I wanted recharging my line so in the process of scratching the card i scratching out the card pin and also the card s/n and have but the card b/n with me what do i do now, so please i don't know what to do now and i realy want that credit and have no option than to look for a way to get it back if not my job will be at stake so please i need your help please

    I have 1gb data on my airtel no. [protected] and 65 rupees i just turn on data connection i will see that my balance is no more i called costumer care no. He gave me nonsensible excuse he says u used data but i have 1 gb data...why airtel deduct my money . This is humble request to you pls give my balance back.

      Airtel was given the false promise, last couple of years i used airtel only, it is life time validity sim. Today i got the message, your outgoing calls going to be stopped. I have balance in my account, still also it needs another recharge for continuing the service. So airtel failed to keep the promise level of life time validity. Why the airtel service given the false promises and everything.

        outgoing services expired

        Outgoing services on my airtel number has expired on 7-Nov-2018 and soon my incoming services will expire by 14-Nov-2018. It is said that to recharge immediately to avoid such expiration and I did it. In spite of it, they just blocked the outgoing and soon incoming to be blocked. When called customer care about it no response is given. I recharged my mobile before the said date and still, they block my services. I need immediate resolution...

        Hi,

        This is Prakash from Tamilnadu. Last week i have received msg from airtel " if not recharged your number your number will be blocked on 7th Nov 18. So i have recharged same day". But today i could not going any call due to insufficient balance. I did not used Airtel outgoing calls from last 3days. They are took my balance and again i have received same IVR your out going will be disconnect on next week. This is a Pathetic from customer side. I have tried customer care number but i could not reach any one, i have waiting for more then 20minutes, only i have hear music's then automatically disconnect my call. My question is why they are blocking my outgoing calls. My sim validity is lifetime. What they are expecting from customers side? Defenately i need clarification and govt or any body stop this kind of cheating.

          On 02 November 2018, I visited Airtel Gallery, Gachibowli, Hyderabad to raise a request to change my Postpaid connection into Prepaid. By end of the day i received the confirmation from Airtel via SMS that my request has been processed and now it's under service is Prepaid, hence i have to do first recharge from the authorized Airtel shop or local mobile.
          Since then unfortunately i m unable to do my First recharge, I visited several times to Airtel galley they only give false assurance that Back End Team is working on this technical issue. When contacted Technical (Dialing 198) they confirm everything is working fine and well there is no problem please visit Airtel gallery to do your first recharge.
          Now after visiting almost 5 times, My problem is not solved hence i m requesting CONSUMER COMPLAINTS team to look into this and get this resolve at the earliest.

          Today (09th November, 2018) I got the call from Airtel and they said issue has been resolved. Finally my mobile network connection services has been resumed. Thanks to everyone who ever has extended support to resolve this issue or atleast convey the problem to Airtel. Regards Venu

            unable to recharge airtel prepaid in airtel app not online using website

            Hi, i am unable to recharge my airtel prepaid number [[protected]] via airtel internet website [airtel.in]. I am forced to find a recharge center nearby everytime. Why can't i recharge online?

            This number was bought from chennai, tamilnadu. It was later ported to bangalore, karnataka. Is that why this issue is?

            My daughter has tried via both airtel website and via airtel app in her phone. Still the recharge...

            I have postpaid connection on [protected] for last 5-6 years. Suddenly it got converted to prepaid. IVR for Customer care and my airtel app is showing prepaid. When I called from separate network to postpaid, customer care service agent told that it is postpaid on their end and asked me to visit airtel store as they cannot resolve it.

            I want my connection back to postpaid. Also i have 89 GB roll over data and 20 GB new data for this month.

            Please take responsibility for this and solve it ASAP.

            Got to know from service relations team that the postpaid plan is same and no need to worry about the myairtel app and IVR part.

              Dear sir, my mobile no [protected].
              I couldn't make outgoing calls. But I am able to recharge it. And I also got an alert message that from 9 November 2018 outgoing calls will be blocked from my mobile. I need to continue service. So please resolve my problem.
              Fyi, I made a recharge for 35 and 10 today(8 November 2018). And my talk time balance is 33. And l also made a databalance recharge of 199 today.

                I had made enquiry for installing airtel broadband at my home on airtel website.

                A few days after making the enquiry, airtel service person called me to check if the service is available in my locality. After confirming that broadband service is available and that they can install in a day they asked me to make payment from the link sent by airtel.

                I signed up for 6 months plan. Its been 6 days since i have made the payment and so far no one has come for installation and the service personnel does not attend the calls. The service personnel even blocked my number, i was able to contact them from another number but she blocked that too after one call.

                I tried calling the customer care, but the system ask to enter fixed line number or account number to proceed, but since my connection was not installed i dont have both. Its very frustrating.

                  I am using airtel digital tv in my home from past 18 months and in a recent days i have a problem watching some regional hd channels. I reported to the customer care and they are saying to me that they will register the complaint and they will send a technician to my home and i need to pay rs 150/- to the technician. There is no point of paying here as the problem is from their side and they need to resolve and this is how they will treat customers and asking them to pay? This is 24/7 customer service? Worst and worst ever have seen like this

                    I have received a phone call at my mobile number ([protected]) from an unknown number ([protected]). The given number is from airtel company, i had received a call on tuesday[protected] at around 1:40 pm in the noon.
                    A lady was asking about my wife when i had received the call on that time. I have the call recording of discussing with the phone call.
                    After that i investigated about the unknown number from another mobile number, the lady has denied that she did not call me on tuesday and making unnecessary stories for it and she is not accepting that she had called me on tuesday.

                    I have doubt that someone is trying to take personal information about my wife.

                      Recently i have upgraded my sim to 4g. It is activated also.
                      But it is not allowing messages to be sent or receive. Customer service people also not responding properly. How to get enable my sms services in the mobile phone. I really need this service for online transactions (Otp). Please quickly rectify this problem. Is it possible to solve immediately

                        Hi,

                        This is roshan basha shaik from andhra pradesh (Prakasam district, giddalur village&mandal).
                        My issue about airtel mobile signals and data connectivity.in my village (Actually not only in my village whole state) suffers airtel signal connectivity problem and poor voice clarity.
                        I want to complaint about this situation to the company authorities to take serious action on data connectivity and signal connection.
                        We are suffers almost from the last year, still no change.

                        Can anybody explain whats going on there?

                        Kindly please fix the errors and provide such good connectivity and signals.

                          I applied for airtel broadband. A sales person (Mobile number [protected]) asked me to pay 1000 rs as installation charge online along with docs and photo. Although i made the payment and sent the required documents, the technicians who visited the next day said there is no network coverage and so broadband is not feasible. Tried calling the sales person but he is not answering my calls. I am warning everyone about the way airtel behaved/behaving with me. Alerting as many people as i can about this fraud. Airtel please take note of this and take stern action against this cheat and refund my money back.

                            I have been an airtel prepaid user for 10+ years. I was happy with the service.in fact, i m their dth customer too. When evryone switched to jio, i stuck to airtel. People told me jio was very cheap but i said airtel is worth. Its connectivity, range, service, everything was good. Since january of this year, i began to experience connectivity issues at my home. I have to switch my phone from 4g to 2g, else my phone is unreachable. I have been livin the same house for past 3 years and airtel's my network thing is showing full coverage. Since january, i have been constantly complaining every month, either by talking to customer care or visiting airtel store. Everytime i am given false assurances but still nothing has been done and i still am facing the problem.

                            If it was not enough, a week or more ago, my text messaging got disabled. I am not able to send any message nor receive any. I called customer care, told them everything, done all the steps they instructed, have talked to 3 supervisors till now. All of them said "sir, high priority mein daal diya hai. 2-3 din mein aapki problem solve ho jaegi." god knows when does their "2-3 din" ends. I told them how important is messaging these days, as you all will be aware of, that all your net and mobile banking runs through otps and i am not able to receive them. It seems what these customer care people do is if a caller calls 3-4 times, they just lie to customers and cut the call. I am very much disappointed with airtel. Once i went to airtel service centre people with a complaint, and they said ki "switch to postpaid. We have good plans, n all your issues will be resolved." now you tell!!! The way they are handling the issues, how can one switch to other services.

                            I guess its getting time to listen to my family and friends and switch from airtel. I do not think they even care. Let us see what happens, if putting a complaint here is going to help me or not.

                              I am using airtel sim more than ten year. Unfortunately my sim was missed. Went to my nearest airtel shop trivandrum karamana and requesting a duplicate sim. One of the male executive says that not giving duplicate sim prepaid only give post paid. He says its airtel new policy. Then 2 days after visit another airtel showroom in pattom they give me the duplicates sim. The first karamana showroom executive cheating me. He doing business to cheating others. What kind of job they doing. He do not know the value of time. What kind of fraud working in you r firm sir...?? Kindly plz take proper action to him.

                                Today 7th november 2018 i recharge 50 rupees but by mistake it recharge 5000 and number is [protected] so pleas do something I don't want this recharge i want my money back
                                I call in there customer care they told me that nothing is happed and they talk with me very rude.
                                Please do something it's very big amount for me I call they told we can't do anything so how I refund my money .

                                  The customer id reflecting on my tv screen is showing as [protected] against phone number [protected], where the correct id is [protected]. On the basis of the id reflecting on the tv screen, i did the recharge of an amount of rs. 251/- on [protected] which does not belong to me.

                                  In this regard, i would like you to reverse back the amount recharged to my own id [protected] immediately. I would also like to reiterate that this mistake is not the customer's mistake since the recharge was basis on what was reflecting on the tv screen. I want this issue to be resolved urgently and the customer id reflecting on the tv screen to be corrected.

                                  The issue hasn't been resolved yet despite so many attempts since the 5th of november.
                                  Kindly look into this matter to be resolved at the earliest.

                                  I tried several times to change my number to prepaid before moving abroad but Airtel service agent in Kerala were unable to help.

                                  Finally I called 121and Airtel agreed to move my plan to minimum of 100 a month. For two months I have been getting bills of thrice that and Airtel refuses to understand this.
