I purchased formal shoes which were delivered on 17 Oct 2019. I am very disappointed with the shoes as the sole broke in less than 3 months . I complained regarding the same and was told that they apologie for the inferior quality of shoes and would come up with solution. I shares with them the pics of shoes each time they asked. Ajio people told that they are sorry and would resolve by 21 Jan 20, but I received a call from their side that they cannot do anything as it is over 2 months. My question is that It means they have products with life of just 2 months and they believe that the product will no go more than that life.
Shameful if a branded product on branded portal thinks this way. My complaint no. is COM[protected].

Still think Ajio sincerely accept the mistake and do a solution

    I have placed an order on 22nd dec 2019, product was delivered on 24th dec 2019 and i have created a return request on 1st jan 2020. They have 30 days return policy. Firstly i have received a duplicate and defective faded product and the thread coming out few. It was said that the return pickup will be done before 7th jan 2020. Everyday we used to carry the product to office to give for pickup as there wouldnt be anyone at home so given office address. There wasnt any intimation from them, then i contacted them and escalated the issue on 6th, they said it will be done. But it was not, the pickup agent also has not contacted us and simply saying false information that pickup was attempted. Atleast he should call us, but there was no call. Later again i have called on 8th, 10th, 13th, 14th, 16th and continuously i have been trying and making escalations. But the issue is not resolved and now today 18th jan 2020 also i called them, again they are asking time. Firstly i need my refund of my money, they pickup is their headache even though its a damaged. After all this headache if the product had been good i would have cancelled the return request and would have kept the product with myself. But thats not the case. I have been carrying the product daily with public transport since 19 days and suffering. But there is no action from them even the customer care agents also they repeat the same thing that it will not repeat but they dont even update the issue properly. Every time i call them i have to explain issue from the begining. I also told them i need my refund immediately so that we can use it for travel and clothes for the festival. I want this to be solved immediately and my refund as well..
    I was tortured and suffered all these 25 days. Now they are saying return period over so earlier return got cancelled. Has to raise new again, so they asked images, i shared and they raise complaint and then when they get approval they will process return request again it seems. My worry is they didnt pickup the product, its their mistake, for that they are troubling me and i am the one who is suffering. They are postponing always, now saying will update by 28th jan 2020, which is very long. And i am in need of money.
    Kindly help and resolve this in refunding my money

      wrong product received by ajio and not returning and refunding the product

      This incident happened a day ago when ajio declined to return the wrong product that they delivered to me and refused to return the product claiming they have cctv footage that the right product is delivered.

      After following up on continuous calls, they have not provided the resolution ts will not be returned.

      Also, they have taken 5.5k for the wrong products...

      I held an account with Ajio 6 hours back. Suddenly the account has been blocked. I have received few items that I wanted to return but I do not have access to do anything about the same.

      I want my account and rights to be resurrected. I spoke to a supervisor and have some feedback to share. Your staff needs to take a breathe and not get on to the customer's nerves. I expect the other person to listen to me and not behave rudely...

      Wrong product sent fl[protected].. Complaint id com[protected] u ol are saying u sent right product but ajio i[censored] sent right one how i got the wrong one... U sent me 1200 rs shoe instead of 2600... Ur executive also accepted that even he checked the ean n he made a request of no qc check return... But u ol didn't approved it... What's happening??? Please solve it at earliest...

        I ordered a jacket from ajio and it got delivered but i didn't received it. The order may have been delivered to someone else. I mailed them but there is no response yet. And when i called them they said they will register the complaint but there is no mail regarding complain registration yet as well. I don't like the ajio service. I just want my money back or the order.
        I ordered a denim & a kurta, both were prepaid, but I didn't receive my order, and it's showing as delivered in the app. I also didn't get any call from delivery agent. What to do now? It's very disgusting. Ajio should take care of it's consumers, people are losing faith in it. Please do something.
        I placed an order for 3 items on AJIO and one of them shows delivered. But i didnt recieve the package and there was no call for delivery either. So please look into it.

          On 12th march 2020 I ordered my order and order ID is #FL[protected] and return on 16th march 2020 but I didn't got my refund amount itself. Its been now 18 to 20 days I didnt get my refund amount, please take action on it as soon as possible..please

            I ordered pair of shoe from ajio, they shipped a size smaller then the one i ordered. So i request to return and was asked to self ship. They said they will pay shipping also. I sent it through dtdc on 24 aug and it was delivered on20 aug. I emailed them the courier status and receipt snapshot.in the month of august. Following since then. No support at all. After every second email they ask proof of delivery without checking the trail mail. Few months back when i was traveling and i didn't get a courier from ahio they said its delivered. But when asked they said guard, no detils of name of the turd or ph no was given. They didnt support at all. Now when its their turn they are denying even when i have proof. Worst experience twice.
            I bought puma running shoes on 25 nov.which broke in a very short time.which I have used maximum in 10 to 15 days .I didn't expect such a strange company that a copy of puma company's brand shoes is being sold here.
            No response was received from the company to talk, it was purchased in 2300 rupees, which was also lost for money.
            i was purchased a carlton london sandals i have requested return on 20/09/2021 still no updates it is a bad store and very bad experience i ever had from ajio

              I Ordered two shoes in Ajio app.my delivery date is DEC 13th.today date id DEC 23rd.product is not yet delivered..there are no specific delivery date..One information is displaying like.."Due to overwhelming of orders, we are delayed on this order". At least they have to mention the Specific date or duration of time.there are not providing any customer support as well.

                I wanted to return my product as they were the wrong sizes.

                So i contacted the ajio executive but instead, they created a return id for the wrong product.

                So i contacted the ajio executives and they assured that the return i has been canceeled.

                Soon after which my pick up is done but turns out the wrong return id was not cancelled and now i am suffering to get my refund it's been one month to get my refund.

                Even after constant mails i have been not able to contact the ajio executives.

                  I received Red chief shoes from AJIO.com (Order ID: FL[protected]) without any price tag and bar code suspecting fake product as quality of shoes are poor, After raising my concern with Return ID : 15395208 AJIO refused to take back my product .Then i registered complaint (ID:COM[protected]) for resolution of my issue, in this regard i sent all pictures of Shoe box and shoes to customer care many times and ask them to investigate and check why their warehouse team delivered this product without price tag.Pls support to get refund of my money back.

                    I have ordered on 22 november.. But i don't know nothing about my order.. My orders section always show it is empty.. On calling customer care they said that the order is confirmed.. And they give me order id.. On asking for resolution till date they have raised complaints and complaints and taking time for resolution.. I tried talking to senior executive from two days and i don't know in which type of work they are busy.. And which work is more important than customer

                      I have order 5 shirts from ajio e-commerce site and of that 2 shirts were of poor quality and different color than shown in the website. For which i have raised a return request on 1st of november 2019. Even after so many email correspondence with their customer care and many phone calls they haven't made any attempt to collect the product yet.
                      Many miss leading false information are given by the customer care. They have not made any attempt to pick the return and refund the amount yet.

                      I used to get sms stating that attempt is made and could not reach me, these sms are generated with clear intention to cheat the customer. After these sms i get calls from ajio telling their logistics had cancelled my return request and if i wish to return i have to raise another request which i have done and the same drama is repeated second time. I have raised a request for return 3rd time which the date they show in their app is 21st and again i will get a call stating the same thing.
                      No one is taking responsible approach to resolve this issue.
                      I have requested them that whether i can return the product in their showroom (Reliance trends) in my town. But which is also declined by the customer care.

                      Their attitude and approach confirms a pre-mediated cheating. By prolonging the return pick up, the 30 days return period will be over soon and they can deny the refund thereafter.

                      Request you to kindly do the needful in regarding this issue.

                        I have purchased dc lace up shoes from ajio on oct 3rd 2019 & i got delivered on 8 th oct 19 due to poor quality of the product i raised a return request for multiple times they say pin code is not serviceable but they are able to deliver the product and again i raise this time i given my friends pin code & address but again this time also failed to take return pickup and again they said same reason and again i given other friend pin code and again they are saying awb number is not generating they are extending return pickup and again they are asking me to send the product to their address ajio is not giving proper service to customer still how it sustaining i don’t know every time they give fake promises and they are asking me go to nearest logistics and send the product to bangalore location they are literally disrespecting the customer and actually they need to give services to customer in return they are assigning logistics works to me. Worst online shopping in india. Please do not buy in ajio if you don’t want to get into trouble.

                          I have been a regular customer at ajio.com website. Recently because of some issue they without any reasons blocked my account and now are not accepting return requests of their products. Now i am stuck with their products while they drag the resolution dates.
                          Half of the products are either used or defective or manufactured around 4 to 5 years ago.
                          Ajio processed my refund of Rs.1805.15 with ID FL[protected] on 10/12/2019. More than one month has passed still I have not received my payment. I have completed many times to ajio but they just extended my complain again and again with different different complaint number but don't solve my problem.

                            Dear team,
                            This is in reference to the product order from ajio vide order id #fl[protected] dated 18-sep-2019.
                            One of the product "performax shoes" was not delivered till more than 30days. However, on 22-oct, i rechecked the online portal to get the whereabouts and it featured it as "delivery unsuccessful". I contacted ajio customer care to inform them that it is a false notification as no-one from the delivery team reached my house nor contacted me and stated as unsuccessful delivery.
                            However, refund was requested from ajio and complain was also raised (Complaint id #com[protected]). Inspite of all such coordination and follow up, my money is stuck up with ajio and i'm unable to get any information about refund. Ajio customer care team seems clueless as they always replies with more-or-less the same mail and requesting me 2 more days to resolve the issue, on every single mail from their side.

                            Moreover, the portal still shows that the product hasn't reached their warehouse yet.

                            Requesting you to kindly look into the issue and help to resolve.

                              An order of purchase was placed on 27th september, 2019 and as discrepancy in pricing of the same products was found on the very next day, i called the customer care executives of ajio. On the executive's advice i cancelled the order and put a fresh purchase order. Though this fresh order had no issue, the previous one led me to utter frustation. They, till date, is not providing the refund amounting to rs 3908.

                              The items on that order was still attempted for delivery. But as advised by ajio customer care executives, i declined the delivery. The items were returned by their courier partner.

                              The products which were not even received by me was received by the vendor on 16th october, 2019. When the refund would have been initiated spontaneously, i had to make a number of calls just to register the complaint! Finally on 24th oct, the complaint was lodged... But that too with a wrong description! On 25th oct i had to once again call and a fresh complaint was registered this time with a supposed date of addressal by 30th oct. From then on it has been a nightmare... Really... Calling in every two days only to get idiotic excuses, false words, fake promises, and most irritatingly those silly apologies!

                              I make call every alternate day only to wait for two more business days and listen again and again fake promises...
                              Advisers over phone are only inclined to persuade people to get better rating...

                                I placed an order for a pair of shoes on ajio.com around 29th september 2019 and due to size factor i have gone for exchange, this is where i have been facing issue.

                                While returning the product courier executive asked for the tags on the shoes but i haven’t any such thing on it when i received the product and conveyed the same and he refused to take the product. Since then i been following customer care executives and nothing worked out.

                                Its been a month and every time i call customer care they make false promises to deliver the product which never happened

                                  I buy merchandise from ajio online have some issue i forward request about exchange size required but there people not understand what i want exact almost 4monthes gone but not find any solution from ajio team side, even ajio courier partner pick up 2 extra merchandise from my end and when i spoke with ajio team they said they don't have any solution, but i lose my hoarder money.

                                    I've tried to ordered goods from ajio but my order was not placed though the amount was debited from my account. After repeated request to refund the amount in my account i haven't get my money even after seven days. Enough have been done calling customer care but to no avail till date there is no positive response from them. Everytime i call the customer care they usually asked the transaction i'd, time and date and mode of payment but when i said i've already raised the complaint against it by providing necessary information, yet they still insist for the same. Now, i've enough complaint id in my inbox. They will never give you the status of your complaint even if you ask which is making things hard and complicated.
                                    Worst delivery service.product has reached my city on 17th and haven't recieved it.worst, ajio and xpressbee justifying their act.will never order in future
                                    The ordered quality of the product was not good.The products are returned back, bt the refund was not initiated till now...Pls refund🙏

                                    Iam cancelled my order before it delivering. still not refunded after two days
                                    I was ordered some kids dress. It was not dispatched till a month and shown as delayed. And finally I'm planned to cancel my order and done cancellation because of delay. Till today I'm not received my refund amount and I'm facing a worst service by Ajio. Please do me a favor or else I'll not use Ajio for future use.
