I never activated services of game world yet time to time money is being snatched from my number.
This has happened twice.
Today rs 35 got deducted from my number. I want the pack to be deactivated and my money to return back.

This is an earnest request from my side to you all to credit my account with the money that has been deducted from my account.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

My phone was off for the last 3-4 days today I switched it on and to my surprise an amount of 20rupees was deducted from my main balance. I got an SMS as 20rupees was deducted for ValuePack. I want my balance back.
My validity date is upto 18 Nov 2018..but still it said that you have insufficient balance also my data is not working.
I haven't use any type of Bhakti Sagar portraits then also there taken by 20 rupees unexpectedly

    Recharge transaction through airtel my money (Airtel app). But due user interface i have entered wrong no during the transaction.

    Kindly reverse the same in correct mobile no.
    I have already message the same information to “59109” but didn't got any response.

    I have been using Airtel number for 3 years haven't got such issue, I got a msg that nov 16th my outgoing call validity expires and recharge soon, they haven' mentioned the top-up pack for regaining validity also, Plus I use my number for calls frequently, Do resolve it

      1. I registered my complaints number 85419886 on 21 may 2018, 87010318 on 10 aug 2018, 79305016 on 8 sept 2018 on regarding internet isn't working, call dropped, voice isn't clear during calls.
      2. Airtel company charged almost double in monthly bills in family pack plan after many requests issue wasn't resolved. But after many complaints they waived something but i don’t know what they waivered
      3. My mobile number was suspend, barred during my discussion with appellate authority after assurance of payment. Evan my credit limit was above rs. 9000 and disputed bill amount was approx. Rs 1200, i paid all my bills timely in my previous history since 10 years.
      4. Without internet i lost my all official work, my son can't attend their online class. Can't use outgoing calls properly.
      5. After 22 september 2018 i can't use incoming calls i registered many complaints but result is nil.
      6. Finally i am not used internet data, suffered in outgoing calls, and can’t attend very important incoming calls on my official phone.
      7. I don’t know where is my previous balance data approx. 2000 gb which cost i paid.
      Please explain is this service? Can any service provider have a right to charge single rupee in this scenario until solve the issue. Are you above on law in india? Your all actions, replies prove you are on above law. You forcefully threats your customers. I really shocked

      Past problems with airtel
      I was facing problems with airtel from last one year
      2. Transfer from company to my name after submitting 3 applications and more than 2 months.
      3. My number suspend during my ranchi visit even i paid by smart pay airtel refused to accept my payment than i paid immediate at ranchi store but my internet was unavailable during my ranchi visit approx. 15 days.
      My internet data was pending more than 600 gb now crossed more than 2000

        For last 3 months i am visiting airter center for post to pre migration. But till date it is not done

        Initially visited sanpada to give req. The center closed in two days

        Then i had visited vashi airtel center for post to pre migration last month wen my bill generated on 9th oct. Airtel executive asked me to visit on 15thoct and wen i visited on 15th they said they can only do this online on 9th and tried to change plan. And reduced my free mins and also did not add the data plan.
        And asked to visit 9th nov. Now i hve visited thrice, either they say server is down, bill is not updted nd directng to anoter airtel branch

        And the server remains down in their chembur branch

        Most pathetic service experience i had with airtel

        Neither they have waived off extra charges.. And nor migrated.

        I would prefer to switch my no. To idea

            Myself deepak kunar... I upgraded my airtel sim from 3g to 4g but problem is that after that no otp is being received on any transaction... It is alot of transactions problem.. Message came that after 24 hrs.. Message facility will work but this is not working.. How to solve this problem.. So it's my request sir to solve my issue as soon as possible... I have to pay different bill's and also to transfer money.. For that otp is a must.. I cant wait for long

              I just ported my mobile from other service provider to Airtel with unlimited calling pack of 495 Rs for 84 days. One day I tried to call somewhere for tracking my policy details. Suddenly airtel deducted 1rs/ minute money from my account and call automatically disconnected.

              I talked to airtel customer care and they said that unlimited calling means you need to call only on mobile and landline numbers. Apart of these numbers, you have to pay standard charges. This means, I have to recharge my mobile again and again to talk to numbers other than landline and mobile. Airtel is totally misleading consumers in the name of 'unlimited pack'

              This is completely misleading information regarding pack 'unlimited calling for 84 days'. However my previous service provider allowed me to call anywhere within India with this same unlimited pack.

              I strongly NOT recommend anyone to switch to Airtel like I did. Surely I will switch back to some other service provide from Airtel after 90 days. Please please NO to AIRTEL.

                My outgoing service got expired and I have sufficient balance to make calls. They aseked me to dial *121*51# to extend the validity but there is no options to extend the validity. Now I am not able to do any outgoing calls... I tried to call customer care numbers but that also not going.

                Please help me to resolve this. I am outside the country

                  Account information is said as invalid.

                      This is haritha (*) i'm under plan corp-199 and my billing period is[protected] to[protected] for this cycle i received bill for 478.75 the bill due date is[protected] and again i received one more bill amounting rs.638.16/-due on[protected] with immediate effect i paid the amount of rs.638.16/- on[protected] reference number[protected] for your reference i have attached the copy of receipt.

                      But today again when i logged into my airtel app its showing an outstanding amount of 349/- but it should be zero as i made the total payment, i spoke to the customer care they said i have changed my billing cycle but to my knowledge i didn't changed the billing plan or billing cycle in the past three years.

                      And the customer care executive is told me that only 289/-is paid from my end but i paid a total amount of 638/-for which i attached the receipt below and received the confirmation from your end as well

                      So please give me a detailed clarification about the amount which i paid and the why the amount is not reflecting in your data base. And without my knowledge how can the airtel change my billing cycle for which you should inform me before changing my cycle

                      I sent mail to ‎[protected]@in. Airtel.com but they didn't respond till now

                        I have used the airtel no [protected] for last 5 years suddenly i got the message that outgoing validity is getting expired on 9th nov even though i have that balance as 63.51rs. Now my account balance is 63.51rs but i am not able to do any outgoing calls. Why stop my outgoing call because i have balance in my account 63.51 rs.
                        Please help me to resolve this.

                          I have been using airtel service for more than 10 years now and bill payment was always in time.
                          This is regards to the issue i am facing with airtel connectivity and the billing for the same.
                          I have already raised this issue with airtel support when someone contacted me for the bill. Each day i received calls from various customer support rep asking me to pay the bill and i would explain repeatedly on my concern. I was also promised by many that an engineer is working on to resolve the network issue and it would take sometime and in the meanwhile i need to pay the bill for the service to continue. I had also told airtel customer service to suspend my service and resolve the network issue first. It has been more than 4 months and the issue is not resolved yet. I also get several calls daily from the automated machine to pay the bill and also from the reps. Finally the claims department repeatedly called me to pay the bill and threatened me daily that they would send their executive to my office if i don't pay the bill. This is really irritating. They already have case history and call history about the issues am facing and still call me to bother me instead fixing the problem.

                          Issue: there is intermittent connectivity issue. Every single minute the connection breaks and disconnects. I cannot work on my system with improper connectivity.
                          No one is able to fix this problem and i have stopped using the dongle and also have asked airtel to cancel my connection which they don't want to do. Airtel sent an engineer to my place to check the connection in the month of august. He said there seems to be a problem with the network and he would escalate it to the next level engineer and he promised a week time to resolve the issue. But there has been no fix to the problem. Now, am not interested in the service as i find better service provider. My usage was minimum and airtel claims team know only to threaten customers and they were not ready to listen to my concern at all. I was really shocked to see airtel with the worst service to the customer. All they need is money, but can't fix the problem. Now, i have paid 1700 and aug to sep, i have not used the service at all, so am not paying.

                          Also, airtel would suspend the service when the customer does not pay the bill after due date. My question, how can my bill show as outstanding for 3 months?

                          Attached is my payment and the usage for aug to sep.

                          Can airtel address the issue in a gentle manner rather threatening customers?

                            I have been using airtel from a very long time but of a sudden a message came from airtel stating that my out going service will stop onwards 6 nov 2018. But i already have ₹98 but also i have recharged ₹10 cause they asked me to recharge to continue the outgoing service, but still my outgoing service is closed and soon my incoming service will stop. Please resolve this issue.

                                I'm a old customer and I recharge my airtel number regularly. Still I got this message that my outgoing services will be stopped soon. I've read various complaints regarding this matter and even those people who got their number recharged, their services were stopped anyhow.
                                Is this a new way for airtel to loot people because it can't compete with jio anymore?
                                Kindly help. I don't want any of my services to be stopped.

                                  I contacted airtel for a new broadband connection. Airtel sales person asked me to pay for the required broadband plan, and i transferred inr 6007 online. Also paid inr 150 to him for further document processing.
                                  After constant follow-up for 2 days, they finally told me that the promised network speed is not available at my area, and hence they cannot provide the connection.
                                  I asked them (Sales guy and his supervisor) to refund 6007+150, and it has been 7 days of multiple follow up calls to the sales guy and his supervisor, but these have resulted in no fruitful scenario.
                                  Customer support has called me thrice, and told me the'll soon be sending the installation team! When i told the cs executive in the 1st call that i have already asked for a refund and cancellation of the plan, she said she'd update the information in the system. But apparently even that's useless, as the 2nd and 3rd calls from cs also said they are updating the status.
                                  Airtel is running some sham business... I am stunned at their customer management style.
                                  No idea as to when i'll receive the refund.

                                    I have been using airtel postpaid for about 2 years now and my plan was my family plan with rs 199 per year for a family member and now they have changed it to rs 99 per month without notifying me about it or taking any confirmation from me or communicating me.
                                    When i call them they just give some stupid answer and neither anyone is helping at their offline store.

                                      I have applied for new broadband connection in chennai three days before, we have paid the amount on time, but we are yet to receive the communication or any engineer visit.. We have called to the service center, they are said one engineer will be arriving in 24 hrs... It's now more than 48hrs.. The service agent is not picking the call either the engine... He is lying that he is on the way to our house for... But no one has arrived till then... How long this will take... It's a clean #... What's happening... We ahve tried reaching 121 no action has been taken yet.. Looking for your assistance and help... The booking request caf#4615375.

                                        Dear sir/madam. I am from uttar pradesh western up... My complain is about your new policy to deactivate the incoming call form not have been recharge in my account.. Incoming call deactivated but many people have more than one sim airtel so... Recharge only one because recharge all sim their was loss.. So your new policy is not good please change the policy... If you don't change the policy you may not long live in the market its my personal opinion for you... Because more competior in market... Thankyou
