I am arising this compliant as i order 2 dress and 1 shrug when courier person called me that he waiting near my office. I informed him i don't have cash, i need to withdraw cash and come and requested him to wait.in turn, this courier guy left and did not answer my call. After that, i got the message from ajio that my order will be delivered the next day... I have a request in ajio helpdesk and they mentioned it will be resolved within 2 days. After 2 days i called customer care they mentioned my order caneclled. I felt so upset, first unprofessional courier person then ajio customer services so bad without resolving my issues they canceled my order.

Please don't order anything ajio either delivery of product or customer service very bad...

    Mene ajio se shoes kharida tha. Size difference hone k karan muje return karna pada. Company ne return k liye muje self sheep kar ne ko kaha. Mene vo kar bhi diya.
    1 feb2019. Ko company me return ho gaya uska screen shot aur tracking no. Mene company me bheja. Customer care valo ne bataya ki 2 din me aapko refund mil jayega.
    Aaj 10 din hogaye muje koi refund nahi mila. Me request karta hu is ch*t*ya company se koi product na kharide
    I have purchase black formal shoes from AJIO on 22/12/2018 for Rs. 1000.00
    The sole of the shoes was cracked/broken just in 10 days. Very poor services of AJIO. I want to return or replace the shoes.

      I had order pair of shoes from their application ajio. I made the payment on 6th of january. The
      Promise delivery date was 12th january. Now its 9 february
      . They have neither delivered the order nor returned my money. I selected another pair from somewhere else expecting my money to be returned by the previous date but i am so lucky that their team didn’t returned my money and they went out of stock and the updated stock has much higher price. These guys have my money from 6th of jaunary and have not provided me with anything. My frustration level now is beyond limit. I don’t want the shoes i ordered from their application i have raised this complaint many times. I just want the compensation and my money to the problem they have caused me and the harassment they are causing on me by keeping my money and not solving the issues from 4 weeks i have continuously calling them but they keep me waiting for two days waiting cycle. Now i think this is the end of my patience and i want compensation for all the problem they have caused me.

        My Contact Number is [protected]. I had purchased a Black Jacket Order No. FL88733234 and Return Id RT10558134 amounting to Rs. 1462.00.
        For some reason I was not satisfied with the product so I shipped to AJIO warehouse and it reached there on 10/01/2019. My complaint ID: COM[protected]. They are not attending my problem, I have sent them 10 mails regarding this. They just keep on postponing and dont contact me at all.
        Every second day they are sending me mails to keep waiting for further 48 hours.
        I have returned them the product by paying a good amount and now they have my product and money as well and I have none of the above.
        I demand a refund which I am obliged to receive.

          I have purchased jeans but received a different one, raised a complaint and talk to Ajio team more than 15 times, always getting the same response will get it to resolve in next 48 Hrs but nothing came out after 48Hrs, 5-6 Times delivery boy attempted the pickup but he can't pick up due to some information which needs to be updated from ajio team.
          Genuinely I fed up with this ridiculous team, its better to purchase from myntra, jabong or amazon. I will never prefer anyone to purchase from Ajio.

            I have initiated exchange of 2 calf leggings but got exchange for only 1 legging. The company is neither getting the product exchanged nor initiating the product return. I have dropped multiple mails not so resolution yet. Every time i drop a ail they revert saying that will get back in next 2-3 days. Its been more than a month still issue not resolved.

              [order id : fl84725710] firstly my product got delivery to wrong address, but till date i requested to return it because order was delayed and in my ajio account it shows product was delivered & i called ajio customer service and they told me it was by mistake we'll cancel order and then after one week the person (Who accepted by order) came itself to my address and delivery my product. I requested to return order on 20th of dec 2018 but till today no one came to pickup. Im calling customer service each and every day but still no progress what should i do?
              We are very sorry for the Negative feedback. Actually, i order chudidhar material with Leggings. But i receive only leggings. Your advertisement very impressive. But real fact was not fulfilled purchase. I purchase leggings worth 378/-. But that one market price was 100/-. Very worst online purchase i ever seen

                I ordered a cluttoes order id-and shirt (order id- FL[protected] It was told by ajio that these products will be delivered by 1st of January ..on 27 I recieved a message that my order will be shiped by the end of the day! I called up the customer care service to postpone the delivery..they told me I'll be receiving a call before they deliver and asked me to tell them reschedule the delivery ..when I recieved a call I asked them to get my delivery on 29! But they called me to attmep the delivery on 28 and I wasn't able to take up the call ..on 29 I received a call if I want to reschedule my delivery I opted on yes ! After that I called ajio customer care service to reschedule my delivery and they filed a complaint of fake delivery attempt and asked me to wait till 1st and 2nd and I recieved a msg tbat my order will be delivered soon on 31st and on 1st I recieved a msg that there is a delay in delivery after that I called them on 1st regarding my order they said it'll be delivered by 2nd or 3rd of January and on 2nd also I called the customer service executive they said that it'll be delivered to me and now on 3rd (Today) they suddenly told me its cancelled! Like what? Everything was fine till yesterday and. Now they are saying it's cancelled? I was waiting fkr so long and they asked me to make an order again? Like what? The price of the shirt has gone double the amount and the cullotoes of my size has gone out of stock! It's a mistake from Ajio side and nobody is helping!

                  I ordered a wedges from ajio which was bigger in size and also one of the left leg was defective(criss cross band was loose)
                  I asked customer care and put it for exchange within few fast delivery service I got the new product of perfect size but with same defect in this wedge also the left criss cross band was loose and the right foot was perfect. I liked the wedge but the only problem was with band having two different size in different foot. I asked customer care regarding substitute instead of helping me out with the defect in the shoe they asked me to put it for return which was not the right choice from my side. They kept on telling me this one thing and while talking to me I guess she meant to his senior “sir maan hi nahi ri ye”. I got pissed off because I called to get certain solution other than returning because I called her with the purpose to know something more option which is not there in the app. On that also I decided to put it for return and thought that if this time I won’t get proper service I ll make a complaint against them. Yesterday I put it for return and Yesterday only guy came to picked up the product. I got a message that money will be getting into my ajio wallet after quality check. it’s been one day I decided to ask for the date so that I can place an order but they didn’t mention I wrote a mail on which they replied that they ll be getting it done by 2 jan 2019 as a *store credit* in my wallet. This I found to be offensive because they gave me the policy of return where is my complaint and cause regarding the product of defect. And, they expect me to wait till 2 jan to get the money into my ajio wallet. I have this issue also that they are not concern about my reason of complaint but more concern about Hiding my concern.

                    Despite giving all the details of the product pick up, ajio is blaming the customer and not contacting logistics with respect to the return and the refund. Delhivery pick up boy has stolen the product and ajio is not taking any action rather closing the complaint blaming the customer that the product was not picked up. Ajio doesn't look at the emails sent and keep sending auto response emails.
                    Shame on ajio

                      I had ordered a product from ajio order id: fl85416683, 26th october 2018
                      # fl85416683 but i did not get the product in hand and the delivery message was fake also the sign which the delivery boy has is fake, i complaint to ajio but till today[protected] they could not find the solution and also wants to close the issue because they say they are not responsible.

                      We are aware of the ongoing issue with order ID: FL85416683 and apologize if the update shared did not reach you. According to our team, multiple attempts were made to reach you in regards to the issue however, were unsuccessful. As, its been more than 20 days, our team updated that no further validation can be requested and that the order is delivered as per our courier partner.

                        You have blocked my email id, stating 85% of the order is returned, where is this clause mentioned on your website?
                        If this is a big deal for ajio, you should not mentioned statements under your return policy "anything in apparel can be returned".
                        This is looting the customer
                        I dont care about you blocking my email id, but i need to return the current products with me. Its of no use to me.

                          Yesterday i bought a slipper from reliance trends worth rs. 299 which is mentioned in paid bill, its literally worst brand ajio (Slipper bite)... It was like bad experience with reliance trends i bought worth rs.7500 around but what to say very bad experience i'll prefer to my friends to buy from reliance trends it was for future aspect i'll not going to buy anything from reliance trends...

                            I had ordered trousers at Rs 804. To get this price I ordered few more products so that I could get extra 40pc off. Then I got an email saying that product has been cancelled and refund has been iniated. And if I want to order the prodcut then I can order it again. Now the price of the product is 1400rs online. Why will I but at a higher rate and ehy was my product cancelled when it is available for sale online at a higher price. They are completely fraud. All the price slash is just there to fool customers. Highly disappointed.

                              I had purchased a track suite from AJIO on[protected] and on[protected] i requested return of this product as it was tight in my under arms. So I returned the item and its almost 2 weeks passed and I have not yet received my refund amount.
                              My Order ID FL85654748. Attached image is of Delivery Challan received from Delhivery for return.
                              I am mailing AJIO company daily about refund; they are just telling that in 1 or 2 days my query will be resolved. Its almost 2 week passed now and i am yet to receive my refund of 1089Rs respectively.

                                Your order with id: fl86724394 has been placed successfully. We hope to deliver it to you between 20 nov to 21 nov. Once packed & shipped out, we shall keep you updated on the promised date of delivery. This was the message i got when i booked the product but today i recieved that delivery was rescheduled, i ordered the product as the birthday present for my friend but im totally disappointed with your delivery partners... Pathetic service... I wont recommend to any of my community from now to shop on your site

                                  I had ordered for 3 shoes on ajio product id is - fl84295981, i ordered it on 6th nov, 2018, and per their policy you cannot cancel the product once it goes in shipping state which happens the very next day however the delivery date was 7 days later which is 13th nov, 2018, i called on 7th to cancel the order they told me to wait and cancel it after i receive it, i waited till 13th and dint get the product, i called their customer service and spoke to them about the same the girl couldn't understand hence i asked for the supervisor later he came n spoke to me for 12min only apologizing and telling all the scriped lines he promised me he will call me the next day and give a update which he failed to do, later i called the next day and they wanted me to repeat the whole story again so i asked them to read the notes put by the previous supervisor however to my surprise he hadn't put this shows how careless and casual they are towards the customers comcer, i wanted my money back as i paid through my credit card. However i have made several more attempts to call them but they just ask me to wait as they themselves dnt know when will be the delivered to me. I need my money back.

                                    I had raised one order #fl83065823 on 21st-oct-2018.

                                    My son, he is 5 years old i had ordered 6-7 years old age range product for the comfortable fit but there was 2 of the products (1. Stripped shirt with patch pocket 2. Checked shirt with flap pockets) where size not comfortable as the other (Rest of the shirts) sizes are very much comfortable.

                                    So i tried to exchange the product for the first time with the bigger size but again one more disappointment was there, according to the executive exchange for kids cloths are not available as per policies.

                                    But on policies page, according to ajio itself no where is written that kids fashion apparels can not be exchanged. I am attaching the screens for your reference.

                                    I dont need any clarification about your policies why nothing is mentioned. Here i need these two things to be exchanged with the bigger size (7-8 years) only. Stock was there. I write one email with them as well. Noone is responding on that email too..

                                      Sir/mam, i ordered a clarks formal men shoes from ajio. I got wrong size so i made exchange to that shoes.in exchange i got fake shoes which is not even copy of that shoes. I have made complaint many times to ajio. They are saying they can do nothing with this and giving excuse they got non ajio product in return. Order no. Is — ex01194026.
                                      I am a student and 2800/-is a hige amount for me. I want fair investigation with this and resolution.

                                        Ordered 4 items from them which they sent through xpressbees (Another fraud company for whoom i have already raised complaint) but the items were never delivered and were being sent back coz of their stupid courier company, i spoke to them on phone to ask them to intervene and get those parcels delivered instead of cancelling them as i used my coupon deal and got a discount code and those items were out of stock now, but their staff was so unhelpful and were infact laughing at me and when i insisted to speak to their supervisor, they connected me with guy called pradeep but even he made false promises and told me that he will send mails to courier company and would get back to me but he never did... Pathetic company.. No regards for their customers and their promises.. Order no - fl84815241
