I have shifted to airtel post paid plan of rs299 pm and well up to june 2017. July bill not send saying systems under problem and sent a bill for rs.954.26 in august. I paid the bill on[protected] promptly in good faith. Now a bill received for rs.962 and revised to rs.785 on my complaint. This amount is very high and as per my record i have to pay rs.80.74 only. The details are as under:

    I have applied for airtel broadband connection. They have informed me that "your area is feasible and our executive visit the area and receive your documents". I have wait for 1 day nobody came to my premises after that i called them and they said "there is no port available in your area 100 miters around so we could not able to provide you connection".
    If you are not able to provide me a connection in ncr than why you advertise for all over india.

      Pl assist me in sending my text messages. Problem exists since 6 months. I am using airtel prepaid no-[protected]. However, i am receiving the messages but unable to send them. Everytime i try to send, message sending failed appears on the screen with a red icon. Hoping for a speedy response. Pl resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thanking you in anticipation.

        I have shifted at flat no 706, divyalok cghs ltd, sector 21-d, faridabad recently and on 10/09/2017, i have booked the landline and broadband connection vide cef no 12900246 on 10/09/2017. I am very sorry to state that your representative mr mukesh kumar has come only to take money, he has not submitted any feedback. Whenever, i called him up he says, there is some technical problem.

        I am not able to understand if there is airtel line in the next society, what type of technical problem it can be, as far as i think it will be commercial problem, i. E. The no of connection airtel requires from the society which is very difficult to say till airtel put the connection.

        In view of the above, i wish to request to kindly have my connection start without any further delay other i would be having no option but to file a complain in trai and consumer court.

          I am purchase mobile insurance by airtel (My airtel app) on 21-may-2017 (Mail attach). Unfortunate my phone slipped off from hand while i was about to cancel an ongoing call, due to slippery screen the phone fell off & screen facing the floor at my residence around 08:30 pm on 02nd september 2017. Screen have been badly damaged. I update all thing in airtel portal on 02nd september 2017 and on 10th september 2017 they pick my damage hand set after that airtel mail that my claim rejected due to improper handling | no proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property. I have been using the same handset for the last 10 months approx. If it had been improperly handled then there would have been in a much worse condition.
          If you people are unable to accept my claim then kindly provide a valid reason for the same instead of saying it was inappropriately handled.
          You people sent your executive a week after the complaint was raised for the damage and that too after various follow ups. If you are unable to provide such services then why are you providing such misleading advertisements regarding the same. This is how you people service your customers who had been associated with you for the past 10 years.

          Kindly revert back and solve this issue as early as possible before any approach is being made to the consumer forum against your esteemed institution.

            pack showing expired within four days.

            Dear airtel team,

            I got recharge done on 13th september (Rs :345). Its validity is 28 days.
            Yesterday only my data got disconnected and on checking balance for data pack. Message was coming that ur pack has got expired.
            I was very important work and it got stuck due to this. Its very disheartening that despite airtel being such a big network provider still i faced this issue. On calling 198 for customer complaint...

            I have airtel sim [protected] and this is now de-active from last 1-2 week.
            Because i am in abroad, so i will not able to contact direct airtel customer care call center.
            I already recharge by 100rs to active again. But may be grace period also finish so re active done come.

            I request you to reactive this airtel no [protected] as earliest. I have to plan to convert in post paid by coming diwali when i come to india

                I have activated mobile insurance in airtel but as when i needed the service they come up with some clause which should be clear while taking such services and the customer care dept always misguide us for plan and wrongly debit every month bill for late payment which is reimbursable but if you pay they won't give you back. Very very disappointed with this behaviour.

                  Why airtel 4g speed is very slow its not more thn 100kbps... Plzzz resolve it as soon as possible... Now i think i do the mistake to take a airtel 4g plan... Bcoz jio 4g better then airtel... You just cheating the customer by fake nd lie advertisement... Its very disappointed me... Improve your services airtel 4g... If you unable to give better services to your customers then stop the airtel now... I give jio 9 out of 10 and to airtel i give 4 out of 10... Now airtel 4g just look your position where you stand... If you want to competite the jio 4g then first of all improve your services and make believe in customer your services are 4g... Bcoz currently your 4g working as 2g okkk improve it...

                    This is to reference my mobile complaint [protected]. I have made complaints regarding call drop and network issue which is airtel failed to resolve. Instead resolve my complaint they asked me to payment of bills i am willing to pay bill but, i asked airtel persons to resolve my complaint first. I had received server calls from airtel regarding bill payment i had told them i had 3 complaints which is still lying with you. One of the airtel executive also inform me that their executive working on the first two complaints and last complaint still pending.
                    So, my complaint is airtel failed to resolve complain they should act on it my complaint which is lying with them last two months. Then i will pay the bills. Airtel without resolving my complaint they discontinued my outgoing services. Please help me to get out this.

                      Today i went to airtel help desk (Chennai, perambur) to link aadhar card. They had me to wait for more than 10 mins to link the card. They enter my number to generate the otp but i have not got it. They ask me to consult to their manager. He asked me to wait for 2 months.. I mentioned not to disconnect as it's not my issue. The staff said the same thing that its not his issue if the otp is not recevied. He was so rude to me n he asked me to raise a complaint to government which is not fair. Felt so bad n was disrespectful.

                      I'm loyal customs using airtel more than half a decade.. Please don't treat customers like [censored].

                      As far as i know there is will more than 10-20% of ppl have not received the otp. Please take necessary action to fix the issues..

                        I send a sms to add a channel no: 277 to 54325 at 3.58 p. M. On 17.9.2017 & also send two sms to your hr & i paid rs.9/- for sms but your company start above channel at 9:58 p. M. It is too much delay in service. I asked a question why you stop the national channel no:148 at the time of match. How are you stopped the free national channel on your telecast. Your monthly charges are very high. I want to know i want to add new mobile no: to my phone id. Where i go.

                          I purchased 4g hot spot from airtel from airtel store when i checked outside the door for speed it showed 10mbps as download speed and 8 mbps as upload speed. After purchasing when i reached home at to my shock the speed was 0.5mbps then increase to 1.2mbps. With just one connection and 90% of the time it will be 20kbps, but to my surprise i rec'd a sms from airtel that i have consumed 50% of my quota of 6gb that is 3gb. Even though i raised a complaint on these things it is still not been rectified. Is almost 4 days. On the third day of the complaint when i called up to check the issue i was told that the complaint has been closed. I have sent an email to [protected]@in. Airtel.com for which i have rec'd an acknowledgement my number [protect].

                            We purchased airtel post paid connection 2 months back and the internet worked for one month but got disconnected after that. We tried to pay the bill amount but our registration was not working to pay the amount. We tried to call the customer care many times but they did not fix this. Now the bill is being charged and the internet services are barred as well. The airtel is charging the amount without giving internet access. We want to close this connection now but the airtel customer care says that they are not able to contact the disconnection department. This is complete fraud. Please close this connection.

                              I am unable to call or receive messages since the network is not displayed. Its showing "no service" since morning i. E. On 18th september 2017. I am facing the same issue from past few days. The network is getting disconnected sometimes and today the entire network is down. However i see some of my friends using airtel have connection. Can you let me know whether this is happening with most of the consumers? I have important calls to attend to hence please get it fixed asap.

                                In my airtel postpaid bill for the biling period: 23-jul-2017 to 22-aug-2017 bill no:[protected], it was showing that i sent international sms to the number:[protected] times during this period. I also see similar sms from april onwards but the number of sms very less than 5 but i didn't realize until i saw a bill of rs. 970 for one billing period.

                                194 sms sent between the following dates

                                07/aug/2017 to 22/aug/2017

                                And 5 sms sent every month starting from march 2017 bill. We don't know how many we have for september yet.

                                I haven't sent any of the above sms to that number and i have no idea about that number. When i checked online the same number found for fraund in vodafone too. I guess its a fraud from the company. They have charged rs. 970 at a rate of rs. 5/sms. I want this to be resolved as soon as possible.

                                  I am using airtel postpaid connection since last 5 yeras onwards, they given credit limit 3600 rs, this month i. E september, they send bill amount 15797 rs.
                                  So i would like complaint aganist airtel for making bill against credit limit and also for unused data (Internet). I was very tensed after seeing my post paid bill. Please do the needful help. I would like to attach my airtel bill, but am unable to attach.

                                    Dear sir/madam

                                    I on behalf of my wife submit the following few lines
                                    She has a prepaid mobile no [protected] acct which she got at udaipur rajasthan 6-7 yrs back and she continue to use that till date although we have left the city few years back.
                                    She did a transaction through airtel app for a prepaid recharge pack of rs 348 for 28 days on 17 sep 2017 at 0820h.
                                    The amount has been debited in bank acct. (Copy of screen shot attached) also airtel msg has been received for recharge successful with txn id [protected], but amount not credited in airtel acct. Amount being shown in airtel app is o (Zero).
                                    I did try to call up your customer care but they failed to resolve the issue.in fact they almost showed their inability saying to get it resolved through udaipur customer care. They gave me the numbers too ([protected], [protected]) which on calling says that the numbers didn't exist. On informing about it at the customer care no, i was told to continue trying to call at the same numbers however till at this moment the same status remained.
                                    Please resolve the issue immediately and in a way so that she do not lose on the 28 days facility prescribed in the pack. But most importantly i do not lose the trust of the brand as i am having one more postpaid connection of airtel.
                                    Hope for an amicable and early solution to the issue.

                                      I have port my vodafone number [protected] to airtel. But i think i have done the most blunder mistake of my life to choose airtel as my operater. Because from 14.09.2017 i am facing a huge problem in activation of my number. I have visited many of your store which are far away from me. And also call many and many time to your postpaid customer care but there is no positive response from your side. My reference number is 79503483.
                                      Please this is my humble request from your it team to activate my number with in 2 hour or if they are not able to activate my number with in 2 hour then i am going to file a case against airtel in the consumer court. Because you people did not understand how much problem i am seeking from the last 3 days and this is end of my limit.. My alternative number is [protected].
