Hi,
Upgraded my plan from 199/- +249/- (Net pack) to 649/- on 19th september, 2017 which was done. But the 4g lte on 3g was deactivated after 1 hour.
Secondly asked them to deactivate 249/- net pack from my mobile while updating pack on 19th september which is not done till now.
Emailed two times (No reply). Called customer care (Complaint numbers: 79619167, 79631431,[protected]. Interaction id: [protected], [protected]. No resolution provided. I m paying for 4g plan then why i am getting 3g services till now.
