[Resolved] Airtel — not getting 399 recharge benefit

Sir i got msg that i have offer of 399 rupee in which i will get unlimited calling and 1 gb data/day for 84 days at 19:08 on 17 sep 17. Then i did recharge of 399 rupee on my no [protected] through paytm successfully but then i got msg of same benefit for 28 days. When i call customer care they said that we can't help you out and you will get this much. Airtel has made me fool and now they are not ready to give benefit for 84 days as mentioned in msg sent by them +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Oct 22, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved My complain has been resolved as I m getting the unlimited call and data after one month So I thing they have given me benefit for 3 month Thans Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 11, 2017 eswarhlsh's response Sir I have recharge 249rs on my number[protected] but till now I have not add unlimited calls till now

Recently 1199 Infinity Plan was activated after a delay of 3 days but now I am not getting even 2G speed on my 4G enable handset. I am fed up with AIRTEL service and a very slow response time. AIRTEL is only BIG on advertisement but ZERO in performance level.
