    I had ordered PUMA ankle length socks and they have product a wrong product instead of my order. They promised to provide resoultion by 20th october which they did not. When I asked on 21st about the resolution the executive put me on hold and then cancelled my call.

    I have sent them multiple emails and comments in app but they are not responding

      Ajio India is a pathetic online clothing site. Superdry Shirts and Tshirts prepaid and it’s been more than 20 days, items have not come. Their delivery partners are horrible, unprofessional and unreliable. Items are at times cancelled without information to the buyer. They have no right to cancel orders once prepaid, as per international consumer arbitrary law, without proper information to buyer, (reason for cancellation). On the site the size is mentioned available, when booked after a couple of days it mentions shipped and then suddenly it’s canceled. Completely unethical and illegal.

      Payments lingering and never on time delaying the entire process of reverse payment method back to mode of payment.

      Back end employees extremely non proactive and irresponsible. No Manager nor any Corporate head to take consumer feedback.

      Horrible service. Call center staff just try to reassure you that items will be on its way, conniving and very unprofessional.

      Ajio India online site should be banned, when they give a date to drop an item online, that should be followed and professionalism should be maintained.

      Pathetic service. Horrible. Item canceled without information spoke to Ajio customer service they have no clue why it was delayed from back end.

      As per consumer act, legal action should take place.

        I have order some kurtas from ajio my order id is #FL[protected] one product was canceled by ajio team on 9th of october due to shipmet issues still they haven't initiated any refund to me and. one kurta i have kept for return delivery person said that two products are for return okay i asked two show the other one both are same so i said both are same it is showing twice why i dont know so he has pickedup one product and cancelled the other one but the status in the app has not been updated as pickedup and still it has been showing that pick up pending you have cancelled and the delivery person also dint gave me any acknowledgment i have called him he said i have thrown in front of your house go and check. All i have is one msg that i have received after the product has been picked up its the evidence i have. And im tired of this i called ajio many times and i have mailed to them several times no proper response from them

            My return(RT[protected] was picked up on 3rd October and the status for changed to refunded however I haven't received my refund amount(Rs 1621) so far. I have followed up multiple times with customer care through calls and mail's but no action has been taken so far. Request you to kindly check the issue and help me out with my refund amount.

              I purchased a shirt from AJIO on 6th Oct and it's promised that it will reach me by 13 th ...but till 20 Oct I didn't receive it. I also tracked its latest status on xpressbees, but it shows invalid tracking ID...
              I already raised a complaint about it on AJIO but got no response...

                    I've ordered a kurti from Ajio and only petticoat reached with no tags. And the item when tried to return, the pick up agent does not collect it as there is no tag. I have contacted Ajio through calls but they make us to wait and doesn't respond and multiple times over emails and there was only on response stating 'tag detached item is not eligible for return'. We have reached out and explained we have not received the actual item or tag yet.

                    There is no response and return pick up has again be initiated from Ajio's end and again be denied by pick up agent.

                    We need our money back!!

                      I purchased a shoe from Ajio on 6th October that was to be delivered within 4-5 days. on 11th October suddenly the status of the delivery shows as delivered. We kept contacting them saying we have not received the item, The content number shared of the courier company is never reachable (+[protected]. The emails sent to the courier company remains unanswered. WE raised a complaint with Ajio on 11th October after multiple attempts of reaching them and they promised a resolution by 18th October. On 19th October, after not hearing back from them, I called and was told the agent had noted incorrect complaint and to give them time till 25th October. The agent then hung up on us. Their lines constantly have log hold time and if we get connected, the agent hangs up. We have paid Rs ₹5419.57 and received no product, no support and no proper response.

                        I have ordered one bag from ajio of rupess 721 on 3 October 2021.I used my ajio point 100 and paid 621 rupees by Phone pay . Unfortunately when I cancelled my order they send me a mail regarding the cancellation in which it was mentioned that the money will get refunded to my bank account or ajio wallet by 12 October bt still it is 20th October bt I didn't get my money back.This is purely fraud ...and ajio is making fool o[censored]s.

                          Hello,

                          I have called multiple times for missing product.
                          First time customer care executive gave me complaint number COM[protected]
                          And asked me to wait till 11th Oct

                          After 11th Oct another excutive said that complain was closed without resolution and gave me new number COM[protected]

                          After that I called many times and eveytime executive told me that u will surely get revert on 19th Oct, today is 20th October and not heard from ajio. Now executive saying that we are not receiving any update from management.

                          I feel like fool, better time saving would be to go and shop.This is not acceptable and not expected from ajio...I was regular customer of ajio. Now I really think twice to make purchase.

                          Let me know resolution asap and refund my money.

                            I placed the order on 06.10.2021 on Ajio. The Order ID is FL[protected] (Prachi Sharma).
                            This order contains 6 items.
                            Out of the six items, two items were cancelled by Ajio.
                            Out of remaining four products, only two products were delivered to me.
                            I have raised the complaint but did not get any resolution.
                            If they have delivered the product I need the proof of delivery.

                              Today my order is delivered at my home and I paid him Rs.1305 by mistake, instead of Rs.905. The initial price of my order is Rs.905, as shown in below images. I have attached the image of receipt of the order packet I received just now and the screenshot of message of that order amount. I am trying to call that number from which i received the call to receive my order, but it's unreachable, saying invalid pincode.

                              Please kindly look into my matter and refund my extra amount of Rs.400 as soon as possible either directly to my bank account or to my ajio wallet.

                                I have returned my money on 7 th October 2021 an my refund money has been initiated on the same day and till today that is 19 th October 2021 i haven't received any money . And i have mailed and complaint about the issue like 4 times in a row and each time i get only response like we will look into it, i dont know what's their left to look into it. Just return my money . If you are not able to resolve it within one day now next i am just going to file a complaint about it to customer consumer care.

                                  I placed my order on 3rd oct 2021 estimated date of delivery 15 th oct 2021 but till 19th oct 2021 not delivered also not showing any information when product delivered. Aslo when i try to call ajio help line no -[protected] they every time respond no link available please try after some time. Also i send them mail about this but no reply received yet.
