Complaint relating to the above referred bill for Rs. 600569.06

At the first outset I would like to bring to your serous attention that I do not understand how the billing is generated. For the past few months the same kind of bills/invoice are received and after our insisting and communication you change your bill as per plan.
I will be out of country on several occasions and even during the above period I had opted for international roaming @ Rs. 2999 for 10 days twice activated and the same is mentioned and charged accordingly. Your bill also discloses international roaming and internet mb 2002.09 and charged the bill at Rs. 600569.06 which is improper billing/invoicing or intentionally billed and playing fool with the customer.
On the previous occasion also you had charged me in the same manner and we were forced to communicate with you and get the revised correct bill. You want to have this a regular practice and pout your customers for inconvenience which is not fair for a company of your reputation.
You are hereby directed to with draw the above referred bill/invoice and to provide with us the regular correct bill/invoice immediately to arrange for the payment. In the mean while please also note that no disconnection of the instrument under any circumstances as the instrument is linked to all my bank accounts, income tax, GST and other government and departmental services. No harm should place to a genuine user of your company services for no fault of him as he is protected under the principles of natural justice and equity, which please note.
In spite of this if you were to disconnect you will be doing so at your cost and risk and we will be forced to initiate the required civil and criminal proceedings against you at your cost and risk against your illegal, unlawful act and also for the other damages, loss etc., that I may suffer against your malafide act and inconvenience caused.
I hope that you will do the needful with immediate effect and will not allow for unwanted incidence to take place against your goodwill of your company.

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Presently there is single airtel office in motihari and they are enjoying monopoly in this region.
The ugradation of sim cards from 3G to 4G according to details i got from customer care are FREE for 4G enabled locations and Rs. 25 for non-airtel 4G locations.
But here Airtel Store (Nirmal Prem Communications) in Saran Complex Motihari are openly cheating the public and charging Rs. 50 per upgradation.
I have also been charged and on asking for reciept they provide none. Nor do they provide their complaint book or any written means. You can cross-check my complaints by contacting people who have upgraded from here in recent past
It is a serious offence and i kindly request you to take action against the offenders.
I am ready to be witness or whatever are required for taking action against them.
