I have returned my product back to Ajio as they deliver wrong product to me on 13th of November for which I have a return acknowledgement receipt and a confrmational text message as a proof. I had shared all this with Ajio also many times but they don't want to help me and don't wanted to initiate refund. Every time I call them they say to wait for 1 week for resolution but never work on it. From last one month I am trying to get my Issues clear but they continuously cheating with me. Give no response. And ingnoring our concern. Order id is #FL[protected].
I had also mailed them many time but no response their also just ignores us.
Now I have lost both product as well as money.
I request you to please help me to get my money back and also request other customers to not use Ajio. Please prefer other applications.

    Where is my refund amount. How many days waiting for refund? I return the order October 17 still now not received refund amount to my bank account. They are say refund will be initiate November 01..now November 25 still now not received my refund amount

      I have ordered 4 items as part of OrderId #FL[protected] on 07/11/2021. and prepaid Rs 1300 for the same. I got a call from the delivery person(Xpressbees Delivery Partner) on 13/11/2021 and said he cannot deliver the order to my address and asked for my acknowledgement to return the product. And after some time I started getting the notifications on the Ajio app as order items got delivered to the customer. but till now, none of the 4 items delivered to me.
      I have been explaining the same issue to multiple individuals from the Ajio customer care team. There are multiple complaints raised against this and closed without giving any solution to the issue. It is taking too much of my energy and time to follow up on this issue. Please either return my money or change the status in Ajio and deliver the products ASAP.

      NOTE: Before handover the delivery item to the customer, I request you to send OTP to the customer to share with delivery person.

        I ordered two items from Ajio with order ID: #FL[protected]
        I received just one item from the two.
        I didnt receive the RIO zip jacket but it shows delivered on the website. Both the items were supposed to be in the same packet but there was just one item that is -Teamspirit joggers.

        I have raised the complaint as Ajio a couple of times but i havent received any proper response from the company.
        I have been regularly shopping from Ajio but after this incident i have highly disappointed and if i don't receive any resolution i will definitely never use the shopping app ever.

          I ordered shoes (Puma Rigel IDP) on Ajio on 11th Nov worth 1350 rupees, and paid partially i.e 731.25 rupees from ajio wallet and remaining amount of 618.75 is to be paid on delivery.They said it will be delivered within 5 days.
          But it's been 14 days, I still didn't receive my shoes. I contacted customer care of ajio several times and asked about the delivery delay but there wasn't any clarification, So I asked to cancel my order and refund my 731 rupees, so that I can reorder.
          But there was no response.
          Hope this problem gets a solution.

            Yesterday, i receive courier in that i got that small kid jumsuit, The order should be checked and checked repeatedly and the order should be sent to the coustmer.Today delivery executive came and he is asking me to return 2 quantities, if I recieved only one quantity that to wrong item how should I give two quantities? And also i paid amount for two quantities, I posted the wrong item pics also to gmail .make It sure solve and close this issue as early as possible and I want my money back refund my amount quickly.thank you

              In the month of July, I have ordered glasses and trousers from Ajio with order ID #FL[protected]. I have returned the products and expected refund. As I have made the payment through UPI, I should get the refund instantly soon after they initiate the refund process. But still I did not receive any refund. It's been more than 4 months and I did not receive refund. I have contacted the ajio support multiple times and I have received the same response saying "we have initiated the refund". I have provided my transaction screenshots to the ajio support saying I did not receive any refund. Even though I have provided all the proof I have not received the refund. Now here I raise a complaint and expect my money back. Please help.

                  I ordered a mufti white shirt on ajio and it was delivered to me but I received a wrong product so tried to return the product from my side only self ship is there that's why I call to your customer care they place a return request after 10days the return request was still in progress again I called to your customer care they cancel the return request and again place a return request after 10days I received a message the return request was cancelled. So I call to your customer care they told me sorry sir pickup was not at my location so self ship the product so I raise a return request from my side and self shipped the product. The product was delivered to your warehouse on October 25th through DTDC courier. The courier charges 150rupees credited in my ajio account on October 30th and product amount 1085rupees initiated on that same day. Today November 23rd but still now get my refund. I mailed so many times about my refund and so many times call to your customer care they raise a complaint and told me November 18th the amount will credited to my account but it was not happened now every day I mailing to your customer care and calling to your customer care but they are not responding positively every time they are telling wait for some time wait for some time I totally dis satisfied with your service. I want my refund. The order I'd is FL[protected], return I'd is RT48776758 and DTDC courier tracking ID is H92374918.

                    My two items were picked up by pick up boy on 6th of August, 2021.
                    One was puffable jacket from Point Zero and other one was Bubble gummers sandal.
                    After few days I got the refund of Bubble gummers sandal but unfortunately Jacket of Point zero was reshipped back to me with a reason that it is a non- ajio product.
                    When I opened the package to see what was reshipped back, it was unbelievable to see that in the box contained bubble gummers sandal which was already refunded and the reason mentioned was that it is a non ajio product.
                    Then I wrote to Grievance offiicer and he apologized for the same. He immediately created the return request and next day this reshipped product was picked up again. I was given full assurance that I will be provided refund soon. But till date no refund has been made.
                    I wrote several mails to Grievance officer, Ajio customer service and called them but they don't really care.
                    They mentally torture their customers.
                    I want the refund of my jacket.

                      I purchased a shirt from ajio worth Rs. 3775.80/-. I did not like the product and requested return. No one came to pickup the product. I called customer care around 5 times and they kept telling the same thing ‘ product will be picked up within 48 hrs. I kept getting computerised calls and notifications that they tried to contact me but they couldn’t reach me out & on calls they it was saying that i opted to hold the pickup, which I didn’t. It’s been more then 40 days. I don’t know what to do. Even I’ve sent sent mails to costumer care & grievance department of AJIO. After 3 or 4 trail mails they stopped answering my emails.

                        I have placed ordered with Ajio I'm not able to cancel the order due to there system error I called multiple times to their customer care they said the order is in process or getting shipped you will get your order soon you can refuse at the time of delivery but the order is not getting cancelled nor it's getting shipped as It was pre-paid order I'm stuck I'm not getting refund same thing happened with another order today I'm fed up calling & emailing them even after complaint's no resolution is made really disappointed

                          The product pickup is not done.i have raised the return request on 23rd October but since then no pickup was done and no one contacted me for the same. I have contacted customer care several time but no action is been taken. Every time they give me new resolution date which never comes. Complaint number is Hi, your AJIO complaint COM[protected] has been assigned to the team concerned and will be resolved on or before[protected].
                          Product is 612 league boys waistcoat with welt pocket size.

                                  Grievance Details Ordered adidas shoes from ajio on 25 oct 2021. But i received different colour and different size of shoes. So i initiated return with all the details. They verified the return in two days and then they sechdule a pick up for the product saying that i will get the refund on the same day. Product got picked up from me on 9 nov 2021. They pickup agent checked every detail and took my product i got a message from ajio pickup complete but they don't provide refund they showed date of 17 nov 2021 but today is 21 nov 2021 and i haven't got my refund. Customer care is not responding and not resolving my complaints. I have also shared them with video proof o[censored]nboxing the product but i am unable to get the refund. Please help me getting my refund amount of rs 4661.26. The return id of the returned product is RT50197515 and the product reached there warehouse oh 15 nov 2021 its been 6 days the product reached their warehouse but they haven't provided the refund. please provide my refund this is my last hope

                                    I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 12th november 2021. The return id is- RT50428577. Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn't got my amount back. I am mailing them continuously and they are making fool of me . Their team called me and saved their part by saying that refund is done from our side. I havn't got the money back in my bank account. Please help.

                                      I have order a jacket for my sister on 23rd of October 2021 and the product was small in size. Therefore, i have place a return request and return schedule on 11th Nov 2021. I have waited but no response from AJIO not even single message of why the product was not picked up. I now made a call to the customer care 9 time one after another for at least 9 days but their response was just " sorry for inconvenience your issue is in progress " and now i got a message that i have to return the product by my self. Which i dont think will solve my issue. Please help me. Thank you

                                        Returned an ajio product 10 days ago with return id RT50197515. It was picked up from me on 9 nov 2021 and reached warehouse on 15 nov 2021. But till now i haven't got refund. Please help me to get refund.
