    I have returned the product & delivery agent pickedup the product last week but till now I haven't received my refund amount. I have doubt on delivery agent that he was not responded to my call the product was pickedup by him after lot of calls to him by me.

      I have ordered a Azira suit from ajio having order Id FL[protected] I want to return that product I have raised many complaints they gave me 11th nov2021 for pick up but still it has not be picked up from any.
      Another product having order Id FL[protected] they have picked up this product but still they have not return my refund back.Please look through my complain

            I have placed a return on 25th October, its not being up yet. They have canceled themselves two times without giving any reasons. This is one of the worst company i have dealt with. Even very small companies helps customers with retuns. I highly demand not to shop in Ajio

              I had been ordered Arrow brand trouser of 30 no.
              I received GAP brand trouser of 36 no.
              So I requested return on same, I had three attempts of rejection of return, as code on received GAP trouser tags didn't match with ordered Arrow trouser.
              I had mentioned reason for return, on first request, and then after three mails to customer care.
              They replied me with automated email s, not a single person is able to solve the problem.
              Hopeless customer service, l never seen,
              I quit Ajio, for very worst consumer services
              If same problem is not resolved in next 24hr, l will take chance through consumer forum.

                I didn't like the product and decided to return . On the same day ie, 9 november i got a message for pickup That is also attached with the mail and the return pickup was successful when I asked for acknowledgement copy courier person said the details will be messaged that were not done and the app notifications still shows it as unsuccessful return pickup and the money has not been refunded in my Ajio Wallet... Today another message was sent stating the pickup will be attempted today but its already done...

                    I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags . Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn't got my amount back. I am mailing them continuously and they are making fool of me by sending every time a new complain id
                    Their team called me and saved their part by saying that refund is done from our side. What the hell? I havn't got the money back in my bank account.

                    From last 2 month i am contacting Customer care.

                      Past 15 days no return pick up done and delaying everytime.
                      Ajio does not pick up the product and delays refund.
                      Strict action should be taken as they just fool the customer by rescheduling pickup without attempting to pick the product and refund

                        My order had been cancelled by Ajio and amount had not been refunded, i have registered complaints for same multipole times on their customer care number and every time they provide me ew date of resolution that by this date your issue will be resolved and you will get your amount back.

                          The product has been picked 19 0ct 2021 and they said that the refund has been initited on 26 oct 2021 in bank account but till now i havnt received any refund from ajio nor in bank account nor in ajio wallet i tried contacting them by mail and phn no. But they keep saying the refund has been initited any a complaint has been raised.
                          The return id is -RT48507515 and theres no refund for this return

                            I bought the bralette on 19th october 2021, received the product on 22nd october, due to size prblm returned (self shipped) the product on 25th october, as ajio was not able to arrange a pick up. Ajio received the product on 28th October. They acknowledged it on 30th october 2021 after multiple calls but after that i have not received my refund amount 2355.76 in my prepaid mode. And i m tracking my account since 10 days... Ajio customer care is the worst dey jus raise complain id but issue is not resolved. I want my refund back otherwise i will have to take a legal action against AJIO

                            I have also same problem they are just keeping on hold from last 15 days they told it is initiated but they dont provide any reference . This is cleariy cheating .

                              An amount of 1124 rupees was deducted from my account and the order was not placed. Did not receive any confirmation from Ajio regarding the order. The order section in the app shows 'no order placed' even though the amount has been deducted.

                                I returned my watch on September 26 2021, it's been two months it's not refunded. I'm tired of calling ajio customer and mailing them. They are even cutting my calls or putting it on hold for long time so I'll cut. Shame on ajio. The product is worth 20k. And their response is scaring me that I think I'll lose my money. Someone please help me.

                                First it was showing it will be refunded by September 6.then they took that away and updated in their page tht they are receiving it still and will refund after receiving.

                                  My Order ID #FL[protected] is delivered on 23 October and I returned the product. Still the item is not picked up. I need my refund. Return ID #RT49123026. Take the product back and make refund. still they didn't call me. I am going to give a online consumer complaint against ajio. I'm going to report to government authorities. Return date is on 5 November and it is over to waiting for your refund.

                                    Hi, this is to bring to notice that we had returned an order that had Nike slides in it. And instead of a refund, we got some man shirt in the same on 23rd October 2021. Despite contacting the customer help support many times, all this has been happening with us for last month till this date. I would like my refund back asap.

                                    I have not been able to upload an image or video here, but I do have mailed them the video of opening the package of the terrible shirt and I can copy-paste the mail which was sent to me.

                                    I hope filing the complaint here helps me as they are continuously delaying when I am mailing them.

                                      I have not received the refund yet and so the customer care raised complaint COM[protected]. They keep on raising complaints and change the resolution dates. I have been following up daily but getting nowhere. Please provide my refund ASAP.

                                      The product is returned on 23rd Oct with message received as Hey Nikita! The AJIO product you returned is with our courier partner, and will be with us soon. Customer care executives open complaint, give resolution time period of 1 week then close them without consent. They keep on initiating the return request for which I do not have anything to return as it is already done. This is so annoying and effecting my mental health. No one is helping out!!!
