I have order 5 shirts from ajio e-commerce site and of that 2 shirts were of poor quality and different color than shown in the website. For which i have raised a return request on 1st of november 2019. Even after so many email correspondence with their customer care and many phone calls they haven't made any attempt to collect the product yet.
Many miss leading false information are given by the customer care. They have not made any attempt to pick the return and refund the amount yet.

I used to get sms stating that attempt is made and could not reach me, these sms are generated with clear intention to cheat the customer. After these sms i get calls from ajio telling their logistics had cancelled my return request and if i wish to return i have to raise another request which i have done and the same drama is repeated second time. I have raised a request for return 3rd time which the date they show in their app is 21st and again i will get a call stating the same thing.
No one is taking responsible approach to resolve this issue.
I have requested them that whether i can return the product in their showroom (Reliance trends) in my town. But which is also declined by the customer care.

Their attitude and approach confirms a pre-mediated cheating. By prolonging the return pick up, the 30 days return period will be over soon and they can deny the refund thereafter.

Request you to kindly do the needful in regarding this issue.

    I have purchased dc lace up shoes from ajio on oct 3rd 2019 & i got delivered on 8 th oct 19 due to poor quality of the product i raised a return request for multiple times they say pin code is not serviceable but they are able to deliver the product and again i raise this time i given my friends pin code & address but again this time also failed to take return pickup and again they said same reason and again i given other friend pin code and again they are saying awb number is not generating they are extending return pickup and again they are asking me to send the product to their address ajio is not giving proper service to customer still how it sustaining i don’t know every time they give fake promises and they are asking me go to nearest logistics and send the product to bangalore location they are literally disrespecting the customer and actually they need to give services to customer in return they are assigning logistics works to me. Worst online shopping in india. Please do not buy in ajio if you don’t want to get into trouble.

      I have been a regular customer at ajio.com website. Recently because of some issue they without any reasons blocked my account and now are not accepting return requests of their products. Now i am stuck with their products while they drag the resolution dates.
      Half of the products are either used or defective or manufactured around 4 to 5 years ago.
      Ajio processed my refund of Rs.1805.15 with ID FL[protected] on 10/12/2019. More than one month has passed still I have not received my payment. I have completed many times to ajio but they just extended my complain again and again with different different complaint number but don't solve my problem.

        Dear team,
        This is in reference to the product order from ajio vide order id #fl[protected] dated 18-sep-2019.
        One of the product "performax shoes" was not delivered till more than 30days. However, on 22-oct, i rechecked the online portal to get the whereabouts and it featured it as "delivery unsuccessful". I contacted ajio customer care to inform them that it is a false notification as no-one from the delivery team reached my house nor contacted me and stated as unsuccessful delivery.
        However, refund was requested from ajio and complain was also raised (Complaint id #com[protected]). Inspite of all such coordination and follow up, my money is stuck up with ajio and i'm unable to get any information about refund. Ajio customer care team seems clueless as they always replies with more-or-less the same mail and requesting me 2 more days to resolve the issue, on every single mail from their side.

        Moreover, the portal still shows that the product hasn't reached their warehouse yet.

        Requesting you to kindly look into the issue and help to resolve.

          An order of purchase was placed on 27th september, 2019 and as discrepancy in pricing of the same products was found on the very next day, i called the customer care executives of ajio. On the executive's advice i cancelled the order and put a fresh purchase order. Though this fresh order had no issue, the previous one led me to utter frustation. They, till date, is not providing the refund amounting to rs 3908.

          The items on that order was still attempted for delivery. But as advised by ajio customer care executives, i declined the delivery. The items were returned by their courier partner.

          The products which were not even received by me was received by the vendor on 16th october, 2019. When the refund would have been initiated spontaneously, i had to make a number of calls just to register the complaint! Finally on 24th oct, the complaint was lodged... But that too with a wrong description! On 25th oct i had to once again call and a fresh complaint was registered this time with a supposed date of addressal by 30th oct. From then on it has been a nightmare... Really... Calling in every two days only to get idiotic excuses, false words, fake promises, and most irritatingly those silly apologies!

          I make call every alternate day only to wait for two more business days and listen again and again fake promises...
          Advisers over phone are only inclined to persuade people to get better rating...

          Plz help. Regards.

            I placed an order for a pair of shoes on ajio.com around 29th september 2019 and due to size factor i have gone for exchange, this is where i have been facing issue.

            While returning the product courier executive asked for the tags on the shoes but i haven’t any such thing on it when i received the product and conveyed the same and he refused to take the product. Since then i been following customer care executives and nothing worked out.

            Its been a month and every time i call customer care they make false promises to deliver the product which never happened

              I buy merchandise from ajio online have some issue i forward request about exchange size required but there people not understand what i want exact almost 4monthes gone but not find any solution from ajio team side, even ajio courier partner pick up 2 extra merchandise from my end and when i spoke with ajio team they said they don't have any solution, but i lose my hoarder money.

                I've tried to ordered goods from ajio but my order was not placed though the amount was debited from my account. After repeated request to refund the amount in my account i haven't get my money even after seven days. Enough have been done calling customer care but to no avail till date there is no positive response from them. Everytime i call the customer care they usually asked the transaction i'd, time and date and mode of payment but when i said i've already raised the complaint against it by providing necessary information, yet they still insist for the same. Now, i've enough complaint id in my inbox. They will never give you the status of your complaint even if you ask which is making things hard and complicated.
                Worst delivery service.product has reached my city on 17th and haven't recieved it.worst, ajio and xpressbee justifying their act.will never order in future
                The ordered quality of the product was not good.The products are returned back, bt the refund was not initiated till now...Pls refund🙏

                I was ordered some kids dress. It was not dispatched till a month and shown as delayed. And finally I'm planned to cancel my order and done cancellation because of delay. Till today I'm not received my refund amount and I'm facing a worst service by Ajio. Please do me a favor or else I'll not use Ajio for future use.

                  Ajio have the worst service when it comes to returning produt. They actually never pick up your product.

                  I am anirudh vashisth. I have placed an order on 25th september 2019. The product delivered was defected, so i have applied for a return. Till then 4 times return id has changed, 5-6 fake attempts were made, but the item is not picked up yet. One day i have to wait outside for 30 minutes during my working hours. I have called customer care various times, but they were unable to solve the issue. I have ordered dc shoes, both the shoes are of the same leg, these are no use to me.

                  I am fed up with your service, daily i have to carry that box of shoes with me to the office.

                  I suggest you never buy products from ajio.

                    I have ordered 7 products through id: fl[protected] at ajio online. But i have received only 4 products. I have contacted customer care may times. Each time they are giving different complaint number and after two days they have told that we have dispatched all.

                    In the invoice they have mentioned different blue dart awb and delivered in a different awb bill. The status of original is not found in the record.

                    Even i have contacted both customer care and grievance officer.in the online they have changed the status as return requested for the undelivered product.

                    I have asked to clarify the awb bill confusion on the invoice and status changes as return requested. But again again they are relying the same thing that we have dispatched correctly.

                    They didn't clarify my two queries. Even including grievance officer all are cheating the customer. All are fraud.

                      I ordered five products on dated 27September, but i received only 2 of them on dated 1 October, and out of which one of them is wrong product without quality checked, so in that ordered i raised complaint many times against it, but ajio services are not able to find solution for that. They said we can't accept the product withoutQC. So the complaint is closed.
                      So i requested you to accept my complain and do action against this carelessness . I suggest you to check all details as weight and camera recordings and others.
                      I hope you do justice against this complaint as soon as possible.

                        I have ordered 3 shirts through online from below website.1 shirt has been delivered and other 2 returned. Nearly to deliver a shirt they took more than 2 weeks. Their customer care said the returned 2 shirts amount will be refund within 1 week. And it's been a month they didn't have any information and even tried to connect with them no response from them. I don't know how to connect with them and get my money back.

                          I placed this order on 8th of Oct, for gifting my mom for Diwali and till date I haven't received my order. As per shipping tracker my order was out for delivery on 13th Oct, but not yet delivered. Have been communicating with Ajio customer service on a daily basis as I have already paid for it, but the service which m getting from them is pathetic. Firstly they are not ready to accept that it is there fault, they keep saying that your number was unreachable, but I have proofs that they did not contact me at all as I have been following up with their delivery partner too and they say that they don't have any parcel for me. And now when I ask them to return my money, they are also not doing that saying the product has to return to warehouse first but as per shipping tracker it is just circulating within shipping guys. It's been more than 20 days, n there is no sign of product delivery or refund. On top of this, the most annoying thing is the customer service attitude, they are super rude and don't show any courtesy or empathy. There so called supervisor Praveen is the meanest one. I'm really frustrated now, it's not just abt money but also about personal sentiments. I wanted to gift my mom before Diwali as I won't be with her this festival ☹️ wasn't expecting this from a reputed and big company like Reliance, far better service are provided by small companies and startups.

                          The product was urgent for me as I was going for vacation for 1 week. This is really unprofessional thing from Ajio.

                            This is just pathetic i have attached the screenshots below see for yourself the order date and the promised delivery date everything has passed now and whenever i call the customer care they just make excuses and ask for extension of 2 days or so and yeah they never forget to make a new complaint id every damn time i call them.

                              My return of tshirt took 20 days. This all happened due to wrong tag for under sized tshirt, person denied to took initially and all this drama of several complaints opening and closing started, but end customer like me was helpless to get refund.

                              Policy of ajio may work in happy path, but when there is an exception, standard policies doesn't work and just do enough harassment to customer.

                              Now onward, i won't do a mistake of purchasing from ajio, and will provide feedback not to use ajio to other customers.

                              Like standard reliance companies, ajio is no exception in showing its real performance to end customer. I am really really disappointed.

                                I placed return request for 6 products form my order id fl[protected]; courier partner came for twice for the pick up my products but database what they having not matching with my products codes! So
                                1. My 1st concern is they delivering wrong products may be so database not matching
                                2. Or they giving wrong database to the logistic partner so only this issue happened.

                                On above that i provided lots of time with images of products in mails every time they are coming up with new matter from 20 days i am fighting with them for return but not one responding well. At last logistic partner cancelled my pick up to the company still company didn't took any steps to complete my process now they are asking to self send the products.
                                They are having issue with that database or with logistic partner why customer should suffer due to that.
                                Every time asking me for images and mails and all still not any steps was taken. And this is happening second time with me.

                                Worst customer support from there end. Will never ever shop with them. Everyday calling them mailing them still no resolution i got.

                                My 3k was wasted in this site. Dont shop with them better to buy costly things from any other site. Because they are doing mentally disturbance and not resolving ur query every time new executive called up need to explain all details and at end not get any answer or resolution.
                                Not a good site to do online shopping.

                                If anyone can help kindly contact me as i am really frustrated and even cried after talking to customer smcare executive as they are working as robots and not understanding seriousness. So much deprressed and don't knw where to go and file complain bcz in ajio no one is listening.

                                  This is to bring to your notice that the complaint is not resolved as the amount of Rs. 2949/- which was debited against my order is still not credited to my account . So how can be the complaint resolved it was u r technical fault but we won’t pay for u r technical fault please reverse the entry as soon as possible or else we will complaint regarding the same RTI the concerned department .
                                  If this is the way you are going to resolve the issues than I am sorry to say soon the AJIO will no longer have a good customer base. You have a customer care number which is not operational as well when we wrote you no action was taken and now you say the complaint is resolved . It’s my last request to please see this in priority or else strict action will be taken.

                                    I get frustrated towards ajio service.. Last, i came to mail you.. Please see my attachment.. I ordered 4 kurta's on august 31st.. I have received 3 kurta's the products after some days in one courier.. I requested for return next day because it is not suited for me... So, i cancelled the last one before i receive..
                                    I contacted ajio customer service throught phone as well as mail too for my return query...

                                    I followed many times to your ajio customer care through phone and also un mail too.. But still my query not resolved.. I waited long time.. I don't want to wait anymore.. Please give an option to exchange in the store.. Orelse i will go directly to the reliance trends and will make shout in front the customer's like how you people's not responding about return query.. Since i'm facing the issue more than a month.. I have a proof for everything.. Please contact for me to your ajio customer care about this issue.. And make some good for me

                                    I returned the item that I purchased, was picked up on 13 February 2021. I did not receive refund till 24 Feb. I raised a complaint and provided every detail to the customer care.
                                    There were two items that were returned on 13 February. Both of them got picked up but I got refund for only one of them. They are changing the status of this return in my account on their own as well.
                                    I raised complaint--I was told the item is not what they delivered so they will return the item. I clarified the details and made sure they know it is what they delivered. They then replied that the refund has already been initiated. I again clarified that the refund was for only one item. On 11 March they confirmed that they have picked up the order but their data is yet to be updated. Since then they are giving me dates after every five days (actually delaying for every week).
                                    This is so pathetic. Highly unprofessional and complacent attitude.
                                    Clearly the customer care is useless.

                                      Order no. Fl[protected] i have placed this order on 17 sep and it was delivered on 19 sept and same day i return this because of size problem and they pick up same day with return id rt14350029 and this delivered to ajio on 23 sept then they ask me they will refund on 1 oct when i contact on 1 oct for refund they again give me new that 5 oct and 5 oct i again contact then again give 9 oct i want to know what service they are giving i want my refund plz help i m attaching all details.

                                      Due to their cheap service my money is being blocked in ajio wallet & also I not able to shop on ajio site nor I am getting my refund. From last 3weeks I am contacting them & they are just raising new complaints again & again by giving fake hopes

                                        I returned an order recently and i filled in my book account to get the refund but i’ve got the amount refunded in the ajio wallet where as i selected bank transfer.
                                        Kindly help it’s really irritating!
                                        I’ve even mailed and received no response.
                                        The amount is also more than ₹2000 and i don’t want to buy anything from ajio app so i’d like to get my money refunded to bank account.
