fake product delivered

Ordered a superdry shoe
Went for an exchange because of the size
Delivery boy refused to exchange because the tag was missing, which was not provided to me initially because the shoe was a fake one
I constantly called and e-mail’d ajio for the same problem
All they said was sorry and will do something about it
After 10 days of waiting they said that you have to put an exchange order again and go through...

I order a product on 2nd may. The day i was told that the packaged will be delivered dnt rcvd.. I got a msg saying we are sorry we will try to deliver yr order within 2b days.. After an hour got msg again from ajio saying packaged has been delivered. Check with my neighbour noone rcvd the order. I was inform the issue will b resolved on 15 i call customer service twice they extend the date saying 18 or 20th today i got an email from ajio saying we are sorry we could no longer help as package shows delivered on the same date.. Dnt rcvd the packaged.. No refund either.. Poor customer service.. Never order anything from ajio i[censored] dint get the order but if their system shows delivered u wont get yr order as well as the refund.. They dont care if they eat others hard earn money... Never in a million years ill order stuff from ajio again

    I will never do shopping in ajio app because return agents are fraud. Ajio are you seeking customer satisfaction then solve my problem. I ordered a gear wallet (Order no fl[protected]) it is damaged so i decided return the item (Return id. Rt[protected] so i returned the item to agent but the agent didnot give any acknowledgement slip to me and he canceled the return request but he taken product. This is my problem i want solution right now, agent mobile number ([protected])

      Dear sir/madam,
      Today was the return pickup of this item, from sai ram courier services, address: khanshar modd, opposite hyundai agency, safidon, haryana-126112. They cancel my return pick up with remarks of : you damaged this product because company did not mentioned, was that product damaged or not?

      Please refer to this trail email, i received this order at 3:35pm and after that opened the box checked this, only after all this i cancelled and sent you the pictures of also, to mention the reason of cancellation. Damage was the only reason, left shoes looks like repaired.

      This is simply a harashment, please help me.

After repeated and continous complaints i refunded the product and placed a new order ID-FL[protected] which was delivered to me on 13 may and again it was a wrong product. They are misleading consumers repeatedly with no intent of proviidng products

          I got the shoes of nike delivered by 26 april.. Which is a 1st copy nike shoes and this shoes doesn't have any tags on it
          Now on returning the product they are saying this product doesn't have a/n number on it. I have got this shoes without any ean or a/n number on it. I just want my money back as they are providing fake nike shoes.

            I ordered 3 products from which i returned one of the product by self shipped. Its been one month that i didn't get my refund money back. I am constantly calling them to refund the money back as the product has been received at there location tumkur on 2nd april. I by my self also tracking the product whether its received or not but it shows that it was received on 2nd april. Whenever i call them they make hundred of excuses that product has not received or yes we're working on your complain and were trying to resolve it on this date but honestly till now i didn't get the results. And more shocking for me is that my complain has been closed by them without resolving it. They're just here to loot our money. Please i highly recommend you guys after having a very terrible experience from ajio not to shop from here.

              This is in regards to my order of dune ladies genoa loafers under my account (Mobile no [protected])
              Please note that at both times i ordered white shoes which was reflecting in your app but was delivered orange shoes.
              The first time i had to initiate an exchange request and second time a return request because your customer service said that there was an internal system error and they didn't have white shoes.
              However the pickup person refused to take it as he too was instructed to take white shoes.

              Hence
              As a customer i demand immediate refund of my money and compensation for the delay and trouble caused by your company.
              This is a clear case of fraud and falls under purview of legal matters and hence i will not have any problems in initiating the same

                Respected sir/madam,
                This is in reference to the item heathered crew neck t-shirt with contrast raglan sleeves[protected] purchased from ajio online shopping done vide bill no. Tax invoice no. F9008kar[protected] dated 04/04/2019
                Tagged price of mrp 1199/- inr from american crew brand regret to inform you that the product received is not at all satisfactory to what it was mentioned and shown in the online catalogue of the concerned ajio application/online store.in addition to that, the t - shirt seems used and kind of second handed product with yellow patches here and there all over the grey part of the t-shirt which is highly disappointing being a customer, and feel like cheated and a victim of fraud in the name of online shopping. The product received is itself a mental agony as it reminds a complete wastage of hard earned money.

                  I have ordered few items from ajio.com but due to some courier issue, the items were not delivered and returned back to their warehouse.

                  From last 1 month or more than that, i am following up with ajio customer service regarding refund of my amount but they people are taking such a long time to resolve this issue.

                  Every time they simply giving some new resolution date and till today i am waiting for my money.

                  Such a worst service i have seen in my life. Shame on you people and your management team.
                  I have processed the exchange for 1 blue Jeans but didn't get any result from ajio. I've talked with customer care 5 times. Every time they say we'll solve your problem asap but I'm still not getting any response. I'm so stressed. Worst service

                    Regarding the above mentioned order, please note that we had ordered a teamspirit crew neck t-shirt with typography color orange. Size 'm', for rs. 299/-
                    Regarding the mentioned purchase, please note that the t shirt was handwashed as per the instructions, and it merely a dip and wash, dried in shade. Inspite of the same, the typography print has started coming off. I am attaching a picture of the same for you to understand the extent of the problem.
                    The t-shirt has been barely worn once, and now it has been reduced to unwearable. Please note that this is not the first time that this incident has happened. I had earlier purchased a similar teamspirit tshirt via app, and i faced the similar problem, but i did not bring it to the notice of ajio.com, understanding that it could be one of a case. But since this is repeated, i thought i should make you aware of the quality that you are providing.

                    A number of emails have been done regarding this and have been getting stereotyped replies asking for 2 business working days!! This nonsense has been going on since 1st april. I request one and all not to shop through ajio.com as the complaints are not taken seriously.

                      I have initiated exchange of one black shoes but not get exchange yet. Two times courier boy came but all the time he said mam I would not accept this courier because I have not received the mail of without quality check The company is neither getting the product exchanged nor initiating the product return. I have dropped multiple mails not so resolution yet. Every time i drop mail or call they revert saying that will get back in next 2-3 days. Its been more than a month still issue not resolved.

                          I had placed an online order to avail a discount of rs.1000 on online purchase of rs.2499. 3 kurthas i ordered, in that 2 kurthas supposed to be in 1 package and 1 kurtha in separate package. When i got 2 kurtha package from the delivery boy, on the slip of the package quantities were written as 2, when i opened that it was only one inside that. I called to customer care also but they are saying they sent two items only and they are not responsible for this. They are saying me to cross check again, seriously. If i check also will that one kurtha becomes two.
                          Ajio is making fool of their customers by sending them messages for product pickup but everytime cancelling the pickup without any visit or phone call...

                          The worst experience I ever had in my life is purchasing with Ajio. I request everyone not to ever purchase anything from them otherwise you will be made fool by them

                            I had purchased shoes on ajio.com online website at 17th jan but i found other wrong colour shoes that was not mine order, after that i called to ajio they speak your order will be not exchange just can return i said ok, on 22 jan the couriyer boy came to pick up shoes and he told me that would be not return and
                            He speaks these are complain come before you speak with the ajio, than i called again now they speak you can not return shoes and hang up the call after that i sent them email many time then they agree for return as it than i be busy because in house was marriage my elder brother which peruse i purchased shoes when i contected them they said sir give us two more bussiness days every time don't have clear answer for it every time i called them and after that does not reply for it what's the matter is going on then one day speak we did not pick up your shoes and they ask me acknowledgment slip they did not aware about that nor i knew one reason behind it that in my ist order i was exchange jeans that time did not get any slip but product come back so i ignored but second time it happen even than i apologize for that it's my mistake but who does the mistake 1st who send wrong product and first make rules themselves and then break themselves time i forced, so they agreed to return what that mean i customers are fool.
                            So please help me. As soon as possible.

                            this is a email id [email protected] and customer care no 1800-8899-991 right now don't have no which had called me but when ever they called me which no if I back to call him didn't connected them because incoming service on that no not outgoing . they don't accept the mistake every time call them and don't have specific answer every time they had one time work on it call me and three courier boy came here for verification . three of them I know that him because he was most of time came on address first time when I ordered shirt and jeans and second time when I exchanged jeans and third time when I was return shoes first time him self told me an two of them don't know even who was not who delivered shoes because I don't want to trapped in any one who is innocent man but I did first time mistake I lose the shoes and money also but what's gone Ajio's nothing, they mistake tree time they raise the mistake first but don't have certain answer
                            My dear, don't know how old you are, but then you got to really work on the English language. I hardly could understand anything you wrote. Did figure out the issue though.

                              Ordered few products in ajio. Delivery date is given as 8/03/2019. Today is 12/03/2019 so i reached customer care for the help.
                              Always they say give us 2 more business days. I called express bees with tracking number they simply told your order was cancelled by ajio so please reach them. But before one day back express bees people told due to vehicle repair unable to deliver products like this they told us 3 days.
                              So finally what i would like to tell everyone here is don't buy anything in ajio. They simply cheating people with fake advertisements & offers.

                                I had picked up 4 shoes worth rs 15000 from ajio on 15th feb. Of the 4 shoes, only 3 got delivered and the highest price shoe worth rs 6000 was not delivered. Still they tagged as delivered on the ajio app. I returned all the 3 items also because of incorrect size and tampered box. All products were picked up after daily follow ups with the team. They picked up products on 1st march but till date i am waiting for refund. Customer service team only sends same messages that we are sorry, we will resolve this blah blah but nothing has happened. Only mental torture. Please don’t buy anything from ajio this is a genuine feedback.

                                  I bot a bag for 1200, faux leather. Which is worst than a 200 worth bag. Just the appearance is good. Waste of money. Kindly send picture of the condition in two days after purchase.

                                  The product is totally worthless.

                                  Company is cheating with good looking website and great design but the material is poor. Worst experience with ajio.
                                  I have bot cloths with ajio for 5k. I have decided not to purchase anything and be a part of profit for relience in future.

                                    After complaining to RELIANCE TRENDS STAFFS, they told that they are are not responsible for it.
                                    I notified it to AJIO .They also offered only SORRY.
                                    They denied to deliver my ordered PRODUCT.
                                    They activated a offer coupon and force to shop again for same product which I had ordered.
                                    I will never shop with them again.
                                    THEY SENT ME A WASTE PRODUCT AGAINST MY ORDERED PRODUCT--"WHO OS RESPONSIBLE FOR IT".
                                    No-one is accepting their fault to recure it.
                                    Last date for PRODUCT delivery was given 7th March 2K19 but MY ORDERED PRODUCT DID NOT REACHED TO ME.
                                    As I AM AJIO'S HARASSED CONSUMED, I AM CLAIMING FOR RECOMPENSE OF 1160 RUPEES(approx double of product Unit Price) against my time harrasment and mind distraction.
                                    I'M WAITING FOR YOUR RESPONSE AND MY RECOMPENSE PRICE.

                                      After trying at the stores i ordered three kurtas of size l. All the three kurtas received from ajio bear the sticker of size l. Two are ok but one of these is actually of size m. It is tight for me. Similar kurta of size l that i tried in the store before placing the online order was ok. I sent this grievance as a part o[censored]ser experience to m/s ajio. They should take back the wrong product sent by them and send me a kurta of the size that i ordered.
