Hi, i have ordered blue checks shirt of levis brand but i received green checks of the same brand hence i returned the product. The thing is ajio has shipped the same green checks back to me stating that it’s not an ajio product. Aug 7 the i received the product since then the issue is going on have raised multiple tickets n many follow up calls but yesterday i have received the call saying we could not help you on this bcz it’s not an ajio product. I need my money back. Please assist in this issue. Thank you

    We were in chennai in the month of june 2019, we went to reliance trends and did a purchase for an amount of 10, 000 rupees, while paying, they said we will be given coupons both online and also coupons which can be redeemed at any reliance store in the whole country, we had 3000 rupees worth of online coupons and also 3000 rupees worth of coupons which can be redeemed at any reliance store directly, but it is very bad on the part of these stores that they failed to accept these coupons at a store saying that they will only be accepted at chennai, is this fair from reliance trends??? And also i tried to purchase online so that i can atleast use my online coupons, but that website trends. Ajio.com is a complete waste of time and energy, we look for items and finally when we want to purchase to redeem our coupon, it says, “the requested url is rejected”, i really don’t know what the hell is wrong, so i have sent an email along with screenshot i was seeing to the customer care team, they came back saying it is ajio team who should look into this, i tried to explain them the same again and again, they just ask me to check my browser and all, not at all responsible for the customer’s intentions and they just give fake coupons which can never be redeemed,, i want my 6000 rupees back now!!!

      I placed an order on 1st july 2019, order# fl[protected] (4 items).
      I didn't receive my order, yet i received an sms stating that it has been delivered. Then i contacted ajio customer care and they raised a complaint and said the problem would be resolved within 2 days. Its been 3 months and i still haven't received any information or response regarding the complaint.

      I did not get the product in hand and the delivery message was fake. Ajio team informed that they could not find the solution and also wants to close the issue because they say they are not responsible. I just want my money back.

      You have been bringing a shame on your business and i hope it should not go down due to your # customer service. I have been meaning to post all your "scams" in all the available "forums" from now on and i have attached a sample for you guys. Make sure to take a note of it.

      Thanks for wasting my time and energy and loosing a privileged customer.in case your team has any shame left then make sure to work on the refund status and revert asap.

        I had raised a return pickup on 13 september, they mentioned they will pick it by 17 september, my return id is rt14239122 and order id is fl[protected]. When i called customer service there is no response from them. I mailed them and called ajio customer service multiple times they don't even care about their customers. No response from them. Worst part is they don't consider my complaint. Today 27 september they didn't even try to respond to my issue.
        They need to pick my order and give me a refund.

        I haven't received refund for a return I made on 9th Sept 2019 for which I have proof of delivery.

        I have been following up this with ajio from the past 1month but in vain.

          Pathetic service and very bad service. I have never seen this kind of service till now... Fake promises, fraud site

            I have order shoes they came with different size 6 and 7 of a pair without tag... Then i file returns on the same day. Then when delivery man reached n he denied by saying ajio have to send us the mail of no quality check... Its been a month and we cant talk to there customer care executive and they are not replying for the mails. Order id #ex[protected]

              I had ordered a few items fro Ajio on 8th July . Majority of the items(5 items) were not delivered to me.The latest date was 16th July. Till date Ajio has not refunded my amount, despite the fact that I contacted them so many times. I called them at least 7-8 times and even mailed this issue to them 10-15 times. Till date they keep on telling me that they'll resolve the issue within 2 business days.They are saying this since July. They have not sent the items which is so wrong but what is disturbing is that they haven't refunded my Rs. 2038.4 which I had paid through Phonepe. Their items never reached me and were directly sent to the warehouse. Now even their customer care is not available as it says that I have reached maximum attempts to contact them. I am beyond disturbed by their behavior and regret shelling my money out to them.They have repeatedly closed my complaints and raised new compaints along with new complaint numbers.

                I had placed an order with ajio on 6th september with order numbers fl[[protected]]. I had placed a return request on some of the products on 6th september. The products have still not been been picked up and i keep getting alerts saying that the pick up has been rescheduled. Even after repeatedly complaining on this situation and updating phone numbers. (Complain id - com[[protected]]. Even if i have not placed any reschedule request and waiting for an update from ajio team. I am getting all incorrect emails that they have been reaching me where as i have not got calls on any of the numbers registered and no attempt to pick up has been made. Its more than 10 days on this. And i don't trust that ajio is making any proper response to solve my issue. I need an immediate response on this on my number.
                Company is total fraud, they send shoes without tag. i am calling customer care, but they are just doing assurance. I have send return request, but delivery boy don't accept product as no tag present. but its there fault not mine.

                  I placed an order for around rs. 4300 on 26/08/2019. It got delivered on 2/09/2019. Both of the articles looked very old and worn out. One of them even had stains. They were not worth even 200-300rs and were sold for around 1650 and 2650. I tried placing a return request but wasn't able to due to some glitch in their website. After a number of emails a return request was finally placed. I got a message on 3/09/2019 that they would be picked up that day. But late in the evening i got a message that the request had been cancelled. The same thing happened on 6/09/2019. I tried complaining about them on twitter, through emails, phone calls but to no avail. They have done the same thing to a number of customers. I was shocked to see the number of complaints about them on twitter. They are not refunding people, delivering worn out articles, not letting people return them, etc. Please take the necessary action as soon as possible.

                    I had placed two orders with ajio on 6th august & 31st july with order numbers fl[protected], fl[protected]. I had placed a return request on some of the products on 6th august.                       Sub: non receipt of refund amount for return id #rt14019657 and #rt14075046

                      For my order no #fl[protected], i had returned 2 items, the refund amount for the same were inr 419.78 & inr 353.76 respectively. It has been quite some time, but i haven't received my refund yet!!

                      I have received a credit of inr 0.01 in my bank account from ajio. They treat this like a joke

I were on a higher position, I will shut your shop closed or impose penalty on your for customer harrassment.

                        I purchased steve madden shoes from ajio 20 days back and wanted return and started the process online. Their courier person refused to take it and even after several complaints and calls also my return was not picked and money was not refunded. They kept saying we will do and send emails but never did it!

                          I purchased s size and then wanted m. I raised an exchange request and soon their delivery agent took the s, but never delivered the m product. For 10 days, i kept getting this info that it will be delivered by 25th jul, but it never got delivered. Their customer care executives do not help and just give false commitments. They close the complaint channel without resolving my issue. They are not paying me my refund even after 8 calls and hundreds of emails.

                            I bought some dresses from ajio. One of the products was not good so i raised a return request on 26th August 2019 but the courier boy who came to pick the courier refuse to pick by saying that we do not accept such tags. I raised a complaint for which they are keep me assuring for more that 10 days that they will resolve the problem but till date the problem not resolved. I called customer care regarding this then they assured that a return will be done without quality check but again the same person came by saying that we do not accept the tag. I am frustrated by this by requesting again and again.

                              I placed an order on 22nd july and received the products in week. I recieved one wrong product and one product i wanted to return since i didn like it. One product which i recieved wrong was picked up and the other didn't. I raised return request for both then i called customer care stating the same. Then they asked me to place return request for the other product and i did the same. It's been more than a month now but i haven't received refund for the product i wrongly received that was picked up on 4th august. And am now worried about the refund for the product that i didn like will also not be refunded to my account. This product was picked up on 27th august. Please hp me get my refund back

                                Company is a total fraud. They sent a product in shabbiest condition possible without tag in response to which ai created a return request. Pickup didn't happen 1st time since there was no tag. After contacting them and explaining them their fault, i was assured of pickup without any quality check, but to knowledge this came out to be a wrong assurance. Post that, i have made 35 calls to them in past 21 days (Actually counted from my call log), to which they responded everytime but making false promises everytime, giving false dates and information. Also, i was asked to make a repeat return request 3 times within this period, to which they gave me dates of pickup. The delivery person didn't turn up for first time, and the other 2 times, he refused to take the product saying their delivery partner didn't recieve any information regarding no quality check to be done. Currently, i am on my 36th call with them, while writing this complaint here as no other option is left.in past 2 calls, i have also talked to the manager himself (Where i was compelled to shout on him this time since the magnitude of frustration is beyond imagination). Even now, i am being given dates only without any pickup actually happening. This is nothing but a scam going on since i know 4 other ppl who faced the same issue in past 2 months. These ppl tend to deliver you fake brand products, without tags. Now, post this strategy there are 2 possibilities, either the customer accepts the product to stay away from the hustle of return and all or he asks for a return to which these ppl refuse to take the product back since there is no tag, and if they are contacted again to explain them for the problem being from their side, then they just keep giving you false dates, promises, assurances, and keep delaying the procedure till the 30 days time pd is lapsed.
                                So, as you all can sense, it is a scam going on from their side, kindly refrain from using ajio in future, many ppl have become victims this year. No doubt, there have been good experiences too, but then, in last 6 months, there is something very fishy going on with this company.
                                So, please, kindly stay away from ajio.

                                  I purchased some products from ajio.com on 11th july 2019. The payment got processed but order didn't got placed. So i requested for refund but the ajio.com denied that they received the payment and so won't be able to refund. I contacted my bank and they confirmed that the amount is successfully gone to merchant and they have claimed it. I have contacted ajio.com numerous times showing them proof by sending the bank statement and everything etc but they are not refunding it back. Please help i am really tensed as its been more than one and half months now and nobody is helping me.

                                      I had ordered a t-shirt with order id. Fl[protected] i waited for atleast 7-8 days for the delivery and when i received i found it a little small, which i tried to return it as per the ajio policy within 6-8 hours but when the delivery boy came he rejected the pick up coz the t-shirt was with no tag and told sometimes they deliver with bill barcode only but they can’t pick up with the same code and when i too realised i checked the packet...
