I have ordered 12K rs PRICE ITEM I have done the payment by UPI (googlepay) and payment was sucessfull.
It was also showing that order got placed.
AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        Paid amount not refunded
        Grievance Details Ordered adidas shoes from ajio on 25 oct 2021. But i received different colour and different size of shoes. So i initiated return with all the details. They verified the return in two days and then they sechdule a pick up for the product saying that i will get the refund on the same day. Product got picked up from me on 9 nov 2021. They pickup agent checked every detail and took my product i got a message from ajio pickup complete but they don't provide refund they showed date of 17 nov 2021 but today is 21 nov 2021 and i haven't got my refund. Customer care is not responding and not resolving my complaints. I have also shared them with video proof o[censored]nboxing the product but i am unable to get the refund. Please help me getting my refund amount of rs 4661.26. The return id of the returned product is RT50197515 and the product reached there warehouse oh 15 nov 2021 its been 6 days the product reached their warehouse but they haven't provided the refund. please provide my refund this is my last hope

          I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 12th november 2021. The return id is- RT50428577. Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn't got my amount back. I am mailing them continuously and they are making fool of me . Their team called me and saved their part by saying that refund is done from our side. I havn't got the money back in my bank account. Please help.

            I have order a jacket for my sister on 23rd of October 2021 and the product was small in size. Therefore, i have place a return request and return schedule on 11th Nov 2021. I have waited but no response from AJIO not even single message of why the product was not picked up. I now made a call to the customer care 9 time one after another for at least 9 days but their response was just " sorry for inconvenience your issue is in progress " and now i got a message that i have to return the product by my self. Which i dont think will solve my issue. Please help me. Thank you

              Returned an ajio product 10 days ago with return id RT50197515. It was picked up from me on 9 nov 2021 and reached warehouse on 15 nov 2021. But till now i haven't got refund. Please help me to get refund.

                I have return the product as on date 03.11.21 after that I couldn't received any updation regarding refund of Rs. 599.70 .only In order section there is remark as initiated. Now it has been more than 15 days I haven't received my refund I called at customer care they told me refund initiated as on date 06.11.21 which dosent make sense if there is initiation it should be reflect now . I have ask for reference number but they dont have that also. this is clearly cheating . they just keeping me on hold from long time. I want my refund at earliest.

                  I am following up with ur customer executives for my refund status but every time I called they ask me to wait for 48 hours
                  Its been more than a month I m fed of calling ur customer executive . Please check my call and chat history you will understand
                  We are not jobless

                  I must say you have a pathetic customer executives
                  They don't take action against customer query.This is my.last shopping from Ajio flipkart amazon myntra max they are just amazing with customers service..Ajio is hopeless
                  My money is stuck with Ajio
                  Please refund immediately if not I am going to raise a complaint in consumer court

                    The issue that I have experienced was: The product which I recieved was completely different from from what I ordered.This is really frustrating as we devote our precious time in selecting the product and later we get to know that the product we ordered was never with us.Also in such case the company should be very sympathetic and eager to resolve this case because they should know the mindset of a consumer but in this case it is quite opposite...

                    Order ID : FL[protected] I have ordered two t-Shirts on November 1st which cost of INR : 2077/- It has to be delivered by 12Th of November . But product was not dispatched and iam contacting customer service and asking to cancel it no one is responding properly, They are asking me two wait till Two days and when iam contacting them they're again doing the same, So many customers are sufferings with this company

                              No update for the return request. Got messages that pick up is scheduled but nobody contacted and got a message pick up was unsuccessful. Requested again and it's same. So tried to cancel return and opt for exchange, that too is not working. Cancel button is not working.

                                36 days passed i also mail to ajio but no response
                                They also automatically reply wait for two days

                                  It's over 3 months now I haven't received any refund for the ajio products I returned even though I have contacted the customer service multiple times and each time a complaint was raised for which I never got any resolution till date. The company doesn't even respond to emails which is really frustrating as a single complaint requires multiple follow ups.
