Yesterday i have recharged my mobile no [protected] for 349 rupees with reference no. 38463914. Since recharge has been done for the same plan, it is of no use for me. Kindly refund the money to my online recharge site. First i have recharged online through ptm site. But it took too much time for processing. Then i recharged by a retailer. After few hours first one got confirm if. Since this is a same plan for same no it is of waste of money.

    Hi,

    I ported from vodafone to airtel before 20 days. But my sim was not working properly. I raise the complaint over customer care and by visiting airtel store physically. There were complaints raised and closed with out any information to me. When i visited airtel store i was asked to come with phone twice with out any resolution. Finally when i go with mobile they are raising another complaint.
    Because of this yesterday night i couldn't make some online transactions (As i am not receiving otp messages) due to which i was effected with some loss.

      airtel customer care only in kannada

      Everywhere online in all websites airtel publishes customer care number as 121.

      When you dial this number, you only get an voicemail speaking in kannada.
      There is no way to change the language.

      In bangalore the it city where around 50 % people are outside karnataka, how do you expect to provide your service with above customer care number.

      I have to first raise complain about how to raise...

      Hi,

      I was a airtel user from past 3 to 4 years, when i subscribed for airtel 3 or 4 yrs back it was just growing and they were providing a good service. As and when the company started growing, they forget a term called as customer service. If there is any issue when we call customer care, there is no one who can give proper response, when ask for manager/supervisor, support staff tell that their manager is not at office.
      Secondly, they don't follow previous records of customer concerns.
      And airtel being internally so poor, they claim they provide a better service.
      Currently, i am using vodafone who is at least responding to what i say and respect their customers.

      I have decided not to come back to airtel again and who ever i see using airtel i am asking them to go to vodafone who is giving a better service than airtel.

        Dear sir,
        I am using airtel 4g internet connection and for last more than a month i have been facing bad network connectivity issue. When i bought the connection that the speed was measured at 15mbps but now it is 1.1mbps or no connection.
        I had registered a request of an engineer visit to my location for poor network connectivity on 2nd august 2017.

        The only request i made for an engineer visit to check and resolve the issue. I was told that network team has internally checked the issue and they are upgrading the network and it will take some time but not sure when.

        Now help me to understand that till then how can i be paying rental for this poor on/off network connection.

        Would request you to look into this as it is more than a month and no resolution or engineer visit yet to check.

        I m really fed up of explaining my concern to different airtel people and now is pushed to discontinue with the service.

        Please help!

            Plz don't use airtel secure plan of airtel as it is totally useless, my request was registered on 5-september-2017 no. 2317089, till date the documents are in verification status. When i am asking for resolution then everyday they say you have to wait for 24-48 hrs. Plz update me on [protected].

            Requesting you all to plz don't waist your hard earned money on these useless plans as these companies are not even concerned.

              Hi,
              Upgraded my plan from 199/- +249/- (Net pack) to 649/- on 19th september, 2017 which was done. But the 4g lte on 3g was deactivated after 1 hour.
              Secondly asked them to deactivate 249/- net pack from my mobile while updating pack on 19th september which is not done till now.
              Emailed two times (No reply). Called customer care (Complaint numbers: 79619167, 79631431,[protected]. Interaction id: [protected], [protected]. No resolution provided. I m paying for 4g plan then why i am getting 3g services till now.

                Hello fraud company... Airtel.. Escalate to ceo level for high level

                Grievance redressal

                Faced mentally harassment since i made claim on 12 aug 17 due to airtel..

                What i observed as below..

                Your third party tieup given estimation

                To insurance company is very high. I enquird and authorised service center able to do repair in lower cost that is almost half than you given estimation.

                Also i can't accept that claim is

                Rejected by mentioning below

                "due to improper

                Handling | no proper care

                Of handset has been taken by

                Insured

                To safeguard the

                Property.."

                This not correct as i clearly mentioned in

                My reason that while going for walk and due to dog fear my

                Mobile sleep and incident happened.

                So fight for this claim...

                And as per airtel ads and commitment i

                Taken this insurance as they mentioned take the insurance and

                Nothing to worry and if any demage to device their

                Responsibility to get it repair done.

                And even i received call from airtel

                And she said congratulations your claim is accepted based

                On all docs verified what i uploaded five times due to your great

                System failed.

                So how you can say claim is rejected??

                So either get repair done for my mobile or replace it

                With new device due to all fault from bogus team airtel.

                Call me by grivance and ceo team only with the positive resolution. Call me on my alternative no [protected]

                Till than i will not accept faulty device.

                Pl stop giving false commitment and stop giving mentally trouble more.

                    I just ported into airtel from reliance thinking this would be better network but am completely wrong and this is the worst service i have ever faced and am porting my number and i have ported all my family members numbers to other networks and bloody # customers speaking rudely and not at all helping and requested cl back and they confirmed they will call me twice but i haven't received a call, idiotic service

                      I recharged my number for rs 349. I received the opt. It showed that the payment was successfully made. The amount was also deducted from my bank account. But the recharge failed and i didn't get the unlimited local and std calls and 1gb per day data that was the entitled service for rs 349. Kindly either process my recharge or provide a refund.                         I have recharge amount of 349 with tid 17264ap778736 through sbi mobile banking service.. But it came as unable to process.. So i repeat same recharge for another time after 5 minutes it got sucess.. Unfortunately first recharge also got sucess.. Same amount was recharged twice.. So refund one 349 recharge amount to [protected].. Regrads thangadurai

                          Please refer complaint. Sr no 86944040 dt 28.8.17 vide which it was confirmed that above connection will be disconnected within 7 days after verification. Vide verification call i confirmed that i need not further services. Despite that i got a bill of rs 539/- which is totally unacceptable. Pl do needful. I need not any service on above connection.

                            Regret to use airtel...

                            It’s really a shame that we have companies like airtel operating in our country.
                            They spend a lot in marketing but the ground reality of their work is just 0% of what they commit.
                            I bought a new lees line connection while collecting the payment cheque and documents i was committed 5-6 days (Not specified that it has to be 5-6 working days) that was on 11-september-2017.
                            I got no response till 14-september-2017.
                            When i called on 14-september-2017 to check the status of my connection i was advised that wiring will be done the same day and connection will be up by evening.
                            On 15-sep-2017 i was told that there no wire available in the store and wire do come in bulk the truck carrying the wire is stuck due to gst and the wire will be delivered to me by 12pm on 16-sep-17
                            On 16-sep-17 i was advised the guy with the wire is out for delivery an will get it by 3pm.
                            The above conversation was with mr rajendra from airtel.

                            On saturday i was introduced to mr navin (Calimed to be mr rajendra's manager)

                            A new guy mr naveen comes to picture and i take my conversation future with him.
                            He (Mr naveen) commits the wire to be delivered on 18-sep-17 latest by mid day 12pm.
                            I have to chase 3-4 times the guy comes to deliver it at around 3 in the afternoon after regular chase up.

                            Then i call mr rajendra to check when my connection will be up he commits will get it done by the same day 7 pm on 18-sep-17.
                            After that mr rajendra starts facing some issues picking up my phone.
                            I chase it up with his manager mr naveen when will my connection be up and running as i am facing business loss due to no internet can’t get my things going.

                            Mr naveen commits will be done by 2 pm on 19- sep-17.
                            No one turns up
                            Then i chase it on 20-sep-17 with mr naveen.

                            After 10-15 calls and being lingered around i am been connected to mr shashank (Claimed to be zonal head).
                            As per him there was a technical issue and the connection can’t be done on 20-sep-17.
                            He (Mr shashank) says please take my commitment your connection will be up latest by 12pm on 21-sep-17.

                            And here i am again typing this complaint at 12:41 (Ist) on 21-sep-17.
                            Tried to call all the contact number i had thorough this 10 days of journey they are so busy don't even have the time to pick my call...

                            Feeling frustrated... Irritated and annoyed... Its employees like the above mentioned names that force the customers to misbehave with cc executive india fighting with the unemployment and some jokers like these get jobs i am really sure they don't know the meaning of commitment nor the hr team of airtel knows how to judge an candidate before offering the jobs.

                            I really wish that people like mr shashank, mr naveen and mr rajendra working in ghaziabad for airtel should be fired and at least not to be hired again by any organization for any post where a person should have a sense of responsibility.

I approached one of the showroom in marthandam tamilnadu, to activate number, but they said pls. Pay some amount but not sure whether it will activate or not.                                 I have been using airtel 3g prepaid from last 4yrs, now few days back ported to 4g postpaid sim with 499 plan. It is ridiculous to see that am not getting even 2g speed, seems like earlier prepaid one was atleast good.
                                Now am having 24gb left, not able to utilise the data with a horrible low speed.

                                i think this is some sort of fake platform..i got a call from Delhi for above issue saying to pay Rs.10 on https://www.kwikpaymentsolution.com/about > Make payment > Debit Card trying to explain me that it is related to Airtel 4G upgrade ...Some people are not fool over here to go just like that and pay the amount.

                                The above mentioned website contents the RBI logo and its content ...do not get trap in these fake info.

                                  I am using airtel unlimited 449 plan which is 1gb/day for 84 days. But i am getting average speed of 100 kbps. The worst speed. I have given 3 times complaint to airtel customer care but they didn't resolve yet. I dont know why it happening to me. My phone model is redmi 4a. Please resolve my problem as early as possible. Kindly consider my complaint.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I got called from airtel that when i port my vodafone sim to airtel then they will give me 30 gp 4g data, unlimited call, 100 per day sms and 1 year my phone insurance but when i port my sim to airtel services then they where say that im not eligible for the insurance. But on yesterday i registered on airtel app i get the insurance but @99/month but they offered me free for one year. I complain to customer care and mailed to airtel email id
                                    (I. E. [protected]@in. Airtel.com) but there is no action taken by the company. And when i'm saying them that please again port my no to my old service provider they refuse my words firstly they cheat on me and then they where not doing as per my req.
                                    All the information given by airtel customer care and the airtel store member are totally wrong.

                                      I have stopped receiving any network in my airtel prepaid sim in the usa for last one month. It was working fine till then and was picking at&t signals. Now it says "cant connect to this network right now, please try again later". Please help, it is very urgent.
