एयरटेल नेटवर्क के वेबसाइट तक 20-30 बार complaints दीया गया हे, एयरटेल के अधिकारी कहते हे 48 से 72 घंटे के अन्दर ठीक है जाएगा, पर 48 और 72 घंटे तो बहुत दूरकि बात हे, आज 45 से 46 दिन के बाद भी एयरटेल कि कोई अधिकारी या फिर एयरटेल कि नेटवर्क टिम किसी ने भी कई कार्य नहीं किया हे।

It may not look much in today's world but every penny is important for me 'cause I'm from a middle class family. Please look into this issue so that it may not happen again.       Could you please resolve the NETWORK issue as our whole villagers are facing voice call issue & CALL DROPS indoor and outdoor as well.

      Even though we have complained about the NETWORK ISSUE through call center i.e 198, but not yet resolved since 1 year.

      It would be great if you put a tower in my village.

      Please let me know if you need further clarifiacations.

        I tried to load Rs 150 in my airtel payment bank wallet using ICICI Netbanking but money deducted from the account and amount is not loaded into my wallet.

        So please refund my amount immediately.

          Complaint relating to the above referred bill for Rs. 600569.06

          At the first outset I would like to bring to your serous attention that I do not understand how the billing is generated. For the past few months the same kind of bills/invoice are received and after our insisting and communication you change your bill as per plan.

          I will be out of country on several occasions and even during the above period I had opted for international roaming @ Rs. 2999 for 10 days twice activated and the same is mentioned and charged accordingly. Your bill also discloses international roaming and internet mb 2002.09 and charged the bill at Rs. 600569.06 which is improper billing/invoicing or intentionally billed and playing fool with the customer.

          On the previous occasion also you had charged me in the same manner and we were forced to communicate with you and get the revised correct bill. You want to have this a regular practice and pout your customers for inconvenience which is not fair for a company of your reputation.

          You are hereby directed to with draw the above referred bill/invoice and to provide with us the regular correct bill/invoice immediately to arrange for the payment. In the mean while please also note that no disconnection of the instrument under any circumstances as the instrument is linked to all my bank accounts, income tax, GST and other government and departmental services. No harm should place to a genuine user of your company services for no fault of him as he is protected under the principles of natural justice and equity, which please note.

          In spite of this if you were to disconnect you will be doing so at your cost and risk and we will be forced to initiate the required civil and criminal proceedings against you at your cost and risk against your illegal, unlawful act and also for the other damages, loss etc., that I may suffer against your malafide act and inconvenience caused.

          I hope that you will do the needful with immediate effect and will not allow for unwanted incidence to take place against your goodwill of your company.

            I went to a service centre of airtel at dev castle isanpur ahmedabad, i asked the executive for a new 4G card but anyhow manipulated me and asked me for xtra charges for the card and gave me inappropriate answer, i was treated very badly and i have faced he worst experience from airtel executives, i am going to port out for any other carrier where i can get proper answer and proper service.

              mobile always shows out of coverage area when I am at home

              Its i think i have done biggest mistake of my life by doing porting my mobile in airtel.
              Its really poor service from airtel in my home town i have sumitted 10 complaints at your 12118 but no responce from them.
              Requesting you to please do the need ful immediatly or else i have to do porting again in other network sorry but i have experienced a very bad service from airtel and also no reply from any of your...

              Dear Team,

              From the day I opted Airtel services I am facing inconvenience. It was an arrangement that post consumption of data I was supposed to 1MBPS speed but I hardly get 100Kbps and every month it continued. I called up there CC but they just have one excuse you have to clear cookies now it’s too much I can’t call CC every month for same issues. But I don’t know whom to escalate for breaking the agreement.

              I believe there might be lot more consumers who might be facing the same. Kindly let me know the process for legal actions.

                I have been having the above mobile no. for the last eight to ten years. Around 12th of Aug. 2017 the connectivity was broken. I went to your Office at Divyashree Towers, B G Road, Bangalore. They said the SIM Card has become faulty and changed the SIM Card. This did not help. When I again went twice to your B G Rd Office, they simply said it is a back office problem. My several complaints by E Mail to airtel did not solve the problem. In fact there was no response to the complaints at all. Finally after sending a complaint to your [protected]@airtel they responded and spoke to me. I was again asked to change the SIM card which I did, on 15th Sept 2017. Still there is no connectivity. The people at your Bannerghatta Rd Office are not very helpful and are impersonal and indifferent.

                I am still waiting for the connectivity to be restored.

                  My Airtel DTH connection number is [protected] and this is my registered number [protected].
                  I have raised a complaint for Relocation since one Month but didn’t receive any call from Technician. And I received calls from the backend team, but still facing the same issue and Airtel technician closed the ticket every time without any reason.
                  Today I raised the ticket again[protected] and 65525061 and I still haven't got any call from Technician.

                  Pervious complains number are followings:65253445, 65020515, 64980705, 64959530, 64916114, 64893604, 64861630, 64739927, 63900496
                  Every time they gave a stupid reason like Pin code is incorrect and Customer phone is unreachable (Alternative number is already given) then closed the ticket

                    Refer Complaint no 79389395 dtd 11th Sept 2017 which you have put on hold as per your Customer Service while your Appallete rep Mr KATHIRESAN PALANICHAMY from Chemnai mentions its closed. I find this is clear case of avoiding the Customer and resolving the Customer Compalint.The comapny does not give feedback to the customer inspite of commitment to resolve. The Technical team has confirmed the issue but this did not exist earlier than 3 months.

                      Dear Sir/Madam

                      ON 7/9/2017 i have recharged my mobile num [protected] of rup 100 using my canarabank account .And the amount has debited from my account and credited to atom tech ltd...But there is no balance reflected on my mobile . this is not first time many times happen like this .when i contacted costumer care they replied that they have not received any amount .and about atom tec ltd there is no answer.

                      I am not satisfied with there response...

                        I had purchased airtel post paid wifi router device in. bangalore 5 months back and for the last 4 months i am facing network issues. Inspite of complaining multiple times to customer care they are least bothered to even respond properly. I am tired of calling and mailing to customer care, they shamelessly hung up the call. Had given application for its disconnection which is also still pending for months now. Month on month they are adding on the amount and almost 52 GB is still left in my account which is dead waste coz of network issues. Please help me . I would suggest no one to go for airtel. They have worst network and worst customer care.

                          I made a recharge of 399 to my prepaid airtel no from airtel payment bank on 15 sep 2017, the amount got detected from my account, but recharge was unsuccessful. then i called to costumer care no 198, they told my amount got blocked and it will resolve within 1 one hour. After 32 hours still it is not resolved. i called to 198 several times and they are keep on telling it will be resolved within couple of hours.

                            Sir hv recharge my mobile numbers [protected] of Rupees 399 on dt 8 Sept 2017 by sbi netbanking with transition id UH20558253 sir I hv not get recharge so complaints with airtel customer care his send plz enquiryou sbi bank so had complaint sbi regarding recharge on complaint under Ticket No.[protected] .
                            Today sbi said ur recharge amount 399 already transfer to airtel so u will contact airtel...so I am sandwich between two party...this very harassment process ...
                            .if my problem not solve or my money not refund I am complain customers forum court...

                              I needed to change port and so I went to the Airtel office and they said that they don't have sim stock 3 to 4 times and later after 1 week when I went again to Airtel office, they said that I am using Airtel number, (changed port to Aircel four years ago), you need to go only to postpaid because you have come again to Airtel and misguided me and forced me to take postpaid and they booked my number to postpaid and took 300 rs as charges and told to take 499 plan. There is no policy that we need to port to Airtel only with postpaid plan when you are using prepaid plan. This Airtel office is located in CBI road, ganganagar and their executives are misguiding and cheating people. Please take up action against them.

                                I live in amanora, Pune. I have taken infinity pack. After a month of taking infinity pack, some of the HD channels not working. I have complained so many times. Each time I had to call several times to get the technician visited. They give some random excuse that ups power strength of the society went down and that's why strength was not enough to beam HD channels. Whenever they come, HD channels starts working. But after a day or two these channels stop working. Such cheating is not acceptable and I demand a strict action against airtel and want my money back with interest and penalty.

                                  My Mobile No is [protected], I have been using Vodafone last 5 years, since Airtel representative called with 499 plan., i have agreed to port to Airtel.

                                  My vodafone is disconnected 5 days back and as per Airtel person guidance, i have inserted new Airtel Sim card, but still now its not showing network. I have been calling to your customer care, no one is properly answering,

                                  Yesterday some guy said to check the SIM card number, then i got to know that the SIM issued to me is different than SIM number entered in your records. From last 5 days i am not able to transact anything, i have to transfer some amount to my far relative for health reasons, but i am not able to do.

                                  Since Airtel representative are not properly given SIM card or failed to update in your records. I didn;t expected such a silly service from Airtel.

                                  I have asked Airtel representative to give proper sim, they are not able to come., telling that my other number is switched off., Airtel only called me for better offer., but now they are doing like this., i have to transfer some amount to far relative, since only on this number all my transactions can be made., but Airtel is not turning up.

                                  I have called several times to customer care., i have raised mail to appellate authority, they also not responding properly.,

                                  From 15 days my number isn't active, what a stupid service. can anybody suggest how to fight with them legally.

                                    I'm a customer of Airtel [protected] since last 12 years. My average monthly bill is never exceeded 500/- or max 1000/-. This month I directly got a bill amounting 15000/- saying its internet usage and calling bill is only 200/- One month internet bill for a small handset which is not having any apps atall and not able to contact the customer care.
