    I have ordered few products from ajio, the quality of the product is very cheap, now that I want to return it they refused to return it by saying EAN number is mismatched, it's been 20days still they are not taking any action, and the customer care service is horrible, they never pick up calls, please do something. I belong to a very poor family and money does matter to me a lot, what can I do?

        I returned a very expensive dress to ajio on 11 August. But I have not received a refund even after calling them and emailing them about 50 times. They say that they would get back to me in 48 hours or a few days but no refund has even been initiated yet. The company is a complete fraud. My account has been blocked too due to some reason and I cannot access it at all. They would not provide me any resolution regarding that either. My order id is EX[protected]. Please help me get my refund.

            I've returned the product with safe labels and good quality, but Ajio is not refunding the amount. I returned the product on 18th August, 2021 and since then I only get a new date by when issue will be resolved and new complaint ID everytime. Their staff consists of stupids or what, they themselves have no idea, they can't connect with senior person or the person I talked to last. Every time they register a new complaint and I get a new date everytime, with no response from their side.

                  I have returned my order with all tag on 25th september 2021 because they have sent me wrong product.They did not initiate my refund. I have written many complains but no one is responding.Its been 1 month and my refund is still pending.Very bad response from customer care service.

                    It's almost been 24 days, neither I am receiving the exchange product requested nor the app is allowing me to cancel the order. I finally wanted to cancel the order and want the refund if my money. I have spoken to customer care executive thrice and each time I have been told that the complaint has been lodged and I can be able to raise return request within 24 hours but in vain. I don't know if it will take them entire year to resolve the issue.

                      My ORDER NUMBER: R[protected]AJI is not being picked up by your agent, they aren't even rescheduling it, I have been complaining about this from the past 10 days but nothing is been done, the agent never calls me and then updates the status as customer didn't pick up the call, just because he will have to come out of the way to pick my order, now you guys are not even rescheduling my pick up, even after so many complaints, please do it ASAP.

                        I ordered a tshirt from AJIO. It came without a tag. And this is not the first time that this is happening.
                        I will advise everyone to beware and open the package on front of the delivery person only.
                        Because without the tag they refuse return even if it's their fault
                        Better safe than sorry

                          I have purchased shoes from Ajio brand name is woodland shoes and those shoes wearing only 3 hrs that shoe soul was opened received a product damage piece, For the last 10 days I was continuously follow up with ajio team but there is no communication regarding exchange or return shoes .please help me.

                              This is highly intolerable situation I am facing with the portal as a customer..
                              As a first time customer my big blunder was to shop from AJIO.com and trusting it and for which I am going to pay heavily..
                              I had placed an order on 3rd October 2021…first two deliveries were smooth but later the company started showing it true colour…I received the products which I had not placed and so ask for return but because it was wrong product so have to go through all the hassles of return by clicking the picture and scanning the product with no fault of mine and ajio will pick up after verifying the product description uploaded by me …
                              There was no revert of the verification neither pick up happened…Tried callling up the customer care but not reachable as high call volumes, sent so many emails but there was no reply for that too…
                              Customer is in a fix as what to do… than suddenly Mr.Arvind from Shadowfax comes for pickup without [protected]@ 9:30 pm ..saying mein society mein tha toh Aapka pick up initiate karwa diya again my bad luck I was out of my house so pickup couldn’t be done and later my return gets cancelled because customer not available..one attempt and the return cancelled..
                              Today on 21st October I was looking for the status of my return which showed return cancelled…again had to place the request but I don’t what is going to happen
                              Mr.Rohit the customer care got connected today but again as I was not able to place one return on my app so asked him for help…And he created a return for different product and not what I asked for…
                              Problems don’t end here again I had to call Miss Nisha was on call she created the return but the return time is 27th October
                              Please requesting you all to stop punishing me for such a small Mista of shopping on Ajio.com
                              I promise will never do it again but please take all the products and free me from the pain of returning the product…
                              All the people associated with Ajio are very busy be it dispatch, customer care, backend and delivery partners and only customer is free as that person is the only culprit and have to pay a price for the same of visiting and shopping from Ajio
                              Attaching the pics of the product and requesting you to do the pickup as soon as possible as we are going out of station…

                                I jave ordered 5 night dress in which on 10th oct, 2021- I have received 3night dress in which for 1 night dress pant was missing and I got only tshirt.

                                Raised compaint multiple times. They are just closing the complaint number without resolution.

                                A week ago again I have raised compaint - they told by 20oct, 2021 your issue will be resolved. But it's 21oct still didn't get any update.

                                Today I called customer care - after asking my complaint number they are putting my call on hold and later they are disconnecting my call multiple times.

                                Very worst experience with Ajio. They are cheating with customers.

                                    I had ordered PUMA ankle length socks and they have product a wrong product instead of my order. They promised to provide resoultion by 20th october which they did not. When I asked on 21st about the resolution the executive put me on hold and then cancelled my call.

                                    I have sent them multiple emails and comments in app but they are not responding

                                      Ajio India is a pathetic online clothing site. Superdry Shirts and Tshirts prepaid and it’s been more than 20 days, items have not come. Their delivery partners are horrible, unprofessional and unreliable. Items are at times cancelled without information to the buyer. They have no right to cancel orders once prepaid, as per international consumer arbitrary law, without proper information to buyer, (reason for cancellation). On the site the size is mentioned available, when booked after a couple of days it mentions shipped and then suddenly it’s canceled. Completely unethical and illegal.

                                      Payments lingering and never on time delaying the entire process of reverse payment method back to mode of payment.

                                      Back end employees extremely non proactive and irresponsible. No Manager nor any Corporate head to take consumer feedback.

                                      Horrible service. Call center staff just try to reassure you that items will be on its way, conniving and very unprofessional.

                                      Ajio India online site should be banned, when they give a date to drop an item online, that should be followed and professionalism should be maintained.

                                      Pathetic service. Horrible. Item canceled without information spoke to Ajio customer service they have no clue why it was delayed from back end.

                                      As per consumer act, legal action should take place.

                                        I have order some kurtas from ajio my order id is #FL[protected] one product was canceled by ajio team on 9th of october due to shipmet issues still they haven't initiated any refund to me and. one kurta i have kept for return delivery person said that two products are for return okay i asked two show the other one both are same so i said both are same it is showing twice why i dont know so he has pickedup one product and cancelled the other one but the status in the app has not been updated as pickedup and still it has been showing that pick up pending you have cancelled and the delivery person also dint gave me any acknowledgment i have called him he said i have thrown in front of your house go and check. All i have is one msg that i have received after the product has been picked up its the evidence i have. And im tired of this i called ajio many times and i have mailed to them several times no proper response from them
