Return Items not getting picked after numerous complaints and no refund processed

Raised several Complaints since last 3-4 weeks with AJIO team in this regard which are unresolved till date (AND NO ATTEMPT HAS BEEN MADE TILL DATE TO PICK-UP THE MATERIAL),

Refund payment not received

I haven't received my refund payment of two products ..They say they had initiated the refund but still now I haven't received it neither in my bank account nor in my ajio wallet ...I have called and emailed @ajio so many times and everytime they file a new issue again and again but still not resolved yet... I want my refund money as soon as possible ...

Ajio cancelled some of my items on their own in order number FL[protected] a month ago. Depsite so many days, and many communications they only keep a fake deadline of 2 days and yet till date no refund has been issued. I donot understand why do i even have to call for refund of money which i was charged for a cancelled order. I am highly aggrieved bu their customer care. They just make fake promises...

Delivery delay and irresponsibility

They have been cancelling product without my concern, even without attempting delievery.then why dont the inform that they cant deliever at the pincode when we order.
I have been facing cod issue for past one month.they havent resolved it yet and now the customer care is not responding too.....

Clothes purchased but no delivery and refund

I have purchased seven garments with order id FL[protected] on 03.11.21 on AJIO. The pincode of delivery address was wrong. So I couldn't get delivery of that order. Among the orders only three items has been returned by courrier and got refund amount. But four items showing order out of delivery by xpressbee courrier service from 11.10.21. There service is so poor that they haven't returned the item till date ie 03.11.21. and money has not...

Return not picked up

I ordered a top that was delivered on 10th October. Due to size issue I wanted to raise a return request that day itself but the status of delivery on the site was not updated so I couldn't do so. I was finally able to do so 3 days later on 13th October. On 14th I got a call from the person who was supposed to pick up the return order that he has rescheduled the pick up to the next day. Return not picked up even after a month

I had placed a return request on my order delivered at wrong address. But nobody is coming up to pick the order up . I have called the customer care almost 5 times and got no resolution till now. Lot trust in Ajio. Never buying anymore.

I ordered a product of ₹659 with order ID : FL[protected] on 8th September 2021 by making payment partially by UPI (₹317) and Ajio Wallet point (₹334) and rest Relaince point. Product not received

No details about my prepaid order

I have already submitted a complaint and u did a great job by forwarding it to Ajio and I did get a response stating they will reach me soon but it has been more than 3+ business days and still no information about my order.if they want me to file an lawsuit, cause that's the only way for me to get a response I can do that. It has been an one whole month after placing the order and still not reached me...

I reported an issue back on October 17, about 7 items missing from one of my order's delivery. I was supposed to receive a total of 4 packets (containing items worth 9000, 1400, 1200 and 6000 approx.) but the packet which should have had merchandize worth 6000 was missing 7 items worth 3200. The packet had printed on it that it has 10 items inside but when I opened it, it only had 3 and it was so small that there is no way it could have had...

Not picking up the shirt

Hii Inspite of repeated complaints and even after talking with customer service executive they have not being able to arrange the return pickup of the tshirt and because of this the return pick up time had passed window in which the return is being done . Initially I raised exchange request EX[protected] but the delivery guy was making excuses for pick up. They always assigned the pick up agent but the agent did not turn up for the pick up...
