Hi,
I was a airtel user from past 3 to 4 years, when i subscribed for airtel 3 or 4 yrs back it was just growing and they were providing a good service. As and when the company started growing, they forget a term called as customer service. If there is any issue when we call customer care, there is no one who can give proper response, when ask for manager/supervisor, support staff tell that their manager is not at office.
Secondly, they don't follow previous records of customer concerns.
And airtel being internally so poor, they claim they provide a better service.
Currently, i am using vodafone who is at least responding to what i say and respect their customers.
I have decided not to come back to airtel again and who ever i see using airtel i am asking them to go to vodafone who is giving a better service than airtel.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have not provide d because of miss use.
