I had placed an order with ajio.com on 29 may 2019 & the product was "nike - nike fly by low ii panelled lace-up sports shoes" (Order id fl[protected]). Due unfit size and product tags were not found in the box (I don't know if it’s the original product), i placed an exchange order the same day for a bigger size as and when i got the product, i, e., on 30th of may.
It’s been almost 2 months days since i raised a complaint with ajio.com and there is no proper response from them either. Every time i make phone call ajio customer care service, they just advise me to wait for another 3 to 5 days and the product will be exchanged. I had called them 10 -12 times till date, just to follow up on whether there will an exchange made or not. Each time i make a phone call, they end up telling me to wait for another 3 day or so.

I had paid 3500 for this product and ajio.com is not concerned about the customer and what should i do with a product that’s of no use to me. All i want is to either get this product exchanged or returned with my money refunded.

    I raised a compliant at ajio and after almost a month they saying the order delivered to some other person and they cant refund the money back and only 50% refund they can help.

      As I have ordered it on 4th July of two product of worth Rs.1430. then I have returned one product of Rs.330 and the same time I have exchanged another product so the picks up guy came to my house and picked it up and delivered the exchange product. later on i have returned that exchange product through that pickup guy. and he has picked it up. after that i have not received my money back and they are telling me we have not received your product in our logistic. please help me to get back my money. here I have attached the proof also.

        Order id : fl[protected] i made cash on delivery, due to size issue i returned all the products, all the product was return picked up in time, but i received a sms stating money is credited to the ajio wallet when i checked the wallet there was no money credited, i raised the compliant through mail they replied to me saying money is transferred to my bank account which was totally false because i have not given any bank till that date, again i sent mail that information provided by you is false, i requested for refund they asked me to send bank details accordingly i sent all the bank details and waited for 3 days still refund was not done, again i sent mail for proof to which account or transaction number they sent a false transaction number, with that number i approached the bank they made very clear that this kind of transaction number does not come, i have sent more than 12 mails i am getting only false promise, already 45 days over still refund not done,

          While placing an order the payment is done by upi using google pay and money is deducted from the bank account and the order is cancelled automatically at last. Now ajio customer care is saying that they didn't recieve money and google pay is showing that payment is done and order is placed. Its been 9 days since they are just replying with a new date again and again by saying that we will resolve it. And not they are not replying the emails anymore.

            I bought a product from the website and simply requested for an exchange. The exchanged product never reached me and when i asked them where it is, they said that it's on the way to their warehouse. They keep delaying and mismanage things and never answer appropriately
            I've been asking to exchange the product for about two months now. All they do is make fake promises and give stupid reasons for not being able to do it.

              There are two instances of issues we have recently faced with ajio.

              1) sending wrong products and not agreeing for refund or cacellation.

              Last month i have bought a t-shirt from ajio and have received the same. Then i have applied for a exchange as the size of t shirt is not appropriate. I have received an exchange but the t-shirt in the package is different to what is requested. Then frustated i have cancelled the order.

              Ironically, the person who came to pickup mentioned that the tag of t-shirt is not matching with what i ordered. Common man... Indeed they save sent me the wrong t-shirt, how come it will match?

              After frequent followups, finally they rejected the order saying that they have sent the right one, even though the wrong t-shirt has ajio tag attached.

              Simply bluffing to customers, and looting money from them. Please dont buy anything from ajio, you will be lucky if you get the right thing first time, else you are on a toss.

              2) claiming false refund:

              We have booked few orders and then cancelled them in ajio. We were not refunded full amount but rather confirmed in call with customer care that it has been processed. We were asked to reach the back from where transaction has happened multiple time inspite of bank saying that it has to be dealt with ajio only. Finally after multiple followups they have refunded the rest amount.

              But this brings to a question, can we rely on ajio? If we have not gone through our credit card bills, this cheating will go unnoticed.

                I wish to return the product for mentioned return id, however the pickup agent refuses to pick the item since it does not have ajio sticker.
                I had received the product without the ajio sticker as it belongs to fig brand and also the product is with all the tags and packaging.

                I have called for this same issue more than 6 times and i was assured the product will be picked up. But the pickup agent keeps on cancelling for same reason. This has happened 6 times now. Pick up guys keep asking for mail from ajio as confirmation.
                Ajio says its pickup guys fault.
                Pickup guys say its ajios fault.

                  I had returned my order on 31st may 2019. Still the refund is not initiated and they keep giving me resolution dates. They are mentally harrassing me by not issuing refund. Being a reliance brand they are fooling customers. Im feeling so helpless that i literally have to beg them to return my money. Poor customer service and poor brand. Dont ever buy from this website, the service is not good.

                    Refund not initiated even after products were picked - COM[protected]

                    Even after atleast 50 email follow ups and 20 calls to Ajio, my above complaint is not resolved. It was raised by me on 7th JUne.

                    Courier guy took 4 products from me, when he was only supposed to pick only 2 items. When asked for acknowledgement slip, he denied it saying that we don't have acknowledgement slips.
                    The excess 2 products that courier guy took along with him, were never refunded by AJIO. Now it has been a month almost and after continuous follow ups, AJIO is not refunding my amount.

                      Both order was delivered once at our home but due to non availibility it was not received by us. After that it is never delivered. Even after visiting customer care at reliance mall, old padra road, vadodara there is no solution given at customer care. Your logistic partner does not taking pain to give a call if nobody is available at home. Pl do the needful & try to delivered my order. Before delivery pl advice logistic partner to just give a call to confirm availibility at home.

                        I have place a order id fl [protected] on 6th of June, out of which only 1 item was delivered to me on 8th of June and in proper shape . after that the experience was disaster, one of my product got cancelled without any information and when i called up for it they are informing that it does not show it in their system and the matter will be resolved, which obviously they didn't and after 2 days they are informing that my product is being cancelled .secondly, I have received a wrong product for which i have raised a complain on 13th of June and there has been no update on that till the next time I have called after which they have raised a exchange order, still now I have not received my right product.
                        thirdly, yesterday one of the other exchange order was supposed to be delivered, however they didnt and neither did anyone call. however when i checked in the app, it said that they knocked and called and no one responded, I have not received any call from anyone for delivery . the worst part is no one addresses the complain . this was my first order from ajio and i cannot believe the services that they have provided . The first supervisor's name was kadambari who raised a complain and did nothing about it, later i have spoken to a handful of advisers who just repeat the same thing everytime and if i dont receive any feedback regarding this, i will raise drag this to social media and consumer court.
                        The closet is not properly working in Ajio app
                        I already added my favourite products in closet but in closet they aren't appearing so plz update Anil app

                        I have ordered the product through online in AJIO I have made the UPI from my ICICI bank account amount of 1323rs

                          I have not received refund for products not delivered by ajio. It’s been 40 days they never did deliver products nor have the returned the money as agreed by them as per written and telephonic conversation. Order number FL[protected] and complaint number COM[protected] for reference. I request you to please return my money at the earliest and compensate for the financial loss I am bearing with the kind of amount being stuck with you for over 40 days
                          I had ordered typographic print crew neck T shirt( full sleeved greenish blue ) but received a pink T shirt..

                            I had ordered a bulk of items from Ajio.com and the items were delivered as seperate orders. Of this bulk of orders, one item was wrongly delivered. Hence i raised an exchange request and they readily initiated exchange. But the fun fact was they wrongly shipped the item hence the EAN number that they had given the guy who was responsible to collect the order was of the item i ordered hence causing a mismatch in the EAN numbers. Due to this the delivery boy was not ready to accept for the exchange. Later when i enquired the same in the customercare section in AJio i came to know that the shipment got missed and i was not eligible for exchange again. here i am with a Top i will never wear in my lifetime. They raised a complaint from their end and successfully manipulated it and rejected my plea on getting the item exchanged. Now they are asking me that, if i return the item i.e they wont initiate, i should return it, once they validated it and upon verification will initiate my refund. What if they are not satisfied, i will loose my money. Is that what they stand for? I m thoroughly disappointed with their service. There was a hell lot of mail chain going back and forth and this was the solution that they came up with after 15 days.I need the money refund atleast. They did one generous this, they gave me back 200 as ajio cash of the inconveniance caused. I am asking for a complete refund not partial. Enclosing the Return ID, exchange ID and complaint ID.

                            I have placed a order of 4 items, firstly they are delivered separately which is highly time wasting and secondly i have ordered medium Size t shirt, but have received large size t shirt. You are not supposed to change the aize of products as per your choice. Attend the complaint, otherwise i will appeal to higher authority
                            I have placed order of 4 shoes together and they delivered it differently .One product i received is different from shown in app . Original one have company name written on it but these shoes have something else written on top . I have send mail to ajio with pic and billing they told me the process to return the product .But the thing is in the process of returning, they will ask you product code which is mentioned on tag. They didn't provide me the tag with this product. Without this they will not accept the product return. I have never experienced such tiring process of return.In other apps at least customer care services are available and you can call them and ask for help.I have tried to call them but no one received . There is a chain of mails back and forth but their is no solution. I have lost trust on this app, atleast their should be some process to solve this kind of problem .

                              I ordered shoes from Ajio and placed an exchange with ID: EX[protected] because of size issue. When the new shipment was delivered the price tag of the previous shipment was removed and hence it was rejected. The invoice bill, the shoes and the price tags are unbroken, but still it got rejected. I want Ajio to consider this for a new shipment or else cancel the order.

                                  Shifting from Ajio's no. 1 fan to no. 1 hater took me literally no time seriously.
                                  So i have been shopping from ajio since last almost 2 yrs & i was a big supporter of AJIO but recently i had been busy and really didn't get the time to open the app and when i did my id was logged out of the app and i tried so many times but couldn't log in so i finally contacted the Ajio Customer Service to know what's wrong and they said "because you returned items and cancelled orders that is why we have permanently blocked your id".I was shook because honestly i am a big time online shopper and use every big online shopping app and have never heard of this stupid concept where the consumer doesn't even get the right to return the products then why are u even offering the services dude? I placed big orders from ajio so that i get everything at once whatever i wanted and returned the one's that doesn't fit me or i didn't liked immediately and they blocked me for it.Its such a waste behaviour towards any customer who has been shopping from the website and also i don't get this that they can easily see the reason why i am placing the return in the return request itself and if they have a problem of returning 5-6 items together then set a limit amount for every order and no one is able to place more than the amount set.

                                    I requested for refund for 4 returned items on 18th May and today is 7th June, almost 3 weeks and I haven't received one rupees also. Nobody picks up the call on the customer care number and no response to emails. In the beginning they answered and said i will get it but now after 3 weeks there's nothing. I never expected such incident from such a big company. I now doubt the company regarding my refund.

                                      I place an order with Ajio.com on 11th may 2019. order consisted of 3 products from Superdry . ajio cancelled 1 product & out of remaning 2 which were shirts from Superdry, they delivered just 1 wrong product ie a trouser from john players .i have been raising complaints ever since . there are 3 complaint id
                                      COM[protected], COM[protected], COM[protected] .They asked me to send the images of the wrong product which i did right away but when i called back they said case is closed because shipment partner says wrong product cant be delivered . its been a very traumatising experience & i believe my hard earned money is wasted .everytime i call they ask for 2-3 days & assue me of reopening the complaint . not sure if i will get justice . im also attaching the same images which i sent acroos to ajio.com

                                        I ordered a saree from the web site and didn't like it. So i tried to return it. As pick up was not available for my area, they suggested me to self ship the product on a given address and whatever the shipping charge will cost me, they will refund me. The shipping costed me rs 675. I already have sent them the receipt as proof. After the successful return they refunded me only rs 950 (Rs 800 for the product + extra rs 150). I lodge a complaint against it and they said that it will take some time to resolve. Today i got an email from them that they will not return the rest rs 525. According to them the shipping charge is too high. I was not informed about this before i self ship the product. Its totally their fault. They are suppose to provide the complete information. With that, their customer support also told me that they will refund all the shipping charge and now they are refusing. They really really have a bad service. And never buy anything from ajio.
