Dear sir/madam aadhar card link process free or chargeable. Please confirm. Beacouse yesterday i went to airtel office and opretor told me it is 30 rupee cost. Sir i have recevie message from airtel company it is free of cost. So please go your near airtel office and link your aadhar card to your sim. But yesterday i know about it is not free. It is part time business. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

Check your Airtel's WB Circle message center number in message setting menu and then call customer care and ask for your circle's message center number.
Verify it.
I upgraded my sim from 3G to 4G.Its been 24 hours and it's still not activated

I have complained several times regarding low indoor network coverage in our locality. Though network provider did not take any positive action regarding this issue.
I need necessary step regarding network issue.
I am airtel customer. My mobile no [protected] and alternate no [protected]. I have paid postpaid mobile bill as a 14th Sept. 2017 Rs. 700 by cash in airtel office but on date not submitted the payment airtel account . My mobile service are suspended who is responsible this .

Linking of Aadhar to Airtel Mobile Number is totally free.
You need to visit your nearest authorized Airtel Store, not the mobile recharge shop.

sir i went to Authorized Airtel Store but they told me 30 rupees charge for link Aadhar to Sim and other mobile shop charge 20 rupess.

Clearly it is written in Airtel's website that 'There is no fee for Aadhaar re-verification.'
(re-verification means Aadhaar details will be updated in Airtel's records against your number. All previous details will be over written and linked)

If Authorized Airtel Store is asking for fee then ask them where it is written.
Also show them there own Website.

    I am a. Uday kiran using airtel postpaid number from 1 year 3 months approx. I have faced several signal issues with regards data from then but did not take it seriously because the signal use to regain its strength after sometime or after raising a complaint with call center.

    This time i am not going to take this so easy because customers are being deceived by airtel. I have approached service center regarding 4g data signal issues few days back. I have received few calls from service executives but it is not resolved.

    Between, i got to know from my colleague about attractive offers in prepaid and approached airtel outlet - tolichowki, hyderabad for migrating to prepaid on 18/09/2017. The store guys explained few benefits in postpaid but my interest was towards prepaid. They have processed my request and asked me to wait for 48 hours and purchase a prepaid sim by paying 25/-.

    On 19/09/2017 i have received a call from aitel exe to check why i want to migrate to prepaid from postpaid. She have explained about my plan copr value 199 with below benefits & a bill discount of 50/- for 6 months.

    1100 min local&std
    150sms
    Free roaming incoming etc
    Nodata

    However, she mentioned we have activated 60 gb (10gb per month for 6 months) for all the post paid users who have 4g handset through my airtel app and i also received the surprise date through app on my device. I was impressed by this because i use calls and data moderately and asked her to activate this plan from my previous my plan infinity 549 4g hs corp (I believe) instead of migrating from postpaid.

    The confirmation message was received at 2:30 pm on 19/09/2017 and from then my device is showing 4g in signal but did not receive a single message or call. I was shocked to see approx 15 missed calls and 150+ whats app msgs flowing to my inbox at 7:30 pm same day. I have called customer care asking for reason then he said please change the sim.

    Does this mean if we downgrade the plan signals will not be provided to that customer?

    Note: till 2:30 pm on 19/09/2017 my sim was working properly, i use to get messages and calls properly and after the new plan suddenly my sim not working properly (As per customer care executive).

    On 20/09/2017 i was trying to identify banjara hills on google maps which says poor connection, i was trying to surf youtube which says offline. These all are happening when my handset is showing 4g signal with good strength on my screen. Please find the attached screenshots (These are taken on my phone but unable to send from it through mobile data. I got connected to my colleagues wifi hotspot and shared them to my email).

I have complained daily in airtel costumer care number 198 last 15 days.in this mean time one costumer care representative officer has tell me "you can replace your sim at airtel store" and i do replaced but not solved my problem.         Hi, this is mr. Sanjeev fromhyderabad having airtel prepaid connection no.[protected]. I lost my mobile 10 days, hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

          1. Sim 1 :[protected]u - data was not working, when i called to airtel they said the sim is seems faulty, so please visit to nearest airtel store to get a new sim

          2. Sim2 :[protected]u - i got this sim from airtel store, but didn'd get the signal also, again i called them they said this sim also faulty

          3. Sim3:[protected]u - again i changed to this sim through my company and still the same scenarion nothing is working for me,

          The worst thing is 2 times the call was escalated to senior person they simply telling we dont have any other options to do we are sorry, you can discontinue our service.

          For your kind information i have followed all the troubleshooting steps instructed by customer service executive. Cleaned the sim cards, changed the slots, changed the handsets as well but no luck.

          Hope you understand what will be the impact if i am not reachable on company provided number. Very worst service that i ever seen.

            This is to inform you that i have a family plan with two numbers attached to a single account. I was initially using 599 plan and one of the numbers (Child number) is generally used in roaming. I received a call to explain me about the details related to infinity plan based on my usage and suggested me rs. 649 plan indicating that the calls will be free within the home network and on roaming for both numbers (Primary and child number).

            I tried to check this whether it is true or not through the famous (Rather infamous) airtel app and it always used to show me the rs.7 as unbilled amount for the entire duration (I, e august 16 to september 16 2017), to my utmost shock when my bill information was received it showed me a whooping bill of rs. 2879.46/-. I was not knowing the reason why this has occured and called up the customer care.

            I was told that the child number will not enjoy all the benefits of the parent number and the roaming outgoing for the child number is chargeable. I was shocked since during plan change the customer care person has not provided me this information. I asked them to correct this since it was not my mistake nor such details were provided to customer.

            Following are my questions:
            1. The terms and conditions of the plan for parent and child number are not seperately detailed nor explained to the customer.
            2. The airtel app did not indicate a higher unbilled amount (Under current usage) heading so that customer could have asked for this information earlier.
            3. The customer care people provided a completely false information to sell the plan.

            After all this i wanted to decouple the two numbers and activate rs. 649/- for each number for which the customer care people said this cannot be done and told me to visit an online store to do the same. This option is also available in airtel app but when the customer tries to remove the child number added to his account it says it is not possible.

            I want airtel to decouple the two numbers and as a customer i was trapped for this useless plan where all the information was hided to the customer resulting in such huge bills.

            I sincerely request you to forward this to the corresponding airtel people and intimate this scam to public in large.

              I have been using airtel since long back and now since months i m not getting the required 4g speed at my location. If the provider can't give the desired 4g speed at a particular location then why they are advertising the plans of the particular. Its really frustrating when you pay the amount and you don't get the services u are being promised. And when you call the customer care people they always have a same reply that they are upgrading at our location. If you know its under upgradation then why are you running advertisement already about it??

              On facebook they get 100's of complaints daily, they are looting the public, why no one is taking action against them??

I filled complaint before 7 days, since then i am chasing them, and everytime they create new ticket and mark as resolved without checking whether problem is resolved or not. I am fed up by calling them. Airtel is worst broadband provider, please think again before purchasing it.

                      There is an airtel express store near by my area. When i inquired about buying a 4g hotspot, the store keeper said it costs rs2710. When i paid the amount and got the box i notice that mrp on the box was rs2500. When asked about why he took the extra amount, first he said it is gst. After i clarifying that gst should be included in the mrp, he said it is the dealer commission. I was surprised to hear that so i demanded a bill for that but the store keeper was reluctant to provide one. I became supicious by his act so decided not to buy the hotspot. I took the money back by returning the box.
                      Further, on the same occasion (Prior to buying the hotspot) he charged rs150 for a new 4g pre-paid sim. I'm not sure how much is the actual cost but i doubt it is rs150.

                      I request you to advice the store keeper not to demand extra cost from customers.

                        I recharged 399 plan for my airtel sim the plan is for 84 days unlimited calls and 1gb 4g internet per day.. I have samsung galaxy j7 pro mobile, i'm using this airtel sim right now in this mobile only. The problem is whenever i turn on data, though it shows 4g but internet speed is not even 2g. Airtel i cheating it's valid customers by this... Even i contacted customer service also, they are not even bothered about solving the problem, they are telling that it's because of the tower problem or signal problem... If this is the case, either refund my money or i'll complain about this at consumer court...

                          I want to deactivate my airtel 4g wifi number because i am not getting proper connectivity in my area which is causing problem for me as most of my work is online and the net provided by airtel is very bad. I keep calling on 121 and other airtel customer care numbers but they keep telling me that the servers are down or there are some technical issues so i give up on airtel and want to deactivate my number.

                            Airtel has denied my claim. The service request number is 2228962. The reason for denial is "improper handling". No proper care of the handset has been taken by the insured to safeguard the property. I categorically mentioned i accidentally dropped my phone.                               The complaint has been done several times, but no action has been taken till yet and everytime we raise our complaint, the airtel customer support gave false hope to us that the problem will be rectified in 72 hours..

                              Your airtel network department team also visited last week and it was told that within a couple of days they'll provide us network booster, by which all our handset will start receiving the networks.

                              So this time i hope that you'll provide best of your support and assistance as early as possible... Otherwise very soon i'll use the power of social media and

                                I actually switched to airtel hearing all about its good network and services but after days under good network i am starting to think that the company has changed its attitude from customer satisfaction to ignoring its grievances. I just missed some bills and my number gets disconnected. When approached a nearby airtel store and asked for the issue, they said as soon as i pay the bill my number would be start automatically. I asked them again if they are sure about it, would paying bill will instantly reactivate my number and that responded wit assurance and i paid the bill at the store itself. After sometime the thing happened which i was afraid of, the executive comes to me and says that he spoke to his senior and he has said to him that that the number has been disabled and it is difficult to give the number back to me. I really felt that if i have been conned, first they make me pay the amount and after that straight away deny reactivation of my number. I badly wanted to get the number back as it is my primary number and it is registered in various accounts and services. I realize now that all the advertisement and marketing of how better a company you are just to lure in people and as soon as they join give a kick on there back. If this is your business strategy than i too have some tools that are also factors in business expansion. I am will not bother about the money i lost, keep it with you, may that help you any away but i am not going to recommend anybody of your services and even going to give bad reviews on every platform. I am going to make sure nobody in my circle or surrounding will be using your network or your services so that nobody of near ones face the same problem or let them feel the same way i felt through your services.

                                  Hi this is suresh, i am using airtel postpaid ([protected]) from last two years. I am facing a lot of issues in my monthly bills from last two months.in before last month's bill, they charged extra 500 rupees. And in last month bill they charged extra 336 rupees. I complained same thing in customer support call, but they didn't responded correctly. Due to this i am planning to change from airtel to other network.

                                      My broadband connection landline no.:[protected] is not working since long.in spite of repeated requests / complaints we are not getting the permanent solution. Now airtel technical staff too have stopped taking our calls. We fail to understand the reason for such careless attitude. We request for the solution at the earliest possible as we need the net services urgently.
                                      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
