is not even to send simple whatsapp messages so what can one expect.
                              On complaining to airtel CUSTOMER CARE, they give best answer and the attitude they show is like they are doing pity on us by providing internet. They put blame on us saying that out of 1.4 gb u have used 1gb that means you have good internet. Are we ###.. I had 400 mb left by 2pm then till night the speed was so great that I used only 7mb more leaving 393mb as it is. They are like joking with us. CUSTOMER CARE says airtel is good and put all blame on us. They have so much autocratic behaviour. I have even said that I would port my sim then they said it will take 7 days laughingly. I guarantee I will get all my knowns airtel sim ported. I think they are shifting from India to Africa so they are so rude. Worst CUSTOMER CARE services and slowest Internet. In my area jio and Vodafone give me downloading speed around 3 mbps easily but airtel is dead at 200 250 kbps.. I will definitely port my sim after my 4G unlimited pack ends..I had used airtel since I had phone but now It will end. It is barrier to digital India and CUSTOMER CARE services is worse ever I have seen...

                                Hi team,

                                It has been week, i am facing issue for new airtel post paid connection (Plan 799). I took new sim for 4g after porting my same number ([protected]) from prepaid to post paid at maarathalli airtel retail store (Landmark kalamandir). Sim is working for data services but all outgoing and incoming call is stopped. It is not able to registered airtel network from any phone. I am using this number from last 8 years. All the banking and my professional work has been registered with this number. I am struggling from last week with your pathetic customer services.

                                  I have Airtel D2h account from last 7 years. Customer Id is [protected].
                                  I have recently stop using Airtel from last 2 months as local service provider was giving me cheaper option. I used to get calls from Airtel Customer Care with different offers.
                                  Recently on 22nd October I got a call from Airtel Customer care giving an offer of 1199 recharge for 12 months for all SD channels which I used to have earlier. There were 2 commitments made and the same are issues which are not resolved.

                                  1. I was told that I will get instant 100 Rs cashback, if I recharge via Paytm / Airtel Bank. I have recharged via paytm and have not received cahsback yet.

                                  2. I was told that this package will contain all SD channels and I reconfirmed that is it atleast equivalent to my earlier package and I was given assurance that all Entertainment / News and Kids channel are present in this recharge. After recharge I found, maximum Hindi movie channels are missing, Z Business, CNBC Awaaz are missing. After one week, no channels are coming.

                                  I am following on this with customer care and I did not find any response.

                                  Earlier on 31st Oct Nodal officers confirmed 2 weeks back that your TV will start soon and I have recording for that conversation.

                                  Please help in resolving this on priority as I recharged almost a month back.

                                    error - sim not provisioned

                                    Hi,

                                    This is pavan, currently im in abroad from past 7 months. My whatsapp is active on my mobile number and i switch on this number like once in a month. Today morning when i switched on it says "sim not provisioned" and then after some time it lost the signal.

                                    Please help me with this.

                                    My mobile no is [protected] and [protected] m using this postpaid number from long in airtel india but from last 2 months i visit to your airtel store in ghumar mandi ludhiana servals times for coverting my numbers from postpaid to prepaid but all the time your executives give me same reason that they don't have prepaid sim cards and server is not working.
                                    From last 2 months visit there for same issue but this is my worst experience from your company. If you guys running airtel store then stop giving your customers false statements this is not the right way
                                    Airtel is vert valuable company in indian market but your executives pulling it down by harassing customers and wasting their time and fuel.
                                    I know that you guys have to answer if any customer convert postpaid connection to prepaid but it doesn't make any sense to harass customer
